Abstract

Critical thinking and creative thinking are the main components and important components related to 21st-century skills. Technology is currently very advanced in learning media, so learning is becoming easier and less boring for students. This is supported by global demands that force the education sector to align technical progress with efforts to improve educational standards. One of the sciences and technologies that can be utilized is interactive learning media based on Google Sites. This research was conducted to see the increase in students' ability to think critically and creatively after using Google Sites as a learning media. The research was conducted at the Accounting Department Vocational School in Madiun Regency and Madiun City, East Java. Data collection was carried out by observing critical and creative thinking skills in class, as well as filling out a questionnaire about Google site-based learning media. The research results show that using Google Sites as a learning media for students can improve students' critical and creative thinking abilities. Students' assessments of Google Sites learning media meet the criteria of being very eligible in all aspects. Google Sites can help teachers provide learning resources for students that will help them understand their lessons and activities better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of market segmentation and targeting strategies on the purchasing decisions of Youth Angkringan enterprises in Wonodadi District, Blitar. The study investigates how these factors influence purchase decisions using a quantitative, associative research approach. The sample comprises 100 respondents, selected through a saturated sampling technique from the entire population. Primary data was collected via questionnaires distributed to Youth Angkringan businesses in the district. SPSS 23 was used to perform path analysis, with a significance level set at 0.05. The findings reveal that market segmentation has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing decisions of Youth Angkringan enterprises in Wonodadi District. Additionally, the target audience also plays a crucial and beneficial role in shaping purchasing decisions for these businesses

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of human resource (HR) competence and information technology on visitor loyalty at a regional library. The background of this research highlights the importance of service quality provided by librarians and the use of information technology to enhance visitor satisfaction and comfort. The research method used is quantitative, with a survey approach conducted through questionnaires distributed to library visitors. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each variable. The results show that both HR competence and information technology have a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty. This means that the better the competence of the librarians and the more effective the use of technology, the higher the level of visitor loyalty to the regional library. Therefore, improving staff competence and service innovation through technology are crucial factors in maintaining and increasing community visits to the library.

Abstract

Stunting Nutritional challenges and low health literacy in rural areas remain critical public health concerns, including in Mireng Village, Trucuk District, which exhibits a potential risk of stunting. This community service program was designed to enhance the understanding of pregnant women, mothers of toddlers, and posyandu cadres regarding stunting prevention. The activities were implemented using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, leveraging local potentials through participatory stages of planning, implementation, and reporting. The program encompassed educational sessions, awareness campaigns, and direct assistance in Mireng Lor and Pager hamlets. The educational content covered the definition, causes, and prevention strategies for stunting, including the application of healthy kitchen practices. The outcomes demonstrated an improvement in participants’ knowledge and awareness of balanced nutrition, exclusive breastfeeding, and growth monitoring during the First 1,000 Days of Life. The application of the Health Belief Model and community-based intervention principles further strengthened community involvement and cross-sector collaboration, fostering sustainable efforts to reduce stunting prevalence at the village level.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher used LRD strategy on narrative text to research The Influence of Using Listen-Read-Discuss (LRD) Strategy towards Students’ Reading Comprehension on Narrative Text at The Eleventh Grade of SMK Muhammadiyah Aimas, Sorong. This research was quantitative research. The researcher used quasi experimental research design. From the data analysis, the objective of this study is to know whether or not there is any significant influence of Listen-Read-Discuss (LRD) strategy towards students’ reading comprehension on narrative text at the eleventh grade of SMK Muhammadiyah Aimas, Sorong. Based on the data analysis, there is a significant influence of using Listen-Read-Discuss (LRD) strategy towards students’ reading comprehension on narrative text at the eleventh grade of SMK Muhammadiyah Aimas, Sorong after the strategy was applied.

Abstract

Kurikulum pembelajaran dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran yang berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas lulusan. Kurikulum merdeka belajar diperlukan kesiapan yang baik dari para guru sebagai ujung tombak pelaksanaan kurikulum di sekolah. Namun pada praktiknya, belum semua guru melaksanakan dengan baik implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Berbagai permasalahan yang muncul di dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka membutuhkan fasilitasi dari para stakeholder terkait untuk mendukung keberhasilan guru di dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka pada pembelajaran. Kegiatan workshop kepada guru-guru SMK untuk peningkatan pemahaman tentang kurikulum dan implementasinya di dalam menyusun desain instruksional berbasis kurikulum merdeka. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini tenaga pengajar dari SMK Surakarta dalam bidang teknologi konstruksi dan properti. Pemberian sosialiasi terkait konsep kurikulum merdeka sekaligus memberikan contoh best practice penerapannya dalam perencanaan pembelajaran berupa desain instruksional yang berbasis kurikulum merdeka di SMK.

Abstract

This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Covid 19 pandemic affects the inclusive economic development index. To conduct this research, the method used is quantitative method with statistical tests between dependent variables and independent variables in order to provide results that can be explained by numbers. It is based on data analysis and relevant data collection techniques obtained from previous studies and the official website that published the data. Sources of data in this study use secondary data. The data is in the form of documents and reports, which are in the form of an overview of the research location and data relevant to a study. Researchers used data collection techniques from various scientific journal literatures that were reviewed and processed. The results of the test show that there is a significant effect between Covid 19 on inclusive economic growth in East Java. Where the Covid-19 Virus pandemic has had a number of significant impacts in the domestic economic sector and on the existence of MSMEs in the country and nation. The impact of Covid-19, which has caused economic shock, also greatly affects the economy, both individually, micro, small, and medium enterprises, the country's economy which includes local, national and global levels.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pandangan mahasiswa calon guru Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan (PTB) terhadap peran program magang kependidikan (PMK) dalam pengembangan penguasaan Technological Pedagogical Vocational Knowledge (TPVK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed method dengan desain sequential exploratory. Data kualitatif berasal dari dokumentasi foto dan rekaman video kegiatan PMP dan hasil wawancara. Peserta berasal dari mahasiswa peserta PMK dari program studi PTB di salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia. Data kuantitatif berupa penilaian terhadap dokumen rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) yang dipilih secara cluster proportional random sampling, dengan cluster sebanyak enam sekolah lokasi magang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumen. Data dokumentasi dan observasi divalidasi dengan memperluas observasi. Validasi data dokumen berdasarkan validasi ahli. Data wawancara divalidasi dengan menggunakan member check. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tema dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menurut persepsi siswa tentang peran PMK dalam pengembangan penguasaan TPVK, muncul tiga masalah utama, yaitu menetapkan tujuan program magang, menetapkan RPP, dan mengenali lingkungan kelas selama proses magang. Mahasiswa calon guru PTB menerapkan kerangka TPVK dalam semua kegiatan pembelajaran selama PMK. Bimbingan guru pembimbing sangat mempengaruhi kegiatan magang mahasiswa.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out the perspectives of student teachers in Building Engineering education (BEE) on the role of the educational apprenticeship program (EAP) in the development of Technological Pedagogical Vocational Knowledge (TPVK) mastery. The research method used a mixed method with a sequential exploratory design. Qualitative data comes from photo documentation and video recordings of the EAP activities and the results of interviews. Participants came from students participating in the EAP from the BEE study program at one of the state universitiy in Indonesia. Quantitative data was in the form of an assessment of the Lesson Plan documents selected by cluster proportional random sampling, as clusters were six schools in apprentice locations. Data collection was carried out using semi-structural interview techniques, observations, and documents. Documentation and observation data were validated by extending the observations. Validation of document data based on expert validation. The interview data was validated using a member check. The analysis technique used was theme analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that according to students' perceptions of the role of the EAP in the development of TPVK mastery, three main issues arise, namely setting the objectives of the apprenticeship program, establishing lesson plans, and recognizing the classroom environment during the apprenticeship process. BEE student teachers apply the TPVK framework in all learning activities during the EAP. The guidance of the supervising teacher greatly influences student internship activities.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Scratch-assisted module of flat building material to develop computational thinking skills in elementary schools. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the EDR (Educational Design Research) research model which consists of three stages, namely analysis and exploration; design and construction; evaluation and reflection. Data collection in this study was obtained from the results of validation tests on three material experts (mathematics and informatics materials), one learning media expert, one programming expert, and one pedagogical expert. In addition, data collection was also obtained from the results of student response questionnaires after learning using the Scratch programming module. Data analysis techniques use descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of the product feasibility trial from the validator of mathematical materials obtained a percentage score of 77.75% including the feasible category; Informatics material expert validators obtained a score of 86.7% in the very decent category; Learning media expert validators obtained a score of 90% in the very decent category; Expert Programming Validators obtained a score of 96.9% in the very decent category; pedagogical expert validators obtained a score of 76% in the decent category; and the student response questionnaire obtained results of 91.25% with a very decent category. Based on the results of the research conducted, the teaching materials developed, namely the Scratch-assisted module, flat building material are very feasible to be used to help develop computational thinking skills in elementary schools
