The purpose of this research was to knowing decrease aberrant behavior of students using counseling group. The method was used in this study a Quasi Eksperiment. teqhnique of one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects of this research were eight students. Technique in gained the data of this research is by using observation handbook. The results showed that deviant behavior can be derived as evidenced by an average overall score of the data analysis post-base rate rate in eight subjects expressed by the percentage change in reach -37.5%. Also the results of the pretest and posttest scored 79 points to 41.8 points, which means the subject's behavior decliningThe conclusion of this research is deviant behavior can be derived by using a group counseling services. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui penurunan tingkah laku menyimpang siswa dengan menggunakan konseling kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan teknik one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak delapan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkah laku menyimpang dapat diturunkan terbukti dari keseluruhan rata-rata skor hasil analisa data post rate-base rate pada delapan subjek yang dinyatakan dengan jumlah persentase perubahan mencapai -37,5%. Juga hasil dari pretest dan posttest yang memperoleh skor 79 point menjadi 41,8 point yang artinya tingkah laku subjek menurun. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkah laku menyimpang dapat diturunkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok. The purpose of this research is to improve students' conformity to peers using group counseling services. The problem in this study is a positive conformity of students in low peers. Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the positive conformity students peers can be enhanced by using group counseling services..This study uses quasi-experimental design with one group Pretest and Posttest. Data collection techniques using positive conformity scale. Subjects in this study were 7 students who have low positive conformity. By calculation between pretest and posttest scores obtained ratio 89.42 pretest scores and posttest scores late 148.42 which means an increase of 59.14. This proves positive conformity increased by using group guidance services to students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah, Tulang Bawang Barat District School Year 2011/2012. The conclusion of this study is positive conformity student peers can be increased by using group counseling services. Suggestions proposed research are: (1) The student should be able to choose friendship that deserves to be followed. With the look and the positive and negative impacts for themselves it will be a great asset for the students to pass a good adolescence and achievement. (2) To the researchers, should be able to conduct research using a variety of service models and approaches in guidance in improving students' positive conformity to peers. (3) To the counseling teacher should be able to use the counseling services and a variety of other approaches to direct conformity phenomenon that occurs in students, so that students' progress can thrive.Keywords : group-guidance service, conformity positive

The purpose of this research was to know the increase in interpersonal communication by assertive training techniques. Research method was using quasi experiment by pretest-posttest control group design, it was analyzed by using independent test sample t-test. The subject of research was 24 students of class VIII who had low interpersonal communication which consisting of experiment group and control group. Data collection technique used observation. Result of the research showed there was an increase in students interpersonal communication, based on the result of the data analysis, the gain score of 2 research groups were obtained t value=16.23 and t table 0.05 with df22=2.074 because t valuet table, then H0 were rejected and Ha accepted, it means that there is a significant increase in interpersonal communication after giving assertive training.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal dengan teknik assertive training. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji independent sample t-test. Subyek penelitian 24 siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki komunikasi interpersonal rendah yang terdiri dari kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal siswa, berdasarkan hasil analisis data gain score 2 kelompok penelitian diperoleh t hitung = 16,23 dan t tabel 0,05 dengan df 22= 2,074 Karena t hitung t tabel,maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat terdapat peningkatan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal setelah pemberian assertive training.Kata kunci : assertive training, bimbingan konseling, komunikasi interpersonal

The purpose of this research was to determine the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling program at SMPN in Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah. Problems in this research is not optimal to implement guidance and counseling program at SMPN in Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah year of 2012/2013. The problem is how the performance of guidance and conseling teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling program at SMPN in Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah year of 2012/2013. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data collection technique using questionnaire and documentation. The population in this study was 11 guidance and counseling teachers at SMPN in Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah year of 2012/2013. These results indicate that the performance of guidance and counseling teachers, in the implementation of guidance and counseling program considered good enough with result of percentage is 47%. Some aspects of guidance and counseling programs has been implemented well enough. However there are some aspects of guidance and counseling program showed unfavorable results. This is because there are teachers who are not from graduate study program of guidance and counseling, but still served as guidance and counseling teacher. Researchers recommend suggestions to: (1) guidance and counseling teachers are expected to improve performance in the implementation of guidance and counseling program. (2) the school is expected to better support guidance and counseling teacher in implement any activity guidance and counseling services. The aim of this research was to determine that traffic discipline behavior can be increased by using group counseling. Problem of this research was student’s low traffic discipline behavior. Method used quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. Subject were six students of grade XI who have low traffic discipline behavior. Data collecting techniques used traffic discipline behavior’s questionnaire. The result showed that traffic discipline behavior can be increased by using group counseling, it is proved from the result of data analysis by using Wilcoxon test, based on the result of pre-test and post-test it showed ZoutputZtable (-2,2070), thereby, Ha was accepted, it means traffic discipline behavior can be increased by using group counseling. Conclusion for this research was traffic discipline behavior can be increased by using group counseling for the students of grade XI in SMA Bina Mulya Bandar Lampung Academic Year of 2012/2013. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah perilaku disiplin berlalu lintas dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan konseling kelompok. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku disiplin berlalu lintas siswa rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi experiment dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak enam siswa kelas XI yang memiliki perilaku berlalu lintas rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan angket perilaku disiplin berlalu lintas. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa perilaku disiplin berlalu lintas siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan konseling kelompok, ditunjukkan dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon, dari hasil pretest dan posttest diperoleh z outputz tabel (-2,2070), maka Ha diterima, yang artinya perilaku disiplin berlalu lintas siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan konseling kelompok. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku disiplin berlalu lintas dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan konseling kelompok pada siswa kelas XI SMA Bina Mulya Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the aspirations of pursuing education to college with student achievement at class XII of SMA Negeri 1 Abungsemuli in the academic year 2015/2016. This research used quantitative approach. Population was class XII students of SMAN 1 Abungsemuli, while the sample was randomly selected as many as 60 students. Data collection technique used was aspirations scale of pursuing education to college and used the students report. Data were analyzed by using pearson product moment correlation. The result showed that there was a relationship between the aspirations and the student achievement, with the significance level was 0.05.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara aspirasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Abungsemuli tahun akademik 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Abungsemuli, adapun sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak sebanyak 60 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah skala aspirasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dan menggunakan nilai raport siswa. Data dianalisa menggunakan korelasi product moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara aspirasi dengan prestasi belajar siswa, dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05.Kata kunci : aspirasi melanjutkan, bimbingan dan konseling, prestasi belajar.

The aims of this study was to know whether positive self concept in students could be increased by using group counseling services. The method used in this research was quasi experimental one group pretest-posttest design, and stastiscally analyzed by non-parametric Wilcoxon test. The subjects of this study were 6 students, who had negative self concept in learning. The results in research showed that self confidence in students increased significantly after being given group counseling services. It was shown from the pretest and posstest results which obtained z output = -2,201 and z table 0,05= 0. Because z output ≤ z table, then Ho was ignored and Ha was accepted. It meant that there was significant increases between self concept in students before and after being given group counseling services. The conclusion was that positive self concept in students could be increased by using group counseling services.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan konsep diri positif melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode quasi eksperimen one group pretest-posttest, dianalisis dengan statistik non parametrik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Subyek penelitian ini enam orang siswa yang memiliki konsep diri negatif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri siswa mengalami peningkatan signifikan setelah pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil pretest dan posttest yang diperoleh z hitung = -2,201dan ztabel = 0. Karena zhitung ≤ ztabel, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara konsep diri siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Kesimpulan, konsep diri positif siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, konsep diri, layanan bimbingan kelompok.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the school counselors’ performance for preparing guidance and counseling programs at high schools in Lampung Tengah. Population in this study were all school counselors that available at high schools in Lampung Tengah. The method used in this research was descriptive research. Data collection technique in this study used school counselor performance questionnaire. Based on the results of this study, in general the result of data analysis illustrated that the school counselors’ performance in the preparation of Guidance and Counseling Program at the State High School in Lampung Tengah, considered unfavorable because there was only one aspect that can all be classified well, while two aspects were pretty well categorized and four aspects were less well categorized. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja konselor sekolah dalam penyusunan program bimbingan dan konseling pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Konselor sekolah yang ada pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten lampung Tengah. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik Pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket kinerja konselor sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan hasil analisis data secara umum tergambar bahwa kinerja konselor sekolah dalam penyusunan Program Bimbingan dan Konseling pada SMA Negeri Se-Lampung Tengah, dikategorikan kurang baik dikarenakan hanya ada satu aspek saja yang dapat dkategorikan baik, dua aspek dikategorikan cukup baik dan empat aspek dikategorikan kurang baik. The purpose of this study was to determined the increasing students' social interaction with peers through group counseling services. The method was used in this study is quasi-experimental with one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects of this study were six students class VIII who have the low of social interaction with peers. Data collection techniques in this study used sociometry and observation social interaction of students with peers. Results of this study indicate that there was an increase in students' social interaction with peers through group counseling services. This is indicated by an increase in students' social interactions with peers in six eighth grade students. The conclusion of this study is that there was an increase in students' social interaction with peers through group counseling services.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya melalui layanan konseling kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini quasi eksperimen dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak enam siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki interaksi sosial rendah dengan teman sebaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sosiometri dan Observasi interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya melalui layanan konseling kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya pada enam siswa kelas VIII. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya melalui layanan konseling kelompok. PEER PERFORMANCE PROFILE BASED ON DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS. The purpose of this study was to determine the conformity profile peers based on demographics socioeconomic status. Participants in this study were 123 students junior high school consist of 39 regulars student and 86 “binalingkungan” (low economic) students. The average age of participants was 12-15 years. This research approach using quantitative approach, types of research using a cross sectional survey. The instruments used was a scale conformity peers who developed the theory Brendt use any form of semantic differential scale with alternative answers 1-6 (1 = very inappropriate, 6 = very appropriate). Data were analysed using analysis Mann-Whitney U with a score of 1488.00 and a significance probability value of 0.414. Because the probability of significance 0.414> 0.05, the results showed that there was no difference conformity peers in the student of low socioeconomic status and students socioeconomic status of middle to top.
