Abstract

Abstract — Electric vehicles are vehicles that use electric motors as their power source. The most suitable type of DC motor for electric vehicles is the Brushless DC motor. BLDC motors require a 3-phase power source from an inverter to operate. A good inverter is one that has a THD value of less than 5%. To eliminate THD values in the inverter, an LC harmonic filter can be used. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of using an LC filter on the voltage, current, and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) values in a 3-phase inverter. The method used is a literature review, creating a simulation circuit in PSIM software, and analyzing the simulation results under no-load and load conditions. The simulation results without an LC filter under a load of 1.47 Nm showed a voltage value of 100 V, current of 4.6 A, input power of 460 W, output power of 417.61 W, BLDC motor speed of 2697 rpm, motor efficiency of 90.2%, and THD voltage of 2.36% and THD current of 6.50%. After installing the L 34.84 mH and C 85µF filter in the circuit, the results showed a voltage value of 100 V, current of 4.3 A, input power of 430 W, output power of 409.72 W, BLDC motor speed of 2646 rpm, motor efficiency of 95.3%, and THD voltage of 1.51% and THD current of 3.99%. The conclusion of this study is that the use of an LC filter reduces THD values to below 5% or meets IEEE standards, allowing the inverter and BLDC motor to operate more optimally.

Abstract

Ferry Ports play an important role in human life and the movement of goods in the Southeast Sulawesi Province region. However, there are still several obstacles for prospective service users in finding out port information, schedules and ferry crossing routes quickly and easily. To overcome this problem, researchers designed a web-based GIS application to search for the nearest port, port list, schedule information and ferry routes operating at all Ferry Ports managed by the Transportation Service. The research method was carried out by observing to collect data and then analyzing application needs which resulted in application design and design which was defined by Use Case Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and application interface displays. It is hoped that the final results of this research will produce an application that is user friendly and can assist the needs of prospective service users in finding information on ferry schedules and routes easily, thereby having an impact on increasing efficiency, comfort and passenger satisfaction as well as reducing uncertainty in finding information related to schedules and routes. the ferry. It is certainly hoped that the recommendations of this research will enable the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service to develop a better Information Search and Ferry Route Application for ease and optimal organization of ferry transportation to encourage increased satisfaction of service users.

Abstract

Saham merupakan surat berharga yang dapat diperdagangkan. Fluktuasi harga saham dapat dimanfaatkan oleh trader untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Untuk melihat pergerakan harga saham dapat dilihat dari Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperediksi indeks harga saham gabungan dengan mengkombinasikan antara analisa tehnikal dan menggukan algoritma gradient boosting. Hasil eksperimen didapatkan perbedaan akurasi antara model dengan kombinasi dan tanpa kombinasi. Akurasi model kombinasi sebesar 86,79% dan RMSE sebesar 0,78, dibandingkan dengan model tanpa kombinasi akurasinya 74.60% dan RMSE 1,05%. Sedangkan dari F-test didapatkan, P-value sebesar 0. Nilai P<0,05 memiliki nilaisignifikansi penerimaan sehingga model yang diusulkan dapat diterima.Kata kunci: IHSG, Saham, Kombinasi, Analisa Tehnikal, Algoritma Gradient Boosting, Akurasi, Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), P-Value

Abstract

Terbatasnya informasi tentang harga komoditi unggulan daerah menjadi faktor utama belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan sistem informasi harga komoditi di provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Pengembangan prototype sistem informasi harga secara real time chart dipandang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem Informasi secara real time chart dibangun dengan menggunakan desain sistem Unified Modelling Languange (UML) dan pengujian sistem menggunakan BlackBox aplikasi.Dari hasil tampilan sistem dapat terlihat grafik pergerakan harga komoditi secara real time. Kata Kunci: harga komoditi, sistem informasi, real time chart,BlackBox, UML

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan pusat-pusat kegiatan berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah pergerakan kendaraan antar wilayah di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, sehingga membutuhkan peningkatan serta penambahan sarana  yang memadai. Pada prespektif yang lain, keterbatasan anggaran yang dimiliki Pemerintah Daerah menyebabkan pekerjaan penanganan jembatan lebih diarahkan pada kegiatan pemeliharaan jembatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penentuan skala prioritas penanganan kinerja jembatan sesuai kondisi existing di ruas jalan provinsi Sabandara-Konaweha Hulu, Sulawesi Tenggara. Adapun kriteria-kriteria yang dianalisis dalam penentuan prioritas penanganan yaitu kondisi kerusakan  jembatan, kondisi lalu lintas, dan kondisi Pengembangan wilayah kawasan strategis. Dalam penelitian ini responden yang dipakai adalah responden expert sebanyak 10 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilaian kriteria jembatan, kondisi kerusakan jembatan serta penentuan skala prioritas terhadap penentuan jenis penanganan jembatan adalah gabungan dari AHP dan BMS.Hasil analisis AHP menunjukkan bahwa kriteria kondisi jembatan merupakan kriteria yang paling dominan, sedangkan kriteria pengembangan wilayah merupakan kriteria paling rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi kerusakan pada 48 unit jembatan sepanjang ruas Sabandara – Konaweha Hulu  diperoleh bahwa terdapat 2 unit jembatan baru dengan kondisi sangat baik, 11 unit jembatan dalam kondisi baik, 14 unit jembatan memiliki kerusakan ringan, 20 unit jembatan mengalami kerusakan sedang, serta 1 unit jembatan mengalami kerusakan berat. Penentuan prioritas penangan kerusakan jembatan tersebut dikelompokan sesuai tingkat kerusakan dengan mendahulukan pada jenis jembatan yang mengalami kerusakan berat yang memperoleh nilai poin  5 berupa penggantian bangunan baru.   Kata Kunci : BMS, AHP, Penanganan Jembatan.

Abstract

Formalin merupakan zat yang berbahaya apabila dikonsumsi dalam jangka waktu lama dapat mengakibatkan gangguan saraf penciuman. Salah satu alternatif alami yang telah dikembangkan di Indonesia untuk pendeteksi formalin pada bahan makanan dengan menggunakan kertas numerik dari cairan kunyit, cara deteksi tersebut sangat ekonomis akan tetapi kurang akurat karena pendeteksianya hanya berfungsi sebagai kontrol positif dan negatif. Sehingga perlu adanya inovasi deteksi formalin yang cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana merancang pendeteksi kadar formalin pada daging ikan dengan menggunakan grove HCHO sensor, Pada penelitian ini menggunakan sensor grove HCHO untuk membaca adanya zat formalin, wemos sebagai kendali utama pada sistem ini, dan hasilnya akan ditampilkan melalui smartphone serta Buzzer sebagai alarm jika terdapat adanya formalin. Pengujian yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy Tsukamoto bahwa grove HCHO Sensor dapat mendeteksi kadar formalin dengan indikator batas aman, waspada, dan bahaya. Pengujian dilakukan pada sampel yang dicampur formalin degan komposisi 15% pada waktu percampuran yang berbeda beda yaitu 1 menit, 5 menit, dan 10 menit. Pengujian pertama sampel memiliki nilai 3,62 Ppm dengan kondisi waspada, pengujian kedua memiliki nilai 6,51 Ppm dengan kondisi waspada, pengujian ketiga memiliki nilai 8,17 Ppm dengan kondisi waspada, berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian tersebut sistem dapat dikatakan berhasil.

Abstract

As Internet of Things (IoT) technology develops, water quality monitoring systems for Vannamei shrimp farms have become more inventive and straightforward. The prototype IoT system monitors and controls the pool using sensors that can measure water quality parameters, such as temperature, pH, and salinity. The research aimed to design an automated water quality monitoring system for Vannamei shrimp aquaculture. The research used the E-4052C sensor, DS18B20 sensor, and DFRobot V1.0 sensor as data transmitting hardware (transmitter) and the receiving hardware microcontroller NodeMCU ESP32 as data processing, management, and control system tools. Then, the system used a Wi-Fi network to transfer data from the microcontroller to the Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) server as a data cloud. Several software programs, including Telegram, Node-Red, and ThingSpeak, help Android devices display real-time data. Test results for the accuracy of the sensor’s reading on water pH are 99.71, with an error rate of 0.29%. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the temperature sensor is 98.03 with an error rate of 1.7%. On the other hand, the accuracy of the salinity sensor is 99.49, with an error rate of 0.41%. The results indicate that all sensors have excellent performance. The real-time monitoring display and Android Telegram notification functions are good, and the automatic water quality monitoring tool is successfully operating in the Vannamei shrimp pool in Pamandati, South Konawe District, Southeast Sulawesi ssProvince, Indonesia.

Abstract

Plagiarism is often found in the academic world and is considered a serious violation because it involves the appropriation of ideas, opinions, or writings of others. A thesis is the final work of a student that must meet scientific standards and be tailored to the field of study. It is important to check the similarity of the thesis using a web-based sistem to prevent plagiarism and ensure academic integrity. This sistem will be developed as a web-based platform with the aim of comparing the Winnowing algorithm and the Rabin-Karp algorithm in checking the similarity of thesis/final project texts with existing thesis data. In principle, both methods involve searching for strings using hashing functions to compare the sought string (m) with the compared string (n) by comparing the results of the hashing function used. However, the Winnowing algorithm differs in that it does not use all hash values from each formed set of grams. The hash values formed in the previous stage will be divided into a window of size (w). In this research, the sistem testing uses data from Computer Engineering students at Halu Oleo University to facilitate checking the plagiarism level of theses using the Rabin-Karp and Winnowing algorithms. In this study, the Rabin-Karp and Winnowing algorithms have been implemented successfully in the plagiarism checking sistem for students' theses. The test results for the comparison of the Winnowing and Rabin-Karp algorithms in terms of processing time show that the Rabin-Karp algorithm takes 1.509 seconds, while the Winnowing algorithm takes 1.508 seconds. Subsequent testing using Normalized Mean Absolute Error (NMAE) reveals that the Rabin-Karp algorithm has an absolute error value of 0.1829, while the Winnowing algorithm has a value of 0.0194. Therefore, based on the NMAE test, the Winnowing algorithm performs better than the Rabin-Karp algorithm.

Abstract

In today's era, people's need for electrical energy is increasing along with technological advances and increasing people's standard of living, so that electric energy has become a basic need for people in meeting their needs. As a provider of electricity PLN is required to meet the needs of the community for electric power efficiently and quality. The process of sending electrical power to consumers has a problem, especially when the drop voltage, this happens if the voltage at the base of the delivery with the voltage at the receiving end occurs a difference. The analysis was conducted to find out the magnitude of the drop voltage that occurred in the transmission line at Kendari New Substation - Puuwatu Substation 150 kV, as well as calculate the economic value due to the loss of electrical power. The calculation method is done using drop voltage equations and analysis using ETAP software. The reference standards for service voltage variations used are SPLN.1-1995 and IEEE 1159-1995. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) The calculation manually the value of the drop voltage is 0.371 %; (2) The result of the simulation of drop voltage using ETAP software is 0.143 %; In accordance with the standards SPLN.1-1995 and IEEE 1159-1995 the drop voltage that occurred is still within the tolerable limit of less than 5%; (3) Calculation of economic losses due to loss of electricity during january to June amounted to Rp161,408,119.92

Abstract

The Thematic Lecture, Integrated with Community Empowerment Program in Kambu District, aims to promote responsible consumption and production, specifically by tackling the issue of electronic waste, in the form of mobile phones. The goal is to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals related to responsible consumption and production. Government Regulation Number 27 of 2020 addresses the management of electronic waste, which is categorized as specific waste due to the presence of poisonous and hazardous materials that can harm humans and the environment. To address this issue, all relevant stakeholders must work together to implement integrated reduction and handling efforts. One of the goals of this thematic program is to promote public understanding of the concept of responsible consumption and production. This is achieved through the provision of technical guidance to the community, which includes training, knowledge and theory exposure, and skills provision. The material provided focuses on responsible cellphone usage and the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) concept in waste management, particularly for electronic waste. After conducting interviews and analyzing the participants' level of enthusiasm, it can be concluded that the activity was conducted successfully. Additionally, it was well-received by the relevant stakeholders, with a positive response noted.
