Abstract

The focus of this article is to discuss education for women according to KH. Quraish Shihab. The writing of this article is based on the fact that society currently still places women in a low position, even though many Muslim scientist have actually argued that women have the same position as men. In fact, among urban communities, women have become the driving for social, economic and political change. Meanwhile, it is very sad among rural areas, who position women in a low position. This research managed to get some conclusions. First, women’s education should be more emphasized on the principle of sharing to improve their quality, not for competition between losing or winning. Especially for empowering, increasing strengthening with religious material, which starts early. Second, according to KH. Quraish Shihab women’s education is oriented towards material and immaterial elements. And third, the paradigm map of KH. Quraish Shihab is a critique of conservative groups and liberal groups. Which, education should free women from all actions that oppress themselves as a result of discriminatory ideology adopted by society today, as a reflection of society’s religious interpretation of religious teachings, prioritizing concern for acts of social injustice, lawsuits againts gender discrimination, and social issues

Abstract

This research is motivated by the still low learning motivation among students in schools, particularly in the fifth-grade elementary school level. The researcher focuses on the implementation of the card sorting learning method to enhance student motivation. The aim of this study is to understand the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the card sorting learning model to improve student motivation in this subject area. This is observed through the process of teaching and learning activities, which includes the initial stage of learning, the core learning activities, and the conclusion of the learning process, all aimed at boosting student motivation. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research design. The subjects of this research are fifth-grade students from MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Jombang, as well as the researcher. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this research indicate that: 1) the selection of enjoyable and active learning methods can enhance student motivation, 2) students are enthusiastic about participating in lessons using the card sorting method, 3) students have become more confident and skilled in expressing opinions and actively asking questions, both to peers and to the teacher, and 4) it can help students become more independent and better understand the material presented

Abstract

This study aims to review the receivables control and the management policy of unbilled receivables and the receivables management policy applied to precast concrete iron distributor companies. This research provides insight into best practices in receivables management. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the selection of informants is carried out based on their knowledge related to relevant information in the context of the research. The main informant consists of financial staff who have direct experience in receivables control. The findings of the study show that the company has implemented quite good receivables control, as seen from the existence of systematic billing procedures to clients. However, the company does not have an adequate receivables management policy, the absence of clear credit standards and credit requirements are the main obstacles in minimizing the risk of non-collectible receivables. The implications of these findings emphasize the need for companies to formulate more comprehensive accounts receivable management policies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the collection process and reduce potential financial losses. The originality of this research lies in its focus on the precast concrete iron distribution sector in Indonesia, as well as an in-depth analysis of the specific challenges in receivables control practices in the construction sector.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Joyful Learning strategy using flash card media in mathematics learning and its impact on students’ motivation and understanding. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the study were fourth grade students of MI 2 Jombang Jember. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Joyful Learning strategy with flash card media can create a pleasant learning atmosphere, increase active student participation, and facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts. These findings support the importance of innovation in learning strategies and media to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process, especially at the elementary education level.

Abstract

Pentingnya sosialisasi digital marketing dan desain logo sebagai langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan branding Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Di era digital, UMKM di Cerme Kidul perlu memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif guna meningkatkan daya saing. Pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk menggunakan teknologi dalam menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha mereka. Digital marketing memungkinkan UMKM mempromosikan produk dengan biaya yang lebih efisien, sementara desain logo yang tepat sangat berperan dalam membangun identitas visual yang kuat dan mudah diingat oleh konsumen. Dengan menggabungkan strategi digital marketing dan desain logo yang efektif, UMKM dapat memperkuat citra merek, menarik lebih banyak pelanggan, serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Pelaksanaan program ini dilakukan melalui sosialisasi langkah-langkah digital marketing dan tips merancang logo yang mewakili nilai dan karakteristik bisnis UMKM. Program ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya teknologi informasi untuk branding dan pemasaran produk mereka, dengan harapan pelaku UMKM terus mengimplementasikan dan berinovasi mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK (ENGLISH) Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) is a non-formal educational institution that is the focus of parents in an effort to improve the ability to read and understand the Koran for children. Just like formal educational institutions, the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) must also be guaranteed its quality. One of the things that is underestimated in learning at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) is the learning process carried out by the teacher TPQ and the methods used in the learning can affect children's interest in learning the Qur'an. Therefore, in order to improve the quality for teachers TPQ as well as the interest and learning attraction of children in Cakru Village, Kencong District, Jember Regency in learning the Qur'an, I and the participants from the regional pkmbr and assisted by TPQ teachers and residents around will develop the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) by providing quality training for teachers TPQ in Cakru village and also developing the tilawati method as a way to increase interest and interest in learning the Qur'an. The Tilawati method is one of the innovations of the method in learning the Qur'an. His trademark is using rost songs and using an individual approach by reading and listening. ABSTRAK (INDONESIA) Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an(TPQ) adalah lembaga pendidikan non formal yang menjadi tumpuan orang tua dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan memahami al-Qur’an bagi anak-anak. Sama halnya seperti lembaga pendidikan formal, Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an (TPQ) juga harus terjamin kualitasnya. Salah satu hal yang disepelekan dalam pembelajaran diTaman Pendidikan al-Qur’an (TPQ) yaitu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh Guru TPQ dan metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran tersebut dapat mempengaruhi minat anak-anak untuk belajar al-Qur’an. Maka dari itu, dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas bagi Guru TPQ serta minat dan daya tarik belajar anak-anak di Desa Cakru Kecamatan Kencong Kabupaten Jember dalam belajar al-Qur’an, saya beserta peserta dari PKMBR daerah tersebut dan dibantu oleh guru TPQ dan warga sekitar akan mengembangkan Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an (TPQ) dengan memberi pelatihan yang berkualitas bagi Guru TPQ di desa Cakru dan juga mengembangkan metode tilawati sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan minat dan daya tarik belajaral- Qur’an. Metode Tilawati adalah salah satu inovasi dari metode dalam belajar al-Qur’an. Ciri khasnya yaitu menggunakan lagu rost dan menggunakan pendekatan individual dengan baca simak.

Abstract

Good community empowerment activities generally require a mentoring process. This is important because the object of community empowerment is society with its various dynamics. So from this there are many abilities and skills of the community that must be developed. This mentoring activity was carried out in Krajan II Hamlet, Ngampelrejo Village, Jombang District, Jember Regency. This empowerment is specifically for housewives with a Pra Sejahtera family background. This activity is carried out by motivating housewives to do self-employment in their homes. So that later this home industry can develop in Ngampelrejo Village. One of the efforts to improve the community's economy in Krajan II Hamlet, Ngampelrejo Village is to create a new business, namely making cakes, which ingredients from the cake are easily found everywhere. The purpose of this empowerment is to improve the economy of housewives in the village so that they have an entrepreneurial mindset so that they can generate profits and benefits for their families. The result of this activity is an increase in the income of housewives. The conclusion is that with the housewife empowerment program in doing business independently, the income of housewives can increase.

Abstract

Jatigono adalah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Kunir Kabupaten Lumajang Provinsi Jawa Timur. Data SDGs menunjukkan bahwa Desa Jatigono termasuk kategori desa yang lumayan tinggi dalam pendidikan yaitu kurang lebih sekitar 71%. Sebagian besar anak-anak mendapatkan hak sekolah yang cukup. Akan tetapi, untuk pendidikan nonformal mereka belum tercukupi. Kurangnya perhatian orang tua, juga menjadi salah satu permasalahan di Desa Jatigono. Akibatnya banyak anak-anak antara jenjang TK sampai SD yang menganggur atau tidak ada kegiatan sepulang sekolah. Tujuan yang diharapkan dari program BIMBEL (Bimbingan Belajar) ini adalah untuk mengisi waktu luang anak-anak dengan kegiatan yang bermanfaat, meningkatkan minat belajar anak-anak dan juga meningkatkan pemahaman pada orang tua tentang pentingnya pendidikan pada anak. Realisasi program diwujudkan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian berbasis masalah. Pada tahap awal, kami melakukan survei di lapangan terhadap anak-anak tentang mata pelajaran disekolah dan metode pembelajaran apa yang mereka sukai. Setelah itu, kami memberikan solusi dari permasalahan-permasalah tersebut. Objek dari penelitian berbasis masalah adalah anak-anak di Desa Jatigono. Hasil yang didapatkan dari terselenggaranya program ini adalah anak-anak mendapatkan kegiatan yang bermanfaat sepulang sekolah, sisi lain dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan anak kesulitan dalam belajar, dapat meningkatkan minat belajar anak, dan membantu para orang tua dalam mengenali tingkat pemahaman anak pada mata pelajaran. Dengan adanya program BIMBEL (Bimbingan Belajar) ini, penulis berharap dapat mengatasi permasalahan di bidang pendidikan di Desa Jatigono dan juga dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan didesa Jatigono yang lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Kesenian hadrah merupakan salah satu jenis kesenian Islam yang sudah membudaya di masyarakat, termasuk di masyarakat Desa Grenden Kecamatan Puger Kabupaten Jember. Sebelumnya di Desa Grenden sudah pernah ada kegiatan hadrah namun seiring waktu kegiatan tersebut terhenti. Hal ini sangat disayangkan karena tersedianya alat musik hadrah yang masih lengkap dan dalam kondisi bagus. Ditambah dengan banyaknya pemuda yang menetap di Desa Grenden, sehingga menjadi potensi untuk melaksanakan kembali kegiatan hadrah dengan memberdayakan para pemuda sebagai upaya untuk melestarikan kesenian hadrah. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pelestarian kesenian hadrah ini adalah untuk menghidupkan kembali kesenian hadrah yang hampir ditinggalkan kalangan pemuda, untuk menumbuhkan minat pada pemuda untuk mengikuti kegiatan hadrah, untuk memunculkan kebiasaan baru yang lebih positif bagi para pemuda dan untuk melestarikan kesenian hadrah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu menggunakan strategi dan langkah- langkah yang telah disusun, strategi yang digunakan yaitu melakukan observasi di masyarakat, memanfaatkan potensi yang ada yaitu alat hadrah, melakukan sosialisasi di masyarakat, melibatkan stakeholder di desa yang memiliki keahlian di bidang hadrah, membentuk kelompok atau grup hadrah, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk promosi, dan memonitor dan mengevaluasi setiap tahapan yang dilaksanakan, dan langkah- langkah yang telah disusun yaitu koordinasi bersama stake holder, persiapan sarana prasarana kegiatan, pengorganisasian kelompok hadrah, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya grup hadrah yang sudah diresmikan bersama perwakilan masyarakat dan kegiatan sholawatan rutin bersama masyarakat setiap satu bulan sekali. Program ini telah memberdayakan para pemuda di Desa Grenden melalui kegiatan pelestarian kesenian hadrah dan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat Desa Grenden.
