Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research about application of cooperative learning model rotating trio exchange (RTE) has been done to know effect of cooperative learning model rotating trio exchange of student’s achievement at hydrocarbon subject in class X SMAN 1 Tempuling-Indragiri Hilir and to determine effect of cooperative learning model rotating trio exchange of student’s achievement at hydrocarbon subject in class X SMAN 1 Tempuling-Indragiri Hilir. The research is form of experimental research with pretest-posttest design. Samples consist of two classes; class X1 as a class experiment and class X2 as a class control of randomly chosen after the normality test and homogeneity test. Experimental is a class that is treated by applying model rotating trio exchange. Can improve student’s achievement on hydrocarbon subject in class X SMAN 1 Tempuling-Indragiri Hilir in crease student’s achievement with effect 5,507%.Keywords : Cooperative Learning Model, Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE), Student’s Achievement,Hydrocarbon.

Abstract

Abstract: The research about comparing cooperative learning models types Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) with Numbered Head Together (NHT) has been done to improve student’s achievement on learning topic Atomic structure and periodic systems of elements at class X SMAN 2 Dayun. This research aimed to find out student’s achievement the better one between cooperative learning models types Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) with Numbered Head Together (NHT) on learning topic of Atomic structure and periodic systems of elements by comparing these two models. This was a quasi experimental research with pretest-posttest design. Population on this research ware all classes X in SMAN 2 Dayun consisting of four classes. The subject of this research ware X4 as the experimental class of TSTS and X2 as the experimental class of NHT, which were determined randomly after conducting normality and homogeneity test. The data analysis to test the hypothesis was using two tail t-test. Based on the data analysis, it is obtained that tcount = 4,271 and ttable = 2,00 with α = 0,05, dk = 53. tcount ≥ ttable 4,271≥ 2,00. It means there are significant differences between the student’s achievement by using cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) with the student’s achievement by using cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) on the learning topic of Atomic structure and periodic systems of elements in SMAN 2 Dayun.Keywords: TSTS, NHT, Learning achievement, Atomic structure and periodic systems of elements

Abstract

Abstract : The research about application of bamboo dancing cooperative learning model aims to improve students learning achievement on the subject of hydrocarbon in class X SMAN 3 Pekanbaru. Form of research is experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, which are X8 as experiment class and X9 as control class that randomly selected after testing normality and homogeneity. Experiment class was given treatment with implementing bamboo dancing cooperative learning model while the control class wasnot given treatment bamboo dancing cooperative learning model. Analysis of data used t-test. Results of the analysis it was found that tscore > ttable (4,60 > 1,67), it means that the application bamboo dancing cooperative learning model can improve students achievement on the subject of hydrocarbon in class X SMAN 3 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of students learning achievement in experiment class was high category (N-gain =0,76) and in control class was medium category (N-gain =0,63).Key Words : Bamboo Dancing Cooperative Learning Model, Learning Achievement, Hydrocarbon

Abstract

Abstract This study is aimed to develop learning media by using PowToon on the subject of Hydrocarbon at SMA/MA. The result of this study is a product of learning media in the form of CD (compact disk) for Hydrocarbon subject which has contents as follows: the characteristic of carbon, alcana,alchene and alcuna, the application carbon in daily. This study used Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE model which has five stages of development; they are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The development model was modified by the writer only until the development stage. The result of validation test showed that learning media on the subject of Hydrocarbon is valid with the result of validation by media experts and material experts 89,63%, so the developed learning media is properly used on the learning and teaching process. The result of the development has been limited test on 22 students and then 2 chemistry teacher in senior high school average score percentase obtained by 89,63%Key Words : Development of learning media, PowToon, Hydrocarbon

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of atomic structure and periodic system of element in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru. The research were implemented in SMAN 9 Pekanbaru started at the end of July until September 2015. Population of this research is class X5 until class X8. The research is using randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The Analysis technique used normality Liliefors to see same variance samples. After doing normality and Homogeneity test. The samples of this research were the students of class X8 as the experimental class and students of class X7 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to media eXe Learning while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on data dk (32 +35)-2 =65 and α= 0,05 obtained ttable 1,67 and tcount 2,54. tcount > ttable is 2,54 >1.67, means that the application of media eXe Learning can improve student learning achievement on the topic of structure and periodic system of element in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru with effect (KP) 9,03%Keywords : Achievement of Learning, eXe Learning, Atomic Structure and Periodic System of Element

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of research are to know the improvement of student learning achievement and value of influence by implementing Peer Led Guided Inquiry (PLGI) learning model on the buffers subject in the class XI MIA SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. This research is experimental research using Design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The research sample consisted two class, class XI MIA 2 as experiment class and class XI MIA 3 as control class that has tested by normality test using Liliefors test and homogeneity test using equality of two average test. Hypothesis was done by using test-t right side. Research result shown that the implementation of PLGI learning model can improve student learning achievement on the buffers subject where tarithmetic = 3,33 > ttable = 1,67 with value of its influence to student learning achievement is 16,53%.Keywords : Learning Model Peer Led Guided Inquiry (PLGI), Learning Achievement, Buffers

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of research are to know the improvement of student learning achievement and value of influence by implementing learning model Creative Problem Solving (CPS) on the hydrocarbon subject at the class X SMA N 14 Pekanbaru. CPS learning model includes steps problem clarify, disclosure ideas, evaluation and election ideas also implementation elected idea. This research is experimental research using Design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The research sample consisted two class, class X 1 as experiment class and class X 7 as control class that has tested by normality test using Liliefors test and homogeneity test using equality of two average test.. Hypothesis was done by using test-t right side. Research result shown that the implementation of learning model CPS can improve student learning achievement on the hydrocarbon subject where tarithmetic = 7,71 > ttable = 2,00 with value of its influence to student learning achievement is 45,22%.Keywords : Learning Model, Creative Problem Solving (CPS), Learning Achievement, Hydrocarbon

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of this research was to know the differences between the application of REACT strategy and conventionally on the stoichiometry subject at the class X senior high school 1 Kampar. REACT strategy includes five steps Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, and Transferring. This research used quasi experiment with design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The sample of research consisted two class, class X MIPA 3 and class X MIPA 4. The analysis for normality data used Kolmogorov-Smirnov test obtained results that was normally distributed and homogeneity test used Levene test obtained results that was homogeneous. The analysis data used Independent-Sample T-Test, the result shows there was significancy differences between REACT strategy and conventionally were student achievement who learn used REACT strategy have improve significancy on stoichiometry subject (t = 3,207. The research sample consisted of two class, class XI MIPA 2 as experiment class and class XI MIPA 4 as control class that has tested by normality test using Liliefors test and homogeneity test using equality of two average test. Hypothesis was done by using test-t right side. Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of structure atoms and the periodic system of elements in class XI IPA Senior High School (SMAN) 4 Pekanbaru. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample was determined after doing normality and homogeneity test of 5 classes as population and then class XI IPA 5 as experiment class and XI IPA 3 as control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to Bingo Review strategy while the control class was not applied to Bingo Review strategy. Data analysis technique used is the t-test and N-gain normalized test. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 5.22>1.67, means that the application of Bingo Review strategy can improve student learning achievement on the topic of structure atoms and the periodic system of elements in class XI IPA Senior High School (SMAN) 4 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,85. Meanwhile, the category improvement of student achievement in control class was medium category with N-gain normalized is 0,69.Keywords: Active Learning Bingo review Strategy, Learning Achievement, Struture of Atoms and the Periodic system of Elements
