Abstract

The focus of this research is the influence of economic education in the family, economic literacy, and student lifestyle on student consumptive behaviour. The research uses a quantitative approach. The subject of this study is higher school students. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The population is 1,204 students, and the research sample is 300 students by determining proportional random sampling. The study results show that family economic education and economic literacy influence consumptive behaviour variables. Family economic education and consumptive behaviour affect lifestyle. Economic literacy has no significant effect but has a positive value on lifestyle. Family economic education influences consumptive behaviour toward lifestyle. Economic literacy influences consumptive behaviour toward lifestyle

Abstract

Penelitian ini pertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri tiga Jombang. Metode dekriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi adalah guru MAN tiga Jombang dengan sampel berjumlah seratus guru yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi R Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, serta komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MAN tiga Jombang.

Abstract

The financial reports of non-profit entities, such as the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ), serve as an instrument of accountability and transparency in resource management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) No. 45 concerning Financial Reporting of Non-Profit Entities at TPQ Mamba'ul Khoir, Jombang Regency. This qualitative research uses primary data sources from interviews with administrators and secondary data in the form of TPQ financial reports. The analysis was conducted by comparing TPQ's recognition, measurement, and reporting practices with the principles of SAK 45. The findings indicate that TPQ Mamba'ul Khoir has not implemented SAK 45. Its accounting practices still rely on a simple cash basis, where recording focuses only on cash inflows and outflows. This limitation is evident in the absence of a net asset classification (restricted/unrestricted) and the lack of a comprehensive statement of financial position, which hinders transparency. This study reconstructs the TPQ's financial reports into SAK 45 format as a recommendation. However, the final results found that the accounts in the TPQ's simplified financial statements were more similar when adjusted to SAK 109 (Accounting for Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah) than to SAK 45, given the nature of religious organizations. The main inhibiting factors in implementation were limited understanding among management and competent human resources. In conclusion, TPQ Mamba'ul Khoir needs to shift from a cash basis to an accrual basis and adopt more relevant accounting standards (SAK 109 is recommended)

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sektor usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menjadi strategi penting dalam menghadapi tantangan pemasaran di era digital, namun masih banyak pelaku UMKm yang belum memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan teknis pelaku usaha Rengginang Super Desa Banjarsari melalui pendampingan pembuatan akun marketplace GrabMerchant. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil membuat akun GrabMerchant, menggunggah produk secara mandiri, dan mulai menerima pesanan dari platform tersebut. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam mendorong pelaku usaha tradisional untuk beradaptasi dengan ekosistem digital secara lebih efektif. keberhasilan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan praktis dan partisipatif dapat menjadi strategi pemberdayaan UMKM yang relevan, khususnya dalam memperkuat pemassaran produk lokal melalui teknologi digital

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing e-commerce technology-based innovation strategies in culinary MSMEs in Jogoroto District. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study identifies the role of digital platforms such as social media, marketplaces, and delivery applications in increasing sales, operational efficiency, and business competitiveness. This study also found that the main obstacles for MSMEs include limited technological knowledge, implementation costs, and lack of innovative marketing strategies. However, the adoption of e-commerce has been proven to be able to expand market reach and significantly increase MSMEs income. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of e-commerce technology is influenced by understanding the program, determining the right target market, and implementing efficient and adaptive marketing strategies. Businesses that successfully use e-commerce are able to strengthen their brands and create real changes in business operations. This study recommends collaboration between the government and MSMEs actors to support digital transformation through technology training and providing access to relevant resources, so that MSMEs digitalization can run sustainably and support the local economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the difference between online learning with video and online learning with zoom so that it can determine which learning media is more suitable and most able to increase student activity in economics subjects, which aims to make learning not monotonous. Data collection techniques used by researchers include documentation, tests, and observations. The test uses cognitive and skill tests. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that there are differences in cognitive and psychomotor assessment of online learning with video and online learning with zoom on economic subjects. It can be seen from the results of parametric statistical testing shows that sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05. For cognitive aspects 0.002 < 0.05 and psychomotor aspects 0.024 < 0.05. Online learning with video is better than online learning with zoom on economic subjects, both cognitive and psychomotor aspects. This can be seen from the average cognitive value of online learning with video of 67.08 and online learning with zoom of 55.19. The psychomotor aspect also shows the same thing for the average value of online learning with video which is higher than online learning with zoom, namely 83.42 and 77.41.

Abstract

This article discusses the perceptions of teachers and students about limited face-to-face learning (PTMT) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research described in this article is quantitative descriptive research using the survey method. Respondents of research involved 19 teachers who carried out learning and 49 high school students who participated in limited face-to-face learning in the even semester of 2021/2022. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by using percentage and mean analysis of respondents' answers. The mean analysis was established in the form of a scale range. The results indicated that limited face-to-face learning (PTMT) could be effective, teachers were easy to implement PTMT, and teachers and students preferred PTMT more than online learning. In addition, the results also indicated that PTMT could make a good learning atmosphere, make students involved in the learning activity, make students being passionate or enthusiastic in the learning activity, not make students being lazy during the learning activity, make students focused on learning, make students being more serious in participating while learning process, make students being easier to understand the subject matter, and there was good reciprocal interaction and communication between teachers with students. Teachers and students during the Covid-19 pandemic preferred the learning to be carried out face-to-face, even though it was still limited.
