Abstract

Lack of family economic education and high lifestyle pressure in the campus environment can affect student consumptive behaviour. A lack of understanding about managing finances and irrational thinking in making consumption decisions can lead to excessive spending, which leads to unhealthy consumptive behaviour. This study aims to explain the effect of family economic education on lifestyle, family economics education on consumptive behaviour, lifestyle on consumptive behaviour, and family economic education through lifestyle on consumptive behaviour of STKIP PGRI Jombang economic education students and management students at STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang. The quantitative approach was carried out on economic education students at STKIP PGRI Jombang and management students at STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang class of 2019–2022. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The population were 1,383 students, and the research sample were 423 students by determining proportional random sampling. The research findings revealed that there was an influence of family economic education on lifestyle, there was an influence of family economics education on consumptive behaviour, there was an influence of lifestyle on consumptive behaviour, and there was an influence of family economic education through lifestyle on consumptive behaviour.

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to explain the effect of financial atitude on the level of financial literacy, explain the effect of financial behaviour on the level of financial literacy, and explain the influence of financial atitude and financial behaviour on the level of financial literacy. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were students of STKIP PGRI Jombang class 2018-2021. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling technique, in order to obtained the number of respondens as much as 311 people. The research instrumen used a questionaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of financial literacy of STKIP PGRI Jombang students in the 2018-2021 batch was 4.01 which was in the high category. In addition, this study is able to prove that financial atitude affects the level of student financial literacy, financial behaviour affects the level of student financial literacy, and financial atitude and financial behaviour affect the level of student financial literacy.Keywords: finanncial literacy, financial atitude, financial behaviour

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh intensitas penggunaan media sosial mahasiswa ekonomi STKIP PGRI Jombang terhadap minat berwirausaha, pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Jombang terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan pengaruh intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan pengetahuan mahasiswa kewirausahaan STKIP PGRI Jombang terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai analisis data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi STKIP PGRI Jombang dari angkatan 2019, 2020, dan 2021 dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 105 mahasiswa. Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan topik penting dalam pendidikan karena terkait dengan banyaknya proses kemerosotan moral yang terjadi di masyarakat. Pengembangan karakter merupakan tanggung jawab bersama yang harus dimulai dari rumah, kelas, dan masyarakat. Pendidikan karakter harus dimulai sejak usia dini. Salah satu upaya untuk membangun karakter anak selama tidak dalam pengawasan orang tua dan kerabat dekat lainnya adalah melalui Full Day School disarankan sebagai. Berdasarkan argumen tersebut, peneliti bermaksud melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pembentukan Karakter Pancasila Siswa dengan penerapan sistem Full Day School. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif ini akan dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Jombang, dan kegiatan penelitian akan diawali dengan: 1) pengamatan, 2) wawancara, dan 3) kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan penerapan sistem Full Day School berdampak pada pembentukan karakter pelajar Pancasila, dibuktikan dengan enam elemen karakter pelajar Pancasila yang, diantaranya adalah: (1) keimanan dan ketakwaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan akhlak mulia, (2) kebhinekaan global, (3) gotong royong, (4) kemandirian, (5) nalar kritis, dan (6) kreativitas, semua berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini pertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri tiga Jombang. Metode dekriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi adalah guru MAN tiga Jombang dengan sampel berjumlah seratus guru yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi R Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, serta komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MAN tiga Jombang.

Abstract

Kasus Covid-19 pertama kali diumumkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia Pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020, diumumkan bahwa ada dua kasus Covid-19. Kebijakan local Lockdown dan physycal distancing serta penutupan sebagian besar sekolah oleh pemerintah provinsi dikeluarkan untuk mencegah kasus Covid-19 yang terus bertambah. Surat edaran Pada tanggal 24 maret 2020 yang dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia tentang Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Pendidikan Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran Covid-19, dalam Surat Edaran tersebut dijelaskan bahwa proses belajar dilaksanakan di rumah melalui pembelajaran daring/jarak jauh dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi siswa. Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran online terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Jombang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakaan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran online terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Jombang di masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

The role of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is very significant for the growth of Indonesia’s economy, accounting for 99% of all business units. The development of MSMEs in Blitar Regency has experienced significant growth in terms of both the number of entrepreneurs and revenue. The objectives of this research are (1) to identify and analyze the potential of the creative economy in the development of MSMEs in Blitar Regency, (2) to formulate appropriate strategies to enhance the competitiveness and growth of MSMEs in the creative economy sector in Blitar Regency. The approach used in this research is a phenomenological qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and structured interviews conducted with key informants of this study, such as MSMEs actors, local government officials from the Department of Industry and Trade, and the Cooperative Office. The data analysis technique was conducted using data triangulation with the following steps: data collection, data analysis, conclusion, and data validation. The research results show that the creative economy model used by the local government in developing MSMEs in Blitar Regency includes the utilization of ideas and creativity, strengthening MSMEs through digitalization, business mentoring, development of superior products, and connection with the people's economy. The challenges in the development of MSMEs include increasingly tight market competition both online and offline; limited access to capital; limited access to digital technology; lack of understanding of business management; limited product innovation; ineffective marketing; and business legality. The strategies implemented include enhancing digital marketing, improving product and service quality, strengthening business capital, increasing capacity and skills, utilizing technology, promoting and marketing products, and strengthening institutions and governance.

Abstract

The Sarana Agro Lestari Agricultural Cooperative in Jombang Regency, East Java, addresses the issue of low farmer income caused by limited access to capital, market price fluctuations, and restricted access to technology and broader markets. This study aims to analyze the cooperative's role in improving farmers' welfare through empowerment programs. A qualitative approach was employed, gathering data through in-depth interviews with cooperative managers and farmer group representatives, as well as analyzing supporting documents. The results show that the cooperative provides benefits such as financial access, affordable production inputs, modern technology training, and more effective crop marketing. However, challenges like insufficient capital, limited facilities, and price fluctuations hinder the cooperative's optimal role. Strengthening partnerships, product diversification, and technological innovation are recommended to enhance the cooperative's sustainability in supporting farmers' welfare.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan adanya perbedaan antara pembelajaran daring sinkronus dengan daring asinkronus menggunakan metode 5M merdeka belajar dalam meningkatkan efektivitas belajar siswa di MTs Al-Mu’thiyah Sukabumi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen soal belajar pretest postest, dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dan data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara pembelajaran daring sinkronus dengan daring asinkronus menggunakan metode 5M merdeka belajar dalam meningkatkan efektifitas belajar siswa di MTs Al-Mu’thiyah Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran daring Sinkronus lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran daring Asinkronus. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai masukan bagi tenaga pendidik untuk dapat lebih mempertimbangkan jenis dan media dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran daring serta menerapkan pretest postest untuk mengukur keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran. Diharapkan tenaga pendidik dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih efektif sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan siswa dapat memahami materi yang telah disampaikan
