Abstract

This study aimed to examine the position and role of Ulama in resolving human rights violation cases by the Aceh Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC). It analyzed the ulama representations within the Aceh TRC commissioners, their role in reconciliation, and factors that influence the role of the ulama. Data were obtained through interviews and documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the ulama’s role was dismissed in cases of human rights violations. TRC's commissioners did not represent Ulama or play a significant role in the reconciliation process. Their diminished role in conflict resolution relates to delegitimization in Aceh. It occurred due to the scarcity of qualified ulama to solve the conflict and friction or polarization among them. Other causes were the ulama’s lack of attention to human rights issues and the emergence of new actors that took over their conflict resolution roles. Ulama in Aceh could reaffirm its role in conflict resolution by restoring its legitimacy. They must improve their quality and formation based on day ah, strengthen their unity, avoid friction and polarization, and maintain neutrality. Ulama should also increase their involvement in conflict resolution and human rights issues.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the inefficient use of Arabic learning methods, especially in memorizing mufrodat. Many students think that learning Arabic and memorizing mufrodat is difficult and unpleasant, resulting in a lack of interest in learning Arabic. This study has the main objectives of increasing: 1) the level of student learning activity during mufrodat learning; 2) achievement of mufrodat learning outcomes through the application of the singing method. This research was conducted at MIN 2 Purwakarta, Ciawi Village, Wanayasa District, Purwakarta Regency. The research subjects were grade 1 students at MIN 2 Purwakarta in the 2022/2023 school year, which consisted of 16 students. This research is a classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, tests and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) The application of the singing method can increase student learning activities, this is indicated by an increase in student activity presentation from 70% to 93%; 2) The application of the singing method can improve student learning outcomes regarding mufrodat baitii for class 1 students at MIN 2 Purwakarta, Ciawi Wanayasa Village, Purwakarta for the 2022/2023 academic year. This is indicated by an increase in learning completeness and the average student achievement during each cycle of actions implemented. 1) The application of the singing method can increase student learning activity, this is indicated by the increase in student activity presentation from 70% to 93%; 2) The application of the singing method can improve student learning outcomes regarding mufrodat baitii for class 1 students at MIN 2 Purwakarta, Ciawi Wanayasa Village, Purwakarta for the 2022/2023 academic year. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, pelatihan, kepuasan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kerpulauan Riau. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Teknik analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 responden. Berdasarkan analisis data maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, disiplin (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, pelatihan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, kepuasan (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, lingkungan kerja (X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, motivasi, disiplin, pelatihan, kepuasan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Riau.

Abstract

Sebuah negara dikatakan berdemokrasi ketika dijalankannya sistem pemilihan umum. Begitupun dengan Indonesia yang sepanjang perjalanan pasca kemerdekaan telah menjalankan sistem pemilihan umum baik legislatif juga eksekutif dengan beragam formula dan perubahannya. Indonesia kemudian mulai berbenah sistem ketatanegaraan dengan didahului pada amandemen konstitusi yakni pada masa refromasi tahun 1998. Dalam perubahan konstitusi konstruksi pemilihan umum khususnya pada pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari masa jabatan presiden, sistem pemilihan, asal presiden sampai pada proses pemberhentian. Sayangnya, perubahan konstitusi tidak berbanding lurus pada pelaksanaan undang-undang pemilu. Undang-undang pemilihan umum khususnya untuk presiden dan wakil presiden kian hari mengalami pasang surut nilai demokrasi. Lantas bagaimana melihat pasang surut demokrasi dalam pemilihan umum presiden dan wakil presiden di Indonesia. Metode penulisan ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan teknik pengumpulan dengan data kepustakaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang kemudian dianalisa secara deksriptif kualitatif. Pasang surut demokrasi dalam pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden di Indonesia ini kemudian penulis kaji menggunakan tiga kategori sebagai pisau Analisa, dengan hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama ambang batas pemilihan umum presiden dan wakil presiden untuk menjadi pintu masuk dalam penyederhanaan partai politik demi penguatan system presidensial menjadi tidak tepat. Kedua; terkait konstruksi parpol Indonesia. Bahwa penyederhanaan partai politik harus memperhatikan alasan-alasan fundamental yang tidak dapat terlepas dari. Ketiga; terkait dengan produk hukum pemilihan umum, maka undang-undang pemilihan umum dari masa ke masa mengalami proses kemunduran demokrasi.

Abstract

This Paper aims to find out on the response of Singapore as a multi-racial country and religion towards the Muslims and its role in taking care of its racial harmony in Singapore. This mix of methods of qualitative and quantitative through the approach of direct observation has found that the government of Singapore gave a good attention for Islam. This happens in such ways that the law named AMLA and muslims in Singapore take part in keeping the racial harmony in many ways such as involving in IRO organization, choosing An-Nadhah mosques as a racial harmony centre, encouraging the dialogues between religion and the muslims. Most important role in MUIS is as official instituion to have such harmony by having seminars and khutbah as well as application of downloaded information in curriculum development based on racial harmony. As the result, it is hopeful to let this be as a research for other countries that has a different system that is similar to Singapore for the sake of a better harmony.--

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the zakat nishab of currency using the silver nishab or gold standard. Because so far most Indonesian people use Golden Nishob. Data collection was carried out using data from various references from trusted scholars' books. The method used in this study uses a normative-descriptive approach in a rational, empirical and systematic way. Based on the results of analysts, it was concluded that Nishab Zakat money is equated with silver worth 595 grams. Measuring money zakat nishab with silver zakat nishob is not arbitrary, but also refers to the opinions of authoritative scholars, because it will have a positive impact and benefit for the community, and can optimize the potential of Muslims to zakat to be more prospective and progressive.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Promosi, Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara parsial dan simultan Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Menerima Kredit UMKM di Bank BJB Cabang Batam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh Debitur Kredit UMKM Bank BJB Cabang Batam sebanyak 102 orang. Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan cara sensus dimana jumlah populasi sama dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 orang. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial pada promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Menerima Kredit UMKM di Bank BJB Cabang Batam, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Menerima Kredit UMKM di Bank BJB Cabang Batam, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Menerima Kredit UMKM di Bank BJB Cabang Batam, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Menerima Kredit UMKM di Bank BJB Cabang Batam. Pengujian simultan menunjukan bahwa promosi, kualitas produk, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap fasilitas kredit UMKM oleh debitur Bank BJB Cabang Batam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Puskesmas di Kecamatan Sagulung Kota Batam sebanyak 87 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 87 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Sensus, analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (4) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (5) Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Untuk mempertahankan eksistensi serta visi-misi sekolah tentu saja membutuhkan kinerja guru yang baik, oleh karena itu ada beberapa hal untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru yaitu motivasi, disiplin, pelatihan, kepuasan dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, pelatihan, kepuasan, dan kinerja guru secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru tetap di SDIT Darussalam Batam yang berjumlah 113 orang guru. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel sensus dimana seluruh guru tetap yang ada di SDIT Darussalam Batam sebanyak 113 orang dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket yang telah dibagikan kemudian dianalisis menggunkan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, heterokedastisitas dan uji multikolinierritas. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin, pelatihan, kepuasan dan lingkungan kerja secara persial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Adapun hasil uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin, pelatihan, kepuasan dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel motivasi, disiplin, pelatihan, kepuasan dan lingkungan kerja mampu menjelaskan variasi kinerja guru sebesar 55,6 % sedangkan 44,4 % dijelaskan untuk variabel lainnya yang tidak digunakan dalam metode penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research explores the resilience of interreligious harmony in Kedang, Lembata Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, by focusing on the intersection of local culture, religion, and governance. The study identifies three central pillars in the philosophy of life for the Kedang people: the Customary, Religious, and Governmental pillars, which together foster a strong social fabric. Key aspects of Kedang culture, including traditional architecture, music, rituals, and customs, are examined for their role in sustaining peaceful coexistence among different religious groups. A phenomenological approach is used to understand these practices authentically, with data collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research employs purposive sampling to select informants, including community, religious, youth, and traditional leaders, as well as government officials. Through SWOT analysis, the study assesses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to interfaith relations in Kedang, proposing strategic measures for reinforcing religious harmony. The findings contribute to a broader understanding of cultural and religious dialogue, offering a model for promoting peace and unity in diverse communities, both within Indonesia and globally.
