Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merumuskan strategi bersaing Unit Bisnis Pesantren di Pulau Lombok pada produk air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif (qualitative research) dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis SWOT dan Five Forces Porter Model. Hasil penelitian ini, berdasarkan analisis SWOT, terdapat beberapa strategi yang dapat diimplementasi UBP dalam meningkatkan daya saingnya, yaitu strategi SO dengan mengoptimalkan peran Tuan Guru sebagai brand ambassador, diversifikasi produk, memperkuat asosiasi produk dengan citra pesantren, memanfaatkan jaringan alumni. Strategi ST berfokus pada penjualan di internal pesantren, pengendalian merek pesaing, pengurangan kemasan plastik, dan perjanjian kontrak yang menguntungkan dengan supplier. Strategi WO mencakup pendirian pabrik sendiri, peningkatan supplier, keterlibatan santri dalam manajemen, kerja sama dengan pemerintah, toko besar, hotel, dan menjaga kualitas produk. Strategi WT melibatkan penambahan supplier, memperkuat komunitas ekonomi pesantren, dan perluasan wilayah distribusi. Sementara strategi bersaing yang dapat dirumuskan berdasarkan analisis Five Forces Porter Model adalah dengan fokus pada segmen pasar niche, memanfaatkan keunggulan kompetitif yang unik karena terafiliasi dengan pesantren, dan memperkuat manajemen bisnisnya. Dengan demikian, UBP dapat tetap bersaing dalam industri AMDK yang sangat menantang.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari bagaimana pengaruh proporsi pakan yang berbeda terhadap asupan protein, laju pertumbuhan dan konversi ransum ayam broiler. Pada penelitian ini, 80 ekor ayam campuran jantan dan betina strain Platinum MB 202 dari PT. Japfa Comfeed. Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan yang ditempatkan dalam 16 unit kotak yang dilengkapi dengan tempat makan, tempat minum, lampu sebagai penghangat dan pencahayaan. Penelitian menggunakan umpan BR 1 (Starter) dan BR 2 (Finisher). Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian proporsi pakan yang berbeda waktu pagi dan sore hari yang terdiri dari A= Pemberian pakan ad libitum, B= Pemberian pakan 75% pagi, 25% sore, C= Pemberian pakan 50% pagi, 50% sore dan D= Pemberian pakan 25% pagi, 75% sore. Hasil analisis keragaman menunjukkan adanya perbedaan proporsi pemberian pakan pagi dan sore berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap asupan protein, laju pertumbuhan dan tidak berpengaruh nyata (p>0,05) terhadap konversi ransum ayam pedaging. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pakan dalam porsi besar pada pagi hari akan meningkatkan jumlah asupan protein dan laju pertumbuhan. Hasil analisis keragaman menunjukkan adanya perbedaan proporsi pemberian pakan pagi dan sore berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap asupan protein, laju pertumbuhan dan tidak berpengaruh nyata (p>0,05) terhadap konversi ransum ayam pedaging. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pakan dalam porsi besar pada pagi hari akan meningkatkan jumlah asupan protein dan laju pertumbuhan. Pemberian proporsi ransum 75% pagi hari dan 25% sore hari mendapatkan nilai intake protein sebesar 621,43 gram/ekor, laju pertumbuhan 0,738 dan konversi ransum 1, 86.

Abstract

Children need to be protected from the negative effects of rapid development, globalization in the information and communication industry, scientific and technological breakthroughs, and changes in lifestyle and lifestyle of some parents. These factors result in fundamental social changes and have a major impact on children's behavior and values. Children who commit crimes are greatly influenced by socialization, education, playmates, and other external factors. This study uses the normative legal research method, utilizing primary and secondary legal sources, especially those that provide fresh or current scientific data or alternative perspectives on established facts or ideas. These sources in this case are books, journals, theses or dissertations, and other legal papers.The results of this study are that the implementation of Diversion is one of the restorative justice approaches that can be used to handle juvenile crimes. By focusing on how to return to the original state, diversion through a restorative justice approach is a fair and reasonable solution to children's cases involving perpetrators of criminal acts, victims, families of criminals, and other parties who collectively seek a solution to the crime and its consequences for the victim. Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System regulates the procedures for diversion. Various studies have shown that there are obstacles that hinder the implementation of effective diversion. One of the main challenges is the lack of in-depth understanding of the procedures and principles underlying diversion among law enforcement officers and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of incorporating fish oil as an omega-3 source on BSF maggot meal's production and nutritional composition when cultivated in a growth medium based on the mixed fermentation of ruminant blood and tofu. The study utilized BSF eggs, fresh blood, tofu, Probio_FM, and sardine fish oil. An experimental design was implemented, consisting of four treatment groups with three replications, following a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments involved varying levels of fish oil supplementation in the BSF larvae growth medium: 0 percent (control), 2 percent, 4 percent, and 8 percent. The measured parameters included BSF maggot production and the nutritional content of BSF maggot meal. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that fish oil supplementation in the fermented blood and tofu growth medium did not significantly affect (P > 0.05) BSF maggot production. However, it had a significant effect (P < 0.05) on crude ash content and a highly significant effect (P < 0.01) on dry matter, crude protein, and crude fat content in BSF maggot meal. Supplementing fish oil at a 4 percent level resulted in a BSF maggot yield of 126.50 grams, with a dry matter content of 96.69 percent, crude protein at 32.35 percent, crude fat at 33.04 percent, and ash content at 6.22 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis perekat terhadap kualitas fisik ransum ayam petelur berbentuk pelet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu: perlakuan A: ransum tanpa perekat tepung tapioka (kontrol), B: ransum + perekat tepung tapioka 1,5%, C : ransum + perekat tepung tapioka 3,0%, D: ransum + perekat tepung tapioka 4,5%  dan E: ransum + perekat tepung tapioka 6,0 %. Peubah yang diamati adalah kadar air, kerapatan tumpukan, kerapatan pemadatan tumpukan dan sudut tumpukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan dosis perekat yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0.01) terhadap kadar air pelet, kerapatan tumpukan, kerapatan pemadatan tumpukan dan sudut tumpukan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dosis perekat tapioka terbaik pada pembuatan pelet ransum ayam petelur adukan adalah 3% dengan kandungan kadar air 10,29 %, kerapatan tumpukan 554,70 kg/m3, kerapatan pemadatan tumpukan 623,26 kg/m3 dan sudut tumpukan 39,43o

Abstract

This study discusses the principal's strategy in developing the Tahfizhul Qur'an program at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan. This type of investigation uses a qualitative method with a narrative type. Data collection techniques are through interview programs, observations and documents. The findings of this research are (1) planning strategy, namely conducting environmental analysis and formulating the vision-mission and objectives of the Tahfizhul Qur'an program. (2) Implementation strategy, namely: finding basic student problems in memorizing, grouping student memorization abilities, recruiting ideal Tahfizhul Qur'an teachers and running programs that are relevant to the Tahfizhul Qur'an program. (3) Implementation of evaluation, namely: conducting munaqasah exams and evaluating the performance of Tahfizhul Qur'an teachers. (4) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the tahfzihul Qur'an program, namely: supporters, namely capable classes, ideal teachers, suitability of learning methods and forms of evaluation that are carried out well. Inhibitors are lack of motivation, difficulty in memorizing and challenges in using android and (5) Efforts to reduce factors inhibiting the Tahfizhul Qur'an program at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan, namely: providing routine motivation, conducting Al-Qur'an memorization training and providing rewards.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the administration period of encapsulated turmeric extract (Curcuma domestica Val.) in replacing the role of antibiotic growth promoters (AGPs) in the diet on the performance of broiler chickens. The study used 100 unsexed MB 202 Platinum strain broiler chickens. The housing used was a box-type cage measuring 70 × 60 × 70 cm per unit, with a total of 20 units. An experimental method was applied using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments were as follows: A = control diet, B = control diet + zinc bacitracin, C = control diet + 0.75% encapsulated turmeric extract administered daily, D = control diet + 0.75% encapsulated turmeric extract administered every two days, and E = control diet + 0.75% encapsulated turmeric extract administered every three days. The diet was formulated to be iso-protein (22%) and iso-caloric (3000 kcal/kg). Parameters measured included feed intake, body weight gain, and feed conversion ratio of broiler chickens. The analysis of variance showed that the use of encapsulated turmeric extract had a significant effect (P<0.05) on body weight gain and feed conversion ratio but had no significant effect (P>0.05) on feed intake. It can be concluded from this study that the performance of broiler chickens fed a diet containing 0.75% encapsulated turmeric extract administered every three days was able to replace AGPs in broiler production.

Abstract

The background of this research is students who experience difficulties in beginning reading. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the difficulties of student in beginning reading for low grade students in elementary schools and what are the causal factors, and what strategies are used by thee teacher to overcome students who have difficulty reading the beginning. This research is a qualitative type. The method used in this research is the literature study method, the object of which is a relevant study in the form of a scientific article. Data collection techniques in this study are in the form of note-taking techniques. The results showed that in beginning reading for low-grade elementary school students there were still many difficulties in beginning reading, after conducting research from several relevant studies in the form of scientific articles that i had identified, several types of initial reading difficulties were found and also the causative factors. The initial reading difficulties and the strategies implemented by teachers to overcome students who experience initial reading difficulties.
