Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak pengendalian mutu terhadap kepercayaan konsumen pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Sukabumi, dengan fokus pada Mochi Kaswari, sebuah makanan khas lokal yang telah meraih popularitas. Pengendalian mutu memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga konsistensi kualitas produk, yang esensial untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan memastikan pembelian ulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Survei dilakukan dengan konsumen Mochi Kaswari untuk menilai persepsi mereka terhadap kualitas produk dan tingkat kepercayaan mereka. Temuan menunjukkan hubungan positif antara penerapan praktik pengendalian mutu dan kepercayaan konsumen. Khususnya, konsistensi kualitas produk, kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan pangan dan penggunaan bahan berkualitas adalah faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan persaingan tinggi, dalam mempertahankan proses pengendalian mutu yang ketat. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi UMKM di Sukabumi, terutama di sektor makanan, tentang bagaimana pengendalian mutu dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of service quality at PT Pos Indonesia Sukabumi Branch in improving customer satisfaction. The results show that aspects of service speed, staff friendliness, digitalization, and clarity of information are the main factors that influence customer satisfaction. The implementation of digital services, such as delivery tracking and online payments, provides convenience, although there are still challenges in customer technological literacy. In addition, constraints related to lack of information transparency and infrastructure limitations were also identified. By improving service quality in these areas, PT Pos Indonesia is expected to maintain customer loyalty and compete in an increasingly competitive logistics industry.

Abstract

The challenge encountered by SMEs in Indonesia concerning innovation and performance stems from a flaw in their innovation development approach, resulting in the underperformance of Indonesian SMEs compared to their counterparts in different nations. Currently, the advancement of innovation is recognized as a crucial strategy in enhancing the quality of MSMEs, enabling them to maintain competitiveness, particularly within the food industry. The research was aimed at determining the amount of the influence of Innovation Strategy and Work Environment towards the Performance of Mie Bakso MSMEs in Sukabumi city. The research methods applied were descriptive and associative with quantitative approach. The technique of sampling deployed was purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 42 respondents in line with the required criteria. The technique of analyzing data used in the research was multiple linear regression. The results of the research, based on the determination coefficient calculation, reveal that 42.3% of the influence on MSMEs performance can be attributed to the innovation strategy and work environment, while the remaining 57.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in the research. The simultaneous test (F-test) and partial test (T-test) show that both innovation strategy and work environment have a significant influence towards MSMEs performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality control in photography services at Homelens Studio in Sukabumi City to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a flow chart approach to visualize the flow of the quality control process. The results of the study indicate that Homelens Studio has implemented five main stages in quality control, namely quality planning, quality control, monitoring, corrective action, and continuous improvement. The studio sets quality standards and operational procedures, conducts strict inspections of photo results, monitors the process periodically, and immediately follows up on deviations through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Continuous improvement is carried out through the PDCA cycle by relying on performance evaluation and customer feedback. In conclusion, Homelens Studio has succeeded in building an effective and adaptive quality control system to market needs, thereby increasing competitiveness through service innovations such as photobooth systems and photography service expansion.  Keywords: Photo Studio, Quality Control, PDCA, Photography Services, Homelens Studio

Abstract

UMKM Furniture menjadi salah satu sektor unggulan di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi besar. Namun, saat ini kontribusi yang diberikan terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia tengah mengalami penurunan. Salah satu faktor penyebab permasalahan tersebut yaitu disebabkan oleh penurunan kinerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh distinctive capability dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis melalui peran keunggulan bersaing. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu UMKM Furniture di Kabupaten berjumlah 100 UMKM dengan kerangka sampel menggunkan teknik cluster sampling dan stratified random sampling. Teknik inferensial menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara distinctive capability terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Keunggulan bersaing secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis, Dan keunggulan bersaing memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara distinctive capability terhadap kinerja bisnis secara positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Green Innovation, Keunggulan Bersaing dan Kinerja Pemasaran dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 pelaku usaha IKM Logam di Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan menggunakan non probability sampling metode sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear sederhana sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa green innovation secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud guna menakar rantai pasok PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Studi menggunakan metodologi kualitatif, teknik pencarian online, dan sumber dari jurnal terkait. Untuk memberikan kajian ringkas mengenai rantai pasok yang mencakup unsur-unsur signifikan yang berdampak pada kinerja, analisis ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi rantai pasok pada PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Perencanaan dan administrasi persediaan, pengiriman, control kualitas, kerjasama antara mitra bisnis, dan penggunaan teknologi informasi ialah beberapa topik yang akan dibahas. Merencanakan dan mengelola persediaan ialah komponen penting dari rantai pasok yang menjamin ketersediaan barang yang benar pada waktu yang tepat. Fase penting dari rantai pasok ialah transportasi dan distribusi, dimana pengiriman produk yang tepat waktu dan efektif diperlukan. Memilih bentuk transportasi terbaik, merencanakan rute terbaik, dan mengelola operasional gudang dengan baik. Memantau dan menilai item sebagai bagian dari control kualitas membantu menjamin bahwa standar kualitas yang ditentukan terpenuhi. Dalam rantai pasok, kerjasama antar bisnis sangat penting. Mitra bisnis dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, mengurangi ketidakpastian, dan menawarkan nilai. Menurut temuan penelitian, rantai pasok memiliki dampak signifikan pada bisnis, terutama dalam hal meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok dan membantu bisnis tumbuh dan berkembang. Abstract

Kemasan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, terutama di sektor makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis pengaruh desain kemasan Yogurt Drink Cimory terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data dari jurnal ilmiah dan sumber daring yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen desain seperti warna, bentuk, dan informasi pada kemasan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pengalaman konsumen. Warna yang menarik menciptakan kesan positif, desain kemasan yang ergonomis memberikan kenyamanan saat digunakan, dan informasi yang jelas serta relevan pada label meningkatkan pemahaman konsumen terhadap produk. Faktor-faktor ini secara keseluruhan mampu meningkatkan rasa puas pelanggan terhadap produk. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy (Cimory) untuk terus berinovasi dalam desain kemasan agar tetap sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan. Dengan demikian, kemasan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pelindung produk tetapi juga menjadi alat penting dalam membangun pengalaman pelanggan yang memuaskan dan mendukung loyalitas merek di tengah persaingan pasar yang ketat. Abstract

The abstract contains a brief description of the purpose: This study aims to determine the analysis of popular restaurants, reputation, and customer satisfaction with customer reviews in Sukabumi City. This research is motivated by Popular restaurants in Sukabumi facing challenges in maintaining customer satisfaction due to inconsistent food quality, suboptimal service, and mismatch between price and quality. In the midst of fierce competition, restaurant reputation is an important factor in building consumer trust and satisfaction.Methods: Using a quantitative descriptive method using a semantic differential scale-based questionnaire distributed online and directly. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, distributed to 200 respondents. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, tests and analyses included validity tests, reliability, R-square tests, F-square tests, and hypothesis testing using the bootstrapping method to see the direct and indirect effects between variables using SEM-PLS analysis through SmartPLS 3 software.Results: The study shows that reputation significantly affects customer satisfaction, both directly and through customer reviews as a partial mediator. While the direct effect is stronger, customer reviews still enhance consumer perceptions. The research model is predictive, with valid and reliable indicators, making the findings generalizable.Implications: of this study are that restaurants need to focus on maintaining and improving their reputation through the quality of service, food, and comfort, because this has a direct impact on customer satisfaction. In addition, it is important for restaurants to actively manage and respond to customer reviews, because customer reviews can strengthen the influence of reputation on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Content Marketing on Purchase Intention, with Customer Engagement serving as a mediating variable. In the context of consumer purchase Intention, awareness of content marketing strategies—particularly those emphasizing sustainability—is becoming increasingly essential. The research employed a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 300 followers of the Instagram account @sakinahkonveksi\_1803. The collected data were then analyzed using path analysis to assess the relationships among the variables studied. The findings reveal that Content Marketing exerts a positive and significant impact on Customer Engagement, and in turn, Customer Engagement positively influences Purchase Intention. Furthermore, Customer Engagement is confirmed to act as a mediating variable that reinforces the relationship between Content Marketing and Purchase Intention. These results suggest that well-implemented Content Marketing strategies can boost Customer Engagement, which subsequently enhances consumers' intentions to purchase. This study offers valuable insights for businesses in formulating more effective marketing strategies.
