Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance, return on assets on the value of companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX 2019-2022 (Quarterly). The research methods used in this research are descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019 to 2021 with the samples used in the study, namely 2 manufacturing companies in quarters with a total data of 32 financial statement periods from 2019 - 2022, namely PT GUDANG GARAM TBK and PT KINO INDONESIA TBK. The results of the research show that both Good Corporate Governance and Return On Assets do not have an individual significant influence on Company Value

Abstract

Ditengah perkembangan dunia bisnis yang semakin ketat, perusahaan harus memiliki kualitas kinerja yang baik agar dapat berkompetisi dalam persaingan tersebut. Kualitas kinerja yang baik ditentukan oleh berbagai hal dimana salah satu sumber daya terpenting dalam penggerak suatu perusahaan yaitu manusia sebagai tenaga kerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai efikasi diri, kerjasama tim, dan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Cianjur dengan sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Data penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel yaitu 6.697 > 2.032 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Cianjur dan Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel yaitu nilai thitung = 5.427 dan nilai ttabel = 2.032 (5.427 > 2.032) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Cianjur. Amid the increasingly tight development of the business world, companies must have good quality performance in order to compete in this competition. The quality of good performance is determined by various things where one of the most important resources in driving a company is humans as its workforce. The purpose of this study was to determine an overview of self-efficacy, teamwork, and employee work productivity. To determine the effect of self-efficacy on employee work productivity and to determine the effect of teamwork on employee work productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative method through quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch with a sample of 35 respondents. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results showed that the tcount value is greater than the ttable, namely 6.697> 2.032, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch and the results showed that the tcount value is greater than the ttable, namely the tcount value = 5.427 and the ttable value = 2.032 (5.427> 2.032), which means that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of situational leadership on employee productivity with work environment as a mediating variable at PT Len Industri (Persero), a state-owned enterprise in the defense industry sector. The research method used is quantitative method with associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Len Industri (Persero). The research sample was taken using the slovin formula, with a total of 220 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of PLS version 3 software. The results showed that situational leadership has a significant influence on employee work productivity by 3.037. In addition, it was found that work environment acts as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between situational leadership and employee work productivity by 5.980. This means that effective situational leadership can increase employee work productivity directly, as well as through improving the quality of the work environment. This research provides a practical contribution for PT Len Industri (Persero) in implementing an adaptive leadership style and creating a conducive work environment to increase employee work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara variabel orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM fashionn yang ada di Kecamatan Cisaat dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 130 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis linier berganda dan teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu purpose sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial antara variabel orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Hasil dari uji f yang di ketahui dari nilai Fhitung 18.646 > 3.067 diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari pada Ftabel serta dari hasil korelasi pada penelitian in memeiliki nilai yang sedang yaitu sebesar 0.476. Sedangkan dari hasil nilai uji t yaitu Thitung 1.987 > 1.656 yang artinya bahwa Thitung lebih besar dari pada Ttabel maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dari variabel orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

PT Pegadaian Cibadak is a State-Owned Enterprise company engaged in financial institutions that provide credit to the public with movable goods as collateral. In this company there is an influence of locus of control on employee performance which causes a decrease in targets on employee performance, besides that there are several attitudes of leaders who feel unfair in terms of promotion and leaders also pay less attention to the conditions where employees work when working which causes a decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of locus of control, and leadership on employee performance. The research method used is an associative descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation, and literature study. The population in this study were employees of PT Pegadaian Cibadak with a sample size of 34 people using non-probability sampling techniques. Measurement in this study uses semantic differential. Furthermore, the data obtained with various tests to answer the hypothesis in this study. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees.

Abstract

Agronesia Saripetojo Sukabumi was established in 2002 as a manufacturing company that produces ice in the form of blocks, tubes, and crystals that are often used in the culinary industry. This research is based on the existence of a problem encountered in the performance of employees who are suspected because of the findings on social support supervision and organizational culture applied. The purpose of this problem is to determine the effect of social support supervision and organizational culture on employee performance. The use of the method in this study is by using associative descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population is all functional employees totaling 35 people using saturated sampling. In research analysis techniques using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The Data were obtained through research questionnaires distributed to all samples containing 32 statements using the semantic differential measurement system. The results showed that correlation analysis has a strong and high value. The regression coefficient for social support supervision is 0.344 then the regression coefficient for organizational culture is 0.487. The results of the calculation of the f test, show that fcount is greater than ftable. While the results of the t test showed that tcount is greater than the ttable. So it can be concluded that the variables of social support supervision and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of Dynamic Capabilities and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Competitive Advantage. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. The sampling technique in this study used non probability sampling with saturated sample method with a sample size of 36 Home Industry Culinary Sector businesses with Google Maps Rating 4 upwards in Sukabumi City as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The research results based on the simultaneous test (F test) show that dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation have a simultaneous influence on competitive advantage. The results of the hypothesis test (T test) show that entrepreneurial orientation has no effect on competitive advantage, while dynamic capabilities have a significant effect on competitive advantage in the culinary sector home industry with a google maps rating of 4 and above in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Viral Marketing on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare products with Brand Image as an intervening variable. This study focuses on Skintific users in Sukabumi City, using a quantitative approach with descriptive causal method. Data was collected through questionnaires from 180 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS method. The results showed that Viral Marketing has a significant influence on Brand Image (R²=0.608) and purchasing decisions (R²=0.791). Viral Marketing dimensions, such as information clarity and content attractiveness, contribute positively to improving Brand Image and purchasing decisions. Brand Image also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, strengthening consumer confidence in the product. However, Brand Image does not effectively mediate the relationship between Viral Marketing and purchasing decisions because the direct effect of Viral Marketing on purchasing decisions is greater than the indirect effect through Brand Image. This study suggests optimizing viral marketing strategies through informative and interesting content on social media and increasing direct interaction with consumers to strengthen brand image and loyalty. This research contributes to digital marketing literature and marketing management practices to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Transformasi ini menuntut perusahaan untuk lebih adaptif terhadap teknologi canggih seperti otomatisasi, kecerdasan buatan, dan big data. Artikel ini membahas tantangan utama yang dihadapi SDM dalam menghadapi perubahan ini, seperti kebutuhan akan keterampilan baru, sosialisasi pekerjaan, dan perubahan budaya kerja. Di sisi lain, artikel ini juga mengeksplorasi berbagai peluang yang muncul, seperti peningkatan efisiensi, kebingungan kerja, dan inovasi dalam pengelolaan SDM. Melalui analisis ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi para pemimpin bisnis dan praktisi SDM dalam merancang strategi yang efektif untuk menghadapi tantangan sekaligus memanfaatkan peluang di era Industri 4.0.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di era Industri 4.0. SCM tidak hanya berfokus pada pengelolaan aliran barang, informasi, dan keuangan, tetapi juga pada koordinasi dan kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara berbagai pihak dalam rantai pasokan. Dengan penerapan teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT), big data, dan kecerdasan buatan (AI), UKM dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, transparansi, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Meskipun UKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kurangnya akses teknologi, peluang digitalisasi SCM dapat membantu mengatasi kendala tersebut dan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan SCM dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UKM serta memberikan wawasan tentang strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan.
