Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti tentang variabel yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan penjualan dan profitabilitas (ROA), dan variabel dependen nya adalah nilai perusahaan. Peneliti menggunakan populasi dan sampel pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang berada di BEIdalam periode waktu 2019-2020, peneliti memilih sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan terdapat 8 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dijadikan sampel. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh sigifikan pada nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas meunjukan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.   Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Profitabilitas

Abstract

Advances in technology and information that are increasing rapidly, have a major impact on the economy, both in the trade, manufacturing, and service industries. This situation causes the competition between companies is getting tougher and companies are required to be able to compete. This makes human resources one of the most important assets in the survival of the company. Companies must be able to maximize the potential of existing human resources to produce optimal performance so that company goals can be achieved. However, there are problems in the study, namely the decline in employee performance which is thought to be caused by welfare and mutations that have not gone well. Researchers used a sample of 75 employees of PT Haleyora Powerindo Sukabumi Area Technical Services Section. The initial data collection was done by using interviews and direct observation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that welfare (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), and mutation (X2) partially also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kecerdasan emoional dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anala Cakra Energi, perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2018 sebagai salah satu perusahaan swasta di Sukabumi, peruahaan ini bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang mengolah serbuk kayu keras menjadi pelet kayu. Penelitian ini didasari dengan dengan adanya suatu permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu pada kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dalam permasalahan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Adapun sampel ada pada perusahaan ini berjumlah 33 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala semantik diferensial dengan teknik analisis penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan realibitas, regresi linear berganda, uji normalitas, uji gabungan (uji-t) dan uji parsial (uji-f) pada kedua variabel bebas yang diteliti menentukan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supply chain and service innovation on the competitiveness of shipping companies in the city of Sukabumi, partially and simultaneously. Respondents used in this study were branch heads, team leaders, and supervisors, totaling 58 people from 15 shipping companies. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. By carrying out tests, namely the normality test, t-test (partial) t-test (simultaneous). The results in this study show a positive effect simultaneously between supply chain variables and service innovation on competitiveness with results showing that the F count is greater than the F table where the F count value is 74,448, the F table is 3.16. Partially the supply chain has a positive and significant effect on competitiveness, this is evidenced by T count being greater than T table where the T count is 7,136 > T table 2,002. Service innovation has a positive and significant impact on competitiveness, this is evidenced by T count being greater than T table where the value of T count is 2,296> T table is 2,002.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis iklan media sosial terhadap minat beli melalui motivasi konsumen. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan media sosial terhadap motivasi konsumen, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasasi konsumen terhadap minat beli, untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan media sosial terhadap minat beli serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi konsumen dalam memediasi iklan media sosial terhadap minat beli pada pengguna youtube yang melihat iklan shopee di universitas muhammadiyah sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kausalitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan jenis Stratified Sampling sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 250 responden dengan 33 indikator. Pengukuran penelitian menggunakan skala sementic differensial teknik analis data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. (1) Iklan Media Sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Konsumen sebesar 4,736., (2) Motivasi Konsumen berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli sebesar 5,574., (3) Iklan Media Sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli sebesar 2,634., (4) Motivasi Konsumen berperan secara signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh Iklan Media Sosial terhadap Minat Beli 3,746.

Abstract

Menjaga loyalitas konsumen menjadi tantangan sebuah perusahaan, karena kosumen yang merasa puas berbelanja di satu e-commerce tentu memiliki kemungkinan berbelanja di e-commerce lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran dari customer satisfaction dalam memediasi customer relationship management terhadap customer loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sample yang diambil sebanyak 250 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling dengan menggunakan AMOS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Customer relationship management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap customer loyalty. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa apabila customer relationship management ditingkatkan, maka customer satisfaction akan meningkat dan berdampak signifikan pada tingkat customer loyalty pengguna aplikasi Shopee.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of profitability, liquidity, capital structure, sales growth, and managerial ownership on company value in the manufacturing sector listed in the LQ45 Index. Annual financial report data of companies from 2018 to 2021 were used, and panel regression analysis was employed to examine the relationship between independent variables (profitability, liquidity, capital structure, sales growth, and managerial ownership) and the dependent variable (company value). The research findings indicate that liquidity has a significant positive influence on company value, while profitability, capital structure, and managerial ownership do not have a significant influence. Additionally, sales growth has a significant positive impact on company value. These findings provide new insights into understanding the factors influencing company value in the manufacturing sector. The theoretical implications of this research support the theories of liquidity and sales growth, which have a positive influence on company value. However, the insignificant influence of profitability and managerial ownership raises further questions that need to be explored in future research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Iklan, Promosi Cashback, dan Flash Sale terhadap Online Impulse Buying. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pengguna E-commerce Tokopedia di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel probability sampling dengan jenis cluster sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin untuk pengambilan sampelnya dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 394 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Iklan, Promosi Cashback, dan Flash Sale berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Online Impulse Buying.

Abstract

The research was aimed at determining the mediation’s of electronic satisfaction in the relationship of web design on customer trust. The research method used in the research was descriptive and associative method with a quantitative. The technique of sampling deployed was probability sampling by distributing online questionnaires to as many as 250 to the people of Sukabumi City who use the Sociolla website. The technique of analysis data applied was structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the AMOS 22 software. The result of the reseacrh indicate that Sociolla web has been successful in building good web design, e-satisfaction and customer trust in the eyes of customers. Web design has a positive and significant towards e-satisfaction which is amounted to 7,412; e-sastifaction has a positive and significant towards customer trust which is amounted to 3,494; and e-satisfaction mediates teh relationship between web design and customer trust which is amounted to 1,060. Therefore, it can be concluded that e-satisfaction acts as a mediator of the relationship between web design and customer trust

Abstract

Competition in the internet service industry in Indonesia has increased along with the demands and needs of the community. This is due to the development of technology that is increasingly advanced and rapid and raises the need to use the internet for every human activity. So there needs to be changes - changes in the right strategy to win business competition. This study aims to determine the Blue Ocean Strategy at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Witel Sukabumi in winning business competition. Informants in this study were Telkom Witel Sukabumi Strategy Manager, Strategy Manager Staff and HRD Staff Telkom Witel Sukabumi and Telkom Witel Sukabumi Customers. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Technical data analysis through data reduction procedures, data presentation, and drawing or verifying conclusions. Data validation techniques in this study used source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The results of the study show that Telkom is in a fairly tight competitive position but has the potential to move towards the blue ocean area, by using a blue ocean analysis framework, namely a four-step framework, a strategy canvas, and also implementing blue ocean principles will show that telkom witel sukabumi won business competition in fiber optic internet.
