Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the quality of the web application on the Sragen Regency E-Ticket. The research object was conducted at the Communication and Informatics Office of Sragen Regency. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and tested utilizing the Webqual 4.0 approach with a sample of 72. The independent variables used were usability, quality of information and quality of service interactions. The research data was processed using SPSS and the Blackbox Functional Testing method. The results of the research using the Blackbox Functional Testing method show that if there are several functions of the Sragen Regency E-Ticket website-based application it still cannot run as the website-based application is designed and the results of data processing utilizing the Webqual 4.0 approach show that the usability and information quality variables do not significantly affect satisfaction of all users, while the variable quality of service interaction has a significant effect on the satisfaction of all users.

Abstract

The Information System Design for the Tenta Tour Application, hosted on a website, is a critical component of modern tourism services. This research employs the rigorous Black Box Testing methodology to comprehensively evaluate the application's functionality, disregarding its internal structure. The study focuses on identifying potential errors and areas for improvement to enhance the quality and reliability of the system in delivering travel services to users. Through systematic Black Box Testing, the research investigates the Tenta Tour Application Information System on the web platform, with a primary emphasis on functionality rather than delving into the intricacies of the internal system structure. Test data is meticulously analyzed to uncover potential errors and opportunities for enhancements, all aimed at elevating the reliability and quality of travel services. The research findings successfully meet established criteria by effectively identifying potential functional errors within the Tenta Tour Application Information System when deployed on a website. The application of the Black Box Testing methodology has proven instrumental in uncovering functional issues that can be proactively addressed. These discoveries constitute a substantial contribution to enhancing the reliability and overall quality of travel services accessible through the application. In conclusion, this research underscores the efficacy of the Black Box Testing method in assessing the Tenta Tour Application Information System hosted on a website. The test results have proficiently identified potential functional errors and provided invaluable insights to enhance the application's reliability. The implementation of improvements informed by these findings is anticipated to significantly raise the standard of travel services rendered through this platform.

Abstract

In an era marked by rapid technological advancements, the impact of these developments is profoundly significant, particularly in the context of the ubiquity and indispensability of the internet. Motivated by this modern landscape, this study focuses on employing the Single Page Application (SPA) technique for the development of the Mbantu website. Central to this research is the utilization of the React.js library. The methodology encompasses several key phases: a comprehensive literature review, thorough analysis of the problem domain, design and prototyping, and the implementation of React.js for front-end development. The application of the SPA technique is observed to offer notable benefits for developers, including enhanced efficiency and time savings in the web development process. The findings presented in the Results and Discussion section demonstrate that the incorporation of React.js substantially contributes to the development of Mbantu's front-end architecture. Rigorous unit testing is performed on each component to ensure robustness and error minimization. The study concludes with suggestions for future research aimed at expanding the Mbantu web application's feature set to further improve user experience.

Abstract

Toko roti Tenera merupakan salah satu toko roti yang berlokasi di kawasan Bekasi tepatnya di Cikarang, Jawa Barat yang memproduksi dan menjual berbagai macam roti dan kue, antara lain roti tawar gandum, tawar susu, roti manis, dan aneka bolu gulung dengan berbagai rasa. Toko roti Tenera hanya melayani konsumen yang membeli secara langsung, yaitu dengan datang ke lokasi toko roti Tenera oleh karena itu konsumen yang tidak mengunjungi toko roti ini tidak mendapatkan informasi lengkap tentang varian roti, harga, dan promosi yang tersedia. Teknik penjualan ini kurang efektif dimana yang pada saat ini merupakan zaman yang serba online, maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem informasi penjualan toko roti online berbasis website yang dapat memudahkan konsumen untuk membeli dan mendapatkan informasi mengenai roti tenera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model air terjun (waterfall). Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan framework laravel menghasilkan file projek yang terstruktur dan dengan adanya library-library yang tersedia dalam framework laravel peneliti dapat terbantu dalam pengembangannya. Dalam website ini terdapat fitur chatting antara admin dan konsumen sehingga dapat digunakan oleh konsumen untuk menanyakan stok roti yang tersedia. Jadi dengan adanya website ini dapat membantu konsumen sebagai sarana pembelian roti secara online.

Abstract

Setelah beberapa tahun Indonesia terkena dampak dari pandemi Covid 19 yang membatasi segala kegiatan orang-orang untuk berpergian. Membuat masyarakat menjadi lebih terbiasa menggunakan smartphone. Sementara itu, pasca pandemi bermunculan juga fenomena yang dikenal sebagai revenge travel atau perjalanan wisata balas dendam. Pada penelitian ini terdapat studi kasus untuk bisnis travel agent yang ada di kota Salatiga yang bernama Tenta Tour. Berdasarkan diskusi yang dilakukan, Tenta Tour membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu mempersingkat proses pertemuan dengan pelanggan saat pemesanan paket wisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model prototype dan untuk analisis pengumpulan data menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, hasil penelitian adalah aplikasi Travel Agent berbasis Android yang mengimplementasikan REST API (Retrofit). Dengan tampilan-tampilan lengkap yang ada pada aplikasi yakni Splash Screen, Home, Berangkat, Detail Paket Wisata, Detail Paket Custom, Pulang, Detail Pemesan, Detail Pesanan, Login, Daftar dan Riwayat Pesanan. Fitur unggulan yang diberikan aplikasi Travel Agent ini sendiri yaitu kemudahan custom paket wisata seperti transportasi, tempat wisata, tempat makan, dan hotel. Selain itu, aplikasi Travel agent memberikan output pdf rundown atau jadwal perjalanan dan auto send email ke customer dan admin. Selain itu, berdasarkan data black box testing dan penilaian dengan metode SUS menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur pada Aplikasi Travel Agent dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya serta layak digunakan dan diterima dengan baik oleh pihak client yakni Tenta Tour dan beberapa responden yang dapat artikan sebagai customer.

Abstract

Growth in Indonesia’s tourism is increasing rapidly with over hundred thousands of yearly visitors. Travel agencies like Tenta tour provides travel and tourism planning services for customers, offering easy process and packages suited for any needs. Conventional methods used for planning tour plans are deemed inefficient and ineffective. To solve problems commonly found, a web service is designed to provide data transfer and management. The system is developed with a prototyping model until requirements are met, followed by system testing to ensure stable and fast performance. The research produced an integrated system by utilizing REST API web service and offering interoperability across systems. The system provides information on available travel packages and offers reservation and customization features. Results from performance testing show the capabilities of implemented web service design in managing requests and responses. The system provides responsive and easy data transfer and management.

Abstract

Store is a place where buying and selling transactions between sellers and buyers. However not everyone can buy the things needed to fulfil of their daily needs, especially for families bear status of poor families. This raises various problems even do criminal acts in order to fulfil their needed. On the other hand one of the government’s goals is reduce the poverty rate. Based on the core of problem, this research focuses on implementing member cards on web-based point of sales applications to support of the PKH program (Case Study : Menikwati Store). It is hoped this application can help prosper the economoy for families with poor family status, overcome poverty, and support the PKH program to successfully. The development of this point of sales application use waterfall method, with the programming language used is PHP, JavaScript, Ajax and Laravel Framework. For application testing using User Acceptance Test (UAT) with the black box testing.

Abstract

The admission of new students (PPDB) involves a selection process that must be conducted quickly and accurately for incoming students. SMKN 1 Salatiga anticipates that, during the registration process, participants in the selection may exceed the school-provided quota (capacity). Additionally, SMKN 1 Salatiga has limited expert staff to operate mathematical calculation formulas for optimally determining final decision outcomes. This research employs empirical methods or field research, analyzed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method aims to expedite the process of determining selection results, enabling faster outcomes for students who pass or fail. The results of this study indicate that the SAW method effectively reduces the screening time for students declared as Passed or Failed during the selection process at SMKN 1 Salatiga.

Abstract

In the digital age, a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) is crucial for enhancing user satisfaction. This research explores the application of User Centered Design (UCD) in designing the "Jalan Cantik" website. By understanding the preferences, needs, and abilities of users from various age groups, the aim is to create a website that is more engaging, user-friendly, and effective in facilitating public participation in road infrastructure maintenance. The study also assesses the usability of the "Jalan Cantik" website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 50 respondents of different ages. The results show an average SUS score of 80.25, which falls into the "Excellent" category based on the SUS adjective rating scale. This score reflects a high level of user satisfaction, particularly in ease of navigation, information clarity, response speed, and design consistency.

Abstract

At present, the benefits of website-based information systems have been widely felt, but there are still many agencies that have not properly utilized the existence of technology. One of the systems that need to be developed in the health sector is giving queue numbers to patients. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the web-based patient queuing system and automatic notifications through the WhatsApp framework Codeigniter. The subjects involved in this study were patients who would take a queue number at the clinic. Data collection in the study was carried out by observation and interview methods. The research data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely by describing various findings in the field, which were then linked to the results of previous studies. The system development results show that the system’s success rate for giving queue numbers to patients reaches 100%, and the natrian number reminder system also gets a success percentage of 100%. These results indicate that the queue number system has been successfully developed to help patients search for queue numbers.
