Abstract

The keyword to achieve quality education is depend on  profesional teacher  in their fields, therefore there should be a concrete step in an effort to lift the image of the teacher  profession as an honorable profession, so that teachers can work as much as possible in building a quality education. Professional responsibility of teachers is not fragmentary, but with entirely, completely, as much as possible from upstream to downstream. All thing are not only teacher responsibility of the students or schools, but will be fully responsible to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya menjaga kemurnian Al-Qur’an adalah dengan menghafalnya. Akan tetapi minat anak-anak zaman sekarang untuk membaca Al-Qur’an tergolong rendah dan hanya 34% anak yang tertarik dan serius untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an. Padahal menghafal ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an sendiri memiliki peran dalam upaya meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Maka dari itu fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh intensitas menghafal Al-Qur’an peserta didik terhadap kecerdasan spiritualnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara intensitas menghafal Al-Qur’an terhadap kecerdasan emosional peserta didik di SMAN 1 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1 Padang tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 430 dan sampel sebanyak 204 dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan memperoleh hasil kesimpulan bahwa intensitas menghafal Al-Qur’an berpengaruh positif terhadap kecerdasan spiritual. Maka dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 di tolak.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes and communication skills of students, this can be seen from the mid semester 1 grades of class XII at SMAN 5 Padang for the 2023/2024 academic year. The solution to overcome this is to use the Numbered Heads Together Model assisted by Canva Media for Student Learning Outcomes and Communication Skills in PAI Learning. The formulation of the problem in the research is: (1) Are there differences in PAI learning outcomes between students taught using the Numbered Heads Together model assisted by Canva media with direct learning (2) Are there differences in the communication skills of students taught using the Numbered Heads Together model assisted by Canva media with Direct Learning (3) Is there an influence of student communication skills on learning outcomes in PAI learning. This type of research is a quasi-experiment (Quasy Experiment). The population in this study was 396 students in class XII SMA N 5 Padang for the 2023/2024 odd semester academic year. The sampling in this research was Random Sampling, the classes selected as experimental classes were class XII MIPA 1 and control class XII MIPA 2. The research results show: (1) There is a significant difference in learning outcomes between students taught using the Numbered Heads Together Model assisted by Canva Media and direct learning. By calculation, Tcount = 9.823 is greater than Ttable = 1.666 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is a significant difference in the results of students' communication skills taught using the Numbered Heads Together Model assisted by Canva Media and direct learning. By calculation, Tcount = 7.191 is greater than Ttable = 1.666, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) There is a significant influence between students' communication skills on learning outcomes in PAI learning. With supporting data, Fcount = 9,647 is greater than Ftable = 4,139 at the significance level α = 0.05. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan memahami peran literasi digital dalam meningkatkan minat berwirausaha Generasi Z.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara mengindentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi semua penelitian yang ada. Paradigma pendidikan khusus menekankan keberagaman sesuai dengan karakteristik anak. Manfaat yang timbul dari penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan memungkinkan untuk dapat mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang sesuai dan menjadi ahli yang baik di bidang yang dipilih. Teknologi pendidikan memungkinkan siswa memperoleh keterampilan tersebut dan memperluas pengetahuan mereka melalui berbagai program yang tersedia secara online. Milenial dan Gen Z akan menjadi generasi yang paling menggerakkan perekonomian. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat, literasi digital menjadi salah satu keterampilan yang sangat dibutuhkan hampir di segala bidang, termasuk upaya membangun dan mengembangkan kewirausahaan di dunia digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana problematika guru akidah akhlak dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum terbaru dalam pendidikan di Indonesia dengan sistem pembelajaran mandiri yang dapat dipahami sebagai kebebasan untuk berpikir dan bekerja, serta menghargai atau menanggapi perubahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga madrasah yang berkategori unggul di Kota Padang Sumatera Barat yang terdiri dari tiga orang informan, informan tersebut merupakan guru akidah akhlak yang mengajar di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, dan Madrasah Aliyah. Setelah memilih informan, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan mengumpulkan data, setelah data terkumpul kemudian dilakukan analisis, selanjutnya mereduksi data dan menyimpulkan penelitian dalam bentuk naratif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh terdapat 2 tema problematik aguru akidah akhlak dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka, tema tersubut yaitu: 1) kurangnya media penunjang dalam pembelajaran; 2) kurangnya kesiapan dalam diferensiasi konten.

Abstract

Salah satu komponen terpenting dalam pembelajaran adalah bahan ajar, karena di dalam bahan ajar terdapat materi yang disusun secara utuh dan sistematis berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang akan diberikan pendidik kepada peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bahan ajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) untuk tingkat MA kelas X dan pengembangannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Namun dalam penelitian ini hanya ada 3 tahap yaitu tahap pendefinisian (Define) dengan melakukan analisis bahan ajar, buku ajar, analisis materi, ruang lingkup dan capaian pembelajaran, perancangan (Design) dengan mendesain bahan ajar dengan mengambil materi yang tidak relevan dengan capaian pembelajaran, kemudian menambahkan materi yang sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran dan selanjutnya mendesain bahan ajar yang akan dikembangkan dalam bentuk handout, pengembangan (Development) dilakukan dengan cara FGD dengan dosen dan mahasiswa pascasarjana UIN Imam Bonjol Padang.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa materi utama di kelas

Abstract

The leader is a figure who seeks to empower all the resources available at the institution. The research approach using literature review with data from scientific journal references is a method commonly used in scientific research. The results of this study As the manager of the institution, there are many mandates and duties that must be fulfilled, thus requiring the delegation of duties and authority to available human resources. As a religion that is syamil wal mutakammil, it provides guidance in carrying out the mandate and delegation to parties who are competent and have relevance to the assigned tasks. The results of this study indicate that the delegation of authority must fulfill the principle that authority is given to a figure who is able to carry it out, given clear instructions and the importance of evaluating the delegation process given.

Abstract

Islamic banks are banks that operate on sharia principles or Islamic law, this principle has been applied since the time of Rasullah, khulafaur Rasyidan, caliphs to modern times. The main principles of Islamic banking include the prohibition of usury (interest), the prohibition of investing in businesses that are prohibited by Islam. This research method is designed with a qualitative approach because the results obtained are not in the form of numbers. The selection of a qualitative approach in this text was chosen because it is more in line with the scope of the discussion under study. The use of qualitative data is intended to ensure that the information obtained can be presented naturally and authentically. Desk research where the research is conducted without the researcher being directly involved in the field. The results of the study identify sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, profit sharing (Mudharabah and Musyarakah), prohibition of risky or illegal transactions, transparency and openness, fairness and reasonableness, finally community and common interests are well implemented and lead to positive trends based on the results of literature study research from previous researchers In Indonesia, for example, the Islamic banking industry has experienced significant growth. In recent years, the number of Islamic banks has continued to grow, both in terms of number and size of operations. The increasing assets, loans, and deposits in Indonesian Islamic banks indicate that people are increasingly interested in financial products and services that comply with sharia principles. Islamic banks play an important role in the Indonesian economy in several ways: increased access to finance, diversification of products and services, financial sector growth, equality and fairness,kContribution to financial system stability.

Abstract

This paper will focus on "Quality Management in Islamic Education and its Implementation in the Development of Madrasahs and Islamic Boarding Schools". The quality of education is one of the central issues of national education in addition to issues of equity, relevance, and efficiency of education management. Today, many efforts to improve the quality of education continue to be made by various parties. These efforts are based on an awareness of the important role of education in the development of human resources and the development of national character (Nation Character Building) for the progress of society and the nation. The type used in this research is library study research (library research) where this library research is carried out by researchers not going directly to the field but this research is carried out through research on written works and various kinds of literature available, be it through books, journals, and so on. The results can be concluded that the implementation of quality management in madrasah and pontren is; a). Continuous improvement in meeting customer needs with the involvement of all members of the organization. b). Efforts to maximize the competitiveness of institutions to improve products, services, people, labor, processes and the environment. c). As a means in the learning process. d). Overall supervision of organizational members.

Abstract

Melaksanaan sholat berjamaah dalam Islam tidak hanya menekankan pada ibadah individual, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai kepemimpinan, tanggung jawab sosial, dan pembinaan karakter umat. Salah satu unsur penting dalam ibadah sholat berjamaah adalah peran imam yang berkompeten. Namun, di banyak komunitas marginal seperti di Kecamatan Padang Selatan, regenerasi imam dari kalangan remaja masih minim. Hal ini disebabkan oleh terbatasnya akses pendidikan agama, kurangnya pelatihan praktis, serta lemahnya kesadaran remaja akan pentingnya peran tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan imam sholat bagi remaja di wilayah tersebut melalui pendekatan belajar tuntas dan metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: pra-pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pasca-pelaksanaan, dengan kombinasi pembelajaran teoritis dan praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan menjadi imam sholat, baik dari aspek bacaan, tata cara, maupun pemahaman fiqih sholat. Pelatihan ini juga membentuk karakter religius dan kepercayaan diri peserta. Program ini membuktikan bahwa dengan pendekatan yang kontekstual dan partisipatif, remaja di wilayah marginal dapat diberdayakan sebagai pemimpin ibadah yang berkompeten dan berdaya guna bagi lingkungan mereka.

Abstract

The paradigm of Islamic religious education in the era of Society 5.0 is an approach that integrates technology with spiritual and moral values to create relevant and holistic learning experiences. This article discusses various paradigms about the importance of global-minded Islamic religious education in facing the era of Society 5.0. This era is characterized by the digital revolution and technological developments that affect various aspects of human life such as economic, social and cultural. The approach used in this research is a qualitative research method with a focus on descriptive analysis of various written texts. The results of this study explain that Islamic religious education with a global outlook will prepare the younger generation to face multidimensional challenges presented by technological advances, global demographics, and complex social changes. As the basis of the paradigm, global-minded Islamic religious education allows the integration of religious, cultural, and moral values that are relevant to the global context. In preparing students, educators should adopt a holistic and inclusive approach. This involves teaching not only religious doctrines and rituals, but also emphasizes a deep understanding of the universality and humanistic values of Islam that can be adopted in diverse environments. Global Islamic religious education also provides a bridge in promoting peace, tolerance and intercultural understanding. Global Islamic religious education is a solution in facing the era of globalization.
