Abstract

Baliho is a thing or media of promotion which is very useful for giving information or activity that relates to public. Moreover, baliho is also to commerce the new product even it is used to the election like the president election, governor and regent to introduce themselves and recognize self to attract public attention. Interesting baliho should have been ease to be remembered by public so memory is very important to be considered in baliho design especially short term memory has the important function in remembering or memorizing. The purpose of this research is to know how much establishment of value baliho and improvement of short term memory which is used value engineering method. This research was conducted in desa sungai bela with 22 samples. The result of this research that uses value engineering counting was increased about 66,06 % and t-test show from desired. The sample is shown the differences between old baliho design with the new design about 66,01% with the average of differences about 1.3246 which is sig (0,000) < α (0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a significant differential in new baliho design.Keywords: Value Baliho, Short Term Memory.

Abstract

Along with the development of increasingly complex era occurs the addition of functional values ​​and the role of packaging in marketing is recognized as a major force in market competition. Packaging has an important meaning in influencing consumers directly or indirectly in determining the choice of products to be purchased. Packaging performs many sales tasks ranging from attracting the attention of customers, describing the product to selling it. In this study the authors raised the title of Propose Design Packaging Asam Jawa products that will be authored by using the Kansei Engineering Method as the foundation. Kansei Engineering is a very suitable method for designing a packaging because this method is based on the feelings of consumers who buy and consume the product. The end result of the elimination process by Kansei Enggineering method is 5 cans and the percentage of influence on the design that will be applied in the design of Asam Jawa packaging that will be made; color is interesting, not tacky, bright and patterned as much as 12,4%, characteristic, character, memorable, unique, different with others as much as 14,4%, picture packing of acid picture, origin of food as much as 14,4%, informative, number phone manufacturer, net weight, expiration date, there is a composition, here is a brand as much as 25.2% and there is a halal code with as much as 8.4%. While the remaining 25.2% influenced by other factors. And based on the results of the questioner obtained an increase in the value of new Asam Jawa packaging made based on the engineering kansei method of 33,93% compared with the old packaging.

Abstract

In this study, research conducted at PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok is a company that engaged in processing coconut oil that located in Tanah Merah Village Tanah Merah Subdistrict Indragiri Hilir Regency Riau Province. PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok has been popular with processing coconut oil to cooking oil. In this study he writer are discusses the Proposed of Packaging Desing of Cooking Oil using Selection Concept Method Study Case in PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok Kec. Tanah Merah Kab. Inhil. This design does not refer to the design of the company’s brand. So far, the progblem is done in direct bulk to ship tnak for export purpose, the problem in retailment (packaging product) has not been developed and give input related to discourse to produce cooking oil at PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok in packaging section is the factors that must be implemented by the company to improve the quality of packaging design of PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok and related variables in the packaging design of PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok.

Abstract

In this research will discuss about mosculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) investigation on coconut harvest activity Simpang Jaya Village Benteng Makmur Village RT 12 RW 04 Batang Tuaka District. From the recapitulation of the first questionnaire about the complaint when linking coconut fruit using eggrek showed that of 30 respondents (total sample) known level of MSDs on the type of complaints of pain / stiffness in the upper neck of the average of 30 respondents (total sample) of 2.2%. In recapitulation of calculation of second questionnaire data can be seen that from 30 respondents (total sample) known level of MSDs on activity collecting fruit keladaapada type of pain / stiffness in the upper neck of 2.2%. From the results of the recapitulation of the third questionnaire data shows that from 30 respondents (total sample) it is known that the MSDs level on the activity of bringing the orchids on the type of pain / stiff complaints in the upper neck of the average of 30 respondents (total sample) of 2.5%.

Abstract

Indragiri Hilir Regency has the largest coconut plantation in Indonesia with coconut production reaching 390,924.28 tons per year and land area of ​​295,380.24 hectares (BPS Inhil Regency, 2012). According to Palunkun in Prananta (2004) the composition of coconuts consists of coir 35%, coconut shell 12%, fruit flesh 28% coconut water 25%. So the number of coir and coconut shell that has been burned is 47% of the production of coconut grains. So that coir and shell waste is 643,070,441 tons of waste. Based on research that has been done in the area of ​​extranmigration in Pelangiran sub-district and Belengkong bay sub-district, the potential of coconut waste in the form of coconut fiber is 7,406,000 kg. if the coconut plantations are harvested at the same time. The duration of the harvest for 2.5 to 3 months each time. So that the potential of coconut waste (coconut husk) is 82.288.89 kg / day multiply the calorie value of coconut fiber at 4.004.8 k.cal is 329,546,982.40 K. Kal / kg. if converted into electrical energy with a conversion factor of every tonne of calories is 1.1628x 10-3 MWh (Energy Outlook Statistics, University of Indonesia, 2000) then the potential electrical energy from waste to be produced is 329,546.98 Ton K.Kal X 1 , 1628 x 10 -3 MWh. = 0.383263 Kwh.

Abstract

Muskuloskeletal disorder adalah salah satu penyakit yang berkaitan dengan jaringan otot, tendon, ligament, sistem syaraf, struktur tulang. Muskuloskeletal disorder pada awalnya menyebabkan sakit, nyeri, mati rasa, kesemutan, bengkak, kekakuan, gemetaran dan gangguan tidur.Postur kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kejadian gangguan musculoskeletal penambang.Pekerja angkat angkut di tambang emas tradisional sering merasakan keluhan Muskuloskeletal yaitu nyeri punggung, bahu, pinggang, karena pekerjaan mereka mengangkat dan mengangkut batu yang mungkin tidak memenuhi standar ergonomis. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal di lokasi penambangan emas tradisional di sungai batang Kuantan Kecamatan Cerenti Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, diketahui bahwa penambang emas menggunakan dulang terdapat aktivitas dan metode kerja yang berpotensi menimbulkan keluhan musculoskeletal yaitu Posisi kerja tidak alamiah, gerakan berulang dan pengerahan tenaga otot berlebihan. Penelitian ini memetakan bagian tubuh yang mengalami keluhan Muskuloskeletal subjektif yang dirasakan oleh penambang sehingga dapat memberikan analisa dan rekomendasi perbaikan kedepan sehingga meningkatkan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja penambang. Bagian tubuh yang paling Dominan mengalami Keluhan Muskuloskeletal adalah Pinggang Atas, Pinggang Bawah, Tangan Kiri dan Tangan Kanan. Aktivitas yang mendulang dan membersihkan pengotor/bansai dominan menimbulkan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada Tangan Kiri (skor 3,8) dan Tangan Kanan (skor 3,9); Aktivitas mengangkut raw material dari Lobuang (lokasi eksploitasi) ke titik pendulangan merupakan posisi kerja membungkuk sampil membawa beban berkisar 7 Kg sampai 12 Kg berpotensi menimbulkan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada Pinggang Atas (Skor 3,9) dan Pinggang Bawah (Skor 3,9). Penyebab keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pendulang emas sektor Pertambangan Emas Rakyat disebabkan oleh Gerakan Repetitif, Pengerahan Tenaga Otot berlebihan dan Sikap kerja tidak alamiah.

Abstract

The role of reduce, reuse and recycle is directly played by used goods collectors and scavengers in reducing the volume of waste. Used cans collected by scavengers will usually be re-cycled, namely the processing of new cans and handy craft. But often used cans at collectors do not meet the standards for goods to be recycled, such as damaged forms and storing a lot of dirty materials such as sand, soil and rust. The selling price of used press cans with irregular shapes is IDR 25,000 while cans with clean quality sell for IDR 35,000. The criteria for clean quality cans are pressing cans neatly and not containing any impurities. This research attempts to design a press tool that is tailored to the participation of stakeholders and is discussed in an interdisciplinary manner as a whole so that it is expected to provide results that can be beneficial to science and people's welfare. The results of this study are that the pressing time of cans tends to be the same and there is even an increase in the average pressing time of 0.39 minutes. but the results obtained from the new tool have increased even though the pressing time is the same after the redesign of the press system can press and the level of satisfaction with the can press has increased by 16% due to neat results, selling prices have increased and injury has been avoided

Abstract

The city of Tembilahan is mostly inhabited by seasonal residents with the aim of education and work, so it requires boarding house facilities. The Indragiri Hilir Regency Government has enacted Regional Regulation No. 13/2018 concerning the management of boarding houses. To increase the source of local revenue, boarding house taxes can be an alternative source of PAD. In addition, if the boarding house is managed professionally, it will also be a source of other PADs such as advertising tax, artesian well tax, and rural-urban land building tax. To carry out the formulation of the strategy, we used the business model canvas and SWOT analysis. Kota Tembilahan banyak dihuni oleh penduduk musiman dengan tujuan Pendidikan dan Pekerjaan sehingga membutuhkan fasilitas rumah kos. Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir telah menetapkan Perda No.13/2018 tentang pengelolaan rumah kos. Untuk meningkatkan sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Pajak Rumah kos dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif sumber PAD. Selain itu, apabila rumah kos dikelola secara professional juga akan menjadi sumber PAD lain seperti Pajak Reklame, Pajak Air Tanah dan Pajak Bumi Bangunan Perkotaan Pedesaan. Abstract

The issue of karhutla (forest and land fires) is a priority for the Governor of Riau. The government, the private sector, and the community together provide solutions related to the prevention of karhutla according to their respective capacities. Fire Resilient Community are at the forefront of forest and land fire disaster management, but MPA is constrained by the unavailability of group operational costs. This research uses a holistic, interdisciplinary, participatory approach. Participatory-based research in this context, namely exploring ideas for gardening in public cemeteries, is an idea from the site level, namely from the Fire Resilient Community. This research can provide a conclusion that it is appropriate to carry out perennial crops in the area around public cemeteries. Planting is not carried out right above the grave but arranged in such a way that it can provide shade, divide the land, and follow Islamic religious rules. From a spatial and ecological perspective, the perennial crops in public cemeteries have fulfilled social, ecological, and economic functions that contribute to the sustainability of living systems. Following the principles of participatory research, based on suggestions and considerations from the Fire Resilient Community, it is recommended that the plants planted be Jengkol (Archidendron jiringa (Jack) I.C. Nielsen), which theoretically and empirically provide economic and ecological benefits. Isu karhutla (Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan) menjadi prioritas Gubernur Riau. Pemerintah, Swasta, dan Masyarakat bersama-sama memberikan solusi terkait pencegahan Karhutla sesuai dengan kapasitas masing-masing. Masyarakat Peduli Api (MPA) merupakan garda terdepan dalam Penanggulangan Bencana Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan, namun MPA terkendala tidak tersedianya biaya operasional kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Holistik, Interdisipliner, Partisipatori. Penelitian berbasis Partisipatori dalam konteks ini yaitu penggalian ide dan gagasan untuk berkebun di areal pemakaman umum merupakan gagasan dari tingkat tapak yaitu dari Kelompok Masyarakat Peduli Api. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan Kesimpulan yaitu Penanaman Tanaman Tahunan (Perenial Crops) layak dilakukan di areal sekitar Taman Pemakaman Umum. Penanaman tidak dilakukan tepat di atas makam, tetapi diatur sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat menjadi peneduh, pembatas lahan, dan mengikuti aturan agama Islam. Dari Persfektif Tata Ruang dan Persfektif Ekologi Penanaman Tanaman Tahunan (Perenial Crops) di Taman Pemakaman Umum telah memenuhi fungsi Sosial, Ekologi dan Ekonomi yang mendatangkan manfaat bagi keberlangasungan sistem kehidupan. Dengan mengikuti kaidah penelitian Partisipatori, berdasarkan saran dan pertimbangan dari Kelompok Masyarakat Peduli Api merekomendasikan tanaman yang ditanam adalah Jengkol (Archidendron jiringa (Jack) I.C. Nielsen) yang secara teori dan empiris memberikan keuntungan ekonomi dan ekologi.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pemarutan kelapa adalah salah satu pekerjaan dapur yang dihadapi ibu rumah tangga sehari-hari. Produk alat parut kelapa yang sudah beredar di pasaran salah satunya adalah produk pemarut kelapa dengan cara manual menggunakan sistem engkol. Ibu rumah tangga mempunyai keluhan rasa sakit pada bagian anggota tubuh terutama tangan, pinggang dan punggung setelah menggunakan alat parut kelapa yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perbaikan rancangan alat parut kelapa sistem engkol yang berbasis Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD), juga mengetahui penurunan muskuloskeletal ibu rumah tangga sebagai pengguna, serta mengetahui perbedaan waktu pemarutan kelapa setelah dilakukan perancangan ulang. Penelitian dilakukan di RT. 001 RW. 005 Kelurahan Tembilahan Barat Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Model penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan sama subjek (treatment by subjects design) dengan jumlah sampel 12 ibu rumah tangga yang didapat dari perhitungan rumus Colton. Perbaikan rancangan alat parut kelapa sistem engkol yang berbasis Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) didapat dengan membuat matriks House of Ergonomic (HOE) dan penentuan data antropometri. Keluhan muskuloskeletal ibu rumah tangga diketahui dengan membuat lembar kerja kuisioner Nordic Body Map (NBM). Waktu pemarutan kelapa didapat dengan menguji alat parut kelapa sistem engkol antara sebelum dan sesudah perancangan. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan perancangan ulang alat parut kelapa sistem engkol menunjukkan bahwa rancangan alat parut kelapa sistem engkol yang berbasis Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) adalah memiliki aspek-aspek ergonomi yang lengkap yaitu efektif, nyaman, aman, sehat, dan efisien (ENASE). Keluhan muskuloskeletal ibu rumah tangga mengalami penurunan sebesar 0.285 atau 17.39%. Waktu pemarutan kelapa juga lebih cepat 5 menit atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar meningkat 30.10% setelah perancangan ulang alat parut kelapa sistem engkol. Ergonomic Function Deployment (Efd) Application In Coconut Grater Redesign For HousewifeAbstract. Pulverizing (coconut grated) is one of daily kitchen worksconducted by housewives. A common existing coconut grater which is available on the market is normally works using a crank system. Housewives have complaints of pain in the limbs, especially the hands, waist and back after using this grater. This study aims to improve the design of coconut grater with Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) based system and determine the housewife musculoskeletal decline as users. Further, to examine pulverizing time difference after redesign. The study was conducted at RT. 001 RW. 005 West Tembilahan Hulu village, subdistrict Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir. The method use in this study is same design subject (treatment by subjects design) with co added Colton equation. Atotal of 12 housewives were used and subjected to the calculation. A grater redesign with EFD system was obtained by creating House of Ergonomic (HOE) matrices and determining the anthropometric data. Whilst musculoskeletal disorders were obtained by generating Nordic Body Map (NBM)worksheets questionnaire. Moreover, pulverizing time was obtained by testing coconut graterused before and after redesign. Results of the study showed that the redesign tool based on Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) systemwasfound to be more convenient form which five ergonomics aspects required was fulfilled: effective, convenient, safe, healthy, and efficient (ENASE). Housewife musculoskeletal complaints decreased by 0.285% or 17.39%. This study also shows that coconut pulverizing time is 5 minutes faster and increased by 30.10% after redesigning the coconut grater crank system.
