Abstract

SME Sido Luhur is a producer that processes raw coffee beans who have problems ordering coffee beans every month which is considered to result in higher inventory costs. The sample in this study were SME Sido Luhur owner who were determined based on judgment sampling. The research was conducted at SME Sido Luhur starting September 2022. This research used primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained from the cost and quantity of raw materials in 2018. Data for 2018 can represent 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and so on, because starting in 2017 SME Sido Luhur have entmered the maturity phase so the 2018 data can represent the following year based on the relatively stable use of raw materials and having entered the business maturity phase. The analysis method uses EOQ to find the optimum inventory quantity with the lowest possible cost and the right reorder time. A comparison of robusta coffee bean inventory control methods shows that the Economic Order Quantity method is more effective in controlling raw material inventory in SME Sido Luhur as evidenced by the cost of raw material inventory being economical and efficient. After using the EOQ method, orders are made every 2 months to save costs for ordering raw materials compared to before using the EOQ method, which is done every month.

Abstract

Risk is related to uncertainty that has the potential to occur and can have a negative impact on the company if not handled. Risks in the product supply chain have a greater impact on agricultural products. The purpose of this research is to analyze the pameling avocado supply chain system at PT. S, knowing supply chain risk priorities based on fuzzy AHP calculations, and determining pameling avocado supply chain risk mitigation at PT. S for each actor. Respondents were taken by purposive sampling consisting of 3 farmers, 3 middleman, 1 person from the company, namely the marketing general manager, and 1 retailer representative. Pameling avocado supply chain system at PT. S has 2 types of marketing channels, so that supply chain actors consist of 4 actors, namely farmers, middlemen, companies (PT. S), and retailers. Based on the Fuzzy AHP calculation, the priority risk at the farm level is environmental risk, with priority risk indicators being that land conditions do not support growth requirements (too dense soil, lack of nutrients). At the middleman level, the priority risk is price risk, with the priority indicator being the amount of marketing/distribution costs. At the company level, the highest risk priority is quality risk, with product damage priority risk indicators. Then, At the retailers, the highest risk priority is supply risk, with priority risk indicators in the form of uncertainty in the quantity of pameling avocado stock. Risk mitigation is designed using a descriptive analysis method with interview techniques and literature studies.

Abstract

This reserach aims to analyze the factors influencing the younger generation's perception of agriculture based on accepted cognitive processes and the influence of the perception factors on the interest of the younger generation to work in the agricultural sector. The research survey was conducted on new students from the faculty of agriculture after they attended student orientation. While the analysis used is descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and logistic regression analysis, which have previously been tested for the validity and reliability of research data. The research finding is that there are three main factors in the perception of the younger generation towards agriculture, namely individual perceptions, economic perceptions, and socio-cultural perceptions. In the meantime, only the economic perception factor has a big effect on young people's desire to work in agriculture.

Abstract

Usahatani memerlukan produktivitas yang optimal untuk mendapatkan penerimaan yang maksimal. Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki beberapa usahatani tanaman tahunan yang memperlihatkan perkembangan positif, salah satunya tanaman kopi. Usahatani kopi Arabika di Desa Sumbersuko, Kecamatan Wagir, Kabupaten Malang mengalami fluktuasi pada hasil produksi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh perubahan cuaca yang tidak menentu sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas dan kuantitas biji kopi Arabika yang dihasilkan. Fluktuasi pada hasil produksi sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan petani. Selain itu, penurunan harga jual, peningkatan upah tenaga kerja, serta penurunan hasil produksi juga dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan petani. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi kelayakan dari segi finansial dan sesntivitas pada usahatani kopi Arabika agar petani dapat dengan baik mengambil keputusan untuk keberlangsungan usahataninya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis kelayakan finansial dan sensitivitas dari usahatani kopi Arabika di Desa Sumbersuko. Kriteria kelayakan yang digunakan yaitu Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, dan Profitability Index. Hasil dari analisis kelayakan finansial yang didapatkan adalah usahatani kopi Arabika di Desa Sumbersuko layak untuk dijalankan kembali dan menghasilkan keuntungan. Hasil analisis sensitivitas dari usahatani kopi Arabika bernilai sensitif pada perubahan yang terjadi. untuk mengoptimalkan pendapatan petani, perlu dilakukan perjanjian kerja sama atau kemitraan agar mendapat harga jual yang pasti, meningkatkan teknologi pertanian yang digunakan agar hasil pertanian lebih maksimal, serta mempertimbangkan faktor cuaca selama penanaman kopi Arabika.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang pesat telah memberikan peluang besar bagi agroindustri kecil dan menengah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing usaha. Melalui promosi pada platform pemasaran digital, pelaku usaha dapat menjual produk secara luas, menembus pasar baru, dan meningkatkan penjualan. Program pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada usaha Agrowisata Lumbung Stroberi Pandanrejo mengenai pemanfaatan TIK berbasis website dalam strategi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2024 di Desa Pandanrejo, Kota Batu dan bekerja sama dengan BUMDes Raharjo. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi: a. Pra-kegiatan melalui observasi dan identifikasi kebutuhan, b. Kegiatan (pengembangan, optimalisasi website agrowisata, dan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada pengelola), dan c. Evaluasi efektivitas website sebagai media promosi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi website berhasil meningkatkan akses informasi yang lebih cepat, kemudahan pemesanan dan pengaksesan secara optimal, serta daya tarik promosi agrowisata. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pengembangan digitalisasi promosi yang dapat diadopsi di wilayah agrowisata lainnya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Komunitas Puri Hijau Royo-royo memproduksi produk teh bunga telang dengan kemasan yang sederhana dan belum ada kelengkapan informasi pada kemasan tersebut. Pemasaran yang dilakukan juga masih terbatas. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan hardskill mitra dalam pengolahan bunga telang, pembuatan desain dan logo kemasan yang lebih menarik, dan pemasaran olahan berupa teh bunga telang.: mengidentifikasikan kebutuh mitra yaitu Komunitas Puri Hijau Royo-royo, melakukan pelatihan pendampingan Pengolahan Bunga Telang, melakukan pelatihan desain pengemasan dan foto produk untuk peningkatan strategi pemasaran teh bunga telang. Metode yang digunakan antara lain mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mitra, persiapan material pengabdian, pelatihan dan pendampingan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah anggota aktif dari komunitas Puri Hijau Royo-royo sebanyak 15 orang. Evaluasi yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner pre test dan post test untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta. Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman yang cukup tinggi sebesar 49% setelah pemberian materi tentang pengemasan dan pemasaran produk teh bunga telang. Kemasan dan label yang diajukan oleh tim pengabdian memenuhi harapan peserta, dan rata-rata peserta sangat setuju bahwa pengetahuan mereka bertambah setelah adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Abstract: The Puri Hijau Royo-Royo Community produces telang flower tea products with simple packaging, and there is no complete information on the packaging. The marketing carried out is limited. This community service aims to increase partners' knowledge and hard skills in processing butterfly pea flowers, creating more attractive packaging designs and logos, and marketing processed telang flower tea. The methods used include identifying partner needs, preparing service materials, training-mentoring, and evaluating activities. The partners for this activity are 15 active members of the Puri Hijau Royo-Royo community. The evaluation used pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure participants' understanding. After carrying out community service activities, there was a fairly high increase in understanding of 49% after providing material on packaging and marketing of butterfly pea flower tea products. The packaging and labels proposed by the service team met the participants' expectations, and on average, the participants strongly agreed that their knowledge had increased after this community service activity.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis kuliner di Kota Malang pada setiap tahun selalu mengalami kenaikan, sehingga membuat persaingan antar perusahaan menjadi semakin ketat. Salah satu strategi untuk menghadapi persaingan yaitu dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Saat ini pemasaran lebih banyak dilakukan secara online melalui internet, dikarenakan jumlah pengguna internet yang semakin banyak, serta pengunaannya yang lebih mudah dan murah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen di Senjani Kitchen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu social media marketing yang terdiri atas variabel context, content, communication, dan connection memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap minat beli konsumen di Senjani Kitchen, dengan variabel context yang memiliki nilai path coefficient paling besar dalam mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Suburban areas often experience development pressures, with implications for changing green space into built areas, rural cultures into urban ones, and poverty into prosperity. The development of Buring Kampong (suburban settlement) in Malang City into a tourism kampong, in addition to improving the local economy, must also be able to support environmental quality and community independence. This research used the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach in identifying tangible and intangible assets. The data were collected through field observation, focused group discussion, interviews, and secondary data. Tangible aspects include land use, natural and artificial resources, infrastructure, accessibility, machinery and equipment, and local architecture. Meanwhile, intangible assets include intellectual property, potential branding development, goodwill, software/web, formal and informal organization, social and cultural values, and potential customers. The data obtained were presented descriptively and discussed together, as a triangulation process. The results showed the diversity and breadth of tangible and intangible assets of Baran village, and both of these assets can be directly found in the field and during FGDs and interviews. This research is also an effort to strengthen community engagement and public awareness about their assets, and this activity needs to be continuously improved, to have a better level of community engagement, confidence, social participation, branding, and networking.
