Abstract

Kesejahteraan akan dapat diminimalisir apabila ada distribusi pendapatan dan kekayaan yang merata. Maka Zakat merupakan salah satu instrument ampuh untuk memberikan solusi pembangunan dan pemerataan ekonomi secara adil dan bijaksana. Apabila dilakukan secara optimal dalam penghimpunan, pengorganisasian zakat harus dilakukan secara efektif dengan dukungan regulasi dan aparat yang professional. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan dana zakat di Baznas Jawa Barat. (2) Untuk Mengetahui Keterkaitan SDGs dengan Tujuan Zakat. (3) Untuk Mengetahui Hasil dari Rencana Strategis Optimalisasi Pendistribusian Dana Zakat dalam Pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Baznas Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah para Pimpinan dan staff Baznas Jawa Barat.Setelah data diperoleh kemudian dianalisis kemudian dicek keabsahan data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membatasi lingkup pengoptimalan distirbusi dan pendayagunaan dana zakat yang diteliti, yaitu diambil dari: (1) Sistem pengelolaan, dan (2) Strategi penguatan peran. Adapun hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Dalam Pengelolaan Zakat BAZNAS Propinsi berkedudukan di Ibukota Provinsi yang bersangkutan dan melakukan pengumpulan zakat melalui UPZ yang ada di provinsi (2) Strategi Penguatan Pendistribusian dan Pendayagunaan BAZNAS Jawa Barat yakni dengan irisan program SDGs dan zakat bertemu dalam sebuah objektif untuk mengurangi kemiskinan termasuk kelaparan yang terjadi di dunia ini dan aneka turunannya. Beberapa pendapat dan pandangan muncul mencoba mengaitkan satu per satu dari poin-poin SDGs dengan interpretasi atas kerja zakat khususnya dari sudut penerima manfaat dan peruntukkan zakat. Welfare will be minimized. So Zakat is one of the powerful instruments to provide development solutions and economic checks that are fair and wise. If carried out optimally in the collection, organizing zakat must be carried out effectively with professional regulatory and supervisory support. As the purpose of this study, First, To study the management system of zakat funds in Baznas West Java. Second, To Know the Linkages of SDGs to the Purpose of Alms. Third, To Know the Results of the Strategic Plan for the Optimization of Zakat Funds in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in National Baznas West Java Province. The method used in this study is qualitative research, with the type of field research (field research). Data collection is done by interviews, collection and arrangement. While the research subjects were the West Java Baznas Leaders and staff. After the data is obtained then analyzed then the validity of the data is checked by means of data reduction, data presentation, and discussed conclusions. In this study, this study discusses optimization of the utilization and utilization of zakat funds collected, which are taken from: (1) Management system, and (2) Role strengthening strategy. The following results found from this study are: (1) In the Management of Provincial Zakat BAZNAS located in the Capital of the Province needed and zakat through UPZ in the province (2) West Java BAZNAS Distribution and Utilization Strategy is provided with SDGs slice and zakat fulfill the goal of reducing poverty, including what happens in this world and its various derivatives. Some opinions and opinions that appear link one by one from SDGs points to the interpretation of the special zakat work from the point of view of beneficiaries and zakat allocation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kejelasan tentang formulasi strategi, implementasi strategi, dan evaluasi serta pengendalian strategi pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Masthuriyah dalam upaya membentuk santri yang berkarakter. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatana kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sehingga data dapat terkumpul dan dianalisis dengan baik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajemen strategik Pondok Pesantren Al-Masthuriyah telah diterapkan sesuai dengan tahap-tahap manajemen strategik, yaitu formulasi strategi yang didasarkan pada hasil analisis SWOT, kemudian dituangkan dalam keputusan strategi-strategi yang menjadi nilai jual inti pondok pesantren. Implementasi strategi telah berjalan dengan baik, yaitu dengan melaksanakan program-program yang tersusun, serta penerapan tata tertib santri. Evaluasi dan pengendalian strategi dilkaukan secara terus menerus oleh pimpinan, pengurus, dan karyawan dengan agenda dan jenis rapat yang berbeda. Akhirnya dari seluruh tahapan manajemen strategik yang telah ditetapkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategik pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Masturiyah telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan yang cukup signifikan dalam upaya membentuk santri yang bekarakter. This study aims to find clarity about strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation and strategy control at Al-Masthuriyah Islamic Boarding School in an effort to form santri with character. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques so that the data can be collected and analyzed properly. This study found that the strategic management of Al-Masthuriyah Islamic Boarding School has been applied in accordance with the stages of strategic management, namely the formulation of strategies based on the results of the SWOT analysis, then poured into decisions on strategies that are the core selling points of Islamic boarding schools. The implementation of the strategy has been going well, namely by implementing structured programs, as well as the application of the santri code of conduct. Strategy evaluation and control are carried out continuously by leaders, management and employees with different agendas and types of meetings. Finally, from all the stages of strategic management that have been determined, it can be concluded that the strategic management at Al-Masturiyah Islamic Boarding School has been carried out well and has shown significant success in the effort to form students with character.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan proses pengawasan DKM Rahmatan Lil’alamin dalam perumusan standar pengawasan, hasil pengawasan, dan tindakan perbaikan DKM Rahmatan Lil’alamin terhadap penyimpangan yang ada dalam kegiatan santri untuk meningkatkan kegiatan santri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi langsung ke lapangan dan analisis dokumen sehingga diperoleh data yang valid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pengawasan terhadap kegiatan santri telah diterapkan dengan baik dilihat dari penetapan standar-standar pengawasan yang terbukti dengan adanya Standar Oprasional Prosedur (SOP) yang dijadikan standar dalam proses pengawasan. Kemudian hasil pengawasan terhadap kegiatan santri dibuat laporan yang tersusun rapih dalam bentuk Laporan Pencapaian Sasaran (LPS) yang akan dibahas untuk bahan evaluasi ketika diselenggarakan rapat. Kemudian ada tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh DKM Rahmatan Lil’alamin yaitu tindakan perbaikan langsung dan tidak langsung. Tindakan perbaikan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan agar lebih baik dan produktif. The purpose of this research is to know and describe the DKM supervision process of Rahmatan lil'alamin in formulating the standards of supervision, supervision, and corrective action of DKM Rahmatan lil'alamin against the irregularities present in the activities Students to increase the students ' activities. The research method used is a descriptive method, with the technique of collecting data through interviews, direct observation to the field and analysis of documents so that the data obtained valid. The results of this study showed that the supervision of the students ' activities has been properly applied in the determination of the supervisory standards proven by the standards of the oprational procedures (SOP) as standard in monitoring process. Then the results of supervision on the activity is made a report that arranged neatly in the form of Target Achievement Report (LPS) that will be discussed for evaluation material when held tightly. Then there is a corrective action performed by DKM Rahmatan Lil'alamin which is a direct and indirect corrective action. This corrective action is performed to improve activities to be better and productive.

Abstract

Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) institutions in the current era are chosen for education destinations for the Muslim community to foster the quality of Islamic education, especially in countering ideas of religious radicalism. In this context, pesantren role in preventing radicalism are considered important to investigate. The present study investigates the education program carried out by pesantren in preventing radicalism. It was conducted at the Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Citangkolo, Banjar City. It applied qualitative approach using descriptive method. The data were collected using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the pesantren designs and delivers education using several dimensions including intellectual, skills, and character education. These three educational dimensions are implemented in classroom learning using various models, approaches, and learning strategies. For character building, education is supported by hidden curriculum. The curriculum is carried out in student activities according to the rules that is applied at pesantren. In pesantren, Kiai serves as a role model in education to boost all education program to develop santri character. Those education programs are used to prevent santri from radicalism in pesantren.

Abstract

Abstract: Potency of the high absorption obtained if learning in effective. Effective learning occurs when students are placed as individual active and direct contact with the subject matter. This research aims to reduce the limitations of the tool (a computer or laptop) and maximizing existing facilities (hand phone) with the aim of achieving effective learning that puts students as subjects of learning. This study is a research field for conducting comparative academic performance of two models of learning. The first learning model is simulation learning and the second model is self-learning via mobile facility. Self-learning materials in this research is the material in the form of video 3GP and transferred to the student’s mobile. The research population is 85 students and a sample taken by 70 students. The data in this study is the performance of students from simulation learning model and self- learning model based 3GP video. Data analysis using Inferential statistical, namely the t-test. Data analysis was performed after the fulfillment of the requirements for normality of data. The results of hypothesis testing obtained the results as following: The value t count bigger than t table (5.957> 2.025). Thus Ha is received and Ho is rejected (significance below or equal to 0.05 so Ha is received). Means that there are significant differences between simulation learning model and self-learning model based 3GP video. Keywords: Learning Media, 3GP Video.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen strategis di BAZNAS Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam pendayagunaan zakat terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengamatan lingkungan telah dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan kekuatan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sehingga pendayagunaan berdampak pada kesejahteraan mustahik. Formulasi strategi meliputi perumusan visi, tujuan, strategi, dan kebijakan yang dibentuk secara sistematis. Implementasi Strategi dengan lima program besar yang dibuat secara matang dan professional. Evaluasi dan Pengendalian Strategi dengan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala. BAZNAS Provinsi Jawa Barat telah menjalankan manajemen strategis dengan baik sesuai dengan teori Wheelen dan Hunger. This study aims to determine the strategic management of zakat utilization on the welfare of mustahik in BAZNAS, West Java Province. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results show that environmental observations have been carried out to maximize strengths and take advantage of existing opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats so that utilization has an impact on the welfare of the mustahik. Strategy Formulation, namely the formulation of a vision, goals, strategies, and policies that are formed systematically. Strategy implementation with five major programs that are made in a mature and professional manner. Evaluation and Control Strategy by conducting regular evaluations so that program control can be carried out properly according to procedures. BAZNAS West Java Province has carried out strategic management well and has been able to show success in the welfare of mustahiq.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen strategi yang terdiri perumusan strategi, implementasi strategi, evaluasi strategi dalam pemberdayaan mahasiswa program 1 Rumah Dhuafa 1 Sarjana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategi yang terdapat pada pemberdayaan mahasiswa program 1 Rumah Dhuafa 1 Sarjana terdiri atas tiga proses yaitu perumusan strategi berupa pengembangan visi misi yang disertai dengan analisis lingkungan baik secara internal maupun eksternal, tujuan dan sasaran, strategi dan penetapan kebijakan. Selanjutnya mengimplementasikan strategi dalam bentuk program-program adengan dibantu dengan anggaran-anggaran serta beberapa prosedur dalam pengimplementasian tersebut. Evaluasi strategi, terdapat evaluasi persemester dan pertahun sebagai bentuk evaluasi maupun perbaikan. Tiga proses ini dalam pelaksaan proses manajemen strategi telah berjalan dengan berhasil. The purpose of this study is to determine strategic management which consists of strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation in empowering students of the 1 Rumah Dhuafa 1 Bachelor program. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the management strategy contained in the empowerment of students of the 1 Rumah Dhuafa 1 Bachelor program consists of three processes, namely strategy formulation in the form of developing a vision and mission accompanied by environmental analysis both internally and externally, goals and objectives, strategies and policy determination. Furthermore, implementing the strategy in the form of programs with the assistance of budgets and several procedures for the implementation. Strategy evaluation, there are semester and yearly evaluations as a form of evaluation and improvement. These three processes in implementing the strategic management process have been running successfully.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengawasan kepengurusan santri putri di Pondok Pesantren Annur Malangbong dalam meningkatkan kualitas akhlak santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, proses monitoring yang dilakukan oleh kepengurusan santri putri di Pondok Pesantren Annur dilakukan selama 24 jam sepanjang kegiatan kepesantrenan berlangsung, pengawasan yang dilakukan mencakup pengawasan langsung dan pengawasan tidak langsung. Kedua, hasil pengawasan berjalan cukup baik dibuktikan dengan melihat dari presentase pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh santri terus berkurang. Ketiga, tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan kepengurusan santri putri Pondok Pesantren Annur mencakup tindakan perbaikan langsung dan tindakan perbaikan tidak langsung. This study aims to find out how the process of supervising the management of female students at Pondok Pesantren Annur Malangbong in improving the moral quality of students. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The result showed thet First, the monitoring process carried out by the management of female student at the Annur Islamic Boarding School was carried out for 24 hours throughout the pesantren activity, the supervision carried out included direct supervision and indirect supervision. Second, the result of the supervision went quite well, as evidenced by the decrease in the percentage of violations committed by students. Third, the corrective actions taken by the management of the female students of the Annur Islamic Boarding School include direct corrective actions and indirect corrective acctions.

Abstract

Lecturers are still responsible for transferring their knowledge and trying to form good character in students even though learning is carried out online during the COVID-19 pandemic. This article aims to describe lecturers' efforts during online learning to form students with ulul albab characters, namely having good morals, achievement, scientific writings, intelligence, and dignity. This research is qualitative because data mining is done through observation, learning documentation, and interviews. After the data is collected, the analysis is done by reducing, presenting, concluding, and verifying the data. The research was conducted at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, with the student ulul albab character as the main study. The results showed that lecturers in providing the learning process to students during the covid-19 pandemic used an exemplary approach, mauidhah hasanah, attention, affection, riyadhah, assignments, discussions/questions, and answers, and provided solutions. The lecturers do not let their students run wild with their character and achievements. They continue to evaluate students' both, evaluation of attitudes and achievements. The strengthening of these lecturers was able to maintain the excellent character of students and their achievements in the mid-semester and final exams. Changes in students' thinking can also increase, proven when they make thesis proposals. Apparently, during the past three semesters of online learning, students' understanding of the material and how to write a thesis proposal remained excellent and creative.
