Abstract

Forecasting ferry passenger numbers is essential for efficient port operations and resource planning. This study applies the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) model to forecast monthly passenger volumes at Bakauheni Port, Lampung. The SARIMA (2,1,1)(0,1,1)₁₂ model was selected for its ability to capture trend and seasonal patterns effectively. Diagnostic checks confirmed the model's adequacy, and validation yielded a MAPE of 11.47 percent, indicating 88.53 percent accuracy. These results show that the SARIMA model offers reliable predictive performance and can support data-driven decisions in scheduling, resource allocation, and service optimization. These results demonstrate that the developed SARIMA model possesses reliable predictive performance and can serve as a practical tool for supporting operational decision-making. The model can help this port authorities and managers optimize service provision, allocate resources more efficiently, and respond proactively to anticipated changes in passenger volume, thereby improving overall port performance and customer satisfaction in the future. Although it does not incorporate external factors, the model provides a solid foundation for future improvements and research.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance students’ legal literacy regarding personal data protection and online lending services licensed by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK). The program was implemented through counseling sessions and interactive discussions involving 42 accounting students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Cibiru. Evaluation instruments consisted of pre-tests and post-tests, which were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results demonstrate significant improvements across all indicators of students’ legal understanding. The average normalized gain (N-Gain) scores were 0.33 (moderate category) for basic legal knowledge, 0.46 (moderate category) for legal attitudes and awareness, and 0.43 (moderate category) for higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). Overall, the findings indicate that legal education on personal data protection and financial literacy is effective in enhancing students’ awareness and critical thinking skills in addressing cybercrime risks in the digital era.

Abstract

The weakening of students' civic character is caused by the influence of globalization and the ineffectiveness of conventional learning methods in Pancasila Education. These challenges demand innovative learning media that can foster 21st-century skills while internalizing Pancasila values. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of Multimodal E-Books as a learning medium capable of improving students' critical thinking and collaboration skills. A mixed method with a Research and Development (R&D) approach followed by a quasi-experiment was used in this study. The e-book was tested on two groups of students, namely the experimental group and the control group, with 30 participants in each group. This study included expert validation, pre-test, post-test, normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample test, and N-Gain analysis. The results show that the Multimodal E-Book is highly valid and suitable for use. In the effectiveness test stage, the experimental group obtained an N-Gain score of 0.68, which falls into the medium-high category. Meanwhile, the control group obtained an N-Gain score of 0.32, which falls into the low-medium category. The t-test results confirm that the difference between the two groups is highly significant (sig. 0.000). This study concludes that Multimodal E-Books are effective as a transformative learning medium capable of improving critical and collaborative skills and understanding of Pancasila values among students.
