Abstract

Science learning requires direct experience in order to develop the ability to explore and understand the natural surroundings scientifically. So far in elementary school at Bukittinggi, the process of learning science only memorizes facts, principles or theories. In science learning, students are not involved in finding or applying their own ideas and they do not instill the values contained in the learning. The science learning process in classroom is not yet fully in accordance with the demands of the curriculum. The teacher provides more material in the textbook without relating it to students' daily problems that are in accordance with the material, thus causing less interesting in learning. The teacher also has not actively involved all students in learning and emphasizes learning only on students who are smarter. The purpose of this study was to increase the activity and learning outcomes of science learning by using a problem-based learning model in SDN 11 Aur Kuning Bukittinggi, West Sumatra. This classroom action research was conducted in 2 cycles with the research subjects of grade IV students with totalling 25 people. The research data were collected through observation and tests. The effectiveness of actions in each cycle from the results of observations and tests is described and then reflected to take corrective action in the next cycle. In science learning, students' learning activities were observed, namely: visual activities, oral activities, writing activities, motoric activities and emotional activities. The research findings show that the problem-based learning model can increase student activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the legal basis for the publication of the Pre-Marriage Course Guidelines and its impact on forming a prosperous family. Research with a normative legal approach through the Legislative Approach and Case Approach. The research results show: Pre-Marriage Course Guidelines often give rise to varying interpretations, especially regarding obligations or policies regarding certificates obtained after taking the course. Some people believe that this certificate is not a requirement for complete marriage documents, especially after the issuance of new regulations which do not explicitly replace the previous regulations which required a Pre-Marriage Course certificate as part of the marriage documents. The government realizes that achieving success in achieving the objectives of the Pre-Marriage Course Guidelines requires active involvement from the community and community organizations.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pendataan Penerima Beasiswa KIP Berbasis Geografis merupakan sebuah platform yang dirancang untuk mempermudah pendataan dan pemetaan penerima Beasiswa KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) secara efisien dan efektif. Beasiswa KIP adalah kurang mampu secara ekonomi. Dalam abstrak ini, kami menggarisbawahi implementasi teknologi geografis untuk memperkuat sistem pendataan penerima beasiswa KIP. Pendekatan berbasis geografis memungkinkan identifikasi dan pemetaan lokasi siswa penerima beasiswa, memungkinkan pengguna untuk dengan cepat melihat distribusi geografis penerima beasiswa serta menganalisis tren dan pola yang mungkin terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyajikan sebuah sistem yang memadukan keunggulan teknologi informasi dengan pemetaan geografis guna memberikan informasi yang lebih komprehensif dan mudah diakses kepada pihak-pihak terkait, seperti pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat umum. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini, proses pendataan dan pemetaan penerima beasiswa KIP dapat dilakukan dengan lebih akurat dan efisien, sehingga bantuan pendidikan dapat tepat sasaran dan memberikan dampak yang lebih besar dalam meningkatkan akses pendidikan bagi siswa kurang mampu di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract

Climate change poses a serious threat to all nations. According to the World Economic Forum's Global Risk Report (2019), climate change ranks among the most significant global risks, contributing to natural disasters, extreme weather events, food and water crises, biodiversity loss, and ecosystem collapse. These impacts have profound consequences for human life. Despite growing awareness of climate change as a critical issue, large-scale efforts to mitigate its effects remain insufficient. This research seeks to analyze the factors contributing to the lack of public awareness in addressing climate change, particularly from a legal perspective. Legal frameworks play a crucial role in mainstreaming climate change mitigation and adaptation to prevent environmental disasters and promote sustainable development. Employing a normative approach, this research will explore the legal mechanisms necessary for integrating climate change mitigation and adaptation into regulatory frameworks.
