Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on the member satisfaction of members of CU Betang AsiCooperative in  Central Kalimantan Province. The research method is the quantitative method.   Primary and secondary data sources and data collection methods used observation, and distributing questionnaires. The sample  consisted of 250 respondents, was selected using non-probability sampling techniques through the purposive sampling method  The analytical tool is Smart-PLS Version 3.0, to test relationships in conceptual models.   Measurement reliability  based on alpha value and reliability value of Cronbach composite.  The results :  The effect of the dimensions of assurance, emphaty, responsiveness  on member satisfaction are positive and significant,  but  reliability and tangibles  on member satisfaction are negative and nonsignificant.

Abstract

Research on Generation Z and their contributions to economic activities is always intriguing to discuss, particularly efforts that can be undertaken to enhance their participation in economic growth. This study explores the roles of interest and experience as cooperative members within schools on the participation of Generation Z as cooperative members in Palangka Raya, Indonesia. Engaging 150 high school students, this research adopts a quantitative survey design to gather data concerning the interest, experience, and participation of Generation Z. The analysis results indicate that the interest and experience of Generation Z as cooperative members in schools significantly positively influence their participation at the community level. High interest fosters internal motivation, while positive experiences cultivate deep emotional and cognitive bonds with the cooperative. The combination of both yields a stronger positive impact. These findings offer insights for the development of cooperative programs in schools and regional government strategies to motivate Generation Z to actively engage in cooperative activities.

Abstract

Gelombang Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah mendisrupsi berbagai aspek kehidupan global, termasuk persaingan di sektor perekonomian. Disrupsi ini tercermin dari perubahan yang cepat akibat penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things, Human-Machine Interface, dan merebaknya fenomena sharing economy. Hal ini kemudian menjadi momentum yang menjadikan pengembangan kewirausahaan UMKM menjadi isu strategis yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Yang perlu dilakukan adalah membangun sinergi dalam pemetaan potensi kewirausahaan, penciptaan iklim kewirausahaan, pengembangan kewirausahaan dan inkubasi kewirausahaan serta dukungan pembiayaan. Dalam upaya mendukung tumbuh dan berkembangnya kewirausahaan ekonomi kreatif, pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya, salah satunya dengan menciptakan iklim kewirausahaan dari perguruan tinggi melalui mata kuliah Kewirausahaan dan berbagai kegiatan kewirausahaan lainnya. Sebagai bentuk upaya menciptakan iklim kewirausahaan di masyarakat, Universitas Palangka Raya memberikan pembinaan bagi wirausaha melalui program pengabdian kepada dosen pendamping kewirausahaan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu membangun minat berwirausaha dan bisnis khususnya bagi mahasiswa dan alumni Universitas Palangka Raya dalam berwirausaha. Kegiatan yang direncanakan akan dilakukan adalah memberikan wadah bagi para wirausaha muda khususnya mahasiswa dan alumni Universitas Palangka Raya untuk mempromosikan produknya melalui kegiatan bazaar. Dalam kegiatan ini para pengusaha dapat memamerkan dan memperkenalkan produk olahan serta kreatifitasnya kepada pengunjung bazar, yang pada akhirnya juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan omzet/pendapatan/penjualan pengusaha.

Abstract

A study conducted among students of Universitas Palangka Raya aimed to examine the impact of perceived trust on online purchasing behavior, with online shopping attitude as a mediator. The research utilized a descriptive quantitative approach and collected data through questionnaires. The findings revealed that perceived trust significantly influences online shopping attitude. Moreover, the study found that online shopping attitude acts as a mediator between perceived trust and online purchasing behavior. This suggests that consumer trust not only affects their attitude towards online shopping but also plays a role in their purchase decisions. The research highlights the importance for e-commerce businesses to prioritize building consumer trust and creating positive shopping experiences. However, limitations of the study include a limited sample size and the exclusion of external factors that may impact online shopping behavior. Future research should consider a larger sample and explore additional variables that may influence the trust-online shopping behavior relationship.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan populasi dan urbanisasi yang cepat di Kota Palangka Raya menyebabkan tekanan besar pada sumber daya ruang dan lingkungan, terutama infrastruktur sanitasi. Pembangunan kawasan perkotaan yang ekspansif membutuhkan infrastruktur yang memadai, termasuk drainase efektif untuk mengurangi risiko banjir. Pembangunan saluran drainase primer di Kota Palangka Raya merespons kompleksitas sanitasi lingkungan di wilayah tersebut, dengan pengendalian waktu dan biaya proyek menjadi krusial untuk kelancaran pembangunan infrastruktur tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Earned Value Management (EVM) untuk menginvestigasi efektivitas pengendalian waktu dan biaya dalam pembangunan saluran drainase primer, dengan menerapkan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratif yang mengintegrasikan data kuantitatif, diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman penerapan EVM dalam proyek konstruksi. Terdapat empat tahap dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini: pengumpulan data dari perusahaan konstruksi terkait, pengolahan data menjadi tabel observasi, implementasi metodologi EVM, dan analisis data serta hasilnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan fluktuasi signifikan dalam CPI dan SPI, menekankan pentingnya pemantauan dan pengendalian yang cermat terhadap kinerja proyek. TCPI > 1 menunjukkan bahwa proyek mungkin menghadapi tekanan biaya untuk mencapai target biaya yang ditetapkan. Perbaikan perlu dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi penyebab tantangan dalam mengelola biaya dan jadwal, memperbaiki perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek, optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya, menjaga komunikasi yang efektif, menerapkan manajemen risiko proaktif, dan melakukan evaluasi rutin untuk pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy through the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Snack Video application and live streaming agencies to increase revenue, and identify its strengths and weaknesses. With a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, the study found that the implementation of the MoU had a significant impact on increasing agency revenue through four main indicators: Agency Revenue & Recruitment Task to recruit new hosts, Agency Host Active Task to increase host activity through training and incentives, Agency's Old Valid Host Task to maintain the loyalty of old hosts, and Agency Revenue Level Upgrade Task which reflects the optimal results of other strategies. The advantages of this strategy include effective incentives for host recruitment and activity, duration-based training, and a strong loyalty scheme. However, its weaknesses include complicated host validation, dependence on incentives, competition between agencies, and high revenue targets. The proposed solutions are marketing strategy diversification, service innovation, community strengthening, and market expansion. This study emphasizes the importance of simplifying the validation process and reducing dependence on incentives, while offering insights to improve the partnership model in the live streaming industry.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Communication Strategy and Public Service in the Legal Area of Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Kapuas in Palingkau". The purpose of this research is to find out and find steps in carrying out communication and public service activities in the jurisdiction of Cabjari Kapuas in Palingkau. This research uses a qualitative method. There were five informants, namely the Head of the Cabjari Kapuas in Palingkau, the Head of Development Affairs for the Cabjari Kapuas in Palingkau, Dadahup Sub-District Head, Palingkau Lama Sub-District Chief and Palingkau Baru Sub-District Head. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and direct observation of the field as primary data and literature sources as secondary data. The data analysis technique consisted of 3 procedures: data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The study results concluded that communication still uses media belonging to external parties, and public services are still conventional. By involving external parties, agencies cannot avoid potentially harmful information. Traditional public services impact efficiency and effectiveness by using swot analysis found forming strategy websites to carry out communication and public service activities at the Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Kapuas in Palingkau.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Rasa Aman, Rasa Takut, Kebiasaan, dan Persepsi Selektif terhadap sikap Resisten Pegawai UPT Puskesmas pada penggunaan teknologi digital di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Katingan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengambilan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner pada 64 responden yang menggunakan aplikasi digital ASIK, ASIK PTM, SIMKESWA, dan SITB di UPT Puskesmas pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Katingan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil pengujian menemukan bahwa Rasa Aman, Rasa Takut, dan Kebiasaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap Resisten pegawai. Persepsi Selektif hanya mampu memoderasi pengaruh Rasa Aman terhadap sikap Resisten pegawai, sedangkan Persepsi Selektif tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh Rsaa Takut dan Kebiasaan terhadap sikap Resisten pegawai. Sehingga untuk mencapai tujuan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan terhadap masyarakat melalui penggunakan aplikasi digital, maka UPT Puskesmas pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Katingan harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap resisten pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to know and evaluate the influence of 1) management commitment on service quality both direct and indirect through internal marketing, employee job satisfaction and employee positive attitude; 2) internal marketing on service quality direct and indirect through employee job satisfaction and employee positive attitude; 3) employee job satisfaction on service quality direct and indirect throuht employee positive attitude, 4) employee positive attitude on service quality. Population of the research are all functional or section medical staffs, financial and supporting instalation section staffs that have close relation with customer in Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) of B and C types in Center Kalimantan. Sample unit of service provider is management (leader of SMF or leader of section and installation units who provide direct service to customer), medical employee (doctor,nurse, and other mrdical employee) and non-medical employee-and customer - patients and their families. Technique of collecting data is done by using three mean-for management level by using census, for medical and non-medical staffs by using accidental and for customer by using purposive sampling. Data are then analyzed by using descriptive analysis and inferential statistic. To evaluated the influence among variables, the research uses structural equation model (SEM) analysis with partial least square (PLS). Result of the research prove that management commitment has direct significant influence on service quality, internal marketing, employee job satisfaction and employee positive attitude. It also influences indirectly significant on service quality and employee positive attitude through internal marketing and employee job satisfaction partially. Internal marketing has direct significant influence on employee positive attitude and service quality but does not have influence on employee job satisfaction. There is not direct influence of internal marketing on employee job satisfaction and employee positive attitude and service quality. Employee job satisfaction has direct significant influence on service quality and employee positive attitude but does not have indirect influence on servece quality through employee positive attitude because employee positive attitude does not have influence on service quality.Keywords: Management Commitment, Internal Marketing, Employee Job Satisfaction, Employee Positive Attitude and Service Quality
