Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of variablesLeadership Style, Communication, and ASN Performance Competence Through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Situbondo Regency Regional Inspectorate. Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model. Results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, Leadership style has a significant positive effect on ASN job satisfaction, Communication has a significant positive effect on ASN job satisfaction, Competence has a significant positive effect on ASN job satisfaction, Leadership style has a significant positive effect on ASN performance, Communication has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance, Competence has a significant positive effect on ASN performance, ASN job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on ASN performance, Leadership style has a significant positive effect on ASN performance through ASN job satisfaction, Communication has a significant positive effect on ASN performance through ASN job satisfaction and Competence has a significant positive effect on ASN performance through ASN job satisfaction.

Abstract

PT Santos Jaya Abadi is a multinational company with a focus on producing packaged coffee such as Kapal Api coffee and other packaged beverages. The TBI data above shows that Kapal Api packaged coffee has the best survey among other competitors of ground coffee with pulp. So the focus of this study is on Kapal Api packaged coffee consumers in Panji District, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study was the entire community of Panji District. The sampling technique was determined by Purpove sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the SMART PLS 3.2.8 application, show that Brand image has a positive but insignificant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Trust and Product Quality have a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Brand image, Trust and Product Quality have a positive but insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention, Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention, Brand Image has a positive but insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention through Consumer Satisfaction, Trust and Product Quality have a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention through Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The progress and competition of economic conditions in the business world are indeed experiencing very rapid growth. This causes a lot of competition to occur in the business world and business today. This competition must be faced by the company to maintain operational activities and improve the quality of company performance so that the company can compete and be able to manage the assets it has to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test Debt Policy, Capital Structure, and Profitability on Dividend Policy and Financial Performance as Intervening Variables. Analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structure Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 Application, show that debt policy has a negative but not significant effect on financial performance. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Profitability has a significant negative effect on financial performance. Debt policy has a negative but not significant effect on dividend policy. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. Profitability has a negative but not significant effect on dividend policy. Financial performance has a significant positive effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly fierce business competition, price, product quality, and service quality have become important elements in building customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction through purchase decision as an intervening variable at MS Collection Store in Situbondo Regency. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the customers of MS Collection Store, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistic 22 with Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) through Smart PLS 3.2 software. The results of the hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.2 show that Price has a positive influence on Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant, Price has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction but the effect is not significant, Product Quality has a positive influence on Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant, Product Quality has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction but the effect is not significant, Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision, Service Quality has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction but the effect is not significant, Purchase Decision has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction but the effect is not significant, Price has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant, Product Quality has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant, Service Quality has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant.

Abstract

Marketing plays a crucial role in a company and is highly connected to the external environment, particularly the market environment. This research aims to analyze the effect of product variety, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Rengginang Ibu Imam in Situbondo. The population in this study consisted of consumers of Rengginang Ibu Imam. The sampling method was determined using Probability Sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.2.8 application showed that: Product variety has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction; Product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction; Price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction; Product variety has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; Consumer satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions; Product variety has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction; Product quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction; Price has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji Promosi jabatan, Disiplin kerja dan Beban kerja terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi menggunakan seluruh ASN Polres Situbondo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 orang. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Model Persamaan Struktural – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Promosi jabatan dan Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja, Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja, Promosi jabatan dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Promosi jabatan dan Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan kerja, serta Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Banking is said to support the country's economy, especially in contemporary times like today, because the role of banking as a driver of the country's economy is very important. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of working capital turnover, advertising (advertising), and dividend policy on stock returns with profit ability as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. The populations in this research are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with a sample of 8 companies. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that working capital turnover has an insignificant negative effect on profitability, advertising has an insignificant negative effect on profitability, dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on profitability, working capital turnover has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns , Advertising has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns, dividend policy has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns, Profitability has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the working capital turnover variable has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns through profitability, advertising has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns through profitability, and dividend policy has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns through profitability.

Abstract

In this study, the company's primary data was taken from financial reports that were registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The descriptive and quantitative methods used in this panel research were a population of 45 companies over 4 years from 2019-2022 and the total sample in this research was 9 companies using purposive sampling techniques. Based on the hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application that has been carried out, the results show that company size and managerial ownership have no significant effect on financial performance and the liquidity variable has a significant effect on financial performance. Liquidity does not have a significant effect on dividend policy. Company size and liquidity do not have a significant effect on dividend policy. Financial Performance has a significant influence on Dividend Policy through Dividend Policy. Financial Performance has a significant positive effect on Dividend Policy through Dividend Policy. Company Size has an insignificant effect on Divide nd Policy through Financial Performance. Company size has no significant effect on Dividend Policy through Financial Performance. Company size has no significant effect on Dividend Policy through Financial Performance.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, business competition is fierce, where each company is required to meet consumer demand and create products that are unique and different from other competitors. Therefore, the company's efforts to develop new products can be an effective strategy for companies to seek as much profit or profit as possible. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence consumer buying interest through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Warung Seblak Prasmanan Mimbaan Situbondo. The target respondents of this study were consumers of Warung Seblak Prasmanan Mimbaan using the simple random sampling method. Data and hypothesis analysis using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Leas Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Consumer trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer buying interest. Service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest. Consumer trust has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer buying interest. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest. Price has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest through customer satisfaction through customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer buying interest through customer satisfaction. Consumer confidence has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest through customer satisfaction.
