Abstract

Stunting didata pada sebuah instansi pemerintah yaitu Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang permasalahan stunting dan memonitoring daerah-daerah yang menjadi prioritas dalam penanganan stunting di Kota Medan dengan memanfaatkan Leafleat JavaScript sebagai media untuk mengintegrasikan peta kedalam web. Pada sistem ini terdapat fitur monitoring yang dapat mempermudah dinas kesehatan serta puskesmas dalam memonitor daerah-daerah yang terdapat Stunting. Adanya Sistem Informasi Geografis Monitoring ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai Stunting sehingga dinas kesehatan dapat lebih memprioritaskan kasus-kasus Stunting dan penyebarannya sehingga dapat melaksanakan sosialisasi dan penanganan serta evaluasi terhadap Stunting khususnya di Kota Medan

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to implement a monitoring information system for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Medan to monitor the progress of MSME entrepreneurs. The monitoring process involves the utilization of asset and revenue data inputted by entrepreneurs annually. Issues identified in this research include difficulties in registering MSME coaching, where entrepreneurs must directly submit registration documents to the Department of Cooperatives, MSMEs, Industry, and Trade of Medan City. The monitoring process is still manual, with MSME staff having to conduct field surveys directly to record the assets and revenue of entrepreneurs. Additionally, the location data of entrepreneurs is not always accurate as it is still recorded in Microsoft Excel, necessitating navigation assistance to reach business locations, especially those in remote areas. Data in this research was collected through observation, interviews, and literature review including journals, books, and other articles. Two types of datawere collected: primary and secondary data. The process design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML), with stages of design and illustration of the workflow of the designed information system. The research approach used is the Research and Development (R&D) method, with system development using the waterfall method. The research results indicate that the designed information system operates as expected. Keywords: UMKM, UML, R&D, Waterfall Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan sistem informasi monitoring untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Medan guna memantau perkembangan pelaku usaha UMKM. Proses pemantauan melibatkan penggunaan data aset dan omset pelaku usaha yang diinput setiap tahunnya. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi kesulitan pada pendaftaran pembinaan UMKM di mana pelaku usaha harus secara langsung mengajukan berkas pendaftaran ke Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perindustrian, dan Perdagangan Kota Medan. Proses monitoring masih bersifat manual, dimana staf UMKM harus melakukan survei lapangan secara langsung untuk mendata aset dan omset pelaku usaha. Selain itu, data lokasi pelaku usaha tidak selalu akurat karena masih tercatat di Microsoft Excel, sehingga diperlukan bantuan navigasi untuk mencapai lokasi usaha, terutama yang terpencil. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka yang mencakup jurnal, buku dan artikel lainnya. Dua jenis data yang diambil adalah data primer dan sekunder. Desain proses menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML), dengan tahapan  perancangan dan ilustrasi alur kerja sistem informasi yang dirancang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R&D), dengan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kata kunci: UMKM, UML, R&D, Waterfall

Abstract

The Welfare Bureau (KESRA) of North Sumatra Province is responsible for managing social welfare programs, such as social assistance and scholarships, aimed at improving the quality of life of the community. Manual data management often results in inefficiencies, errors, and limited information accessibility. This study aims to develop a web-based Welfare Monitoring Information System to facilitate the management of social assistance and scholarship data. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database and is equipped with secure user authentication and a user-friendly interface. Predictive analytics methods were integrated to analyze trends and predict welfare patterns using historical data. The system implementation results demonstrate its capability to centrally manage data, generate comprehensive reports, and predict trends in the distribution of social assistance and scholarships over time. Furthermore, the system enables the evaluation of program effectiveness by comparing actual data with predictions, thereby supporting more accurate planning and decision-making in the implementation of social welfare programs in North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Many companies publish job vacancies online which results in a large number of applicants, so companies often have difficulty selecting staff who suit their needs and abilities. This research will later create a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (DSS) have specific uses in assisting companies in making decisions which can later be used by companies in selecting staff using a combination of the SAW (Simple Additive Weigh) and VIKOR (Vise Kriterijumska Optimazacija Kompromisno Resenje) methods. This research uses 5 criteria and 20 alternative crew outlet staff candidates which have produced the 2 highest SAW and VIKOR rankings with A2 Fanisah Annur Lubis as RANK 1 with a value of 1, A16 Nurul Amelia RANK 2 with a value of 0.85. The results of the process validation in the system have worked correctly. System functional testing is carried out using the Blackbox Testing method. Test results show that the functional features function validly.Keywords: Staff Recruitment; Decision Making; Simple Additive Weigh; Vikor; Criteria AbstrakBanyaknya perusahaan yang mempublikasikan lowongan pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara online yang membuat banyaknya jumlah pelamar, sehingga sering kali perusahaan mengalami kesulitan dalam memilih staff yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta kemampuannya. Penelitian ini nantinya akan membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem Pendukung keputusan (SPK) memiliki spesifik kegunaan dalam membantu perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang nantinya dapat digunakan perusahaan dalam pemilihan staff menggunakan kombinasi metode SAW (Simple Additive Weigh) dan VIKOR (Vise Kriterijumska Optimazacija Kompromisno Resenje). Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 kriteria dan 20 Alternatif calon staff crew outlet yang telah menghasilkan 2 perangkingan SAW dan VIKOR tertinggi dengan A2 Fanisah Annur Lubis Sebagai RANK 1 dengan nilai 1, A16 Nurul Amelia RANK 2 dengan nilai 0.85. Hasil validasi proses dalam sistem telah bekerja secara benar. Pengujian fungsional sistem dilakukan dengan metode Blackbox Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan fitur-fitur fungsional telah berfungsi secara valid.

Abstract

Mental illness or psychiatric disorders are syndromes that disrupt a person's thinking pattern or psychology, causing dysfunction in daily activities. Data collected in Indonesia's health profile shows a high prevalence of untreated mental disorders. This is in stark contrast to the number of psychologists and psychiatrists available in the country. Society's stigma against mental disorders causes many to consider it mystical and reluctant to get themselves checked. This research uses certainty factor and forward chaining methods to overcome uncertainty in analyzing information from experts. The application is built based on Android which will make it easier for patients to access and diagnose the disease they are suffering from. By calculating mental illness diagnoses involving 62 symptoms and 10 diseases, the combination of certainty factor and forward chaining methods produces the same system and expert accuracy values. This shows the effectiveness of both approaches when combined.Keywords: Expert System; Forward Chaining; Certainty Factor; Mental Illness AbstrakPenyakit mental atau gangguan kejiwaan adalah sindrom yang mengganggu pola pikir atau psikologi seseorang, menyebabkan disfungsi aktivitas sehari-hari. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam profil kesehatan Indonesia menunjukkan tingginya prevalensi gangguan jiwa yang tidak diobati. Ini sangat kontras dengan jumlah psikolog dan psikiater yang tersedia di negara ini. Stigma masyarakat terhadap gangguan jiwa menyebabkan banyak yang menganggapnya sebagai hal mistis dan enggan memeriksakan diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode certainty factor dan forward chaining untuk mengatasi ketidakpastian dalam menganalisis informasi dari pakar. Aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis android yang akan memudahkan pasien dalam mengakses dan mendiagnosa penyakit yang diderita. Dengan penghitungan diagnosa mental illness yang melibatkan 62 gejala dan 10 penyakit, kombinasi metode certainty factor dan forward chaining menghasilkan nilai akurasi sistem dan pakar yang sama. Hal ini menunjukkan keefektifan kedua pendekatan tersebut jika digabungkan.

Abstract

The Wild Brain Workshop (TWBW) is a custom culture community in Medan that was founded in 2011. This community started from a custom workshop which then developed into a wider community with a focus on custom motorbikes, music and lifestyle. TWBW, as one of the well-known custom motorbike workshops in the city of Medan, of course gets lots of orders from various custom motorbike lovers. This research was created to create a mobile application for ordering custom motorbike packages by implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The problem formulation in this research is designing an effective mobile application for ordering custom motorbike packages and implementing CRM to improve relationships with customers. The aim of creating this application is so that you can easily view the various custom motorbike packages available, see detailed specifications and prices, and place orders directly through the application. The implementation of CRM in this application is found in the chat feature and customer service menu. By implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management), it is hoped that TWBW can manage relationships with customers, by utilizing technology to maximize communication and marketing. Through the development of this application, it is hoped that the use of this technology can effectively improve the ordering process.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have brought significant changes in various aspects of human life, including decision making. Making decisions by utilizing technology makes the decision-making process run more quickly and accurately. This research proposes the development of a decision support system to select prospective recipients of sports equipment effectively and fairly at the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Service, using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method which is used to determine the criteria and weight of the data, and the MOORA (Multi -Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) is a multi-attribute decision making method that makes it easier to calculate alternative values which have more accurate and targeted results in helping decision making. The research stage involves observation, interviews, and literature study. 5 criteria were used in this research, including productivity, achievement, secretariat location, training program, and equipment requirements. Data on prospective recipients of sports equipment used for analysis was 10 data. Through the SMART and MOORA methods, the system gives the best ranking to the alternative that best meets the predetermined criteria. The ranking results show that the prospective recipient of sports equipment is Sahabat Muda Badmintoon with rank 1 with a score of 0.8 using the SMART method and a score of 0.044 using the MOORA method. The SMART and MOORA methods show the potential to be used as tools to help make decisions about receiving sports equipment more efficiently and fairly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi monitoring pengangkutan dan pelaporan hasil panen kelapa sawit yang terintegrasi dan real-time guna meningkatkan efisiensi di PTPN IV Unit Berangir. Populasi penelitian adalah proses operasional pengelolaan hasil panen di unit tersebut, dengan sampel berupa data prosedur pengangkutan dan pelaporan hasil panen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sementara metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem berbasis teknologi informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, meminimalkan potensi kecurangan, dan meningkatkan efektivitas operasional secara signifikan. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini memberikan dukungan yang akurat dan efisien untuk pengambilan keputusan, sehingga mengoptimalkan pengelolaan hasil panen di PTPN IV Unit Berangir.

Abstract

Virus Sereve Acute Respirator Syndrome Corona Virus 2 (SARS COV-2) is a virus that is also caused by a corona virus which if exposed to this virus will cause a serious infection that has the potential to be life threatening. In various cases, it turns out that infection with the SARS COV-2 virus can have effects on several organs such as the lungs, heart, blood vessels, kidneys and liver. In this regard, some people think that the SARS COV-2 virus is a scary virus that makes people afraid to come to health services so that it has an impact on uncontrolled blood sugar and is prone to complications. To overcome the increase in mortality due to the SARS COV-2 virus with comorbidities with the help of artificial intelligence to build a knowledge-based system in the medical field for diagnosing SARS COV-2 with comorbidities using a combination of Case Based Reasoning and Certainty Factor methods. The Case Based Reasoning method is used as a rule to detect disease symptoms by diagnosing new cases based on old cases. While the Certainty Factor is used to increase the value of confidence and feasibility. The percentage of confidence value given by experts in order to get maximum results.

Abstract

Islamic social finance, such as zakat, waqf, and alms, plays an important role in supporting social welfare and economic development in Muslim countries. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the implementation of sharia social finance in several Muslim countries outside ASEAN, focusing on the implementation mechanisms, challenges, and impacts of such instruments on social and economic development. Digitalization has changed the way Islamic social finance is managed by increasing accessibility, transparency, and efficiency. The application of technology such as sharia fintech, blockchain, and halal crowdfunding strengthens the role of zakat, waqf, and alms in supporting social welfare in Muslim countries outside ASEAN. This research uses a qualitative method based on literature studies with reference to international journals, reports of Islamic financial institutions, and related secondary data. The focus of the research includes how social financial instruments are managed, the role of governments and private institutions in their implementation, and their contribution to poverty alleviation and social welfare. The main results show that the implementation of sharia social finance in countries such as Turkey or Saudi Arabia has succeeded in improving access to education, health services, and community empowerment. However, there are still challenges in the form of low financial literacy, bureaucratic constraints, and the need to increase cooperation between the public and private sectors. The digitalization of Islamic finance has emerged as a potential solution to increase transparency and efficiency in the management of social funds.
