Digital transformation in the world of trade has shifted to E-Commerce in order to increase market share and efficiency. Izra Fashion Store, which is engaged in selling hijab, currently still relies on social media for marketing and interaction with customers. Although this method is quite effective, a more structured solution is needed so that the sales process can run more optimally. The use of a marketplace platform such as Shopee is actually an option, but tight competition, the number of similar stores, and the difficulty of getting positive reviews in a short time make it difficult for small stores to build customer trust. Therefore, this study aims to build a website-based e-commerce equipped with a product recommendation feature using the Collaborative Filtering method. Researching it using quantitative methods with the help of a descriptive approach. Data was collected through data collection and analysis of user needs, which were then used to implement the Collaborative Filtering algorithm in the product recommendation system. This system is assisted by the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research findings show that the system built is able to improve the customer shopping experience by providing product recommendations that are more in line with their preferences. In addition, this system also helps business owners manage product and transaction data in a more organized manner. Through the existence of this e-commerce platform.

To ensure the reliability of measurement results, the calibration laboratory of the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) requires accurate control of temperature and humidity. Conventional manual monitoring methods are susceptible to errors caused by human interaction and environmental fluctuations. To address this challenge, a web-based monitoring system has been developed. This system automates the measurement of temperature and humidity, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing the risk of human error. Two prototype meters have been integrated into the system, which have been proven to have an accuracy of over 90% for temperature measurements. The system is capable of measuring humidity in the range of 0% to 100% with an accuracy of ±5% and temperature in the range of -40°C to 80°C with an accuracy of ±0.1°C. By automating the monitoring process and providing real-time data access, this system makes a significant contribution to improving the reliability and efficiency of the BMKG calibration laboratory. The implementation of this system is expected to ensure the consistency of calibration measurement results, support the optimal functioning of the laboratory, and contribute to improving the quality of meteorological, climatological, and geophysical services in Indonesia.

The speed of an internet network makes geographic information systems easy to use by all groups, including the process of Instagrammable cafe mapping. With this system, it will help to make it easier for consumers to find cafe locations, help convey detailed cafe information and also become an Instagrammable promotional media for cafes in Binjai City. In the system design process, the method chosen as the development method is waterfall, and uses object-oriented modeling, namely UML and uses the A Star Algorithm to determine the closest distance from the user to the cafe they are going to. With this geographic information system, it will make it easier for consumers to get locations and information about Instagrammable cafes in Binjai City and also save consumers' time and become a promotional medium for the Binjai City Tourism Office and for the cafe owners.

Currently developing information technology can be used by village governments in order to increase the public reach of village governments for the community by providing easy access to information as well as developing better, transparent, effective and efficient village government activities. Currently, the population management information system in Batu Pulut village is still done manually or not many use media such as computers. The problems at the Batu Pulut Village Office are about work activities related to population service activities. The existing process is still in manual form, there is no system that is able to simplify the service process related to activities in the village and it still takes a long time so the process is often neglected. Another problem is in communities receiving aid where there is no system that is able to rank who the people are as recipients of village aid. The aim of this research is to create a population management information system for Batu Pulut Village using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The method used in this system is the Multi Attribute Utility Theory method which is used as a method to assist this system in selecting communities as recipients of village assistance based on ranking data. The MAUT method aims to produce optimal decisions based on user assessments and references against a set of specified criteria. Based on the calculation results from the MAUT Method, a result of 0.75 was obtained with alternatives A2 and A4 as the best alternatives that were entitled to receive village assistance.

The Wild Brain Workshop (TWBW) is a custom culture community in Medan that was founded in 2011. This community started from a custom workshop which then developed into a wider community with a focus on custom motorbikes, music and lifestyle. TWBW, as one of the well-known custom motorbike workshops in the city of Medan, of course gets lots of orders from various custom motorbike lovers. This research was created to create a mobile application for ordering custom motorbike packages by implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The problem formulation in this research is designing an effective mobile application for ordering custom motorbike packages and implementing CRM to improve relationships with customers. The aim of creating this application is so that you can easily view the various custom motorbike packages available, see detailed specifications and prices, and place orders directly through the application. The implementation of CRM in this application is found in the chat feature and customer service menu. By implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management), it is hoped that TWBW can manage relationships with customers, by utilizing technology to maximize communication and marketing. Through the development of this application, it is hoped that the use of this technology can effectively improve the ordering process.

This study develops a web-based decision support system to recommend the best laptops for graphic design purposes. The system combines the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method for criteria weighting and the Multi-Objective on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method for ranking alternatives. The research is motivated by the difficulty consumers face in selecting laptops with optimal specifications, such as powerful processors, discrete graphics, large RAM, and fast storage. The study was conducted at Raihan Computer Store, where recommendations were previously made based on intuition rather than data analysis. The proposed system offers data-driven recommendations by evaluating criteria such as performance, graphics, storage capacity, and price. This study is supported by previous research that demonstrates the effectiveness of PSI and MOORA methods. The results are expected to assist consumers in choosing suitable laptops for graphic design activities, thereby supporting learning or work in the field.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai sektor usaha, termasuk industri jasa otomotif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam pemilihan jok mobil di Temex Jok. SPK ini dirancang untuk membantu pelanggan memilih jok mobil berdasarkan kriteria seperti bahan kulit, model, harga, fitur, merek mobil, warna, dan tekstur. Metode SAW digunakan untuk menilai kinerja alternatif berdasarkan bobot kriteria, sementara metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan rekomendasi jok mobil yang sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan secara efisien dan praktis, tanpa memerlukan kunjungan langsung ke lokasi usaha. Dalam mengelola data kepegawaian, terutama di instansi pemerintah, penting untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi yang tinggi, manualnya proses pengelolaan data sering kali memakan waktu dan sumber daya yang berharga. Oleh karena itu, penerapan sistem informasi kepegawaian dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses ini, dan dibutuhkan perancangan suatu sistem untuk mengolah data pegawai, sehingga menjadi suatu informasi yang lengkap dan terperinci. Sebagai organisasi yang bertugas mengelola data kepegawaian di wilayahnya, Badan Kepegawaian Negara ( BKN ) Kantor Wilayah VI Kota Medan memerlukan suatu sistem yang efektif dan terpadu untuk mempermudah. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem informasi kepegawaian yang akan membantu pengelolaan data kepegawaian secara efektif dan efisien . Dengan menggunakan metode prototype,observasi, studi pustaka dimana tujuan sistem ini adalah untuk mempermudah pemeliharaan data kepegawaian, dimulai dengan penambahan data pegawai, informasi data pegawai dan diakhiri dengan data pensiun pegawai.

PT. SumateraSarana Sekar Sakti merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengangkutan. Armada yang dimiliki oleh PT. SumateraSarana Sekar Sakti berjumlah 2123 unit armada. Agar tetap berjalannya jasa pengangkutan di Perusahaan ini diperlukan perbaikan atau perawatan armada dengan memasukkannya ke dalam bengkel. Perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh bengkel yaitu perbaikan mesin, sasis, kelistrikan, bodi dan termasuk juga pengecatan dan pengelasan. Dalam proses pelayanan bengkel, banyak sekali ditemukan kendala terutama dibagian penjadwalan service yang masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu pencatatan didalam sebuah buku yang mengakibatkan proses menjadi lambat dan resiko penjadwalan service tidak teratur semakin besar. Hal lebih buruknya bahkan dapat mengganggu kinerja dari perusahaan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan sistem yang efektif dan efisien dengan melakukan perancangan penjadwalan service. Tujuan dari perancangan ini untuk dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja dalam membuat jadwal service armada secara cepat dan akurat. Sehingga dengan adanya perancangan penjadwalan service ini dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut tanpa mengganggu kinerja dari PT. SumateraSarana Sekar Sakti.

Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Kantor Regional VI Medan memiliki peran penting dalam mengawal manajemen sumber daya manusia aparatur negara di daerah. Administrasi statistik kunjungan tamu merupakan komponen penting dalam manajemen kantor. Pencatatan tamu secara manual sering kali kurang tepat dan efisien dibandingkan dengan pencatatan tamu secara otomatis, yang menyebabkan waktu tunggu yang lama dan data yang salah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem aplikasi buku tamu yang dapat mengotomatiskan operasi ini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan prototipe, observasi, dan studi literatur, Kantor BKN Regional VI Medan mampu mengelola tamunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi buku tamu yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kantor. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk membuat dan menggunakan aplikasi buku tamu otomatis. dan menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk mengatasi masalah data pengunjung. Program ini mengurangi antrian panjang para tamu dan membuat pendataan dan penghitungan pengunjung harian menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Regional VI BKN Medan mendapatkan manfaat yang sangat besar dari penerapan aplikasi buku tamu.
