Abstract

PT. SumateraSarana Sekar Sakti merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengangkutan. Armada yang dimiliki oleh PT. SumateraSarana Sekar Sakti berjumlah 2123 unit armada. Agar tetap berjalannya jasa pengangkutan di Perusahaan ini diperlukan perbaikan atau perawatan armada dengan memasukkannya ke dalam bengkel. Perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh bengkel yaitu perbaikan mesin, sasis, kelistrikan, bodi dan termasuk juga pengecatan dan pengelasan. Dalam proses pelayanan bengkel, banyak sekali ditemukan kendala terutama dibagian penjadwalan service yang masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu pencatatan didalam sebuah buku yang mengakibatkan proses menjadi lambat dan resiko penjadwalan service tidak teratur semakin besar. Hal lebih buruknya bahkan dapat mengganggu kinerja dari perusahaan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan sistem yang efektif dan efisien dengan melakukan perancangan penjadwalan service. Tujuan dari perancangan ini untuk dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja dalam membuat jadwal service armada secara cepat dan akurat. Sehingga dengan adanya perancangan penjadwalan service ini dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut tanpa mengganggu kinerja dari PT. SumateraSarana Sekar Sakti.

Abstract

The speed of an internet network makes geographic information systems easy to use by all groups, including the process of Instagrammable cafe mapping. With this system, it will help to make it easier for consumers to find cafe locations, help convey detailed cafe information and also become an Instagrammable promotional media for cafes in Binjai City. In the system design process, the method chosen as the development method is waterfall, and uses object-oriented modeling, namely UML and uses the A Star Algorithm to determine the closest distance from the user to the cafe they are going to. With this geographic information system, it will make it easier for consumers to get locations and information about Instagrammable cafes in Binjai City and also save consumers' time and become a promotional medium for the Binjai City Tourism Office and for the cafe owners.

Abstract

Currently developing information technology can be used by village governments in order to increase the public reach of village governments for the community by providing easy access to information as well as developing better, transparent, effective and efficient village government activities. Currently, the population management information system in Batu Pulut village is still done manually or not many use media such as computers. The problems at the Batu Pulut Village Office are about work activities related to population service activities. The existing process is still in manual form, there is no system that is able to simplify the service process related to activities in the village and it still takes a long time so the process is often neglected. Another problem is in communities receiving aid where there is no system that is able to rank who the people are as recipients of village aid. The aim of this research is to create a population management information system for Batu Pulut Village using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The method used in this system is the Multi Attribute Utility Theory method which is used as a method to assist this system in selecting communities as recipients of village assistance based on ranking data. The MAUT method aims to produce optimal decisions based on user assessments and references against a set of specified criteria. Based on the calculation results from the MAUT Method, a result of 0.75 was obtained with alternatives A2 and A4 as the best alternatives that were entitled to receive village assistance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to perfect the computerized activity scheduling system at the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Regional Bureau 6 Medan. The BKN Medan VI Regional Office which is responsible for the development and management of its ASN in the North Sumatra region often faces challenges in preparing agendas. Regional Head of Regional Head activities. In this context, a scheduling application is needed as a solution to increase the efficiency and accuracy of activity management plans. This research uses a prototype-based system development methodology which consists of five phases: Communication, Quick plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. In addition, data collection was carried out through direct observation of BKN Medan Regional Office VI staff and literature review to support application design. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide important input for the planning of the Head of Regional Office and the Secretary of the Regional Office, overcome the problem of unexpected schedule changes, and facilitate presentations and related management. The implications of this research can provide a basis for developing applications within institutions.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the distribution of customers who do not have accurate location information results in couriers who will deliver products often traveling long distances to get to the location of customers who make orders because they repeat routes that have been taken previously. The research problem formulation revolves around implementing the Haversine algorithm for calculating the distance between the courier's location and the customer's order location. Additionally, it focuses on designing and constructing a geographic information system for customer distribution, utilizing the Android-based Haversine algorithm. The research method used is Research & Development where researchers will collect information first and develop the system to be built. For system development, the Waterfall method is used. To calculate the distance from the courier's location to the customer's ordering location, the Haversine algorithm is used. From this research, the results obtained are a geographic information system that will provide information on customers who ordered on that day as well as the distance from the courier's location to the location of the customer who made the order using the Android-based Haversine algorithm. The conclusion of this research is that the geographic information system that is built will be able to assist couriers in delivering products to customers who make orders that day. Because the system will sort the customer's location from closest to furthest so that the courier will not repeat the route he has previously taken, making it more effective.

Abstract

Currently, technological advancements have undergone incredibly rapid development. Modern technology is capable of contributing to solving various challenges in different sectors, including the field of animal husbandry. Computers have been integrated as tools to perform tasks or identify existing issues, thus determining the suitability of selecting sacrificial animals. Essentially, whether or not an animal is accepted as a sacrificial offering depends on a series of conditions. Therefore, it is crucial to ascertain whether the animal meets the requirements.Based on research findings, the assessment of code P001 is made using criteria such as Animal Weight, Animal Age, Animal Gender, Blindness, Illness, Limping, Emaciation, and Complete Ears. The assessment is conducted according to the SMART method. The final calculated value for the selection of sacrificial animals is 0.61. Based on the weighting of the final value, it can be concluded that animals with a value of 0.61 are recommended for selection.

Abstract

Children's health is certainly a concern for parents, especially coupled with various types of viruses that became outbreaks in 2020. Therefore, parents' concerns about their children become greater. Without proper treatment and handling, usually Nephrotic Syndrome disease will assume everything that is done is right even though it deviates. In the field of medicine, the precision with which an illness is diagnosed and the speed with which the diagnosis is made are both crucial. The patient's health will suffer as a result of treatment decisions being delayed due to misdiagnosis. However, there are occasionally only a few doctors available. The Dempster Shafer technique produces precise, quick, and accurate diagnoses by garnering the respect of experts based on their expertise. In this study, disease will be identified using the Dempster-Shafer approach. This study's output is an expert system that, without consulting an expert directly, can determine whether a person has a condition based on the symptoms they are experiencing.  By contrasting the outcomes of expert diagnostics with those generated by the system, high accuracy, testing of this system comprises determining the validity of the system's accuracy value.

Abstract

Di era sekarang ini, sistem informasi penggajian sudah menjadi elemen yang tak terpisahkan dari manajemen sumber daya manusia di banyak bisnis. Penggunaan teknologi seperti sistem informasi penggajian  berguna dalam bidang keuangan, bisnis atau pemerintahan karena data pegawai dan informasi gaji dapat disimpan dan diproses dalam skala mikro, sehingga  mengurangi risiko kesalahan dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Meskipun sistem informasi penggajian sudah menjadi elemen penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di banyak perusahaan, namun masih banyak perusahaan yang belum memiliki sistem informasi penggajian secara digital. Peneliti disini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang mempunyai banyak tahapan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan penelitian dokumen. Metodologi yang dipakai untuk mengembangkan sistem adalah pendekatan metode Waterfall. Perancangan menggunakan metode proses UML (Unified Modeling Language). Diagram yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah diagram use case, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram.

Abstract

Public health center is a health service facility that organizes health efforts for the community. Currently, most public health center are still using the old system to record all transaction results, and the data processing is still in manual form so that this method can be time consuming and inefficient. Therefore, the researcher intends to find out and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction with the customer relationship management method. One of the things that health workers need to know and pay attention to is efforts to improve the quality of services that can have an impact on the good or bad of the patient's assessment of the public health center. The stages of data collection were carried out by conducting interviews, literature studies, and observations. and using the RAD method at the system development stage. The application of the Customer Relationship Management method at the UPT Public health center Perbaungan was built on a web-based basis, with the CRM application it is expected to help attract new patients and also maintain the quality of services provided to patients so that they can continue to assist the marketing process for service satisfaction at the Public health center.

Abstract

Forecasting is the art and science of predicting future events. This can be done by involving taking past data and placing it into the future with a form of mathematical model. The application of the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method is very appropriate to solve the above problems because the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method is used in short-term forecasting, usually only 1 month ahead. The Triple Exponential Smoothing method assumes that the data fluctuates around a fixed mean value, without an even trend or growth pattern. the author conducted research related to the calculation of the development of laptop purchases at CV.Gaharu.Com problems often occur, especially the problem of calculating laptop sales predictions such as the absence of a special system in calculating laptop sales in the coming period so that the company's stock often runs low and is not proportional to consumer demand which is growing rapidly and increasing, as well as in making laptop sales reports are still processed with a fairly simple application so that the reports obtained are less accurate. The research method used by the author is using the R&D (Research and Development) research method. The method of data collection was carried out in this study, namely by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. The steps taken are database design and describe the workflow of the application to be built using UML. At this stage the author designs the interface to produce an interface that is in accordance with the functions required for the application to be built. The system development method used by the researcher is the waterfall.
