Abstract

Di era globalisasi, teknologi informasi (TI) berkembang sangat pesat, mendorong perusahaan dan pemerintahan untuk terus memperbarui kegiatan bisnis agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. Dalam pelayanan, banyak yang sudah menggunakan TI untuk mempermudah kegiatan layanan, namun UPT Perlindungan Konsumen Medan masih menggunakan metode manual dalam pengelolaan pengaduan konsumen, sehingga pelayanan pengaduan masih belum efektif. Terdapat masalah signifikan dalam pengelolaan pengaduan konsumen karena hanya ada empat UPT Perlindungan Konsumen di Sumatera Utara (Medan, Siantar, Kisaran, dan Sibolga), yang menyebabkan konsumen dari wilayah yang lebih luas harus datang langsung ke UPT untuk mengajukan pengaduan, memakan waktu dan biaya besar. Selain itu, sistem pelayanan di UPT PK Medan masih manual dan belum terotomatisasi, mengakibatkan pelayanan yang kurang efektif dan efisien serta menyulitkan pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas mereka. Menyadari kesulitan ini, penulis memutuskan untuk mengembangkan sistem baru. Dalam pengembangan, sistem informasi yang ada akan diperbarui menjadi aplikasi berbasis Android dengan menerapkan algoritma First In First Out (FIFO). Dengan dibangunnya sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam mengajukan pengaduan di UPT Perlindungan Konsumen Medan tanpa harus datang langsung, serta mempercepat penanganan pengaduan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Android karena sifatnya yang open-source dan kemampuannya memudahkan masyarakat mengakses layanan melalui smartphone di mana pun dan kapan pun, serta lebih efisien digunakan oleh masyarakat. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi konsumen dalam menyampaikan pengaduan secara efisien, dengan memastikan bahwa pengaduan yang masuk diproses berdasarkan urutan antrian.

Abstract

Public health center is a health service facility that organizes health efforts for the community. Currently, most public health center are still using the old system to record all transaction results, and the data processing is still in manual form so that this method can be time consuming and inefficient. Therefore, the researcher intends to find out and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction with the customer relationship management method. One of the things that health workers need to know and pay attention to is efforts to improve the quality of services that can have an impact on the good or bad of the patient's assessment of the public health center. The stages of data collection were carried out by conducting interviews, literature studies, and observations. and using the RAD method at the system development stage. The application of the Customer Relationship Management method at the UPT Public health center Perbaungan was built on a web-based basis, with the CRM application it is expected to help attract new patients and also maintain the quality of services provided to patients so that they can continue to assist the marketing process for service satisfaction at the Public health center.

Abstract

Forecasting is the art and science of predicting future events. This can be done by involving taking past data and placing it into the future with a form of mathematical model. The application of the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method is very appropriate to solve the above problems because the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method is used in short-term forecasting, usually only 1 month ahead. The Triple Exponential Smoothing method assumes that the data fluctuates around a fixed mean value, without an even trend or growth pattern. the author conducted research related to the calculation of the development of laptop purchases at CV.Gaharu.Com problems often occur, especially the problem of calculating laptop sales predictions such as the absence of a special system in calculating laptop sales in the coming period so that the company's stock often runs low and is not proportional to consumer demand which is growing rapidly and increasing, as well as in making laptop sales reports are still processed with a fairly simple application so that the reports obtained are less accurate. The research method used by the author is using the R&D (Research and Development) research method. The method of data collection was carried out in this study, namely by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. The steps taken are database design and describe the workflow of the application to be built using UML. At this stage the author designs the interface to produce an interface that is in accordance with the functions required for the application to be built. The system development method used by the researcher is the waterfall.

Abstract

PT. Wira Dwika is a company engaged in the production of electronic equipment and product distribution is carried out after the production process takes place. The obstacle that is often faced by companies is the difficulty in determining the number of products that will be provided by the company so that errors often occur in fulfilling customer requests and in predicting supplies for the next period. The system that runs at the company still uses a manual system so that errors often occur in determining the number of products to be distributed, and the Inventory section also often has difficulty determining the stock to be provided in future periods and the demand is more than the number of products already available in production. So it greatly affects profit and loss as well as inventory data processing. So the researchers used the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method to overcome the obstacles faced by the company because the Triple Exponential Smoothing method is an effective method in terms of forecasting. Electronic equipment still uses workbook paper and is less efficient in making product inventory reports. The electronic equipment inventory report input system still uses Microsoft Excel 2007 so that the data obtained is inaccurate and does not yet use electronic equipment inventory storage with a database system, by implementing PHP applications and MySQL databases it can help companies calculate predictions of electronic equipment distribution in the next period. So that it greatly affects profit and loss as well as processing inventory data for electronic equipment still using paper workbooks and is less efficient in making product inventory reports.

Abstract

Dalam era kemajuan teknologi informasi, pengembangan sistem informasi menjadi esensial, terutama dalam mendukung efisiensi dan efektivitas di bidang pendidikan. Artikel ini memperkenalkan sebuah sistem monitoring perkembangan siswa di sekolah dasar menggunakan metode peer comparison berbasis website. Cara kerja dari peer comparison adalah mengidentifikasi kriteria perbandingan, mengidentifikasi subjek perbandingan dan hasil akhir  perbandingan. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah penggunaan raport dalam proses monitoring siswa, yang dapat mengakibatkan risiko kehilangan data dan ketidakakuratan dalam penilaian perkembangan siswa. Melalui tahap identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, perencanaan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian, sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Langkah-langkah metode RAD termasuk requirement planning, RAD design workshop, dan implementasi.

Abstract

Now days Email is the most important aplplication on the internet, this make email one of the industry’s most targeted sector for commiting cyber crimes. Email phishing and spam not only harm many parties but also consumes a lot of network bandwidth. Most spam are emotet malware. Trojan malware that targets internet users financial system to steal financial information and personal data by sending phishing. In this research, digital forensics analysis email crimes identified malware using live forensics and tools analyze digital evidence of email content, as wall as offVise, Wireshark, and Procmon to analyze malware activities. The results of the investigation of the email content carried out using software found digital evidence that could be used as a reference that attachment downloaded by the victim was Emoted type malware, when the victim opened it, this malware will be installed automatically on the victim’s computer. .

Abstract

Alumni are graduates from a school, academy, high school, college, or university. Alumni are one of the important assets that must be embraced, coordinated, and developed as early as possible. The existence of alumni is very influential in improving the quality of an institution. So far, the Information Systems Study Program of UIN North Sumatra has not provided a means that can be used to collect data and track tracer study alumni so that the Information System of UIN North Sumatra has difficulties and obstacles in collecting and tracking data. tracer study alumni. The purpose of this research is to build an android-based application that can be used by alumni in filling out tracer study data online and can also assist the study program in tracking tracer study alumni easily and quickly through an android smartphone. The application development method used in this study is the Extreme Programming (XP) method which consists of planning, design, coding, and testing stages. In making a visual design of the application to be built, the author uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools consisting of use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The application is built using the Kodular framework and the Airtable database. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for alumni to fill in data and help the information system study program track alumni data easily and quickly through an Android smartphone.

Abstract

The development of technology in this era is growing rapidly and has a big effect on the wearer, especially in the world of business. Buying and selling interior furniture manufacturing services is still fairly manual. With the development of information technology, the introduction of interior and exterior furniture can be done using a smartphone or personal computer. People sometimes still experience problems in choosing the right furniture and texture choices. The previous online buying and selling system also lacked the desired texture or color selection, so that orders were still fairly rigid and did not match the wishes of consumers. Based on these problems, this research created an application that can assist consumers in exploring the desired furniture, from setting the color and texture atmosphere. By using WebGl (Web Graphic Library) which makes it easier for consumers to see an overview of interior furniture in the form of a 3D (Three Dimensional) view. but WebGl itself can only be displayed via the website, so the author here will use packages that help React Three Fiber which can render WebGl on Android. The results of this study produce the output of an application that displays 3D on furniture items, which can also change the material texture or color in real-time (real).

Abstract

Information technology is developing rapidly and expanding in various fields, namely to facilitate performance in daily activities, including managing incoming and outgoing mail. The Development Administration Section is a part of the Regional Secretariat of Indragiri Hilir Regency. In carrying out the duties of the Development Administration Section, we experienced problems in terms of correspondence. The correspondence system is still conventional, incoming and outgoing letters still need to be recorded in an agenda book, the volume of letters is large, making it difficult to search for files and store documents. And documents. And archives in the form of physical documents can be lost or damaged. Apart from that, if the authorized official is not present then the disposition of incoming letters or signing outgoing letters will be hampered because everything cannot be done online. Due to this problem, a correspondence system is needed for the Development Administration Section. This system manages incoming mail, outgoing mail, and employee and officer data. This information system was designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model. And implemented using the PHP programming language and XXAMP and MySql web servers for database management.
