Abstract

Research on the development of attendance information systems with QRCode technology is motivated by the urgent need of Nurul Huda University because all this time student’s presence is still proceeded manually, there are many deficiencies encountered such as the inefficient time needed when attendance is carried out, data that is very prone to lose or damaged because they still use paper and complicated data recap. The investigation using research methods and development. The method was carried out in two stages, namely literature study and observation. The Development method is carried out using the waterfall model in several stages, including needs analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. This attendance system involves two actors, i.e the Study Program Quality Assurance Group of study program (GJMPS) and course lecturers. The attendance process is carried out by the lecturer displaying the QRCode, which students then scan using their cellphones after accessing the website and entering their username and password. This information system can still be developed by further researchers by developing it in the form of mobile apps to make it more efficient and flexible.

Abstract

Abstract Fathers' involvement is often overlooked in the parenting discourse, despite its important role in shaping adolescents' mental health. However, related studies are scattered and have not been systematically reviewed. This review aims to examine fathers' involvement in parenting, the dimensions of involvement, its impact on adolescents' mental health, and factors that may moderate the relationship. This study is a Systematic literature review that follows the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Articles were searched through PsycINFO, PubMed, Springer, Ebsco, Google Scholar, and Scopus databases using keywords such as "father involvement", "adolescent mental health", "parenting style", "father absence", "psychological well-being", "emotional regulation", "self-esteem", dan "behavioral problems. Of the 1,238 articles identified, 17 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed further. Selection was done through identification, screening, and eligibility assessment. Data were analyzed using a thematic approach. Analysis of 17 studies showed that father involvement, including involvement including physical presence, emotional support, cognitive involvement, open communication, and role as a role model with various positive indicators in adolescents, such as increased self-esteem, decreased symptoms of depression and anxiety, and better emotional regulation skills. Factors such as child gender, family economic status, quality of father-mother relationship, and cultural background function as moderators in the relationship. Father involvement has a significant influence on shaping adolescent mental health and behavior. These findings highlight the importance of a more holistic and participatory parenting approach, as well as the need for family-based interventions that strengthen the role of fathers. Keywords: Father Involvement; Mental Health; Adolescents.Abstrak Keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan masih sering diabaikan dalam pengasuhan anak, padahal memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan kesehatan mental remaja. Namun, studi terkait masih tersebar dan belum dikaji secara sistematis. Tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan, dimensi keterlibatan, dampaknya terhadap kesehatan mental remaja, serta faktor-faktor yang dapat memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Studi ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka sistematis yang mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020. Pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui database PsycINFO, PubMed, Springer, Ebsco, Google Scholar, dan Scopus menggunakan kata kunci seperti "father involvement", "adolescent mental health", "parenting style", "father absence", "psychological well-being", "emotional regulation", "self-esteem", dan "behavioral problems". Dari 1.238 artikel yang diidentifikasi, sebanyak 17 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Seleksi dilakukan melalui tahap identifikasi, penyaringan, dan penilaian kelayakan. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Analisis terhadap 17 studi menunjukkan keterlibatan ayah yang mencakup beberapa dimensi antara lain interaksi emosional dan afeksi, kehadiran fisik, pendidik, pelindung, dan dukungan finansial. Hal ini berkorelasi dengan berbagai indikator positif pada remaja, seperti peningkatan harga diri, penurunan gejala depresi dan kecemasan, serta kemampuan regulasi emosi yang lebih baik. Faktor-faktor yang memoderasi seperti jenis sosial budaya, ekonomi dan pekerjaan, faktor psikologis dan emosional, faktor relasi keluarga dan dukungan sosial. Keterlibatan ayah memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam membentuk kesehatan mental dan perilaku remaja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pengasuhan yang lebih holistik dan partisipatif, serta perlunya intervensi berbasis keluarga yang memperkuat peran ayah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi pembuatan bolu wortel sebagai produk lokal asli Desa Ciputri, Kabupaten Cianjur. Bolu wortel dipilih sebagai produk unggulan karena wortel merupakan salah satu hasil pertanian utama di desa ini. Pembuatan bolu wortel tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai tambah wortel, tetapi juga memperkenalkan produk olahan yang sehat dan bergizi tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi eksplorasi resep, uji coba pembuatan, serta analisis rasa dan tekstur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bolu wortel yang dihasilkan memiliki cita rasa yang khas dan disukai oleh masyarakat setempat. Selain itu, bolu wortel juga memiliki kandungan vitamin A yang tinggi, yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan mata. Inovasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian lokal dan menjadi salah satu produk unggulan yang dapat dipasarkan lebih luas. Pengembangan produk lokal seperti bolu wortel ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya mengonsumsi makanan sehat serta mendukung keberlanjutan pertanian lokal. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan ekonomi dan kesehatan masyarakat Desa Ciputri.

Abstract

Background: Working mothers face challenges in juggling their dual roles as employees and primary caregivers at home, which often leads to work-family conflict. This conflict is exacerbated by feelings of guilt for not being able to fully accompany their children, as well as concerns about the quality of substitute care. Purpose: To examine the relationship between mindful parenting and work-family conflict among working mothers who leave their children in childcare, in order to determine the extent to which mindful parenting can contribute to reducing conflict between work and family demands. Method: The approach used in this study was quantitative with a correlational design involving working mothers who left their children in Aceh. The instruments used were the Mindful Parenting Questionnaire and the Work-Family Conflict Scale.Results: Pearson's correlation test showed no significant relationship between mindful parenting and work-family conflict, indicating that mindful parenting is not the only factor that influences the role conflict of working mothers.Conclusion: These findings open up opportunities to explore other factors that contribute to work-family conflict. Pendahuluan: Ibu bekerja menghadapi tantangan dalam menjalani peran ganda sebagai pekerja dan pengasuh utama anak di rumah yang kerap menimbulkan work-family conflict. Konflik ini diperburuk oleh perasaan bersalah karena tidak dapat mendampingi anak secara penuh, serta kekhawatiran terhadap kualitas pengasuhan pengganti. Tujuan: Untuk mengkaji hubungan antara mindful parenting dan work-family conflict pada ibu bekerja yang menitipkan anak, guna mengetahui sejauh mana kesadaran penuh dalam pengasuhan dapat berkontribusi dalam menurunkan konflik antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan keluarga. Metode: Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasional dengan partisipan ibu bekerja yang menitipkan anak di Aceh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Mindful Parenting Questionnaire dan Work-Family Conflict Scale. Hasil: Uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara mindful parenting dan work-family conflict yang mengindikasikan bahwa mindful parenting bukan satu-satunya factor yang memengaruhi konflik peran ibu bekerja.Simpulan: Temuan ini membuka peluang untuk menelusuri factor-faktor lain yang berkontribusi terhadap work-family conflict. Abstract

Learning motivation is a crucial element in the success of education, especially in the context of non-formal education such as the equivalency program Paket A. This study aims to explore the contribution of tutors in enhancing the learning enthusiasm of learners at PKBM Mekar Asri Surabaya. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation involving the head of PKBM, two tutors, parents, and three learners. The findings reveal that tutors function not only as instructors but also as facilitators, motivators, and mentors who can create a pleasant, flexible, and contextual learning environment. Tutors apply a personal approach, provide recognition, and utilize both face-to-face and independent learning methods tailored to the learners’ needs. Furthermore, the role of parents is also proven to be important in shaping learners’ external motivation through moral support and a supportive learning environment. This study emphasizes that collaboration between tutors and parents is essential in creating an effective and sustainable learning process that can enhance learners’ motivation and improve their quality of life through non-formal education.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student's communication skills and motivation in learning game-based mathematics learning, namely with a gamification model included in the quizizz application. The method used is quantitative research with an experimental approach, which compares the class given the gamified learning model and the class given the traditional learning model. The study results found that the gamification learning model included in the quizizz application was more effective than the traditional learning model. Students' mathematical communication skills improved, and their motivation to learn increased because they considered learning like a game they did every day. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of service quality in increasing tourists’ interest in visiting the Mandeh Island tourist destination, West Sumatra. A quantitative approach was applied through a survey of 50 purposively selected tourists. Service quality was measured using the five SERVQUAL dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Tourist interest was assessed based on intentions to return, give recommendations, and engage in other tourism activities. The results show that all service quality dimensions were rated as good, with reliability scoring the highest (96%) and tangibles the lowest (86%). Tourist interest was also high, with intentions to return (90%), give recommendations (92%), and try other activities (80%). Regression analysis indicates that service quality has a significant influence on tourist interest. These findings highlight the importance of improving overall service quality to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the Mandeh Island tourist destination.

Abstract

Background: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Lampung Province is 67.06 percent, the prevalence in South Lampung is 50.14 percent and the Tanjungsari Natar Health Center is 41.09 percent. Lactation management is an effort that mothers can make to achieve success in breastfeeding their babies.Purpose: To find out the factors related to lactation management for working mothers at the Tanjung Sari Natar Health Center in South Lampung in 2022.Method: Type of quantitative research with a comparative descriptive design. The population in this study were all working mothers who had children aged 6-24 months and residing in the working area of the Tanjung Sari Natar Health Center, South Lampung, consisting of 108 working mothers. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data were analyzed by chi-square and logistic regression.Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding (p value: 0.025 OR: 3.0), breastfeeding technique (p value: 0.033 OR: 2.53), knowledge of milking techniques (p value: 0.020 OR: 2.57) , husband support (p value: 0.002 OR: 0.26), health workers support (p value: 0.009 OR: 0.24) and family support (p value: 0.001 OR: 0.22) with lactation management of working mothers. There is no relationship between technical knowledge of storing, using expressed breast milk (p value: 0.081 OR: 0.46) and the general environment (p value: 1.000 OR: 1.00) with lactation management of working mothers. The most dominant variable was breastfeeding technique (p-value 0.003; B: 2.939).Conclusion: The factor that has the most influence on the lactation management of working mothers is the breastfeeding technique.Suggestion: It is recommended for health agencies to provide a consultation corner with competent counselors in the field of breastfeeding techniques.Keywords: Breastfeeding; Breast Milk; Lactation Management; Working Mothers.Pendahuluan: Cakupan ASI eksklusif di Provinsi Lampung yaitu sebesar 67,06 persen, prevalensi di Lampung Selatan 50,14 persen dan Puskesmas Tanjungsari Natar sebesar 41,09 persen. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah teknik menyusui (p-value 0,003; B: 2.939).Simpulan: Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laktasi ibu pekerja adalah teknik menyusui.Saran: Disarankan untuk instansi kesehatan agar disediakannya pojok konsultasi dengan konselor yang kompeten dibidang teknik menyusui.

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an is an activity that requires perseverance, patience, motivation, and high resilience, especially for students (santri) who has dual rolesas learners in formal education and as students in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). They are not only required to participate in academic and non-academic activities, but also expected to consistently add to and review their Quranic memorization daily to meet predetermined targets. This condition demands a high level of hardiness in students to cope with various challenges. This study aims to examine the relationship between social supportwhich includes support from parents, teachers, classmates, close friends, and individuals within the school environmentand hardiness among Quran memorizing students (santri) in Aceh Besar. The research subjects consisted of 230 students selected through cluster random sampling and proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The research instruments used were the Children and Adolescent Social Support Scale (CASSS) and the Dispositional Resilience Scale (DRS-15). Hypothesis testing was conducted using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results showed a correlation coefficient of r=0.329 (p 0.05) for the parental support dimension, r=0.121 (p 0.05) for teacher support, r = 0.277 (p 0.05) for classmate support, r = 0.213 (p 0.05) for close friend support, and r=0.333 (p 0.05) for support from individuals in the school environment. The findings indicate a significant positive relationship between social support from four sourcesparents, classmates, close friends, and individuals within the school environmentand students hardiness. In contrast, teacher support did not show a significant relationship with student hardiness. The higher the level of social support received, the higher the level of hardiness among the Quran memorizing students.Menghafal Al-Quran merupakan aktivitas yang menuntut ketekunan, kesabaran, motivasi, serta daya tahan yang tinggi, terutama bagi santri yang menjalani peran ganda, satu sisi sebagai pelajar di sekolah formal dan di sisi lain menjadi santri di pesantren. Mereka tidak hanya diwajibkan mengikuti kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik, tetapi juga dituntut untuk menambah dan mengulang hafalan Al-Quran setiap hari guna mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya ketangguhan (hardiness) dalam diri santri untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial, yang mencakup dukungan dari orang tua, guru, teman sekelas, teman dekat, dan orang-orang di lingkungan sekolah dengan hardiness pada santri penghafal Al-Quran di Aceh Besar. Responden penelitian terdiri atas 230 santri yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa skala Children and Adolescent Social Support (CASSS) dan Dispositional Resilience Scale (DRS-15). Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Pearson Product Moment Correlation, hasilnya menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi r=0.329 (p0.05) untuk dimensi orang tua, dimensi guru r=0.121 (p0.05), dimensi teman kelas r=0.277 (p0.05), teman dekat r=0.213 (p0.05) dan orang-orang di sekolah saya r=0.333 (p0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara dukungan sosial dari keempat dimensiyaitu dukungan dari orang tua, teman sekelas, teman dekat, dan orang-orang di lingkungan sekolah dengan hardiness santri. Sebaliknya, dukungan social guru tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan hardiness santri. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diterima, semakin tinggi pula tingkat hardiness santri.
