Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan aktivitas belajar melalui kemampuan siswa bertanya/menjawab pertanyaan, kemampuan bekerjasama dalam kelompok, menyelesaikan laporan LKS tepat waktu. Kedua; meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penilaian LKS dan Ulangan Harian. Karakteristik LKS berbasis kontruktivisme dalam penelitian ini  adalah LKS tersebut mengembangkan kemampuan siswa berpikir kitis dan berfikir kreatif. Sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini kelas 9D, dengan pertimbangan kelas ini merupakan kelas yang memiliki hasil belajar  IPAnya rendah dan aktivitas belajarnya kurang.  Data yang diukur dalam penelitian ini meliputi aktivitas belajar siswa dan  hasil belajar siswa. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data melalui tes tertulis berupa soal UH dan pertanyaan LKS, kumpulan laporan kegiatan, dan pengamatan aktivitas siswa.  Analisis data dalam penelitian ini pertama, aktivitas belajar siswa pada kemampuan bertanya/menjawab siklus I sebesar 27% siklus II sebesar 54%. Kemampuan bekerjasama dalam kelompok pada siklus I sebesar 65% siklus II sebesar 89%. Kemampuan siswa menyelesaikan laporan/LKS tepat waktu pada siklus I sebesar 51% siklus II sebesar 68%.. Kedua Hasil belajar siswa melalui Nilai Ulangan Harian yang dicapai siswa pada siklus I rata-rata 63,7 siklus II rata-rata 72,8. Siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I sebanyak 19 siswa siklus II 30 siswa. Pada siklus I nilai terendah 25 siklus II nilai terendah 45. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa Pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan LKS berbasis kontruktivisme dapat meningkatkan aktifitas belajar siswadan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 9.

Abstract

The waters of Bintan Island are included in the deep sea waters of the South China Sea, within the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone, the potential for fish resources in the territorial waters and the South China Sea reaches 378.2 tons, with the allowable catch of 302.5 thousand tons. From this potential, the potential for fish resources that enter the territorial waters of Bintan Regency is 106,018 tons with a allowable catch of 50,287 tons. The purpose of the preparation of this scientific article is to provide information about capture fisheries production in Bintan Regency. The preparation of this scientific article was carried out in April 2021 in Bintan Regency using a descriptive analysis based on a literature review using secondary data as a source of information. The volume of fishery production originating from fishing efforts in Bintan Regency was recorded at 53,338.45 tons in 2017, while in 2018 and 2019 it was 54,682.27 tons and 55,604.40 tons, respectively. The amount of capture fisheries production in Bintan Regency has increased over the last 3 years (2017 - 2019).

Abstract

Bintan Regency currently consists of 272 large and small islands. The Bintan Pesisir District was formed based on the Bintan Regency Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2007. The preparation of this scientific article was carried out in April 2021 in the Bintan Pesisir District, especially the Kelong, Numbing, Mapur and Air Glubi villages using descriptive analysis based on a literature review using secondary data as a source of information. The consumption rate of fishery products in the Bintan Pesisir District has increased every year. In 2017 the volume of fishery production in the coastal Bintan District produced 7,587.27 tons, in 2018 it was 7,753.88 tons and while in 2019 the Bintan Pesisir District produced 7,884.60 tons

Abstract

The increase in fishery production in Gunung Kijang District cannot be separated from fishing activities. The use of fishing gear that has the potential to damage the environment is assumed to be caused by public ignorance about the dangers of these tools. However, information about the diversity of types of fishing gear used by fishermen in Gunung Kijang District is still scarce. The purpose of the preparation of this scientific article is to provide information about the types of fishing gear used by the community in Gunung Kijang District, Bintan Regency. The preparation of this scientific article was carried out in April 2021 in Gunung Kijang District using a descriptive analysis based on a literature review using secondary data as a source of information. The fishing gear used by Gunung Kijang fishermen include mackerel nets, tuna, stingrays, corals, crabs, floating nets, motor boat charts, fish traps, crab traps, oval crab traps, fishing rods, longline fishing rods, spears, fish guns.

Abstract

Seagrass is a higher plant (Anthophyta) that lives and grows immersed in the marine environment. Seagrass provides important ecosystem services include coastal protection, carbon absorption for climate change mitigation, nutrient storage for eutrophication mitigation and shelter for small fish, and high biodiversity conservation efforts for iconic endangered species. The current lack of global attention, therefore seagrass research is important to increase knowledge on a local and national scale. Given the extent of seagrass beds and the length of Indonesia's coastline which ranges 95,181 km, so it still needs to understand seagrass more deeply, because this is very important for conservation and restoration. The purpose of this review article is to comprehensively review research on seagrass in Indonesia in five years that expected to provide a future perspective for seagrass research in Indonesia. In the publication regarding seagrass studies in Indonesia, there are 7 categories of topics discussed, distribution and biology, plant physiology, microbial ecology, fauna, impacts and potential, carbon absorption, and restoration. In general, the focus on seagrass research in Indonesia includes seagrass species, seagrass communities, nutrient cycles in seagrass ecosystems, physiology, and the impact of pollution on seagrass habitats. The results presented in seagrass research in Indonesia are still quite descriptive and lagging when compared to studies that have been carried out in developed countries. The developed countries have developed new methods for seagrass restoration activities to new knowledge about seagrass genetics that has never been disclosed previously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa pada aspek indikator berpikir orisinal materi perubahan lingkungan kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 4 Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 siswa kelas X IPA tahun ajaran 2019/2020 SMA Negeri 4 Tanjungpinang. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal essay sebanyak 10 butir soal. Soal tes ini dinyatakan valid karena nilai r.hitung bernilai 1 dan nilai r.tabel bernilai 0.184. Instrumen ini  digunakan untuk mengetahui keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa pada aspek berpikir orisinal. Hasil analisis tes aspek indikator keterampilan berpikir kreatif pada aspek berpikir orisinal mencapai kategori kurang kreatif, Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan tingkat keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa pada aspek indikator berpikir orisinal kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 4 Tanjungpinang pada kategori kurang kreatif.

Abstract

The average national exam score of biology subject in high school in Tanjungpinang tends to be the lowest among other subjects. It is assumed that the ability of student science literacy also tends to be weak. The role of teacher is very important to improve student’s science literacy ability. Applying various learning strategies to create meaningful learning processes is one of the teacher's role. The strategy is Problem-based Learning (PBL) model. This research was conducted to determine science literacy ability of high school students in Tanjungpinang using PBL learning strategy. Research was conducted in SMA 4 and SMA 6 in Tanjungpinang. It is a quantitative approach with Quasi Experiment. PBL is free variable and science literacy skills as bound variable. Researcher uses tests, observation sheets and interviews as research instruments. Based on the results of this research can be concluded that implementation of PBL gives significant difference for student’s science literacy in tenth grade in SMA 4 and SMA 6.

Abstract

Garbage is still a crucial problem that can pollute and damage the environment in several areas in Indonesia. Anambas Islands Regency which is a coastal area also has the potential to experience marine pollution, so that waste management is needed early on. However, until now, waste management has not become a priority for the attention of the community and local governments. To find out how the condition of the waste management system in general, a study of waste management in the Anambas Islands Regency was carried out. The main factors causing the less than optimal waste management in the Anambas Islands Regency are the lack of infrastructure, the low understanding of the community in managing waste, and the weak application of the Anambas Islands Regency Perda. Therefore, in order to optimize waste management, support in the form of adequate facilities and also the application of a Perda which is strictly implemented from the local government of the Anambas Islands Regency is needed.

Abstract

Science literacy is an essential element of science and technology learning. The mastery of science literacy drives people being competitive and worth employed, especially in the workplace where an employee is expected to be innovative. Globally the mastery of society's science literacy of Indonesian students was still low. Science literacy consists of 4 dimensions, namely context, science competence, knowledge, and science attitude. The science competency dimension becomes important to be achieved by the students as an indicator of the achievement of science literacy. Related to improving science literacy through components of learning strategy, based on various relevant research, in SMA Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang has been conducted a study to compare the achievement of science competency with Problem-based learning and Cooperative Learning (STAD type). To test whether there is a significant difference in the average level of science competency scores between the PBL class and the CL-STAD class in SMA 1 used Mann-Whitney test which shows a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results show that there is a significant difference in the average level of science competency of the students X IPA class with the implementation of the PBL and CL-STAD in SMA 1 Tanjungpinang. The achievement of science competency in PBL class is higher than the achievement in CL-STAD class based on 3 aspects, namely: identifying scientific issues, explaining scientific phenomena, and using scientific evidence.
