Abstract

Abstract This learn about examines grammatical cohesion in novel of Si Parasit Lajang by Ayu Utami entitled. The motive of this lookup is to explain the use of grammatical concord in Ayu Utami's novel, titled Si Parasit Lajang. The results of grammatical cohesion contained in the sentences in the novel Si Parasit Lajang in the form of substitution (recovery), reference (referencing), ellipsis (impulse), and conjunction (connecting). Grammatical concord contained in sentences is used to connect entire sentences so that they turn out to be cohesive and effective. In the Ayu Utami novel entitled Si Parasit Lajang, the use of grammatical brotherly love was obtained from the most records to the least data, specifically first, the use of 896 facts conjunctions, more often than not 391 records subordinative conjunctions; second, the use of 415 references, specifically endophore references with 180 data; third, the use of ellipses as an awful lot as four data; and fourth, the use of substitution of 2 facts which solely exists in the verb substitution. Overall data as many as 1,137 data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze speech actions in the short film Cinta Dibalik Awan by Umay Shahab. The analysis focuses on the analysis of speech actions. In the speaking action, there is a concrete form of speaking event where there is a message or message that the speaker wants to convey to the speaking partner. In this short film there are speech acts that are closely related to speech acts and speech events. The method used in this study is the qualitative descriptive method. The primary data for this study are eight statements between the two main figures, namely Jessica and Razi. The speech actions are divided into three speech actions, namely the location, the illocution and the perlocution. In addition, speech actions are reclassified using five speech actions, which are affirmative, directive, expressive, supervisory and declarative. The results of the research on speech actions in eight intermediate speech actions of the short film Cinta Dibalik Awan are six speeches included in the Guideline Speech Act and two speeches included in the expressive speech actions. The act of directive identified is the subject of the request and recommendation, while the act of expressive language that exists refers to anger.

Abstract

For UMKM, making financial reports neatly in accordance with standards is still something that is difficult to do. Therefore, we Pamulang University lecturers want to help assist in the preparation of financial reports for UMKM. In this service activity, we provide a solution for using an application for making financial reports for UMKM, namely SI-APIK, the goal is for UMKM to make it easier to make financial reports with this application that is easy to use and understand by UMKM actors who do not have basic education. accountancy. In addition, the availability of the application on mobile phones and through the website makes it easier for MSME actors to input their economic transactions. This community service involves UMKM Mamain Food Indonesia as the object of research. The method used in the training is a direct method of face-to-face and mentoring, namely by analyzing and problem solving. Financial accounting materials are presented with lectures, training, questions and answers, demonstrations, and case resolution. Furthermore, the recording process begins with examples of simple transactions that are usually carried out through the SI APIK application, an android application issued by Bank Indonesia. The results of financial literacy training and financial reporting assistance through this android-based application went well, and there was an increase in understanding of basic knowledge of financial records and an increased understanding of the operation of android-based financial applications. This is evidenced by the results of recording the financial statements of UMKM actors, namely Mamain Food Indonesia, using the SI APIK application, which is more neat and according to standards than before and UMKM actors, namely Mamain Food Indonesia, have been able to carry out financial records of business operations carried out through the SI APIK application. So it can be concluded that the application of the Android-based SI APIK financial application can improve the ability of UMKM Mamain Food Indonesia in compiling financial reporting according to standards so that it will be easier to get capital from financial institutions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to understand the Anthropological Study of the Rejang Dewa Dance in Sedahan Jaya Village, Sukadana District, North Kayong Regency. The method used was descriptive method with a qualitative research design. The approach employed was anthropological and ethnographic approach. Data sources were obtained through informants knowledgeable about the anthropological study of the Rejang Dewa Dance in Sedahan Jaya Village, Sukadana District, North Kayong Regency. The research data consisted of anthropological studies of the Rejang Dewa Dance and the distinctive characteristics of the Rejang Dewa Dance. Data collection techniques included interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. Data validity testing techniques used triangulation and extended observation. The results of the study are: (1) the anthropological study of the Rejang Dewa Dance in Sedahan Jaya Village originated from the transmigration of Hindu-Balinese communities due to the eruption of Mount Agung in 1963. (2) the distinctive characteristic of the Rejang Dewa Dance in Sedahan Jaya Village, Sukadana District, North Kayong Regency is that the dancers are females who are still pure or have not yet menstruated and can only be performed in the temple.

Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses legislasi memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk undang-undang yang adil dan relevan. Dalam konteks inilah kajian politik hukum menjadi sangat penting. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembentukan undang-undang dengan menggunakan studi kasus RUU Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual sebagai fokus utama. Metode penelitian studi pustaka digunakan untuk menjelajahi literatur terkait, serta kerangka hukum dan politik yang mendukung RUU ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam proses legislasi RUU Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual. Dalam perumusan RUU ini, partisipasi masyarakat menghadirkan berbagai perspektif yang penting, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam upaya mengatasi kekerasan seksual. Namun, ada tantangan yang perlu diatasi, termasuk ketidaksetaraan akses terhadap proses legislasi. Studi ini juga mengungkapkan dinamika politik yang kompleks yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam mengubah RUU ini. Meskipun demikian, RUU Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual adalah langkah penting dalam upaya memerangi kekerasan seksual dan memajukan keadilan gender di Indonesia.

Abstract

Learning interest is an intellectual system that is very important in learning activities. However, in learning the Indonesian language at the SMP/MTs level, the tendency of students’ learning interest is still weak. One of the learning materials in the curriculum 2013 is discussion text which is the focus of this study. In writing discussion text, one of the obstacles often faced by students was the lack of knowledge about the language politeness in expressing ideas or something disapproval. Related to this problem, this study aimed to explain the effect of learning interest and language politeness towards the writing achievement of discussion text of eight grade students at SMPN 21 South Tangerang. This research method was a survey method with multiple correlation regression analysis. The population of eight grade students of SMPN 21 South Tangerang was 30 students. Then, the data collection was done by distributing questionnaires directly to the sample which were 30 students. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics was used. The results showed; (1) there was an interactive effect between learning interest and language politeness towards the writing achievement of discussion text. It was evidenced by the significant value which was 0.000<0.005 and Fcalculated =34,499. Besides, the learning Interest and language politeness collectively contributed 71.9% towards students’ writing achievement of discussion text; (2) there was an effect of language politeness towards students’ writing achievement of discussion text that was more significant than the effect of learning interest. It can be proven from the value of tcalculated =8,249 for language politeness which was greater than the value of tcalculated =1.762 for learning interest.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe locutionary, illocutionary and perlocutionary speech acts uploaded to Facebook groups in online loan communities throughout Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique for this research is PUP, SBLC and note taking techniques. The data source for this research is primary data in the form of uploads to Facebook groups in online loan communities throughout Indonesia. Based on the results of data analysis, 10 data types of locutionary, illocutionary and perlocutionary speech acts were found in uploads to Facebook groups in online loan communities throughout Indonesia. Types of locutionary, illocutionary and perlocutionary speech acts. Among them are statement locution (2 data), commissive illocution (1 data), directive illocution (3 data), assertive illocution (1 data), directive perlocution (3 data). The functions of speech acts found in Facebook groups of online loan communities throughout Indonesia are statement locution (2 data), threatening commissive illocution (1 data), commanding directive illocution (2 data), advising directive illocution (1 data), assertive assertive illocution (1 data), perlocutionary directive (3 data).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of bank health assessments and tax avoidance on the financial performance of conventional banks in Indonesia. This research uses data from conventional banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) with the 2017-2021 financial reporting period. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with purposive sampling technique. The research results show that Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operational Costs/Operational Income (BOPO), and Tax Avoidance have a significant effect on bank financial performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mitos dan pantangan dalam masyarakat Betawi di Kalideres, Jakarta Barat, dengan fokus pada makna leksikal dan kulturalnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer berjumlah 18 data dan dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dengan dua informan, H. Rugi dan Nesah, yang merupakan penduduk Betawi asli di Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mitos seperti larangan duduk di tampah atau makan pisang dempet tidak hanya sebagai larangan fisik, tetapi juga memiliki makna kultural yang dalam, mencerminkan nilai-nilai budaya serta keyakinan sosial. Mitos-mitos ini berfungsi sebagai pedoman perilaku, mengajarkan sopan santun, menghormati tradisi, serta memberikan peringatan akan konsekuensi sosial dari melanggar norma-norma yang berlaku. Studi antropolinguistik ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan memahami kekayaan budaya masyarakat Betawi melalui pendekatan antropologi linguistik. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan melalui hasil penelitian ini, dapat meningkatkan pemahaman, penghargaan, dan upaya pelestarian terhadap warisan budaya masyarakat Betawi serta memastikan kelangsungan nilai-nilai budaya yang diturunkan dari satu generasi ke generasi berikutnya.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Capital structure, Dividend Policy and Cash Holding on Firm Value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. This type of research is quantitative research and sampling methods using purposive sampling. The population in this study was 66 companies from food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study was 17 companies with a total of 85 observations. The study's results partially show that the Capital Structure does not affect the Firm Value, the dividend policy does not affect the Firm Value, and the Cash Holding variable positively and significantly affects the Firm Value. The study's results simultaneously showed that the Capital Structure, Dividend Policy and Cash Holding significantly affected the Firm's Value.
