Abstract

Situs hotel adalah kumpulan halaman web yang saling terhubung, yang dimiliki oleh sebuah akomodasi bertujuan komersial. Penelitian ini melihat kriteria situs hotel berbintang tiga hingga lima yang baik menurut masyarakat Surabaya, menggunakan metode analisis faktor eksploratori. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seratus sampel masyarakat Surabaya yang pernah mengakses situs hotel bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor situs hotel yang baik. Setelah pengolahan data, peneliti telah menemukan sepuluh faktor baru yang terbentuk, yaitu reservation, accessibility, tourist attraction information, hotel’s other features, hotel’s brand and customer’s account, job vacancy and ease of use, approach convenience, local information, website extra facilities, dan meeting facilities and special request forms. Hotel’s website is a bunch of webpage that are connected that is owned by a lodging accommodation for commercial purpose. This study is going to observe Surabaya’s society perception on accessing three star to five star hotel’s website and exploratory factor analysis method is used. This study using a hundred samples as respondents from Surabaya’s society that have been accessing hotel’s website aim to create good hotel website. After data collection, researchers found ten new factors, reservation, accessibility, tourist attraction information, hotel’s other features, hotel’s brand and customer’s account, job vacancy and ease of use, approach convenience, local information, website extra facilities, and meeting facilities & special request forms.

Abstract

Lika-liku bisnis makanan dan minuman tidak selalu semanis yang dibayangkan. Kejadian keracunan makanan dan minuman masih sering membayangi geliat usaha di bidang yang satu ini. Ketika tragedi seperti ini terjadi, restoran harus berusaha keras menumbuhkan minat beli ulang konsumen atas produk yang ditawarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keamanan pangan, kualitas makanan dan citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen restoran “XYZ” dengan kepuasan konsemen sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 146 responden yang pernah mengkonsumsi produk restoran “XYZ”. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square. Dari hasil analisa data yang dilakukan, terbukti adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara keamanan pangan, kualitas makanan, citra merek, dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat beli ulang. Dalam penelitian ini juga terbukti bahwa kepuasan konsumen dapat berperan sebagai mediator terhadap minat beli ulang

Abstract

University activities have a significant impact on the environment. The sustainable development paradigm has emphasized the importance of sustainable waste management practices at all organizational levels, including the implementation of waste-to-value initiatives. This study was conducted to investigate the level of understanding and engagement of students regarding wasteful initiatives for asset improvement. Convenience sampling was used to collect data from 382 students at Petra Christian University (PCU), which were then analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. Results showed varying levels of understanding among students based on demographics and overall understanding of waste to asset initiatives was good (mean score = 4.21/6). However, the participation of most students in these initiatives is low (71.47%). This study shows that their knowledge and demographic background (year of study, education level, income) influence students' participation in waste to asset programs. These findings suggest that more efforts are needed to increase student participation in waste-to-wealth initiatives.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship rate in Indonesia is relatively low, comparing with neighboring countries in ASEAN. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship rate is a crucial factor to support the development of a country. Indonesia needs a lot of new entrepreneurship, especially in provinces outside Java, more specifically in areas classified as underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T). Creating new entrepreneurs from these 3T areas is important. With this entrepreneurial program, these young talents will be able to obtain and apply their entrepreneurial skills. When they finish their study period, they are expected to return to their respective areas of origin. The entrepreneurship development program is carried out by involving them in aquaponic cultivation projects that apply circular economy principles. This concept was chosen because due to its broad application, as well as optimizing revenue through process efficiency. The students were involved as daily managers to understand the cultivation process model. They are also given the role of managing business concepts, both in terms of product sales and business concept development. As long as they involved, they are also guided by mentors, both in the spiritual aspect, as well as the leadership aspect. Due to this involvement, these students will be optimized and master the business model.
