Abstract

Along with the development of computers and technology, the business world is becoming increasingly competitive. One of the most important things that must be anticipated by the company/organization is a reliable and qualified workforce in each position. Currently, the selection process for determining answers in the Lais sub-district is still going on manually and has not used information technology, thus making it difficult for the sub-district government to position staff according to the area of ​​expertise possessed by each sub-district employee. From these problems it is necessary to make a decision support system to facilitate the sub-district in conducting the selection process for determining employee positions. In making this decision support system the author uses the TOPSIS method. The results of this study resulted in a computerized decision support system based on a website and for the application of the Topsis method, it was found that alternative 1 was identified as the best alternative compared to other alternatives with a value of 0.661180544.

Abstract

One of the problems experienced by many countries, especially developing countries and a concern is poverty. This matter must be immediately addressed by the government so that it is necessary to find a way out so that people's lives will be better. One of the solutions that the government has taken is to provide assistance, for example the assistance of chickens. However, the provision of assistance is still uneven, one of which is due to errors during the data assessment process for prospective beneficiaries. Therefore it is necessary to make a Decision Support System (DSS). DSS built web-based using the incremental model for system development. the method implemented in the DSS to determine the recipient of chicken livestock assistance is the weighted product. From the results of the study, it was found that the prospective recipient of chicken livestock assistance who had the greatest preference weight was obtained by Pornomo Sidi, which was 0.1390. In addition, the system created is very attractive and can display a list of potential recipients of chicken livestock assistance effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Sales success is seen from the sales strategy. As an entrepreneur in the field of sales, you must be able to take decisive steps in the field of sales in maximizing benefits. The demand for an item is unpredictable, so intuition and experience alone are not enough to determine the inventory of each item to be sold. If you only rely on intuition and experience, and all items are not sold, it will cause waste and losses, but if the turnover of goods is fast and inventory is not on time, it will affect the financial turnover of the store. The application of the Simple Moving Average method at the Prima Acc store can help store owners to be more efficient in incoming and outgoing goods so that losses that may occur at the Prima Acc store can be avoided because store owners already know the forecast demand for goods in the future. The author suggests that the choice of forecasting demand for this process uses the 3 month moving average method with 38 predictions. The estimated error accuracy of MAE is 9.63 and MSE is 123.51.

Abstract

Home is a basic need for every human being. Each house will function as a place to live or as a place to rest and a place of protection from various outside disturbances. Based on the needs of every human being for the house, developers compete in providing houses with their respective advantages and disadvantages in order to attract consumers or buyers to buy the house, and prospective buyers are also faced with various choices, including house prices, house locations, and house models. And various choices that will affect the choice of a dream home. With the existing problems, it is necessary to design a decision support system that is designed with an incremental model. The method used in order to provide a recommendation is the weighted product method. With the existing problems, this study aims to provide recommendations for which housing to be chosen by consumers. The results obtained in this study in the form of calculations using the weighted product method, it was found that a company named PT Berkah Prosperous as a housing company had the highest preference weight value of 7.35852. With these results obtained, the first recommendation for determining the ideal housing was chosen from the company PT Berkah Sejahtera.

Abstract

With the presence of the internet which is the development of communication and information technology, it is easier to access various information internationally. The internet is a source of learning for the community, because by using the internet people can access information quickly and easily. Even various sources of information from various media can be modified via the internet. With the internet that can affect the good and bad sides of internet users, especially among teenagers and children, it can attract our attention to carry out this service activity. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge about the influence of the internet on its users and increase knowledge about the positive and negative impacts of the internet for teenagers. Seeing the negative and positive impacts of information and communication technology, especially the Internet, above. The method used in this activity is to convey directly to children and adolescents and also apply methods such as educational games that can increase the enthusiasm for learning for children and adolescents. This activity was carried out at the Al-Maun Shelter, Bengkulu City, targeting children and adolescents. It can be concluded that when compared to the negative impacts, the positive impacts are far more numerous, so it is impossible for it to be banned in Indonesia. Suggestions that can be given are after the implementation of this activity so that children and adolescents are wise in using internet services and as much as possible the role of parents to supervise activities in accessing the internet

Abstract

The development of information technology does not only play a role in the economic field, but also in the field of education. Today every teacher and school student at almost all levels of education is required to be technology literate, especially information technology because every job has been in contact with information technology. In addition to supporting educational activities, information technology literacy also supports teachers in solving administrative problems and for students to support the learning system. One of the software that can be used to support education and administrative issues is Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint software has many features that are still not familiar to some users, especially elementary school teachers, especially elementary school students. This is also experienced by the teachers of SD 17 Bengkulu City who are not familiar with the many tools provided in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint software. Some of the obstacles that are often encountered are the less than optimal use of the merge function in Word, the function of conditional formulas in Excel and animation and multimedia in PowerPoint. This is the background for the dedication team to provide training "Improving the Skills in Using Microsoft Office Software for Teachers and Students at SDN 17 Bengkulu City". This activity was held in the classroom of SD N 17 Bengkulu city with lecture methods and direct practice. The participants of this training were teachers and grade 6 students, all of whom were teachers and students of SDN 17 Bengkulu City

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dewan guru dalam media pembelajaran untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar pada SDN 1 muhammadiyah Kota Bengkulu, dengan melakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi media pembelajaran microsoft office terkhususnya microsoft Powerpoint untuk membuat presentasi pembelajaran. Kegiatan pelatihan media pembelajaran yang dilakukan SDN 1 Muhammadiyah Kota Bengkulu, Terjadi Peningkatan kemampuan guru-guru tentang microsoft office Powerpoint secara umum, para peserta telah mengetahui dasar-dasar Powerpoint dan telah mampu menerapkan hasil dari pelatihan dalam pembuatan bahan ajar dengan lebih bervariasi untuk dapat menarik perhatian para peserta didik dengan tampilan yang disajikan pada Powerpoint, serta dapat menambah motivasi guru-guru dalam membuat bahan ajar yang menarik dengan teknologi yang diharapkan dapat lebih mempermudah dalam penyampaian materi kepada siswa. Pada Pengabdian kali ini dilakukan praktik dari apa yang sudah disampaikan pada saat pelatihan, peserta diwajibkan praktek membuat media pembelajaran menggunakan Powerpoint menurut mata pelajaran masing-masing guru, setelah praktik dilakukan dapat dilihat bahwa 80% guru perta dapat membuat media bahan ajar dengan Powerpoint untuk satu mata pelajaran

Abstract

There is much conventional management parking nowadays. One of them is on campus 1 of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Many vehicles that do not belong to students or staff from the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu are parked in the inner area of campus. In addition, it causes vulnerable to direct physical contact with other people, while the government recommends not to have direct physical contact with other people in the era of the Covid-19 virus pandemic. So this study designs a smart parking system with Node MCU and IoT-based RFID. Parking systems that use RFID are able to filter incoming vehicles, increase security and efficiency in parking areas, and able to reduce the impact of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The technology used is RFID as a user Id reader Sensor, Node MCU as a microcontroller, E-KTP as access to the parking area, servo as a parking portal driver, LCD as a sign whether access is accepted or not, and infrared as a distance sensor that will signal to a servo to close the portal. This system can be hoped to overcome the current problems.

Abstract

Aplikasi presensi perkuliahan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu perlu sekali dikembangkan sehingga lebih mudah dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Salah satu cara untuk mempermudah prosesnya menggunakan presensi Quic Response (QR) Code yang dapat dilakukan dalam kondisi perkuliahan daring ataupun luring. Metode QR Code yang digunakan adalah berupa penyimpanan Uniform Resource Locator (URL) terenkripsi dan ter-hashing yang dikombinasikan dengan filterisasi internet protocol address sehingga informasi yang tersimpan menjadi lebih aman dibandingkan bila dalam bentuk teks biasa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunaka teknik observasi dan wawancara terhadap pengguna aplikasi terdahulu baru kemudian dilakukan analisa, perancangan dan pemrograman secara eksperimen pada modul-modul program yang berperan dalam proses presensi tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ini QR Code terproteksi dan berhasil dilaksanakan serta dapat berintegrasi dengan beberapa learning management system (LMS), aplikasi media sosial yang sering digunakan oleh para dosen khususnya di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian ini telah digunakan pada prose perkuliahan di Semester Ganji Tahun Akademik 2021 ini

Abstract

Technology information (IT) has been widely adopted across sectors like healthcare, education, governance, and business, playing a crucial role in facilitating relationships between businesses and stakeholders. However, Val, a business that has incorporated technology, lacks an analysis of information technology governance. Consequently, Val faces challenges in effectively aligning their technology usage with their business objectives. This research aims to assess Val's information technology practices, recommend improvement measures, and achieve desired capability targets. Utilizing the COBIT 2019 framework and the design factor toolkit, two priority Governance and Management Objectives (GMOs) have been identified: APO04 (Managed Innovation) and DSS05 (Managed Security Services). APO04 currently operates at capability level 2, falling 2 levels short of the desired capability level, while DSS05 operates at capability level 1, with a gap of 3 levels.
