Abstract

The system of recruiting workers in schools through special job fairs (BKK) is considered to be ineffective because the provision of job vacancies to alumni still uses information manually, such as using wall magazines as a place to post job vacancies and using social media such as Facebook as a means of information. Job opening is also considered less efficient due to limited users limited by social media itself. Registration is also done manually by alumni who come directly to BKK to register, and the vacancy data collection is still done manually, so it takes longer time to process registration data. The purpose of this research is to build a job vacancy registration system application through the BKK website based on the website to make it easier for BKK to provide job vacancy information and make it easier to recruit workers. This application development study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Test the app using system black box and user usability testing methods.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dari tahun ke tahun mendukung keberhasilan sebuah organisasi dalam persaingan bisnis. Semakin mudah dan cepatnya mendapatkan informasi dengan menggunakan teknologi berdampak pada peningkatan interaksi antar individu untuk mendapat informasi yang dibutuhkan. Salah satu yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi ini adalah perbankan. Hal ini diwujudkan demi pengembangan sistem pelayanan terhadap nasabah dalam bentuk layanan M-Banking yang telah melekat dikehidupan sehari-hari. Dari kebutuhan yang saat ini yang sangat melekat pada kehidupan sehari-hari maka perlu dilakukannya penelitian dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale dan metode Nielsen’s Atributes of Usability untuk mengetahui nilai usability terhadap sebuah aplikasi. Kategori Learnbility dengan skor tertinggi diperoleh oleh Bank BNI dengan nilai rata-rata 4,375. Kategori Memorability didapatkan oleh Bank BCA dengan nilai rata-rata 4,448. Kategori Efficiency dengan skor tertinggi diperoleh Bank BNI dengan skor rata-rata 4,399

Abstract

Information and communication technology services at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu are IT services that support IT needs in all sectors. Of all the IT services that have been implemented at this institution, there is one very crucial service, namely the internet connection service, where this internet connection service is needed by all existing information technology access. In managing this internet connection, a standardized feasibility calculation has not been carried out which results in it not being in accordance with the institutional business needs. Information technology governance is a process that is able to manage investment decisions related to Information Technology within the company in order to achieve the company's current and future needs. To achieve standardized governance, this research uses the COBIT 2019 framework which is the latest version of the development results from COBIT 5. The purpose of this study is to identify the extent to which the value of existing processes for internet connection services is currently and the value of the process achievement that refers to the standard. COBIT 2019 by calculating the maturity level value which represents the level of performance on internet connection services. From the results of the 2019 COBIT Design, LTIK Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University, it is known that those who score above 80 or must reach Capability Level 4 are APO13, BAI10, DSS02, DSS03 and DSS04, for a value of 100 there is APO12.

Abstract

Teknologi saat ini memiliki peran penting sebagai penentu keputusan maupun pendukung keputusan, hal ini dapat diimplementasikan Bidang Pendidikan. Kegiatan OSIS guna meningkatkan pengalaman jiwa kepemimpinan, kersama tim yang solid dan diakhir tahun ajaran pembelajaran pengurus OSIS SMK Telkom memberikan apresiasi bagi anggota terbaiknya. Saat mekanisme pemilihan menggunakan cara mengumpulkan poin yang didapatkan akan tetapi masih belum menerapkan teori sistem pendukung keputusan. Kegiatan pengabdian menggunakan teknik ceramah teori dasar sistem pendukung keputusan dan pendampingan menggunakan algoritma sistem pendukung keputusan. Hasil kegiatan ini guna meningkatkan pengetahuan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk diimplementasikan lingkungan sekolah dan bisa memberikan rekomendasi alternatif keputusan. Dampak positif para siswa mengetahui teori-teori sistem pendukung keputusan, algoritma hingga perhitungan algoritma sistem pendukung keputusan. Pemahaman ilmu sistem pendukung keputusan dengan tiga kategori menghasilkan nilai rata-rata sembilan.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has one of the advantages, namely as the largest agricultural country that has natural wealth, one of which is the agricultural sector. Soybean is one of the most widely grown crops in Indonesian agriculture and is included in the legumes group which has the highest vegetable protein content when compared to other types of beans such as red beans, green beans, and peanuts. The use of the SCOR method in this study is to measure good SCM performance, because SCOR divides supply chain processes into five 5 core processes, namely plan, source, make, deliver and return, where these processes have represented all supply chain activities. management from upstream to downstream in detail, so that it can define and categorize the measurement indicators needed in measuring Supply Chain Management performance. Based on the SCOR method, the results of the calculation of the final performance value of the soybean supply chain in the province of Central Java are 76.8 out of 100 which are in the "good" category.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi tidak terlepas dari keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar dilembaga pendidikan dari tingkat rendah sampai yang jenjang yang paling tinggi. Tahapan perubahan tersebut dapat membawa keadaan kearah yang lebih maju lagi dari keadaan yang sekarang, sehingga menjadi jati diri dari suatu bangsa. Desktop environment secara umum bisa digambarkan sebagai GUI atau Graphical User Interface dari sistem operasi. Pada sistem operasi Linux, desktop environment ini tidak sekedar GUI saja akan tetapi mencakup juga program-program dan tools yang digunakan dalam sistem operasi tersebut. Tidak jarang desktop environment membawa berbagai macam program dan utilites dalam paket installasinya. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan agar peserta khususnya siswa mampu: (1) Mampu memanfaatkanTeknologi OS linux yang ada. (2) Memanfaatkan perkembangan Sistem Operasi Linux sebagai media pembelajaran yang baik. (3) Mampu mengintall OS Linux dengan langah-langkah yang sesuai. Abstract

The research carried out aims to describe the supply chain of XYZ Tire Shop using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) methods. The SCOR method is used to understand and identify important elements in the supply chain, including suppliers, production, distribution and customers. Furthermore, the AHP method is used to evaluate and prioritize relevant criteria in decision making, such as supplier selection, risk management, and distribution improvement. By integrating SCOR and AHP, XYZ Tire Shop can improve their operational efficiency and supply chain performance. This analysis provides valuable insight into optimizing coordination with suppliers, inventory management, and investments in distribution improvements. The results of this research provide practical guidance for XYZ Tire Shop in improving the best decision making in managing their supply chain. And it can be concluded that the best tire recommendation for procurement of goods is Bristone 205/65 R16 Ecopia.

Abstract

Information system security within XYZ University constitutes a vital component of its IT framework, exerting significant influence over security levels across all facets of the information systems. Among the numerous implemented information system services at the university, a considerable portion lacks active security measures within operational systems. In pursuit of achieving uniform governance, this study adopts the most recent COBIT 2019 framework. The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the degree to which current information system security management aligns with the process achievement values stipulated in the COBIT 2019 standard. This evaluation entails the calculation of maturity level values that gauge performance levels in managing information system security. Findings from the COBIT 2019 Design assessment conducted at XYZ University's LTIK reveal that individuals scoring above 80 or those requiring Capability Level 4 include APO12 and BAI10. Moreover, the calculation outcomes for each subdomain reveal the presence of 2 subdomains at Level 4, 4 subdomains at Level 3, 15 subdomains at Level 2, and 19 subdomains at Level 1. The identification outcomes underscore the existence of gaps within each domain. Particularly, the APO12 and BAI10 domains exhibit a gap spanning 2 levels.

Abstract

The Education and Culture Office (DINDIKBUD) of Purbalingga Regency is one of the offices in Central Java Province. DINDIKBUD is an institution that functions as an education and culture service under the KEMENDIKBUD. The implementation of Information Systems and Information Technology (SI/TI) as a development in fulfilling the vision and mission at DINDIKBUD needs to be supported by a good plan. Currently, the utilization of SI/TI at DINDIKBUD has not been maximized due to the lack of human resources in the IT field, the lack of integration between SI/TI, the absence of SI/TI priorities, there is no standard operating procedure (SOP) related to SI/TI, and the DINDIKBUD website is not up to date. Data collection used interview method with the Head of DINDIKBUD and some related staff, observation and also studied the existing strategy plan document. This research aims to create a proposed SI/TI strategy document at DINDIKBUD as a long-term guide for the use of SI/TI in carrying out organizational activities and operations. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using Ward and Peppard method. The result of this research is an SI/TI strategy document that contains analysis of internal and external business strengths and weaknesses, analysis of internal and external SI/TI strengths and weaknesses, analysis of current conditions, analysis of future conditions, gap analysis, and preparation of future application portfolios. This strategy planning resulted in 9 SI strategies, 9 IT strategies, and 9 SI/TI management strategies along with a roadmap to map the determination of the strategy implementation year.

Abstract

Information technology greatly influences personnel activities in particular and is currently one of the resources in universities to manage data well, increase effectiveness and efficiency in the service process. This research aims to measure the maturity level of personnel information system governance, especially the Delivery and Support domain. This measurement method uses Cobit (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology). Calculation of the maturity level of selected processes based on the Bengkulu Muhammadiyah University Strategic Plan was carried out by analyzing based on the level of importance of the personnel information system, questionnaire identification was carried out using the Raci Chart. With this research, it is known that the maturity level of personnel information system governance is at maturity level 2, to be used as a recommendation for adjustments to increase to level 3
