Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research was whether there is influence of circuit training on the anaerobic endurance of the UNTAN women's futsal team. This study aimed to determine the effect of circuit training on the anaerobic endurance of UNTAN women's futsal team. The method in this study used an experimental method in the form of Pre Experimental Design. The population in this study was the UNTAN  women's futsal team which totaled 13 students. The number of samples in this studyamounted to 13 students. The instrument used was RAST. Data analysis using t test analysis (influence test). Based on the calculation of the data obtained the results of t test (influence test), t count of 2.749 and ttable of 1,782 can be concluded t count> t table (2,749> 1,782). It can be concluded, there is an influence from circuit training on the anaerobic endurance of UNTAN women's futsal team. As for the percentage increase after being given a circuit training treatment of 22%.Keywords: Anaerobic endurance, Circuit training, Futsal

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan keterampilan lompat tinggi gaya flop siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Seberang Kapuas Kabupaten Sekadau melalui modifikasi alat tali karet. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Seberang Kapuas Kabupaten Sekadau sebanyak 36 siswa. Pembelajaran lompat tinggi gaya flop dengan modifikasi alat tali karet memberikan peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa khususnya materi lompat tinggi. Pada siklus I siswa terdapat hasil siswa yang tuntas berjumlah 16 siswa atau sebesar 44,4 % sedangkan siswa dan yang belum tuntas berjumlah 20 siswa atau sebesar 55,6% maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II untuk perbaikan lompat tinggi gaya flop dengan kategori tuntas semua dengan siswa lulus berjumlah 36 siswa dan belum tuntas berjumlah 0 atau tidak ada.Kata Kunci: Lompat Tinggi Gaya Flop, Alat Tali KaretAbstract: The purpose of this study to improve the skills of high jump flop style fifth grade students of State Elementary School 05 Seberang Kapuas Sekadau through modification tool rubber strap . This form of research is classroom action research. Subjects were teachers collaborate with fifth grade students of State Elementary School 05 Seberang Kapuas Sekadau many as 36 students. Flop style high jump learning with modified rubber strap provides enhanced tools to the learning outcomes of students especially the material 's high jump. In the first cycle students are the results of students who completed totaling 16 students or 44.4 % , while the students and who have not completed a total of 20 students , or by 55.6 %, then proceed to the second cycle to repair high jump flop style with complete category all by students total of 36 students graduated and have not completed amounted to 0 or does not exist.Keywords: High Jump Flop Style, Tool Rubber Rope

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru Penjasorkes SMA/MA Kota pontianak yaitu SMAN 2, 6, 7, dan 8, SMA Muhammadiyah 1, Madrasah Aliyah Mujahidin, SMA Katolik Santu Petrus dan SMA Kristen Immanuel terhadap KTSP 2006 dan Kurikulum 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang guru. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil persepsi guru Penjasorkes SMA/MA Kota Pontianak memilih Kurikulun 2013 sebanyak  66,57% dan yang memilih KTSP 2006 sebanyak 33,43%. Dapat  disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap Kurikulum 2013 lebih baik dibandingkan persepsi guru terhadap KTSP 2006, karena Kurikulum 2013 lebih jelas dan rinci serta efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan menjadikan guru lebih berkompeten dibidangnya.   Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan 2006, Kurikulum 2013   Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the Penjasorkes teachers’ perception of SMA/MA in Pontianak which are SMAN 2, SMAN 6, SMAN 7, SMAN 8, SMA Muhammadiyah 1, Madrasah Aliyah Mujahidin, SMA Katolik Santu Petrus and SMA Kristen Immanuel toward KTSP 2006 and curriculum of 2013. The method used is descriptive method in the form of survey research. The sample of this research about 14 teachers. Based on the result of Penjasorkes teachers’ perception of SMA / MA in Pontianak that choose curriculum of 2013 as many as 66.57% and choose KTSP 2006 as many as 33.43%. We can conclude that the teachers’ perception toward curriculum of 2013 better than the teachers’ perception toward KTSP 2006, because curriculum of 2013 is clear and detailed, and effectively improve students learning outcomes and make the teachers more competent in their field.   Keywords:  Perception, Education Unit Level Curriculum 2006, Curriculum          2013

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui kebugaran jasmani siswa tuna rungu di Sekolah Luar Biasa Dharma Asih Pontianak. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Populasi siswa SLB Dharma Asih yang berjumlah 87 orang. Sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 22 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian kebugaran jasmani yang terdiri dari 22 sampel maka diperoleh nilai kebugaran jasmani yaitu klasifikasi frekuensi  kebugaran jasmani yang terdiri dari 14 sampel putra maka diperoleh nilai kebugaran jasmani dengan klasifikasi baik adalah 3 siswa dengan persentase 21.43% dan kalsifikasi sedang adalah 11 siswa dengan persentase 78.57. Sedangkan klasifikasi frekuensi kebugaran jasmani yang terdiri dari 8 sampel putri maka diperoleh nilai kebugaran jasmani dengan klasifikasi baik adalah 2 siswi dengan persentase 25.00% dan kalsifikasi sedang adalah 6 siswi dengan persentase 75.00%.   Kata Kunci:,Kebugaran Jasmani, Tuna Rungu   Abstract: Problems in the study of how physical fitness of deaf students in the School of Extraordinary Dharma Asih Pontianak. The purpose of the study to determine the physical fitness of deaf students in the School of Extraordinary Dharma Asih Pontianak. The research method is a descriptive study with survey forms. SLB Dharma Asih student population numbering 87 people. Samples using purposive sampling technique totaling 22 students. The data analysis using descriptive analysis percentage. Research results of physical fitness which is composed of 22 samples of the obtained value of physical fitness that is the classification of the frequency of physical fitness which is composed of 14 samples of the son of the obtained value of physical fitness with good classification is 3 students with a percentage of 21:43% and calcification medium is 11 students with a percentage of 78.57. While the frequency of physical fitness classification consists of 8 samples daughter of the obtained value of physical fitness with good classification is 2 student with a percentage of 25.00% and moderate calcification is 6 students with a percentage of 75.00%.  Keywords : Physical Fitness, Deaf

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research is, is there any influence of audio visual media to Athletic learning result. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of audio visual media to athletic learning result (running 100m) on the 11th grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah Pontianak. The population of this research was 11th grade students, and it divided into 6 class with the total number of 240 students. The sample of this research was 40 student, taken by cluster random sampling technique. And the method of this research is True-experimental design, the data were analyzed using computerized and T-test. Based on the T-Test to experiment class, the value of t-test is -4486 and t-table is 2.0930, it showed that the mean of t-test of running 100m is t-test<t-table.  It means that Ho is rejected where is the improvement conventional method is 14,59 and using audiovisual method is 22.09.   Keywords : Audio visual media  and result of learning to run 100 m

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi oleh guru pada saat pembelajaran adalah pasing bawah dalam permaianan sepakbola untuk kelas V SDN Nanga Mongko tujuan dari pembelajaran ini adalah untuk meningkatkan passing dengan bermain kucing- kucingan agar gerakan dari pasing bawah berjalan secara terus menerus. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Nanga Mongko yang berjumlah 17 siswa terdiri putra 7 dan putri 10. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan penelitian memberikan dampak positif pada siswa karena terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pembelajaran siklus I siswa yang baru lulus berjumlah 12 siswa atau 70,6% sedangkan siswa yang belum lulus berjumlah 5 siswa atau 29,4 % maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II agar siswa memiliki kesempatan untuk perbaikan guru membuat permainan kucing- kucingan sehingga siswa mau dan mampu melakukannya dengan demikian bisa dikategorikan dengan siswa lulus berjumlah 17 siswa dan belum lulus berjumlah 0 siswa.Kata Kunci: Passing Sepakbola, Permainan Kucing-kucinganAbstract: The problem often faced by teachers during the learning is pasing down in football games or for class V SDN Nanga Mongko purpose of this study is to improve passing with play cat and mouse in order to move from the bottom pasing runs continuously. Forms of research is classroom action research (PTK). Subjects in this study were teachers collaborate with students of State Elementary School 07 Nanga Mongko totaling 17 students comprising seven sons and daughters of 10. Based on research conducted research have a positive impact on students because it consists of the first cycle and the second cycle of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Learning first cycle of students who have recently graduated numbering 12 students or 70.6%, while the students who have not passed, amounting to 5 students or 29.4%, then proceed to the second cycle so that students have the opportunity to repair the teacher made a game of cat and mouse so that students are willing and able doing so can be categorized by the graduating students were 17 students and the student has not passed a numbered 0Keywords: Passing Football , Kucing-kucingan game

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman dan penguasaan siswa dalam metode ABC running, pada siswa kelas V SDN 18 Tanjung Tapang tahun pelajaran 2014-2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 18 Tanjung Tapang terbagi atas 8 siswaputra dan 12 siswa putri Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa melalui metode ABC running pembelajaran lari 60 meter pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 18 Tanjung Tapang Kabupaten Melawi tahun pelajaran 2014-2015 hasil analisis yang diperoleh terdapat peningkatan dari kondisi awal ke siklus I dansiklus II. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh terdapat peningkatan kemampuan gerakan lari 60 meter dan hasil belajar pada kondisi awal (15%), siklus I (50%), dan siklus II (85%), sehingga peningkatan dari kondisi awal ke siklus II sebesar (50%).     Kata Kunci: Lari 60 Meter, ABC running Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of understanding and mastery of the students in the ABC runningmethod, the V grade students of SDN 18 Tanjung Tapang 2014-2015 school year. This study uses the method, Action Research. The subjects were students of class V SDN 18 Tanjung Tapang is divided into 8 boys and 12 female student. Based on the results obtained the conclusion that through the ABC running method learning run 60 meters in Class V SD Negeri 18 Tanjung Tapang Melawi the academic year 2014-2015 results of the analysis there was an increase from the initial conditions to cycle I and cycle II. From the results of the analysis there is increased movement capability to run 60 meters and learning outcomes in initial conditions (15%), the first cycle (50%), and the second cycle (85%), so that the increase of the initial conditions to cycle II amounting to (50%). Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani santri pondok pesantren Darul Khairat Kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian adalahdeskriftif dengan bentuk penelitian survei.Dengan demikian penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh santri berusia 13-15 tahun  yang berjumlah 100 santri.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: lari 50 Mdengan katagori baik sekali 62,00% dengan frekuensi 62 santri.Angkat tubuh katagori kurang sekali72,00% dengan frekuensi 72 santri. Nilai baring duduk dengan  katagori baik38,00% dengan frekuensi 38 santri. Katagori sedang38.00%dengan frekuensi 38 santri.Loncat tegak  dengan katagori kurang63,00% dengan frekuensi 63 santri.Lari 1000 M dengan katagori kurang55,00% dengan frekuensi 55 santri.TKJIdengan Katagori baik2,00% dengan frekuensi 2 santri. The research method is descriptive with survey forms. This study therefore used all students aged 13-15 years totaling 100 students. Results of the study are as follows: run 50 M with a good category 62.00% with a frequency of 62 students. Lift the body of the category least once 72.00% with a frequency of 72 students. Value rest sit well with the category of 38.00% with a frequency of 38 students. Category was 38.00% with a frequency of 38 students. Skip straight to the category of less than 63.00% with a frequency of 63 students. 1000 M run with the category of less than 55.00% with a frequency of 55 students. Categories TKJI with either 2.00% with a frequency of 2 students. Category was 54.00% with a frequency of 54 students. Categories approximately 42.00% to the frequency of 42 students. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed at determining the discipline level of athletes of the Student Sports Education and Training Center (PPLP) in high school degree in Pontianak City. The type of research used in this research wasquantitativedescriptive study using the survey method. The subjects in this study were PPLP athletes who are high school students in Pontianak , which amounted to 17 athletes. The instruments used are 33 statements and the respondents who answer the questionnaire are classmates or classmates from the PPLP athlete.The results of the study showed  the discipline level of PPLP athletes when entering and returning home, namely 76% categorized as very good and 24% categorized as good. Being discipline in using uniform and school attributes, namely 94% categorized as very good and 6% categorized as good. Being discipline in doing school assignments, namely 29% categorized very well, 47% categorized as good, and 24% categorized as fair. Compliance with teacher's orders, namely 53% categorized as very good and 47% categorized as good. Overall, the discipline level of PPLP athletes when in school was categorized very well with a percentage of 71% and categorized as good with a percentage of 29%.Keywords:Discipline, Discipline Exercises,PPLP Athletes.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana pengaruh media roket kertas  terhadap hasil belajar lempar lembing pada siswa kelas V SDN 15 Pontianak Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media roket kertas  terhadap hasil belajar lempar lembing pada siswa kelas V SDN 15 Pontianak Selatan Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriftif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN 15 Pontianak Selatan yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase pencapaian ketuntasan.Hasil penelitian didapatkan perbandingan antar siklus dapat di simpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan media roket kertas memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar lempar lembing  pada siswa kelas V SDN 15 Pontianak Selatan pada tiap tindakan yang di berikan. Sebelum diberikan perlakuan ketuntasan hanya 11,43% siswa, selanjutnya setelah diberikan 2 siklus pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 77,14%. Media roket kertas memiliki pengaruh 28,77% dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar.   Kata Kunci: Media Roket Kertas, Hasil Belajar Lempar Lembing.   Abstract: Problems in the study is how the media influence the paper rocket on learning outcomes javelin at fifth grade students of SDN 15 South Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the paper rocket media on learning outcomes javelin at fifth grade students of SDN 15 South Pontianak research method is descriptive method with the form of classroom action research (PTK). The subjects were fifth grade students of SDN 15 South Pontianak totaling 35 students. Data were analyzed using percentage achieved ketuntasan.Hasil research shows the comparison between cycles can be concluded that learning with paper rocket media has an influence on learning outcomes javelin at fifth grade students of SDN 15 South Pontianak on every action that is given. Before the treatment is given the thoroughness of only 11.43% of the students, then after being given two cycles of learning increased to 77.14%. Media rocket 28.77% paper has an influence in improving learning outcomes. Keywords: Media Rocket Paper, Javelin Learning Outcomes
