Abstract

AbstractThis research problem was what is the influence of training with user chair media toward kick mawashi geri karate in SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak. The purpose was for knowing the influence practice with chair media toward with mawashi geri karate. The method used was qualitative method with experiment pre-experiment design. The population was taken all student extracurricular aggregate 10 people, with sampling jenuh. Analysis data was done with uji-t. The research result was: stage 1 average pretest with score 28 with posttest score 50 with value sig. 0,000 law more than alfha 0,05, then declared different real with percentage 41%, stage 2 average pretest score 28 and posttest score 52 with value sig. 0,000 law more that alfha 0,05, that declared different real with percentage 25%, stage 3 average pretest score 32 and posttest score 56 with value sig. 0,000 law more that alfha 0,05, that declared different real with percentage 83%. Abstract

Abstrak : Permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi oleh guru pada saat pembelajaran adalah lompat jauh pada siswa kelas IV dimana mengalami pada saat berlari, menolak, dan mendarat untuk meningkatkanya perlu pembelajaran engklek agar siswa senang dan mampu mau melakukanya. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).  Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 22 sungai kakap kabupaten kuburaya  yang berjumlah 34 siswa  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan penelitian memberikan dampak positif pada siswa karena terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pembelajaran siklus I siswa yang baru lulus berjumlah 30 siswa atau 88, % sedangkan siswa yang belum lulus berjumlah 4 siswa atau 12  % maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II agar siswa  memiliki kesempatan untuk perbaikan  lompat jauh dengan pembelajaran engklek baru siswa lulus semua dari 34 siswa dan siswa yang belum lulus atau tuntas tidak ada. Kata Kunci: Lompat jauh, permainan engklek.   Abstract: The problem often faced by teachers during the learning is the long jump in grade IV where experienced when running, refused, and landed on the learning needs of increasing engklek that the students happy and able would do it. Forms of research is classroom action research. In a classroom action research This is the subject of this study were teachers collaborate with fourth grade students of State Elementary School 22 river snapper district Kubu Raya totaling 34 students Based on the results of research carried out research have a positive impact on students because it consists of the first cycle and the second cycle of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Abstract

AbstractThe  problem in this study is whether Acceleration  Balance Coordination (ABC) Running  affects  the  power of  leg muscles  of  students  in  extracurricular  MAN  1  Pontianak.  The  purpose  of  this  study  was to  determine  the  effect  of ABC  training  running  on  the  strength of  leg  muscle  power  in  jumping  smash  of extracurricular volleyball game MAN 1 Pontianak The population in this study were 12 people. By taking samples using saturated sample techniques, the number of samples is 12 people. The method used is an experiment with pre-experimental design. Data analysis techniques use the t-test formula. Based on the results of this t-test, obtained t count itung (>) t table, namely the value of t count 1.52 and t table 2.89 with a significant rate of 5%. Then Ho is refused and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence on the 12.44% running ABC coordination (ABC) running, on the extracurricular leg muscle power of MAN 1 Pontianak.Keywords: Exercise, ABC running, Power, Volleyball.

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi oleh guru pada saat pembelajaran adalah pasing atas bola voli pada kelas V di SDN 35 Sulang Betung dan cara mengatasi masalah itu antara lain menggunakan bola plastik sebagai pembantu untuk meningkatkan permasalahan yang ada. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).  Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 35 Sulang Betung yang berjumlah 18 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pembelajaran siklus I siswa yang baru lulus berjumlah 13 siswa atau 72,2% sedangkan siswa yang belum lulus berjumlah 5 siswa atau 27,8% maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II agar siswa  memiliki kesempatan untuk perbaikan servis atas bola voli dengan demikian  bisa dikategorikan dengan siswa lulus berjumlah 18 siswa dan belum lulus berjumlah 0 siswa.   Kata Kunci: Servis Atas, Modifikasi Bola Plastik Abstract: The problem often faced by teachers during the learning is pasing on volleyball in the fifth grade at SDN 35 Sulang Betung, among others, use a plastic ball as a helper to improve the existing problems . Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat hasil belajar heading dalam sepakbola menggunakan bola karet pada siswa kelas V SDN 14 Sungai Putat. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 14 Sungai Putat. Jumlah keseluruhan siswa kelas adalah sebanyak 26 siswa terdiri dari 14 siswa putra dan  12  siswa putri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siklus I terdapat hasil ketuntasan dengan jumlah 18 siswa atau sebesar 69% dan siswa yang belum tuntas berjumlah 8 siswa atau sebesar 31%. Sedangkan siklus II terdapat hasil siswa dengan kategori tuntas semua dengan siswa lulus berjumlah 26 siswa atau sebesar 100% dan belum tuntas berjumlah 0 atau tidak ada.   Kata Kunci: Heading, Bola Karet Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of learning outcomes in a football heading using a rubber ball on a fifth grade students of SDN 14 Sungai Putat . Forms of research is classroom action research . Subjects in this study were students of class V SDN 14 Sungai Putat . The total number of class students are as many as 26 students consisting of 14 boys and 12 female student . Based on the results of the study in the first cycle are the result of the thoroughness with the number of 18 students , or about 69% , and students who have not completed amounted to 8 students or by 31 % . Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi oleh guru pada saat pembelajaran adalah pembelajaran tolak peluru yang dilakukan siswa bahwa tolaknya berat maka diganti karung yang berisi pasir agar siswa mau melakukan. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 20 cenayan yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan penelitian memberikan dampak positif pada siswa karena terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pembelajaran siklus I siswa yang baru lulus berjumlah 16 siswa atau 69,6% sedangkan siswa yang belum lulus berjumlah 7 siswa atau 30,4% maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II agar siswa memiliki kesempatan untuk perbaikan tolak peluru gaya membelakangi melalui modifikasi media peluru dari karung berisi pasir dengan demikian bisa dikategorikan dengan siswa lulus berjumlah 23 siswa dan belum lulus berjumlah 0 siswa.Kata Kunci: Tolak Peluru, Karung Berisi PasirAbstract: The problem often faced by teachers during the learning is learning shot put of the student that his starting weight then replaced sacks filled with sand to make students want to do. Abstract

 AbstractThe problem in this research is about how to influence the approach to play throw the ball to the learning outcomes passing under volleyball. The method applied in the study was through the approach of playing with plastic balls tools to enhance the learning process passing of learnersbelow. whole object of research is all studentswith a total of 32 students. Percentage increase in learning activities in the first cycle reaches 72%, the second cycle was 90%, while a score of expectation is learning activity is 90%. Based on the evaluation on the first cycleability underhand pass of students has increased from the initial conditions, namely: the initial conditions of the number of students who reach a value of 75 new 5 students (15.62%) and in the first cycle increased to 18 students (56.52%), the second cycle, increased to 28 students who achieve a grade of 75 or more. Keywords:underhand pass, total sampling, plastic balls, volleyball.

Abstract

Abstract: A common problem in this research is how long jump effort to improve skills hang style by using teaching aids in the form of a rubber band. The research objective was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes in the long jump leap through the medium of a rubber band on the students.The method used in this research is descriptive method with the application of classroom action research is conducted through two cycles to see and improve learning outcomes long jump style by using the media to hang a rubber band. The subjects with a total of 27 students.Value - average ratings in the first cycle was 67.96, with 74% of students with values ≥65 and 26% of students with values <65. In the second cycle the average - average assessment of students is 74.07, with 100%students with values ≥65 and 0% of students with values <65. Keywords: long jump, rubber bands, hangingstyle.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lari sprint 60 meter melalui metode Part Whole Part (bagian perbagian) pada siswa-siswi kelas V SDN 19 Dandi Kabupaten Sekadau. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 19 Dandi Kabupaten Sekadau  yang berjumlah 27 siswa terdiri dari putra 12 dan  putri 15. Pada siklus I siswa terdapat hasil siswa yang tuntas berjumlah 12 siswa atau sebesar 44,4% sedangkan siswa dan yang belum tuntas berjumlah 15 siswa atau sebesar 55,6% dilanjutkan ke siklus II diperoleh peningkatan luar biasa dengan kategori tuntas semua dengan siswa lulus berjumlah 27 siswa dan belum tuntas berjumlah 0 atau tidak ada. Data ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar lari sprint 60 meter melalui metode part whole part.   Kata Kunci: Lari Sprint 60 Meter, Metode Part Whole Part Abstract: This study aims to improve learning outcomes sprint 60 meters through methods Part Whole Part ( section partially ) on the students of class V SDN 19 Dandi Sekadau . Forms of research is classroom action research . Subjects in this study were students of class V SDN 19 Dandi Sekadau totaling 27 students consisting of 12 sons and daughters of 15. In the first cycle students are students who complete results amounted to 12 students or 44.4 % , while the students and who have not completed totaled 15 students or 55.6 % amounting to proceed to the second cycle gained tremendous increase in the category completed all the graduate students numbered 27 students and unfinished amounted to 0 or does not exist. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar lempar lembing melalui modifikasi pembelajaran bola berekor pada siswa kelas IV SDN 08 Trans Merbang Kabupaten Sekadau. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian “Classroom Action Research“ (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Subyek penelitian adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Trans Merbang Kabupaten Sekadau sebanyak 30 siswa. Pembelajaran lempar lembing dengan bola berekor pada sisiwa kelas IV sangat memberikan suasanan yang baru yang belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya, dampak positif seperti siswa tidak mengalami ketakutan, merasa senang dan tepat sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa , pada pengambilan nilai yang di mulai prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan secara sistematis.Kata Kunci: Lempar Lembing, Modifikasi Bola BerekorAbstract: This study aims to determine the learning outcome javelin through ball tailed modification and learning in the fourth grade students of SDN 08 Trans Merbang Sekadau . This research uses Classroom Action Research. Subjects were teachers collaborate with fourth grade students of State Elementary School 08 Trans Merbang Kabupaten Sekadau as many as 30 students . Learning javelin with a ball -tailed at sisiwa class IV give suasanan new that has never been done before , the positive impact of such students do not experience fear , feel good and appropriate to the capabilities of the students , the decision value at start prasiklus the first cycle and the second cycle increased systematically .Keywords: Javelin, Modified Tailed Ball
