Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, komunikasi internal dan kepemimpinan kolaboratif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Nias Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumalah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan secara parsial stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, secara parsial komunikasi internal berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, secara parsial kepemimpinan kolaboratif berpengaruh  terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan/bersama-sama stres kerja,komunikasi internal dan kepemimpinan kolaboratif dismpulkan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai koefisien  determinasi atau Adjusted R-Square sebesar sebesar 0,203 atau 20,3% yang berarti pengaruh stres kerja, komunikasi internal dan kepemimpinan kolaboratif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan rumah sakit umum daerah Nias Selatan sebesar 20,3%, sedangkan sisanya 79,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain atau faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kecerdasan emosional, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kota Medan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 42 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen—disiplin kerja, kecerdasan emosional, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi—secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Uji F juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan. Nilai adjusted R-square sebesar 0,747 menunjukkan bahwa 74,7% variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya 25,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan disiplin, pengelolaan emosi, dan optimalisasi teknologi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the influence of inflation and open unemployment rate on the growth of Real GRDP of Medan City. The sample used is the data of inflation variable and open unemployment rate variable and Real GRDP growth variable of Medan City from 2007 to 2022. The results of the study obtained that the inflation variable has no significant effect on the growth of Real GRDP of Medan City, the open unemployment rate variable has no significant effect on the growth of Real GRDP of Medan City, together the inflation variable and the open unemployment rate have no significant effect on the growth of Real GRDP of Medan City. and the influence of the inflation variable and the open unemployment rate variable on the growth of Real GRDP is 3.5%, the remaining 96.5% is explained by other variables or factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Lingkungan VIII, Babura Village, Medan Baru District consists of six sub-districts in Medan Baru District. Lingkungan VIII is one of the wards in Babura Village out of 13 wards in this subdistrict. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to mothers in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of this PKM is to train mothers to do business or entrepreneurship and motivate mothers to become entrepreneurs. Mothers are expected to have creative ideas by being able to process various preparations using cheap basic ingredients, such as bananas, cassava and the modern cake business. The results of this processing are used as an idea to be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship to increase household income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how Financial Distress, Profitability, Sales Growth and Leverage affect Company Value in Raw Materials Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The variables used in this study, the independent variable (X) consists of Financial Distress measured by (Almant Z-Score Period III), Profitability measured by (ROA), Sales Growth measured by (SG) and Leverage measured by (DAR), and the dependent variable (Y) is Company Value proxied by PBV. The sample in this study was obtained by the purposive side method. Based on the criteria and data processing process that have been set, 11 companies were determined as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study state that partially, Financial distress (FD) does not have a significant effect on company value, Profitability has a significant effect on company value, sales growth has a significant effect on company value and Leverage does not have a significant effect on company value. Simultaneously, Financial distress, Profitability, Sales growth and Leverage have a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

This community service aims to educate that collaborating in entrepreneurship is important. This PKM took place in Parapat Village, Simalungun Regency, and the method used was by means of lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. It was explained that there are many ways to collaborate in developing a business or as an entrepreneur. In this meeting, a discussion was held so that the business being carried out and its problems were known. Finally, it was discovered that the most common problem lately was business capital and the need for local government support to support and protect the business.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of institutional ownership, debt to equity ratio, total asset growth, and return on asset on firm value proxied by Tobin's Q in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2022-2024. The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data from companies' annual financial reports. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 27 program. The results show that partially, Good Corporate Governance proxied by institutional ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Funding decisions proxied by debt to equityratio have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Investment decisions proxied by total asset growth have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, and profitability proxied by return on asset has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, Good Corporate Governance, funding decisions, investment decisions, and profitability have a significant effect on firm value measured by Tobin's Q.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload, rewards, and punishments on employee performance at the North Labuhan Batu Regency Environmental Agency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study was all employees of the North Labuhan Batu Regency Environmental Agency, with a sample size of 50 respondents determined using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire based on the Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted through partial testing (t-test), simultaneous testing (F-test), and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that, partially, work stress and workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while rewards and punishments had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work stress, workload, rewards, and punishments had a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.806 indicates that 80.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these four variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. This study is expected to provide practical contributions to agencies in improving employee performance through proper stress and workload management and the implementation of a fair and consistent reward and punishment system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, product quality, and location on purchasing decisions at the Puri Reveno Asri Medan housing complex. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The population consists of 76 residents of the Puri Reveno Asri Medan housing complex in 2024–2025. The sampling technique employed is a census method, where all members of the population are included as research samples. The results show that partially, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-value of 3.708 > t-table 1.993 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 4.556 > t-table 1.993 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Location has a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 4.089 > t-table 1.993 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.Simultaneously, brand awareness, product quality, and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F-value of 50.091 > F-table 2.73 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The adjusted R-square value of 0.663 indicates that 66.3% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The leader's actions in providing directions and instructions will have a major impact on employee satisfaction. One option that can be taken in an effort to solve complex problems in an organization is to apply a transformational and situational leadership style approach. The purpose of this study is the influence of transformational and situational leadership on job satisfaction of employees of the Tiga Binanga District Office, Karo Regency. The sampling technique used by the researcher was saturated sampling, therefore the sample in this study was the entire population of employees in the Tigabinanga District Office, Karo Regency, totaling 33 people. The results of this study are that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the Tigabinanga District Office, Karo Regency. Situational leadership has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Tigabinanga District Office, Karo Regency. Taken together, the leadership and situational transformation variables have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the Tigabinanga District Office, Karo Regency. The magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership and situational leadership on job satisfaction is 55.1%, the remaining 44.9% is explained by variables or other factors not discussed in this study.
