Abstract

TBI patients with decreased consciousness will experience decreased sensory and stimulus perception as a result of prolonged hospitalization, immobilization, and social isolation. Therefore, sensory stimulation is needed to increase patient awareness. This study aimed to determine the effects of family-centered auditory and tactile sensory stimulation in patients with TBI. A case study was used to describe the intervention in this study. The study sample was an adult patients with TBI admitted to the intensive care unit. The trained family members provided auditory and tactile sensory stimulation once daily for 1 week. Two instruments were used for data collection, the “Glasgow Coma Scale” and the “Fall Outline of Unresponsiveness Score” to assess the patient’s level of consciousness (LOC). The results showed that implementing organized auditory and tactile sensory stimulation by trained family members was increased the average GCS and FOUR score. Patients in this study showed an increase in LOC with a GCS score of 8-14 and FOUR score of 9-14 on 7 days of intervention. Thus, auditory and tactile sensory stimulation by trained family members enhanced the consciousness of patients with trauma-induced brain injury. This method is recommended for patients with traumatic brain injury.

Abstract

Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat, namun terfokus pada edukasi berupa bimbingan belajar untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar di daerah Karang Anyar RT 05, Karang Anyar, Plupuh, Sragen. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diawali dengan mengadakan sosialisasi kepada orang tua siswa melalui kelompok kecil. untuk menyampaikan informasi mengenai adanya kegiatan bimbingan belajar. Selalin itu juga kami memberi gambaran mengenai konsep orangtua dalam mendampingi anak ketika pembelajaran daring. Dalam pelaksanaannya bimbingan belajar dilakukan setiap hari mulai jam 09.00-11.00 WIB. Diikuti oleh dua belas siswa, yang terdiri dari tujuh siswa laki-laki dan lima siswa perempuan. Bertepat di Masjid Baiturrahim. Proses belajar sebelum adanya “bimbingan belajar” terkesan monoton dan siswa kurang memahami materi karena tidak adanya tempat bertanya dan praktik. Namun dengan adanya bimbingan belajar yang memanfaatkan media audio visual ini siswa menjadi lebih mudah memahami materi dan kembali aktif bertanya tidak monoton dengan cara belajar sebelum mengikuti bimbingan belajar ini. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya pemberian pengalaman pada siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran. Pentingnya pengabdian ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya membantu orang tua dalam mendampingi proses pembelajaran siswa dan sebagai fasilitator siswa dalam membantu siswa memahami materi.

Abstract

Menghadirkan pendidikan literasi digital bagi anggota karang taruna men-jadi trobosan pembelajaran di tengah pandemi. Pengetahuan umum yang dirasa wajib diketahui oleh pengguna media sosial usia remaja. Tujuan adanya sosialisasi literasi digital ini agar tahu bagaimana mengelola me-dia sosial dan sebagai usaha membentuk karakter remaja yang matang. Fokus subjek kegiatan adalah anggota karang taruna di Desa Ngelosari yang masih berusia pelajar jenjang SMP-SMA. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya karakter seperti religius, toleransi, cinta tanah air, bersahabat/komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

ru menjadi salah satu ujung tombak pendidikan dan memiliki peran sentral dalam rekayasa kelas. Kemampuan guru dalam melakukan rekayasa pembelajaraan sesuai dengan kebutuhan abad 21 sangat diperlukan. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan di 4 Sanggar Belajar Indonesia dari sebanyak 23 Sanggar Belajar di bawah koordinasi Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur se-Kuala Lumpur Malaysia menunjukan Guru-guru dan atau instrukturnya pada Sanggar Belajar Indonesia di bawah koordinasi Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur tersebut masih memiliki kompetensi dalam hal pengembangan pembelajaran yang rendah serta pembelajaran yang dilakukan juga kurang menarik dan kurang inovatif. Kondisi anak didiknya sangat beragam karena dari semua kelas, sejak dari kelas 1 sampai dengan kelas 6 dijadikan 1 kelas. Observasi tersebut juga menemukan bahwa guru kurang memiliki variasi dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran serta penguasaan kelas kurang maksimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, sangat diperlukan adanya penguataan bagi guru-guru Sanggar Belajar Indonesia di bawah koordinasi Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur se-Kuala Lumpur Malaysia dalam hal rekayasa pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan abad 21. Dengan pemberian penguatan tersebut, diharapkan guru-guru dan atau instrukturnya pada Sanggar Belajar Indonesia di bawah koordinasi Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur se-Kuala Lumpur Malaysia memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam mempersiapkan anak didiknya dalam persaingan dalam pembelajaran abad 21, era komunikasi dan komputasi global. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian melalui enam tahap yaitu, (1) Pemetaan dan pendataan kondisi awal mitra, (2) Sosialisasi dilaksanakan untuk mendiskusikan dengan mitra terkait pelaksanaan pengabdian, (3) Pelatihan pada guru dalam pembelajaran yang holistik, (4) Pendampingan pada guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang holistic, (5) Monitoring dan evaluasi pembelajaran holistic yang telah dilakukan guru, dan (6) Penyusunan laporan dan publikasi. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini adalah dapat menumbuhkan karakter cinta tanah air yang rendah yang dimiliki oleh para anak imigran dengan berbagai faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang menyertai penyebabnya. Oleh karena itu peran Program PkM kemitraan Internasional Terintegrasi dengan dengan Program KKN Kemitraan Internasional yang dialsanakan oleh mahasiswa dari berbagai PTMA seluruh Indonesia di sejumlah Sanggar Bimbingan Belajar, khususnya IKABA IMABA 1 sangat diperlukan dalam membimbing dan menumbuhkan sikap karakter cinta tanah air (nasionalisme) pada diri anak-anak imigran di Selangor, Malaysia. Antara lain upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyisipkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan atau karakter ke-Indonesianan ini melalui lomba perayaan kemerdekaan HUT RI. Sikap yang diharapkan setelah adanya lomba kegiatan perayaan kemerdekaan ini anak-anak imigran dapat memiliki sikap atau profil pelajar pancasila: beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, berakhlak mulia, kebhinekaan global, bergotong royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis dan kreatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create and develop a simple electric vehicle trainer as a learning medium in basic automotive subjects in the Department of Automotive Engineering. Knowing the level of feasibility, and knowing the effectiveness of simple electric vehicle trainers as a learning medium in basic automotive subjects. The research and development method used is the ADDIE model. Based on the results of data analysis, the percentage of eligibility of media experts was 88.45%, material experts were 83.65%, and the results of student responses in small group tests obtained a percentage of 97.95%. Thus, the development of a simple electric vehicle trainer is very feasible touse. Thus, the development of a simple electric vehicle trainer is very suitable for use as a learning medium for basic automotive subjects for the purpose of learning electric vehicles. From the results of the normality test, a sig value > 0.05 was obtained, so it was concluded that the data was normally distributed, so that a parametric statistical test was used, namely using the t-test.  From the calculations it is known that the Asymp Sig (2 tailed) value is 0.000, so it can be said that there is a difference in the increase in learning outcomes for the experimental class compared to the control class. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of increasing class learning outcomes that use the development of a simple electric vehicle trainer as a learning medium in basic automotive subjects for the purpose of learning electric vehicles.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Patient-centred care has different dimensions, necessitating a clear definition to facilitate consistent measurement and evaluation of patient-centred care in clinical settings. This systematic literature review aims to identify and compare measuring tools related to patient-centred care in clinical settings. The Prisma framework was employed to explore six databases (i.e., Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, Springer, MDPI, and Sage Journal) for literature review in identifying instruments used to measure patient-centred care in clinical settings. Result Of 13 articles included in this review, 13 articles documented different questionnaires measuring patient-centred care. These questionnaires included The Person-centred Primary Care Measure (PCPCM), Person-centred maternity care (PCMC), Chloe's-Card, Korean version of the Person-centred Care Assessment Tool (K-P-CAT), Health Education Impact Questionnaire (HEI-Q), Patient-centred Matching (PCPM), Quality of Interactions Schedule (QuIS), Person-centred Critical Nursing Care Scale, Patient-centred Quality of Cancer Care Questionnaire (PCQCCQ), Patient-reported Experience Measures (PREMs), Patient-centred Survivorship Care Index (PC-SCI), and Vietnamese Patient-centred Care measure (VPCC). Each instrument had different criteria according to the patient's background and contextual setting. Existing questionnaires have engaged various perspectives in measuring patient-centred care and distinct adjustment to the patient's condition. Abstract

Investigators as law enforcement officers in carrying out their duties, namely law enforcement officers, guards, protectors, and public servants play an important role in the efforts of the state government to maintain order and public safety in good performance. Obstruction of justice is an action that can be interpreted as an act that tries to obstruct the legal process or 'criminal act of obstructing the legal process'. The purpose of this writing is to find out the legal arrangements regarding obstruction of justice in Indonesia and the elements that can be said that the actions of investigators that can be classified as criminal acts obstruct the legal process or obstruction of justice. The research method used in this article is normative juridical. The results of the study show that obstruction of justice is generally regulated in the Criminal Code, including; Article 221 paragraph (1), Article 231 and Article 233. Regarding the regulations, it is clearly spelled out in the provisions of the legislation clearly regarding obstruction of justice so that this cannot be separated from the philosophical foundation of the principle of legality in criminal law, no criminal act, no there is a crime without a previous criminal law. Regarding the elements that can be said that the investigator who committed an obstruction of justice, namely: 1) The action caused a delay in the legal process (2) The perpetrator knew his actions or was aware of his actions; (3) The perpetrator committed or attempted a deviant act with the aim of interfering with the legal process. So for investigators who meet these elements can be said to meet the elements of the crime of obstruction of justice and can be given sanctions according to the applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

This study analyzes leadership regeneration and management transformation as integrated strategic approaches to organizational human resource development (HRD) within a professional organization. Using a qualitative case study approach at AMA-Indonesia Batam, the research examines leadership succession not merely as a leadership change but as a strategic process that drives managerial transformation and human resource strengthening. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving organizational leaders, members, and the Muscab committee. The findings reveal that participatory and transparent leadership regeneration stimulates changes in organizational structure, decision-making processes, and work culture, which subsequently enhance member competence, organizational adaptability, and sustainability. Practically, this study provides guidance for professional organizations in designing participatory leadership succession mechanisms and adaptive management systems to support continuous HRD and long-term organizational sustainability. This study contributes analytical insights into the linkage between leadership succession and HRD in the context of local professional associations.
