Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya perubahan akibat berkembangnya teknologi, hal tersebut berpengaruh kepada perkembangan ilmu kepemimpinan. Maka untuk mengatasi perubahan yang tidak pasti diperlukan gaya kepemimpinan yang cocok, dikemukanlah gaya kepemimpinan adaptif. Hal ini karena kemampuan pemimpin dan pengikut dilatih berinovasi, sehingga penerapannya membuat semua anggota organisasi lebih siap dalam mengatasi perubahan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan adaptif bisa mempengaruhi pengikut, mengatasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi, serta membuat organisasi bertahan dalam perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan data sekunder, baik cetak maupun digital yang relevan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah deksriptif argumentatif, hal ini melibatkan argumen penulis namun berdasarkan temuan-temuan sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif mengarahkan orang lain untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi tanpa ada paksaan dari manajer tingkat atas, gaya kepemimpinan yang fleksibel membuat para karyawan mudah beradaptasi dengan cepatnya perubahan yang terjadi di era digital sekarang.

Abstract

This research aims to design and analyze a DC motor coupling system as a backup electrical energy source controlled by a microcontroller. This system is designed to provide an efficient, reliable and economical backup energy solution, which can be used in various applications such as industrial, household and critical infrastructure. The design process includes integrating a DC motor with a microcontroller to regulate speed, monitor performance, and manage power automatically. Simulations and experimental testing were carried out to analyze the system performance in terms of energy conversion efficiency, operational reliability and response to various load conditions. The research results show that the DC motor coupling system controlled by a microcontroller is able to increase energy efficiency and reliability as a backup power source. The system can also be optimized to ensure maximum efficiency and stable performance. Sustainability evaluation and operational cost analysis show that this system has the potential for significant energy savings and low maintenance costs. Overall, this research contributes to the development of more efficient and adaptive backup energy source technology. Abstract

This study analyzes the reliability of the electrical and pneumatic monitoring system on the Boeing 737 aircraft, which is a critical component in ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of the aircraft. The electrical system is responsible for supporting various vital functions of the aircraft, such as navigation, communication, and flight control, while the pneumatic system regulates airflow for various subsystems, including the anti-icing system, cabin control, and hydraulic pressure. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the monitoring system in detecting disturbances or failures in electrical and pneumatic components. The approach used involves direct monitoring, historical data collection, and predictive analysis using statistical methods to assess the level of system reliability. The results of the study indicate that the Boeing 737 monitoring system has high reliability in detecting problems before they become critical, but there are several aspects that need improvement, especially in terms of early detection of failures in the pneumatic system. Improving the reliability of the monitoring system can be done through the integration of more sophisticated sensor technology and artificial intelligence (AI)-based predictive algorithms. Thus, these improvements can improve the operational safety and efficiency of the aircraft.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of social media usage on power consumption on web-based smartphones and also explores the difference in power consumption between web-based social media applications and native applications (applications downloaded and installed directly on smartphones). Further analysis will compare the energy efficiency of various types of activities such as scrolling, video streaming, and content uploading. Thus, this study not only provides insight into the effect of social media usage on battery power, but also provides recommendations for users and developers to minimize the impact of power usage on smartphones. The final results are expected to be a reference for improving the design of more energy-efficient applications. The use of social media through web applications can affect the efficiency of battery usage on smartphone devices. This study measures the power consumption patterns of several popular social media platforms and evaluates factors that affect power usage, such as duration of use, interactive activities, and system optimization. The results of the study are expected to provide insight for users to manage power consumption efficiently and for application developers to improve the performance and energy efficiency of their platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this program: to motivate children to learn, Increase understanding in early childhood about the procedures for reading the Qur'an properly and correctly according to the rules that have been determined, make it easier for children to recite the Qur'an. There are several benefits to be gained from studying Tajweed, namely it can be practiced when reciting the Qur'an, sounding the recitation of the Qur'an beautifully and correctly. The method used in teaching Tajweed is by using the lecture method, explaining the meaning of Tajweed, the rules of reading it and how to read it. When the delivery is complete, it continues with a question and answer session, which is expected that students can repeat the material that has been delivered. The results of this Community Service are to help children understand the meaning of Tajweed by practicing little by little, although not all children can understand it. Learning Tajweed takes a lot of time in teaching, so the program that is carried out has not fully made all children understand Tajweed.

Abstract

Issues related to the procedure of competition law proceeding in KPPU RI is a very important study. Moreover, this research specializes in reviewing the legal standing of the monitoring team in the commitment decision mechanism (which is one of the stage of many stages) in the case proceeding at KPPU RI. This study aims to answer the question whether the norm regulates the legal standing and legal authorities of commitment decision’s monitoring team in Business Competition Supervisory Commission Regulation No. 1/ 2019 concerning Procedures for Handling Cases of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition is in accordance with the nemo judex in causa sua principle. This research is normative doctrinal legal research with statutory and conceptual approach. AbstrakPermasalahan terkait prosedur penanganan perkara persaingan usaha di KPPU RI merupakan kajian yang penting, terlebih dalam penelitian ini penulis mengkhususkan kajiannya dalam meneliti terkait kedudukan tim pengawasan pada masa pengawasan mekanisme perubahan perilaku yang menjadi salah satu proses dari sekian tahapan dalam prosedur penanganan perkara di KPPU RI. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah norma tentang kedudukan dan kewenangan hukum tim pengawas perubahan perilaku dalam Peraturan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha No. 1 Tahun 2019 tentang Tata Cara Penanganan Perkara Praktik Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat berkesesuaian dengan asas nemo judex in causa sua? Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan konseptual (conceptual approach). Bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa semua sumber hukum yang berkekuatan hukum tetap, dan bahan hukum sekunder berupa jurnal, buku, dan karya ilmiah terkait. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa norma tentang kedudukan dan kewenangan hukum tim pengawas perubahan perilaku sebagaimana dalam Peraturan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha No. 1 Tahun 2019 tentang Tata Cara Penanganan Perkara Praktik Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat tidak berkesesuaian dengan asas nemo judex in causa sua. Abstract

Street coffee sales, also known as coffee carts, are part of the city's informal economy that offers affordable coffee and independent business opportunities for small enterprises. However, they often face regulations and market pressures. This study was conducted to analyze the business models and operational challenges faced by street coffee sellers in Palu City. Through qualitative research, including in-depth interviews and observations, the study found that the business model of coffee cart vendors in Palu is highly dependent on flexible locations, competitive prices, and emotional relationships with customers. Some challenges include extreme weather, location permits, and competitive prices.

Abstract

Distribution transformers play a critical role in delivering electrical energy from medium-voltage networks to low-voltage consumers. At ULP Medan Kota, several distribution transformers have been operating with loads exceeding 80% of their nominal capacity, posing risks of overloading, efficiency reduction, and equipment failure. This study aims to analyze the performance of distribution transformers based on actual load data and evaluate mitigation strategies through the implementation of additional parallel transformers (trafo sisip). The methodology includes data collection, load and current calculation, and simulation of load distribution after transformer insertion. The results show that the installation of trafo sisip reduces the load on the main transformer by approximately 50% and significantly lowers the current to safer levels. Moreover, placing the trafo sisip at an optimal position minimizes voltage drop to as low as 0.0745 Volts. Therefore, the addition of trafo sisip is proven to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and operational life of the power distribution system at ULP Medan Kota.

Abstract

Distribution transformers play a crucial role in delivering electrical energy from the distribution system to consumers to ensure power quality and supply continuity. However, in practice, overload conditions often occur due to increasing demand and load growth that exceed the transformer’s rated capacity. This situation can lead to reduced efficiency, increased power losses, and accelerated equipment aging. This study aims to analyze the performance of the CMY distribution transformer at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Labuan, which operates beyond its nominal capacity, and to propose an alternative solution through transformer mutation, namely the replacement of the existing unit with a transformer of more appropriate capacity based on load analysis results. The Least Square Method is employed to predict future load growth and determine the projected time when the transformer will again experience overload after the mutation. The results indicate that the existing 100 kVA transformer is overloaded and should be replaced with a 160 kVA unit. After the mutation, the loading percentage decreases significantly, the transformer’s lifespan is extended, and the reliability of the distribution system improves. Furthermore, the Least Square prediction suggests that the new transformer may experience overload again in future years if no further planning is carried out. Therefore, transformer mutation can be considered an effective and medium-term solution to enhance and maintain the reliability of the electrical distribution system within the operational area of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Labuan.
