Abstract

Most of the population of East Java Province works in the agriculture sector. One of the main agriculturalproducts produced in East Java is rice. Nearly 39.29% of the population of East Java who live in regenciesor cities depend on rice as their main livelihood. Rice is a strategic commodity because it is needed as themain source of calories. So that availability is always met, careful planning is needed. One way to controlrice production is by forecasting. In this article, forecasting of production in East Java Province is carriedout using the Exponential Smoothing method implemented on a website. Exponential Smoothing Method isone of the forecasting methods that utilizes time series data that provides exponential weighting of pastdata. Errors in forecasting are calculated using MAD, MSE, and MAPE. The data used are rice productionfrom 29 regencies and 6 cities in East Java in 2007 - 2017. The system created gives good results. Forexample for Jombang Regency, in 2018 it is predicted to produce 442,618 tons of rice with forecast errorsfor MAD, MSE, and MAPE of 44.39 each; 18.29; and 16.68%.Keywords: Exponential Smoothing, Rice, MAD, MSE, MAPE. .

Abstract

Can Beauty is one of the businesses engaged in beauty in skin care. The provision of rewards to resellers is still seen from the success of sales achievement targets and there has been no assessment based on other supporting criteria. In addition, the selection process has not used a computerized system or by being directly selected by the Owner. From these problems, a decision support system is needed to solve the problem. The VIKOR method was chosen for its ability to classify and compromise existing alternatives. Therefore, this method is considered very effective when choosing in the selection of rewards to resellers. The VIKOR method is a simple rating method and can be used to choose from several criteria to get accurate results. By applying the VIKOR method, it is expected to be able to produce more accurate and objective output in the selection process of giving rewards to Can Beauty Jombang resellers. The calculation procedure for the VIKOR method in this system is based on predetermined standards, among others, the number of packages every 6 months, the type of transaction payment, the attitude of the reseller and the length of subscription. As well as weights for each criterion and obtained ranking results and taken the top 25 ranks. By using the VIKOR method, Can Beauty Jombang Distributors can determine which resellers are entitled to receive rewards. Keywords: Decision Support System, VIKOR, Reseller Reward

Abstract

The lebak Indah waste bank server information system has several activities, including customer service, customer registration, queues as well as depositing and withdrawing balances. The purpose of creating a waste bank service information system is to help the performance of officers and customer queues at the beautiful waste bank. Queue can be interpreted as steps starting from the moment the customer arrives, waiting for service, and getting service. An unstructured queue system can interfere with the service well. However, together because of the current development of information technology, there have been many developments in the queue system. The purpose of this research is to design and develop data systems. Web-based beautiful lebak waste bank service with case studies found in Lebak Village garbage bank. The garbage bank service is on the object sometimes causing long and irregular queues, especially when the time of weighing waste causes customers to be crammed to queue. Based on the description of the problem, researchers are interested in developing and building a Web-Based Lebak Indah Waste Bank Service Information System with the Help of FIFO Algorithm (Case Study of Lebak Village Waste Bank). FIFO is a method to solve queue problems that may be applied as the first way to enter is considered as the first way to exit. Abstract

Along with the development of information technology, various aspects of life have undergone significant changes, including in the field of healthcare. Healthcare services are crucial in society, yet they face challenges in patient queue management. Long and disorganized queues can cause discomfort and dissatisfaction among patients, as well as disrupt the workflow of medical staff. At the general practice of Dr. Pudji Umbaran, M.Kp in Peterongan District, Jombang Regency, queue management often encounters issues due to a manual and inefficient registration system. This study aims to design and implement a patient queue system based on a website using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method to enhance time efficiency and service fairness. This method prioritizes patients based on their Arrival time, significantly reducing Waiting times and improving patient satisfaction. The research findings demonstrate that implementing the FIFO method effectively manages patient queues at the general practice, resulting in a significant decrease in waiting and processing times. This system offers an efficient solution to enhance service quality and operational efficiency in the doctor's practice. Keywords: Queue, FIFO, Practice, Service.

Abstract

Mahkota Jati Jepara is a store specializing in various types of teak wood furniture. Currently, the sales data processing system in this store is still done manually. Sales of goods are managed using receipt-based bookkeeping, which leads to difficulties in searching for sales data. This also makes it challenging for company management to obtain information regarding the quantity of goods expected to be sold in the upcoming period. The use of a sales forecasting information system is expected to provide many benefits for companies in managing and processing sales data and sales transactions. By utilizing goods sales data from previous periods, companies can forecast the number of sales that are likely to occur in the future period. With this forecasting system, the store can anticipate the number of sales for the next period. Therefore, a sales information system is needed that uses the double moving average method. This method was chosen because it can help in forecasting sales, so that company leaders can predict market needs and determine the amount of stock that must be provided, so that there is no shortage or excess of furniture sold in the shop. abstranct is a brief summary of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding or anydepth analysis of a particular subject or disipline, and is often used to help the reader quickly ascertain the paper purposes. When used, an abstract always appears at the beginning of a manuscript or typescript, acting as the point-of-entry for any given academic paper or patent application. Absatrcting and indexing services for various academic discipline are aimed at compiling a body of literature for that particular subject. Abstract length varies by discipline and publisher requirements. Abstracts are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper. Abstract

Choosing the top educator serves as a recognition of the efforts of teachers who play a vital role in enhancing educational standards. The purpose of selecting the best teacher is to encourage motivation, dedication, responsibility, and professionalism among teachers. At SDN Blimbing, the process of selecting the best teacher is still done manually and uses only one assessment criterion, namely discipline. This causes the teacher selection process to be less objective and unstructured. As a solution to this problem, a web-based system for selecting the best teacher was designed by applying the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) and BORDA methods. The SMART method is used to calculate the final score based on predetermined criteria, while the BORDA method is used to determine the teacher's ranking based on the voting results from several evaluators. The criteria used in this study include attendance, discipline, administrative completeness, teaching practice, and teaching obligations. The results of this study show that the developed system can simplify the teacher selection process automatically and produce objective teacher rankings. This system has also proven to improve accuracy and efficiency in decision-making. Based on data testing, the teacher with the highest ranking is Fitri Dwi Rahayu with a final score of 30.88, while the teacher with the lowest ranking is Hijrah Pua with a final score of 0.25.

Abstract

The implementation of school regulations plays an important role in shaping students' character and discipline. However, at SMP Negeri 2 Tembelang, the recording of student violations is still done manually by the guidance and counseling (BK) teacher, which makes the data prone to being lost, difficult to trace, and slow in supporting decision-making. This study aims to design and develop a web-based student violation scoring information system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which can assist the school in evaluating and classifying the level of violations objectively, quickly, and accurately. The SAW method is used to calculate violation scores based on several predetermined criteria, such as attitude and behavior, neatness, diligence, and the type of violation committed by the student. The system development process consists of the phases of requirements analysis, system design with UML, website implementation with PHP and MySQL and system testing with the black box method. The result of this research is a web-based information system application that can be used by administrators, BK teachers, classroom teachers, and guardians to record violations, calculate points, and display the results of classifying students' violation levels (mild, moderate, serious). The system is also equipped with an internal communication feature between school parties. System tests show that all functions work as expected. This system is intended to increase the efficiency of recording student violations and support the ongoing process of character development.

Abstract

Soybean is a very important commodity in Indonesia because it usually used as the main daily meal protein source for the Indonesian people. Soybean has various varieties originating from within and outside the country. According to BPS data, soybean consumption increases by around 0.15 million tons per year. Meanwhile, in 2016, the amount of domestic soybean demand exceeded the amount of domestic soybean production, so the government imported it from outside the country. Even though there are 85 data on superior varieties released by Balitkabi, this does not guarantee that soybean production will increase. The decline in soybean production is also related to the constraints of agricultural land in Indonesia which is being massively transformed into residential land or other areas due to the fairly high population growth rate. This research aims to optimize soybean production through accurate selection of superior superb varieties. The method used in this research is a multicriteria decision making method, namely graph theory and matrix approach (GTMA). The results obtained were the 46 best varieties from 85 datasets based on certain criteria. The accuracy of GTMA shows an average of 86.95%. These results show that GTMA is a multi-criteria method that is feasible to implement.Keywords: Soybean; Multicriteria; Graph theory and matrix approach; Decision making   AbstrakKedelai merupakan komoditas yang sangat penting di Indonesia karena biasa dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber protein utama harian penduduk Indonesia. Kedelai memiliki beragam varietas yang berasal dari dalam dan luar negeri. Menurut data BPS, konsumsi kedelai meningkat sekitar 0.15 juta ton per tahun. Sedangkan pada tahun 2016, jumlah kebutuhan kedelai dalam negeri melebihi jumlah produksi kedelai dalam negeri sehingga pemerintah melakukan impor. Meskipun ada 85 data varietas unggul yang dirilis oleh Balitkabi tetapi hal tersebut tidak menjamin bahwa produksi kedelai meningkat. Penurunan prooduksi juga berkaitan dengan kendala lahan pertanian di Indonesia yang secara massif bertransformasi menjadi lahan pemukiman atau lainnya karena laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan produksi kedelai melalui ketepatan pemilihan varietas unggul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria yakni graph theory and matrix approach (GTMA). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah 46 varietas terbaik dari 85 dataset berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Akurasi dari GTMA menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 86.95%. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa GTMA merupakan metode multikriteria yang layak untuk diimplementasikan.Kata kunci: Kedelai; Multikriteria; Graph theory and matrix approach; Pendukung keputusanÂ
