Abstract

This study is the learning management of physical education and adaptive health at Extraordinary Elementary Schools in the entire Metro city of Lampung. The purpose of this study is to analyze planning, implementation, evaluation, and not the results of the evaluation of learning physical education and health adaptive in Extraordinary Elementary Schools in the entire Metro city of Lampung. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study on lesson plan made by teachers at Extraordinary Elementary Schools throughout Metro city of Lampung has followed the provisions of the curriculum, the teacher also made syllabus and lesson plan, but the teachers didn’t analyze the learning materials yet. The implementation of learning is following the implementation stage of learning, namely opening, core activities, and closing. The way that teachers use in learning evaluation is different, considering the characteristics experienced that different for each students, one of the activities carried out by teachers in learning evaluation is give feedback after completion of the core activities, while the results of follow-up evaluation of learning conducted by teachers enrichment or remedial as one form of follow-up results of an assessment of physical education teaching sports and adaptive health in the metro city of Lampung. In accordance with the results of the study, it is expected that teachers and managers at school can apply the learning process by using learning management efficiently, and effectively by paying attention to several points in the series of learning processes which consist of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of learning evaluation results especially on physical education and adaptive health.

Abstract

One of the appropriate sports for the elderly is elderly exercises. The exercises require low-impact movement but still can stimulate heart-lungs work, so it is suitable for the condition of the elderly. This study aims to analyze the effect of exercises and gender on cardiorespiratory endurance. This experimental research employed a 2x2 factorial design. There were 20 older adults from Keluarga Harapan Program selected as the sample, and the technique of data collection was purposive sampling. Subsequently, the sample was divided into four experimental groups. The technique of data analysis employed Two Way Anova. The results of the study are, first: Sang Surya and Lansia Bugar exercises affect the cardiorespiratory endurance (Fvalue = 17.308 > Ftable = 3.59). Lansia Bugar exercise is better than Sang Surya exercise. Secondly, there is an effect of gender between male and female on the cardiorespiratory endurance (Fvalue = 56.077 > Ftable = 3.59). Male older adults affected cardiorespiratory endurance more than the female. Thirdly, there is an interaction of exercises and gender on the cardiorespiratory endurance (Fvalue = 22.231 > Ftable = 3.59). The conclusion of this study is exercises and gender affect cardiorespiratory endurance so that they can maintain the health and fitness of older adults.

Abstract

Technological advances greatly support teaching and learning activities for teachers and students in schools. Android applications on smartphones make it easy to communicate to get access to various information. The purpose of this study is to develop an Android-based application that contains a PJOK scheme in class XI SMA/SMK/MA which includes Core Competency (KI), Basic Competency (KD) and content. This research is a Research and Development study. The research instrument used a questionnaire with research subjects, namely curriculum experts, multimedia/information technology experts, and class XI students SMA/SMK/MA. The results of the validation by curriculum experts in stage 1 with a score of 3.3 or 66% included category "good" and stage 2 with a score of 4.2 or 84% included category "very good." Validation by multimedia experts in stage 1 with a score of 3.6 or 71% included category of "good" and stage 2 with a score of 4.5 or 90% included category "very good." The results of the small-scale effectiveness test with a rating score of 3.2 or 63% are included category "good." The results of a large-scale effectiveness test with a rating score of 4.2 or 83% are category "very good." The conclusion that the android application product physical, sports and health education subjects in Curriculum 2013 for class XI SMA/SMK/MA is effectively used as a learning resource for students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the achievements of students who take extracurricular basketball at Public Vocational High School 1 Kedawung female participants due to poor dribble skills. The purpose of this research is to analyze the difference between the dribble crossover method and the two ball dribble method to the basketball dribble results the difference in the effect of high and low agility on basketball dribble results. Interaction of methods and agility to basketball dribble results. The method used is an experiment with 2x2 factorial design. Research Samples 24 female participants were taken by random technique from a total of 44 female participants. The instrument of agility illonis agility test. The instrument measures dribble using the basketball dribble test. ANOVA data analysis techniques were significant α = 0.05. Data collection techniques use the illonis agility test to measure agility and the basketball dribble test to measure dribble. The result of the research is that there is a difference in the effect of the method of ball-handling crossover dribble and two ball dribble exercises on the average basketball dribble yield of 9.917 while the average two-ball dribble is 8.333. There are differences in the effect of high and low agility on basketball dribble results. The average results of the high agility group of 9.750 low agility group of 8.500. There was an interaction of ball handling, and agility exercises, dribble ball handling crossover exercises with high agility of 11.167 were greater than the ball-handling two-ball dribble method by an average of 8.333.

Abstract

As one of the hamlets under the foot of Mount Ungaran, the Promasan Hamlet community must be able to accept social and cultural changes that occur due to the arrival of climbers, the purpose of this study is to review and analyze sports values ​​that occur in the Promasan Hamlet community, to review and analyze the impact of climbing sports on the Promasan Hamlet social community, to review and analyze the impact of climbing sports on the culture of the Promasan Hamlet community. This study used qualitative research methods. The research approach used ethnography. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used data triangulation. Data analysis techniques used interactive analysis. The findings of this study are the existent of sports values ​​include: leadership, self-confidence, discipline, cooperation, honesty, sportsmanship, responsible for the activities and activities of the community and climbers, social changes occur include: social structure and social interaction in Promasan Hamlet, Cultural changes include: lifestyle in Promasan Hamlet. This study concluded that the presence of climbers or migrants in Promasan Hamlet causes social and cultural changes and the existence of sports values ​​in every event and activity of the community and climbers. Suggestions to the local government should pay more attention to the hamlet community.

Abstract

These failures need to be corrected through practice, this is important to support performance when on the field. To increase the ability to exercise can be determining factors for a person's ability. Means there are several essential factors to improve performance in order to achieve optimal sports performance. Based on the background of the problem and the suitability of the focus of the study, this research is oriented to the preparation of a series of physical tests:  How is the preparation of an effective physical test instrument model for athletes in karate? Produce physical test norms of karate athletes aged 14-17 years to identify athletes in the karate sports competition category (Kumite)? Karate is a technique that gives everyone the freedom to use a fist or defend themselves barehanded. Karate is a martial arts branch that has been known for a long time in Indonesia and is a sport that is quite popular with the general public, both in large cities and in small areas. The method used to develop or validate Development products is in the form of a test which includes physical test measurements that can be used to identify karate athletes in the match category (kumite) aged 14 to 17 years. The basic consideration of this type of research and development is used to develop karate physical test instruments. The leg length factor has a dominant effect on karate play. The weight factor in this study is very influential in the game because the more relaxed the body is more freely in moving. The ideals in the body are very influential in karate motion skills. Reaction time test by Androi, Hexagone Obstacle Test, Hurdle Jump, Quick Strike, in this case the training method conducted by the researcher is the right method to measure and improve a physical ability of karate athletes, especially the kumite sparring category, age range of 14-17 years. Anaerobic capacity is determined by the maximum capacity of oxygen consumption and psychological capacity against physiological difficulties. How to train and measure the anaerobic abilities of karate athletes with Rust (Anerobic Running based anaerobic sprint test).

Abstract

Electronic Sport abbreviated as Esport has a general meaning: an agility contest between individuals or groups that are not limited to physical activities and is carried out using tools that perform their functions electronically. This qualitative research aims to analyze the planning system (Planning), analyzing the organizing system (Organizing), analyzing the implementation system (actuating), analyzing the surveillance system (Controlling). This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were administrators, coaches, and athletes at the Cirebon Gaming Esport club. This study uses data collection techniques with methods of observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data triangulation, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study are that the Cirebon Gaming Esport club has run proper organization management. In planning the Cirebon Gaming club, Esport plans activities for a period. In organizing the management together, carry out their respective duties and responsibilities. In the implementation of all members of the Cirebon Gaming Esport club together, help each other in carrying out activities that have been planned at the management meeting. At the supervision of the Cirebon Gaming Esport club conduct an evaluation after the activity is finished, the evaluation conducted will be reported at the end of the activity and sealed in the management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the 2016 revised edition of the 2016 Physical Education Penjasorkes in Vocational High Schools in Batang District. The research approach used was a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research by providing an overview of facts in the field. The data analysis uses qualitative analysis and percentage quantitative analysis for students. The results of the study for teachers showed that the results of the planning study was well, there were 17 or (89%) of the teachers implemented lesson plans, and 3 did not; from the implementation, 14 or (74%) of the teachers implemented scientific learning and 5 did not implement science; from the results of the learning evaluation it is known that 14 or 74% of teachers carry out authentic assessments. But only 3 assessments are affective, psychomotor, and cognitive, while 5 other teachers make authentic assessments, but do not carry back to the old assessment rubics. For students divided into 2 aspects: knowledge of the curriculum 2013 and student responses. In the first stage student knowledge was obtained 24 (11.2%) very good, 171 (71.3%) good; 41 (71.3%) were quite good; 1 (0.4%) less. In the second stage, 77 students' responses (32.1%) were very good; 152 (63.3%) are good, 11 (4.6%) are lacking, so a good average is obtained. Suggestions that researchers can give related to the results of the research are that before implementing the curriculum each school reports school readiness such as facilities and infrastructure are improved and the readiness of the principal or teacher reports to the local service so that the government knows and evaluates the implementation of the latest curriculum.

Abstract

The achievement of swimming in which the coaching and management factors are very important. Achievement of achievements in a comprehensive concept of a tiered coaching and management pattern, so that the process gets excellent results and use as evaluation material. This study aims to evaluate: Context, Input, Process, and Products related to the swimming coaching program management at the Semarang City Spectrum Club. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product), data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation and data combination / triangulation.The results include context, implementing the coaching program is under the background, vision-mission and objectives of the coaching program that has been carried out, Input, has good human resources, appropriateness of facilities and infrastructure is not good, and funding sources have limitations. The process, implementing the training program, athlete recruitment was going well, the use of facilities and infrastructure is good, coordination between related parties is also good, and the welfare is running well, Product, swimming performance at the Spectrum club in Semarang City is good but not optimal and still not stable in achieving achievements in each race. This study concludes that from the context and process aspects it is good, while the input feasibility of facilities and infrastructure is not good, the product, the achievement is good enough because it often participates in both regional and national competitions, but achievement is not optimal and to maintain achievement is still not stable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is producing an android application product which makes it easier for physical education teachers and students to measure physical fitness. The problems of the study are 1). What is the android-based physical fitness assessment application for students of Senior High School 1 Kudus’ model? 2). How effective is the android-based physical fitness assessment application for students of Senior High School 1 Kudus?The results of this study is an android-based application product of physical fitness test for students of Senior High School 1 Kudus which is effective and attractive to use by both physical education teachers and students. The validation result by material experts in all aspect is "Very Good" with an average score of 93.13%, the media experts’ assessment to product is "Very Good" with an average score of 89.09%, the teachers’ assessment to the product is "Very Good "with an average score of 85.38%, assessment by the large group students is" Very Good "with an average score of 85.11%. This study concludes that a product of android-based physical fitness assessment application has been produced and the teachers, students and parents can download it in the Play store by keyword "SIKESA". The implication of the research is that "SIKESA" can simplify the physical education learning process and become a learning resource which can be used by students to learn independently.
