Abstract

This study aims to find the best model for coffee agribusiness development in Indonesia that acquires the construct of knowledge management. Knowledge Management helps businesses effectively collect, store, and use relevant information. The effectiveness of such information management is becoming increasingly important despite complex challenges such as intense competition and changing economic conditions. The main problem is that contradictions result in the relevance relevance between Knowledge Management and Business Continuity. From these problems, this research offers the Partnership Network as a mediating variable. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of knowledge management on business continuity. This research offers the Partnership Network variable as a mediator from the perspective of Resource-Based View Theory and Knowledge-Based View Theory. This study employs a quantitative approach with a positivism paradigm. The number of samples in this study was 179 with data testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. This study found the effect of Partnership Network (PN) mediating variables that bridged Knowledge Management (KM) to Business Continuity (BC), namely Internalization (IN) to Business Continuity (BC), by 0.130. The perspective of this study uses the Resource Based View Theory and Knowledge-Based View Theory. Coffee farm owners need to join a trusted certified community to receive active knowledge transfer. The knowledge gained from training must be immediately applied to managing coffee farm challenges, such as lack of fertilizer and changing soil characteristics.

Abstract

The gap between the high interest in entrepreneurship among Indonesians and the low actual entrepreneurship rate suggests that entrepreneurship education in vocational higher education lacks an ideal curriculum-based practical model to bridge this divide while simultaneously accelerating the digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to develop and evaluate a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum structure within the Digital Transformation and Technopreneurship course. A quasi-experimental approach was employed, involving 91 vocational college students in Semarang, Indonesia, over 6.5 weeks of active instruction organized into 29 groups and collaborate with 29 MSMEs. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was also conducted to examine the role of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) as a mediator between Entrepreneurial Support Clarity (ESC) and Digital Transformation Readiness Competency (DTRC). The study demonstrated a significant influence of PjBL in leveraging ESC (coefficient = 0.525; p less than 0.001) on DTRC. The PjBL implementation proved effective, with the proportion of students achieving an 'A' grade rising from 10.70 percent during the conceptual reinforcement stage to 96.40 percent during the real-project implementation stage. Achievement levels for course learning outcome indicators closely matched the established weightings, while Digital Readiness Assessment (DRA) results indicated that the partner MSMEs' digital maturity fell within Level 2 (Basic Digital). These findings confirm the relevance of the five PjBL criteria, as follows: centrality, driving questions, constructive investigation, autonomy, and realism, within the framework of Experiential Learning Theory. The study's novelty lies in the development of an implementation model that explicitly maps the integration of OBE, PjBL, and digital transformation instruments, offering both theoretical and practical contributions to entrepreneurship curriculum development in vocational higher education and the acceleration of MSME digital transformation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Acoustic music instruments, particularly violins, have high market value and export potential; however, the violin industry in Mancasan Village, Sukoharjo, faces sustainability challenges due to limited access to modern production technology, weak business management skills, and low innovation capacity, while craftsmen must balance commercial demands with artistic quality. Despite these constraints, limited research has examined human capital as a strategic intangible asset in strengthening innovation within traditional industries. This study aims to analyze the application of human-capital-based innovation to enhance the competitiveness of the local acoustic violin industry. The research employed a modified Research and Development approach based on the seven steps of the Borg and Gall model, with data analyzed using the Three Box Method to measure changes in knowledge, skills, and entrepreneurial intention following training and mentoring interventions. The results indicate significant improvements in all three aspects, with knowledge increasing by 84.61 percent, skills by 81.37 percent, and entrepreneurial intention by 85.59 percent, all categorized as high. The integrated innovation model combined intellectual capacity development with entrepreneurship training, Android-based financial systems, web commerce, and gallery management, resulting in improved technical competence, structured financial management, digital marketing adoption, and enhanced product competitiveness. In conclusion, human-capital-based incremental innovation effectively strengthens industrial capacity and business sustainability in traditional SMEs, supporting SDG 9 through innovation-driven industrial upgrading and SDG 8 by enhancing productivity and sustainable economic growth within local Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of the study is providing programs to encourage innovation in the development of parenting materials focusing on physical health, mental health, and literacy. Methods - This study employs a three-box method for data analysis. A survey of parents (n=37) revealed high levels of child engagement in augmented reality-based learning (85.6%) and increased interest in reading corner activities (83.7%). Parents' understanding of effective parenting practices showed moderate improvement (76.6%), while overall satisfaction with the child development program was very high (88.6%). Result and discussions - The findings contribute to the literature on early childhood education by demonstrating the effectiveness of an integrated approach that combines technological innovation, parent education, and interactive learning environments in promoting cognitive development and character-building in young children. This study underscores the importance of synergistic relationships between educational institutions and families in optimizing early childhood education outcomes. Conclusion - Facing the challenge of effectively integrating cognitive development support, technology adoption, and parental involvement makes the Parenting Education Program an important tool for early childhood education. Early childhood education can be maximized through the implementation of reading corners, augmented reality-based learning, and educational games.
