The purpose of this study is to investigate and demonstrate if work happiness, sales objectives, and incentives affect frontline staff' performance. PT. Highlights. This research technique combines an explanatory research approach with quantitative research tools. Questionnaires and secondary data were the methods utilized to acquire the data. Multiple regression is used in the data analysis process with the use of SPSS software. The multiple regression test findings indicate that the incentive variable b1 = 0.393: the employee performance incentive variable's regression coefficient value will be higher, demonstrating that incentives have a considerable impact on frontline workers' performance. It is established that sales objectives have a major impact on frontline workers' performance, as shown by PT. Accentutaes, in the sales target variable b2 = 0.357, where the regression coefficient value of the sales target variable employees will also improve. PT. Highlights. Additionally, the job happiness variable's regression coefficient value, b3 = 0.397, will also increase, demonstrating the substantial impact that work contentment has on frontline employees' performance. PT. Highlights. With a computed t value of 5.998, a t table value of 1.979, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the incentive variable (X1) significantly affects frontline staff performance. PT. Highlights. With a computed t value of 4.710, a t table value of 1.979, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the sales goal variable (X2) significantly affects frontline staff performance. PT. Highlights. With a computed t value of 6.390, a t table value of 1.980, and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the work satisfaction variable (X1) significantly affects frontline employees' performance, according to PT. Accentuates.

Rasaki Hydrofarm merupakan usaha dibidang pertanian yang memasarkan produknya melalui Instagram. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi dan mengetahui bagaimana peran Instagram sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Rasaki Hydrofarm. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Rasaki Hydrofarm merencanakan strategi melalui 4 komponen bauran pemasaran yaitu Product (Produk), Price (Harga), Place (Tempat), Promotion (Promosi). Penggunaan media sosial Instagram sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Rasaki Hydrofarm dinilai cukup efektif.

This study investigates the phenomenon of ta'awun (mutual cooperation) within the context of Muslim economic experience through a phenomenological lens. Utilizing a philosophical approach, this research aims to uncover the essence and meaning of the collective economic consciousness underlying ta'awun practices. A qualitative research method, through comprehensive literature review and descriptive analysis, is employed to explore the manifestations of ta'awun, ranging from traditional barter systems to contemporary Islamic finance innovations such as Sharia fintech and crowdfunding. Findings indicate that ta'awun is not merely an economic transaction but an intersubjective experience that shapes a collective consciousness prioritizing solidarity, justice, and sustainability. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the ethical and philosophical dimensions of Islamic economics, challenging individualistic economic paradigms, and offering a framework for developing more humane and equitable economic models. The collective economic consciousness emerging from ta'awun serves as a foundation for building resilient and prosperous communities.

This study examines the pivotal role of Maqashidus Shari'ah theory in shaping legal fatwas (Islamic legal opinions) for Islamic insurance (takaful) products and practices. Through a comprehensive analysis of contemporary fatwa-making processes, this research investigates how the five fundamental objectives of Islamic law preservation of life (hifz al-nafs), intellect (hifz al-aql), lineage (hifz al-nasl), wealth (hifz al-mal), and religion (hifz al-din) serve as guiding principles in determining the Shari'ah compliance of insurance mechanisms. The study employs a qualitative methodology, analyzing fatwa documents from major Islamic jurisprudence councils and examining theoretical frameworks established by contemporary Islamic scholars. Findings reveal that Maqashidus Shari'ah theory provides a robust foundation for addressing modern financial challenges while maintaining Islamic ethical principles. The research demonstrates that fatwas on Islamic insurance consistently reference maqashid principles to justify risk-sharing mechanisms, mutual cooperation (ta'awun), and the elimination of prohibited elements such as gharar (excessive uncertainty), riba (usury), and maysir (gambling). This study contributes to the growing body of literature on Islamic finance jurisprudence and offers practical insights for Islamic financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and scholars engaged in contemporary ijtihad (independent reasoning).

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan hukum dan perlindungan hukum dalam kasus penyebaran video atau konten pornografi melalui media digital, sebuah fenomena yang semakin meningkat seiring dengan tingginya penggunaan internet dan media sosial di Indonesia. Penyebaran konten intim tanpa izin, termasuk yang sering disebut revenge porn, telah diakui sebagai salah satu bentuk kekerasan seksual berbasis elektronik yang menimbulkan kerugian psikis, sosial, ekonomi, hingga reputasi bagi korban. Dari perspektif penegakan hukum, setidaknya terdapat empat regulasi yang dapat digunakan, yaitu KUHP, Undang-Undang Pornografi, Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE), serta Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (TPKS). Meskipun demikian, praktik peradilan menunjukkan bahwa aparat penegak hukum lebih sering menggunakan Undang-Undang ITE karena kemudahan pembuktian dan fleksibilitas normanya, sehingga menimbulkan persoalan konsistensi terhadap asas lex specialis derogat legi generali. Di sisi lain, perlindungan hukum bagi korban telah diatur secara komprehensif melalui Undang-Undang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban serta Undang-Undang TPKS yang memberikan jaminan pendampingan, pemulihan, restitusi, dan perlindungan identitas.

Arabic language education occupies a central position in Islamic primary education, not only as a medium for understanding religious texts but also as a foundation for Islamic intellectual and cultural formation. However, in many Islamic primary schools, particularly Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Arabic learning continues to face structural and pedagogical challenges that hinder its effectiveness. This article critically examines the role of Islamic education management in shaping the future of Arabic language learning in Islamic primary education. Using a critical-conceptual approach supported by relevant literature, the study argues that the sustainability and quality of Arabic education at the primary level are not merely pedagogical concerns but are deeply rooted in managerial orientations, institutional priorities, and governance practices. The article highlights key managerial issues, including curriculum governance, leadership vision, teacher development, and learning culture, and proposes a reorientation of Islamic education management toward a more strategic, integrated, and future-oriented framework. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic education by positioning management as a decisive factor in revitalizing Arabic language learning in Islamic primary education.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan produk halal, religiositas, label halal dan niat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta meninjau peran moderasi niat beli pada konsumen Muslim Generasi Z di Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan 450 responden dan data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan produk halal dan religiositas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sebaliknya, pelabelan halal dan niat beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Selain itu, niat beli terbukti memoderasi secara negatif hubungan antara religiositas dan keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa label halal dan niat beli merupakan faktor utama yang mendorong keputusan pembelian konsumen Musim Generasi Z, sedangkan aspek pengetahuan dan religiositas perlu diperkuat melalui edukasi dan strategi komunikasi yang lebih kreatif. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya kajian perilaku konsumen halal dengan menyoroti dinamika generasi muda dalam konteks keputusan pembelian. Implikasi praktisnya memberikan panduan bagi pelaku industri halal dan lembaga sertifikasi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan, loyalitas, serta efektivitas promosi produk halal di pasar generasi Z.

This article aims to examine the implementation of communal cooperation (gotong royong) and social care values in the Libotan tradition of Pemaron Village, Brebes Regency, Central Java. Using a literature review method, this study synthesizes previous research findings concerning communal cooperation, social care, and local traditions in Indonesian rural societies. The review reveals that local traditions like Libotan function as social frameworks where the values of cooperation and social solidarity are manifested through collective labor, mutual assistance, and community participation. However, modernization and socio‐economic transformation pose challenges to the sustainability of these values. The article proposes a conceptual framework and field research instruments to empirically analyze these dynamics in Pemaron. The findings contribute to the academic discourse on sustaining local wisdom and social cohesion in Indonesian rural communities.

Paguyuban Wargi Sunda Sumatera Utara (PWS Sumut) merupakan organisasi kultural yang menjadi wadah bagi masyarakat Sunda di Sumatera Utara untuk melestarikan identitas budaya, mempererat ikatan sosial, serta menguatkan peran aktif komunitas dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Namun dalam era digitalisasi informasi yang terus berkembang pesat, organisasi ini menghadapi tantangan serius berupa keterbatasan sistem dokumentasi, pengelolaan data anggota yang belum terstruktur secara digital, minimnya kehadiran online yang dapat menjangkau komunitas lebih luas, serta rendahnya efisiensi komunikasi dan koordinasi antar pengurus dan anggota yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Sumatera Utara. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan digitalisasi menyeluruh bagi PWS Sumut melalui pembangunan website organisasi berbasis Content Management System (CMS) dan implementasi sistem database keanggotaan yang terintegrasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 18 Januari 2025 di Convention Hall Gedung Perpustakaan Universitas Medan Area (UMA), dalam rangkaian Seminar Nasional Kebangsaan bertema Penerapan Falsafah Sunda Dalam Ketahanan Sosial Budaya Nasional Di Era Digitalisasi Informasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan teknis, demonstrasi langsung, dan pendampingan implementasi sistem. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa PWS Sumut berhasil memiliki website resmi yang memuat profil organisasi, agenda kegiatan, berita, galeri, serta database keanggotaan yang dapat dikelola secara digital oleh pengurus. Lebih dari 87,5% peserta pelatihan menyatakan mampu mengoperasikan sistem secara mandiri, dan lebih dari 91,7% menyatakan puas terhadap keseluruhan kegiatan. Digitalisasi ini diharapkan meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi organisasi, memperluas jangkauan komunitas Sunda di Sumatera Utara, dan mendukung pelestarian nilai budaya Sunda di era digital.
