Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter, khususnya kejujuran, melalui program kantin kejujuran di Sekolah Alam Tunas Mulia. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pendidikan karakter sejak dini guna membentuk generasi yang berintegritas dan memiliki sikap antikorupsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif dengan melibatkan secara aktif siswa, guru, dan pihak sekolah dalam seluruh tahapan program, mulai dari observasi, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 85% siswa melakukan transaksi secara jujur tanpa adanya pengawasan langsung. Selain menumbuhkan kejujuran, kegiatan ini juga mendorong rasa tanggung jawab dan kepedulian lingkungan. Dengan demikian, program ini terbukti efektif sebagai bentuk edukasi karakter melalui praktik langsung di lingkungan sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The background of this research is the problem of children's ability to recognize number symbols, namely during observations it was found that Group A children of Amanah Islamic Kindergarten did not know number symbols. This study aims to describe the differences in the level of ability to recognize number symbols in Group A children of Amanah Islamic Kindergarten before and after applying domino media. This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design. The research design using one group pretest-posttest is a type of experimental research in which one group of subjects is measured at two different times. The goal is to estimate the effect of size on the variable being measured. The design of this study examines the effectiveness of the application of domino media on the ability to recognize number symbols in Group A children in Islamic Kindergarten Amanah, Losari District, Cirebon Regency. The data collected is the result of tests to recognize numbers before and after using domino media. This can be seen from the increase in the average score before and after using domino media. the symbol number has increased more significantly than before using the domino media. In conclusion, domino media can be an effective alternative to improve the ability of Group A children in Amanah Islamic Kindergarten to recognize number symbols. This study also proposes to carry out further research that integrates domino media with other number learning and considers other factors that can affect early learning abilities.

Abstract

Students who are bullied are often shunned and isolated, so that victims of sexual harassment tend to adopt negative coping strategies, such as skipping class, violating school rules, being individual, then falling into promiscuity to avoid sexual harassment. Sexual harassment that is considered normal will unconsciously cause negative views on child victims, including depression, lazy learning, frequent truancy, neglect and rejection by the surrounding environment. In addition, victims did not respond or take a firm stance against sexual harassment. This type of research is qualitative research using case study research methods. According to Nawawi, case study data can be obtained from all parties concerned. In other words, the data in this study was collected from various sources. Based on an analysis of the results of research conducted by researchers at SMP Negeri 1 Karangsembung regarding the implementation of individual counseling services to deal with victims of verbal sexual harassment, students at SMP Negeri 1 Karangsembung Cirebon, there are forms of verbal sexual harassment that are mild, moderate, even severe. The mild form of harassment is often teased by friends, while the moderate form of harassment is whistling and the heavy form is mocking animals. Occurred for 4 consecutive months experienced by victims of ZAB, CA and PAR. So that they experience mild harassment, namely being insecure with their peers, and moderate harassment becomes negative thinking and lack of confidence, while severe harassment is experiencing mental trauma and then the solution for the counseling teacher is to carry out individual counseling with reality techniques. Conclusion, The changes seen after individual counseling with reality techniques for victims of verbal sexual harassment at Karangsembung State Middle School,. Although individual counseling services with reality techniques carried out by researchers are good services for students. It is proven that there are changes that occur for students in class. Although these changes have not been significant for victims of verbal sexual harassment, dynamic changes have occurred. Previously, ZAB, CA and PAR were students who were traumatized by acts of verbal sexual harassment against them. ZAB, CA and PAR are now able to recover from their trauma and are willing to hang out with their friends. Even in a learning class, they have started to be active and can follow the lesson well.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang  layanan bimbingan konseling belajar pada anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kepustakaan yaitu suatu teknik yang digunakan peneliti dalam pengumpulan data yang sesuai dengan topik atau masalah yang sedang diteliti. Adapun sumber data diperoleh dari jurnal dan buku ilmiah.  PAUD adalah lembaga pendidikan sebelum jenjang sekolah dasar (SD) sebagai upaya pembinaan dan pengajaran bagi anak sejak lahir sampai usia enam tahun dengan cara tertentu, dengan tujuan guna membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak baik secara jasmani ataupun ruhani agar  memiliki kesiapan dalam melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya pada jalur formal, non formal atau informal. Bimbingan konseling di lembaga PAUD ini harus diberikan kepada semua anak didik, tidak hanya kepada anak yang bermasalah saja. Karena  anak yang tidak bermasalahpun perlu mendapatkan layanan bimbingan agar lebih mudah dalam mengembangkan bakat, minat dan potensinya. Dengan begitu bimbingan konseling bukan saja untuk mengatasi anak didik yang bermasalah, namun juga sebagai tindakan untuk terpenuhinya kebutuhan dalam perkembangan anak secara maksimal. Adapun Aplikasi belajar pada pendidikan anak usia dini bisa melalui media mainan seperti yang dikatakan Lestari (2014) bahwa media bimbingan dan konseling berbasis islami terhadap anak usia dini dalam pembentukan karakter kemandirian bisa dilakukan dengan media permainan.

Abstract

This study examines the Indonesian banking performance before and during the COVID-19 pandemic with focus on the impact of the government's countercyclical policies as an economic stimulus. The research population is commercial banks listed on the IDX, using purposive sampling technique and secondary data from Publication Reports for the 2017-2022 period using the Wilcoxon test. The findings show that there are significant differences between banking LDR, NIM, CAR and there are no significant differences between NPL, ROA before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The empirical results from this research can be used by bankers, financial regulator and the government to design further policies in handling the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and post-pandemic which can strengthen financial stability, especially in the banking sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Education at the high school level aims to prepare students who will continue their education to a higher level, as well as prepare students who will immediately work when they have completed high school education. Experience in the field shows that there are still many MAN 2 Cirebon students who are still confused about choosing a major or study program to enter in higher education, especially for class XII students. Students make career plans based only on their will and desire without considering their abilities, there are even some students who leave career choices to their peers or other people. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and provision of career information services in choosing majors in higher education at MAN 2 Cirebon and the factors that became obstacles in these services. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. This study relies on the accuracy of data collection to obtain valid research results. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation of the implementation of career information services in choosing majors in higher education at MAN 2 Cirebon. The validity of the data uses data triangulation. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the implementation of career information services in choosing a major in higher education at MAN 2 Cirebon is very useful and has an effect on students' interest in continuing to college. This can be seen from the data of students who are accepted into universities from year to year which has increased quite a bit. The implementation of career information services in choosing majors in higher education at MAN 2 Cirebon makes researchers pay special attention so that researchers conduct research by taking that title.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik bagi sebagian besar pegawai negeri merupakan sebuah upaya yang terhormat untuk melayani komunitas, kota, distrik, kabupaten, negara bagian, atau negara sendiri. Mendapatkan kepercayaan publik merupakan suatu perasaan spesial bagi semua yang melayani di kantor pemerintah, terutama di kantor pejabat terpilih. Namun sangat disayangkan, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, telah terjadi penurunan kepercayaan publik dengan performa perilaku yang paling mengerikan dan tidak pantas dilakukan oleh seorang pemimpin publik. Atas dasar isu tersebut, tim penulis menawarkan buku yang ringkas dan mudah dibaca mengenai wawasan untuk bernegosiasi bagi para pemimpin publik dengan mengembangkan topik akademis dan praktis yang secara langsung berdampak pada kehidupan sehari-hari, baik perilaku, kebiasaan, maupun keterampilan para pelayan publik yang sukses dalam seni dan ilmu negosiasi.

Abstract

The government encourages people with disabilities to participate as civil servants, through the policy of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2021 concerning Procurement of Civil Servants (PNS). The involvement of people with disabilities in public services is strengthened by the Society 5.0 era, where technology is seen as a life support tool. This research aims to analyze the participation of people with disabilities as civil servants in the context of Society 5.0. The research method used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats). Implementation of policies regarding the procurement of civil servants in Indonesia has still not reached the target, in 2022 only 0.017% of people with disabilities will become civil servants from the targeted 2% quota. Based on this data, it is necessary to evaluate the involvement of people with disabilities as civil servants, whether the PANRB Ministerial Regulation Number 27 of 2021 has been implemented or not by the Ministries/Institutions and Regional Governments. The 2% representation of persons with disabilities must be maintained in the procurement of civil servants in the future, even if it is possible to increase the quota. Apart from that, it will be even more effective if this policy is followed by sanctions for Ministries/Institutions and Regional Governments that have not implemented the procurement of civil servants with disabilities.

Abstract

The background of this research focuses on increasing use digital devices by children in the digital era, which has an impact negative on interaction family and development social child . Use excessive technology​ reduce quality communication between parents and children , so​ effective strategies are needed to reduce time screen and strengthen bond emotional in the family . The purpose of this study was to develop and test communication strategies based on counseling that can be used by parents to reduce dependence children on digital devices as well repair quality interactions within the family . This study uses approach qualitative with method studies case . Data collected through interview in-depth and observation participatory against 10 families who have child Age 7-12 years . Counseling techniques applied during four week to reduce time screen children and strengthen communication in the family . The results of the study showed that after follow session counseling , average time screen child decrease up to 25%. In addition , parents report existence improvement quality communication and bonding emotional with children them . This finding confirms that approach counseling based on effective interpersonal communication in dealing with challenge use technology overused by children.

Abstract

Digital transformation in educational management has become a significant phenomenon in recent decades, especially with the rapid advancement of information and communication technology (ICT). In this modern era, education is not only viewed as a classroom-based learning process but has expanded to include digital platforms that support teaching, assessment, and administration. This study aims to analyze how ICT utilization can enhance the efficiency of educational management, focusing on the factors influencing the successful implementation of digital transformation in educational institutions. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a literature review design. Data collection was conducted using secondary data from relevant scientific articles published between 2014 and 2024, with sources obtained from Google Scholar. The study’s findings indicate that digital transformation in educational management, through the use of ICT, has proven to be a key factor in improving operational efficiency, the quality of learning, and the accessibility of educational services. The use of digital platforms such as e-learning, school management systems, and modern administrative technologies facilitates more efficient and responsive management. Despite challenges such as the digital divide, human resource readiness, and data security, the proper implementation of technology can support the sustainability of education in the modern era.
