Decision making at a school institution is very important. The principal should make a decision based on long-term calculations and thinking so that the decision to determine the academic achievement of students to be taken is not wrong. In Kebumen Islamic Middle School there are still problems in making student learning reports, to determine students who excel are only determined using report cards, there is no optimal use of student learning outcomes assessment report data, there are still difficulties in knowing the achievements of student learning activities. Using the Analytical Method Hierarchy Process can make it easier for teachers to determine student academic achievement precisely and quickly. The results of testing of the system developed using the Analytical Technical Hierachy Process model can be concluded that the system has been running properly, so that this system can be used to help the school in carrying out the selection of outstanding students. Student Decision Making System Achievement in Kebumen Islamic Middle School uses the Analytical Method Hierarchy Process, this method uses 7 criterion factors namely the average value of report cards, minimum value, total value, attendance, personality, memorization of the Qur'an, and the charter achievement. From the results of the calculation of priorities can be generated ranking of the ranks of the seven high-achieving student candidates ranked first with a priority value of 6.6416 fulfilled by candidate 1

As the contents of the Law article 76 no.12 Year 2012 on Higher education, STMIK Pringsewu is one of the universities that provide scholarships to outstanding students or underprivileged students such as Bidik Misi scholarship. Shutter Mission is an educational tuition aid for prospective new students are not economically capable but have good academic potential. The goal is to ease the burden of student education expenses. In determining whether or not a student is awarded a scholarship, it is necessary to build a Decision Support System in order to produce more accurate decisions using the Weighted Product method. Researchers use the Weighted Product method because this method is very easy in making decisions. From each student will be judged based on predetermined criteria, then done the ranking process to get the final value then produce the greatest value so will determine the selected alternatives in the research. Based on the test results, the built system can, speed up the selection process and also can reduce the occurrence of errors. This system is built with PHP Programming Language using MySql database. Based on the five students who have been determined then the final result is really worthy of receiving Bidik Misi scholarship is alternative 1 with the largest Vi vector value 0.240202

In multivariate statistics, Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) for a data matrix containing outliers does not provide data that can be analyzed optimally. This study aims to overcome outlier data using the Robust Singular Value Decomposition (RSVD) method and compare it with the SVD method. The analysis using the RSVD method includes several steps, namely determining the initial predictive value of the vector u and regressing it then normalizing the estimator vector β and carrying out the iteration process until convergent results are obtained. The results of this study indicate that the RSVD for dealing with minor outliers data is not influenced by initial estimates. The RSVD method is strongly influenced by the large amount of outliers data, the more extreme outliers data, the more iterations are.

This study aims to obtain a description of the application of Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) that can improve students' mathematical communication ability. The type of research used is a classroom action research that refers to the design of Kemmis and Mc.Taggart research they are planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that Implementation of mathematics learning with Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach that can improve mathematical communication ability is a mathematics learning that has been done in accordance with RME characteristics, That is: use of real context (teacher presents a contextual problem and ask the student to understand the given problem). use of mathematical models (the students modeling by using props to solve problem), use of student production and construction in learning (the teacher gives opportunity to all students to solve the problem, and invite students to deliver the answer), existence of interaction (interaction occurs between teacher and students, and between student one with another), and the existence of integration (combines one unit of mathematics with other units also have integrated with other scientific fields).
