Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image and Social Media Promotion on Purchase Decisions, with Consumer Satisfaction as an intervening variable in Balisijuk.id in Payakumbuh. In the digital era, a strong Brand Image and effective promotion strategies through social media are important factors in attracting interest and increasing Consumer Satisfaction, which ultimately influences purchase decisions. This research method uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to Balisijuk.id consumers. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression models and path analysis to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results of the study show that Brand Image and Social Media Promotion have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Furthermore, Consumer Satisfaction proved to be an intervening variable that strengthened the relationship between Brand Image, Social Media Promotion, and Purchase Decision. In other words, the more positive the Brand Image and the more effective the Social Media Promotion, the higher the Consumer Satisfaction, which ultimately drives the Purchase Decision. This research provides practical implications for business actors, especially Balisijuk.id, in designing more effective marketing strategies through strengthening Brand Image and optimizing Social Media Promotion to increase consumer satisfaction and purchase decisions Balisijuk.id.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in economic development, one of which is through the rapidly growing laundry service sector in Padang City. Roemah Laundry, as an MSME player in the laundry service sector, faces challenges in maintaining service quality and customer loyalty amidst intense competition. This study aims to examine the application of quality management, risk management, and pricing strategies implemented by Roemah Laundry to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. The methods used include evaluating operational processes, quality control, employee training, as well as analyzing pricing strategies and risk management. The results of this study are expected to provide practical recommendations for Roemah Laundry to improve business effectiveness and serve as a reference for other MSME players in facing competition in the laundry service sector. Additionally, this study contributes to the development of MSME management science, particularly in improving service quality and sustainable business strategies.

Abstract

Effective pricing is a key factor in enhancing competitiveness and customer satisfaction in the optical industry. This study aims to analyze the pricing strategy of eyeglass products based on market segmentation at Optik YAR Padang. Market segmentation was conducted by grouping consumers according to demographic, psychographic, and purchasing behavior characteristics. The research employed a quantitative approach using survey questionnaires distributed to customers, and the data were analyzed using cross-tabulation and chi-square tests. The results show significant differences in price preferences among various market segments, particularly based on age, income level, and the purpose of eyeglass use (fashion or vision correction). The findings recommend that Optik YAR implement differentiated pricing strategies tailored to each target segment, such as economic pricing for students and premium pricing for professionals. By applying segmentation-based pricing strategies, the company can improve customer loyalty and sales efficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of environment, social and governance on financial performance with company value as a moderating variable. The population used in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 17 companies were obtained as observations totaling 85 times. The analysis method used is moderated regression. Based on the simultaneous test results, the environment, social and governance do not have a significant effect on financial performance, whereas with the moderating variable, the results of the simultaneous test show that the environmental, social and governance have a significant effect on financial performance with company value as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023.

Pengabdian mayarakat ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui Seberapa berpengaruh nya emosi dan suasana hati kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan untuk memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan.Melalui Program Pengabdian Kemasyarakatan ini diharapkan akan bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional dan suasana hati, peningkatan kompensasi, peningkatan motivasi terhadao karyawan untuk memenuhi kepuasaan pelanggan. Fakrot penyebab terjadinya masalah yang membuat emosi dan suasana hati berubah timbul akibat keterlambatan karyawan dari jam operasional yang telah di tetapkan sebelumnya dan ketidakhadiran karyawan tanpa izin.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya kecerdasan emosional dan suasana hati terhadap kinerja karyawan,kompensasi untuk memeotivasi karyawan agar dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan PT Indah Logistik Cargo.Penyusunan artikel ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan mengumpulkan data.Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan suasana hati, kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan untuk memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting national economic growth, particularly through job creation and strengthening the local economy. However, many MSMEs still face limitations in human resource (HR) management, particularly in enhancing employee engagement. Low employee engagement can impact productivity, service quality, and business profitability. This study aims to analyze strategies and optimize the role of Human Resources (HR) in enhancing Employee Engagement at the D'Sruput Lubuk Begalung Padang MSME. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews with the business owner and employees. The results showed that the implementation of two-way communication, flexible work arrangements, employee involvement in simple decision-making, and employee reward and development systems can increase motivation, loyalty, and work commitment. Consistently implemented HR strategies have been shown to play a significant role in strengthening employee engagement and maintaining the competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

This community service aims to determine the effect of discounts on consumer satisfaction in MSMEs abyan cosmetics and accessories. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that can expand employment, provide broad economic services to the community, play a role in the process of equitable distribution and increase community income, and increase economic growth, This important role has encouraged Padang City to continue to strive to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in facing the community. The purpose of this study was to determine discount education on consumer satisfaction at MSMEs Abyan Cosmetics and Accessories. The compilation of this article was carried out by observation and interviews to collect data. The results of this study show that Abyan MSMEs can increase competitiveness.
