Abstract

Permasalahan pada situasi kondisi saat ini, Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Jawa Tengah-D.I. Yogyakarta melaksanakan proyek pembangunan pergantian Jembatan lama (jembatan rangka baja atau truss), Proyek KPBU Pergantian dan/atau Duplikasi Jembatan Callender Hamilton (CH) di Pulau Jawa (CH Pemali B) Pemali, Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses serta membandingkan pekerjaan rencana dengan hasil pekerjaan Metode Erection pada proyek jembatan CH PEMALI B, dengan fokus pada aspek pengangkatan dan penempatan material Steel Box Girder (SBG). Metode penelitian melibatkan perbandingan antara pekerjaan rencana dan hasil pekerjaan Metode Erection. Pemahaman tahapan pekerjaan, pengukuran akurat, dan perletakan material Steel Box Girder (SBG) dengan crawler crane menjadi fokus utama dalam pelaksanaan Metode Erection pada proyek KPBU Pergantian dan/atau Duplikasi Jembatan CH di Pulau Jawa, khususnya di Kabupaten Brebes.

Abstract

Pembangunan jembatan di Desa Kedungwaduk Kabupaten Sragen sering terjadi banjir. Sehingga perlu ada penggantian jembatan yang lebih lebar dan tinggi. Pada proyek Pembangunan jembatan ini menggunakan girder sebagai sebagai penghubung dua abutment. Jenis girder yang digunakan dalam proyek jembatan ini adalah I-girder. Proses pemasangan girder jembatan melibatkan beberapa tahapan penting, yang mencakup pengangkutan girder, instalasi dan pekerjaan akhir. Metode pemasangan baja girder menggunakan mobile crane dalam proses pemasangannya. Terdapat beberapa tahapan dalam pemasangan baja girder yaitu yang pertama penyambungan girder, pemasangan girder di atas penyangga atau abutment, pemasangan diafragma, pemasangan plat deck, pemasangan floor deck, pemasangan besi tulangan dan terakhir pengecoran.

Abstract

Jalan tol adalah jenis jalan raya yang mengharuskan penggunanya untuk membayar biaya tol atau tarif untuk mengaksesnya. Pembangunan Jalan Tol Solo – Yogyakarta – NYIA Kulonprogo Seksi 1 Paket 1.1 berada diantara Kabupaten Boyolali dan Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dalam pembangunan Jalan Tol Solo – Yogyakarta – NYIA Kulonprogo Seksi 1 Paket 1.1 tidak luput dalam penentuan fondasi untuk memperkokoh struktur di atasnya, fondasi yang digunakan pada STA 12+195 adalah bored pile. Perlunya perhitungan berat besi dan volume beton menggunakan metode dari data sekunder yang didapat dari proyek. Hasil dari pada perhitungan berat besi pada tulangan yang dibutuhkan pada pekerjaan bored pile untuk abutment 1 dan abutment 2 sebesar 201609,61 kg. Jumlah kebutuhan beton tanpa mempertimbangkan volume tulangan pada pekerjaan bored pile di STA 12+195 sebesar 1.714,44 m3. Jumlah kebutuhan beton dengan mempertimbangkan volume tulangan pada pekerjaan bored pile di STA 12+195 sebesar 1.688,74 m3.

Abstract

Construction made from concrete, both conventional concrete and Self Compacting Concrete (SCC), which contact with seawater, often run into decreased durability due to the content of chemical compounds that are harmful for concrete, such as Magnesium Sulfate (MgSO4) and Chloride (Cl). One way to overcome this problem is to use fine fly ash in the concrete mixture. This article discusses the results of an experimental study on the use of fine fly ash in High Volume Fly Ash- Self Compacting Concrete on durability and mechanical properties. Fine fly ash used is processed using the fly ash filtering method with a water filter. The research method is a laboratory experiment by making concrete test objects. Durability tests include Volume of Permeable Voids (VPV) and Rapid Chloride Penetration Test (RCPT), while mechanical properties is concrete compressive strength. The research results showed that using fine fly ash compared to concrete without fly ash or concrete with raw fly ash positively impacted increasing compressive strength, reducing concrete voids, and good resistance to chloride attack at low penetration levels.

Abstract

Sedimentation that occurs in the Logung Weir in Kudus Regency can reduce the capacity of irrigation services. The conturmeisure for sediment by build a check dam or normalization. The methods used in this analysis include hydrological analysis using the Hec-HMS application to obtain a 50 year planned flood discharge, erosion rate analysis using the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) method and sediment analysis using the Sediment Delivery Ratio (SDR) method. Furthermore, comparing the efficiency between normalization work and making check dams and their maintenance. Analysis of the amount of sediment in the Logung Dam catchment is 1.18 mm/year with a sedimentation rate of 0.27%, which is 4750.87 m³/year. The sediment storage capacity at Logung Weir is 1,918.00 m³, it is necessary to increase the storage capacity of 2,832.61 m³. For scenario 1, normalization/dredging is carried out 3 times a year, with an operational cost of IDR 707,425,977.00/year. Within a period of 50 years the total cost that must be incurred is Rp. 155,503,120,928.41. Scenario 2 is the construction of a check dam at the upstream of Logung Weir, the location is suggested at Sta. 11+50. The cost required Rp. 4,171,067,132.16 for construction and annual dredging costs of Rp. 235,808,659.01. Within a period of 50 years the total costs to be incurred amounted to 56,005,440,774.97. Comparison of the 2 scenarios shows that a more efficient long-term value is the construction of check dams and their operations.

Abstract

On the inside of the dam, there is a seamless instrumentation. V-Notch is one of thestandard dam safety instruments used to measure water dam seepage discharge. Theporous soil and high permeability around the V-Notch cause water seepage to notbe directed properly to the V-Notch. If it is not directed properly then the erosion ofthe reed or piping cannot be detected. So we need a construction design of thebarrier wall for collecting water seepage, namely the wall diaphragm wall. Thepurpose of this research is to analyze the material, evaluate the performance, andcompare the diaphragm wall. The method used is falling head test, monitoringobservation well (OW), direct observation method when working. The results of thedownstream wall diaphragm material permeability test using the fall head test showthat the largest permeability coefficient value is 1.3 x 10-5cm/sec. where this valuehas reached a low coefficient of permeability. Results Downstream wall diaphragmperformance based on groundwater level at OW.8 < from OW.7. Downstreamdiaphragm wall or water seepage collection barrier can be said to work well. Fromthe analysis method, the diaphragm wall is easier to work than using the Clay heapmethod. This is proven because the diaphragm wall method can be carried out in therainy season and dry season. From the time calculation analysis, it is known that itis faster to use the diaphragm method with an estimated working time of 4 months 2days using 1 tool. As for the estimated length of time working with Clay soil piles is7.5 months using 1.5 tools. Based on the calculation of the cost of drilling plasticconcrete is more expensive than the Clay heap method. The cost of diaphragm wallis Rp. 9,581,703,257.38. and the cost of Clay is Rp. 8,742,490,556.95.

Abstract

Infrastructure development in soft clay soil conditions will have an impact on the low bearing capacity of the soil and a decrease in the value of the soil's carrying capacity. Increasing the bearing capacity of the soil is carried out using PVD based on empirical and numerical calculations to produce settlement values and PVD consolidation times for rectangular and triangular patterns. In this research, the results obtained from empirical calculations are that the triangle pattern is the most appropriate pattern to be applied in this case because it has a fast consolidation time value for BH 04, 05, 06, respectively, only takes 125, 124, 128 days with large decline 0.00903, 0.9012, 0.85743. Meanwhile, in numerical calculations, the triangle pattern has a fast time for BH 04, 05, 06 respectively requiring 280, 190, 134 days with a decrease of 0.0112000, 0.0001781, 0.0000006.

Abstract

1),A construction service company is a company engaged in the development sector in Indonesia. Construction contractor service business in the form of planning, design, cost calculation, bidding and construction implementation until completion. After all the work is completed, it will be handed over to the project owner or owner. The field of work for construction service companies is in the form of building construction, bridge construction, factory construction, industrial development and road construction. The aim of this study was to test and analyze the evaluation of the satisfaction and quality of service users at the construction company PT. Isa Putra Construction. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive research type using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The research was conducted at companies engaged in construction services, namely PT. Isa Putra Construction with a sample of 17 respondents. Based on the results of the calculations that have been done, the CSI value is 47%. This CSI value is obtained from the division between the total Weight Score (WS) value and the maximum scale used in this study, namely 5 and multiplying by 100%.Keywords: Satisfaction, Quality, Construction Services, Service User Satisfaction Construction

Abstract

One of the infrastructures that society absolutely needs is roads. With the existence of roads, land transportation activities are carried out so that economic and social mobility runs normally. Concrete is one of the materials commonly used for road pavements, where this material technology has many advantages such as being able to withstand heavy vehicle loads and lower maintenance costs. To produce quality concrete roads, the role of the manager who leads the concrete road construction project is very decisive. To produce a quality concrete road, a manager must be able to determine indicators that influence its success, so that construction activities run effectively and efficiently. This study aims to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that can be used as a measure of success in concrete road construction projects based on the perspective of construction service providers. The analytical method used in this study is the Relative Importance Index to determine performance indicators that can be used as KPIs based on their relationship to success in concrete road construction projects. The results of the analysis show that the performance indicators that can affect the success of a concrete road construction project based on the perspective of a construction service provider are cost, quality, time, productivity, and environment, each of which has a weight of 21.41%, 19.44%, 19.05%, 15.65%, 12, 86% and 11.59%.

Abstract

The public's lack of awareness of traffic laws can be seen in behavior such as the increasing number of traffic violations. Apart from that, minimal knowledge of traffic rules and poor driving practices are also causes that exacerbate the high rate of traffic accidents. The rate of traffic accidents 2021 in Blora Regency throughout 2021 has increased compared to 2020. One effort to overcome this problem can be made by educating traffic ethics among the mothers of Sogo Village, Blora Regency. Service activities were carried out on Thursday, April 27 2023 at 15.00 – 17.00 WIB using the face-to-face method. The education carried out has been able to improve mothers' abilities to understand traffic and driving etiquette. Evaluation of service activities is carried out through pre-and post-tests. Based on the indicators per question item, the average pre-test results show a figure of 69.35%, while the post-test results have increased by 30.65%. Overall the results of the post-test percentage achieved per question item reached 100%. It can be concluded that the education carried out has succeeded in improving mothers' abilities to understand traffic and driving etiquette. In this way, these mothers are considered capable of sharing information and understanding related to traffic etiquette with their children and neighbors and can apply it in their behavior during traffic on the road as a follow-up to this activity.
