Abstract

Orange Press adalah media penerbit yang didirikan tahun 2022 di Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Politeknik Pos Indonesia. Penerbit di lingkungan kampus ini memfasilitasi penerbitan naskah karya ilmiah dosen baik berupa buku ajar, buku praktek, monograf maupun bunga rampai. Untuk memberikan pelayanan tersebut maka dalam penelitian ini dibangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis web untuk manajemen penerbitan dilengkapi dengan tracking workflow penerbitan, dengan memberikan fitur automatic notification system pada setiap fase wrokflow yang dilalui meliputi: submission draft karya ilmiah, hasil pemeriksaan editor, hasil perbaikan penulis, fase pembayaran biaya cetak, fase mendapatkan nomor ISBN, fase desain layout sampai karya tersebut dicetak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan metode berbentuk eksperimen dengan pemodelan UML. Luaran penelitian yang dihasilkan berupa aplikasi, hak cipta, dokumen user manual dan publikasi secara nasional.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of the Sleman Regency Government in providing tax education to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with a focus on PT. Sekawan Makkah Madinah. The background of this study is based on the importance of tax literacy for MSMEs in improving administrative compliance and supporting the optimization of local tax revenue. The research method used is normative juridical, with a legislative and conceptual approach combined with field data to strengthen the analysis. The results show that the Sleman Regency Government plays a role through the implementation of socialization, training, assistance, and the use of digital technology to encourage tax awareness and compliance among MSME players. This role has had a positive impact, particularly in increasing business actors' knowledge of taxation procedures and legal obligations that must be fulfilled. However, this study also found various obstacles faced by local governments, including low tax literacy among MSME actors, limited human resources, minimal budgets, low business actor participation, and challenges of digitalization and rapid regulatory changes. These obstacles indicate the need for a more systematic strategy, ranging from increasing the capacity of officials, providing applicable educational materials, strengthening digital infrastructure, to improving coordination between relevant institutions.

Abstract

Impaired gas exchange due to decreased lung function can inhibit the process of eliminating inhaled anesthetic substances through pulmonary exhalation. Smoking causes changes in the structure, function of the respiratory tract and lung parenchymal tissue, resulting in a decrease in lung physiology. This study aims to determine the relationship between postoperative respiratory recovery time and general anesthesia between smoking and non-smoking patients. The research design used is a comparative study with a cross sectional approach using purposive sampling techniques. Respondents totaled 30 people and were divided into 2 groups. Research analysis used the Mann-Whitney test with a=0.05. The average breathing recovery time for smokers is 2 minutes and 1 minute for non-smokers. Statistical test results showed that there was no difference in respiratory recovery time between smoking and non-smoking patients with p-value=0.550. Recommendations for future researchers to continue this research with more homogeneous respondents

Abstract

This research aims to detail and explain the alignment of national legal development with local wisdom, focusing on case studies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Through this review, this research seeks to provide a deeper understanding of how national law can be integrated with the rich local values in DIY. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach that involves several data collection techniques, including literature study, observation, and stakeholder interviews. The research results show the relevance and positive impact of aligning national legal development with local wisdom in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). By analyzing the role of local wisdom in developing national law, this research highlights the integration of traditional values with legal principles that apply nationally. The contribution of local wisdom, such as the spirit of justice, deliberation for consensus, and respect for human rights, has been proven to encourage the creation of an inclusive and effective legal system. In implementing legal development, the principle of legal pluralism is the primary basis, enabling the implementation of various dispute resolution mechanisms and natural resource management that respect cultural diversity and local values. This research also highlights concrete efforts in integrating local wisdom in national legal development, such as developing customary law that is in harmony with national law, integrating local wisdom in legal education, and empowering communities in applying traditional values in dispute resolution.

Abstract

This research aims to take an in-depth approach to examine the comparison between the implementation of the Yogyakarta and Aceh Special Laws from a Legal and Constitutional Perspective. The main focus is on implementing the two laws and how the unique aspects contained therein are reflected in practice. The research method used is comparative law as the primary basis, focusing on the Special Laws of Yogyakarta and Aceh in the Legal and Constitutional Perspective. Research data was obtained through a comprehensive literature study and analysis of relevant legal documents, including the texts of laws, government regulations and court decisions relating to the two provinces. After collecting the data, an analytical approach uses the legal and constitutional framework as a guide. The research results show that this comparison involves research into the history of the formation and legislative background of the Special Laws, the particular scope provided, and the implementation mechanisms stipulated by the two laws. Through this approach, this article provides a deeper understanding of the dynamics of law and regional autonomy in Indonesia, as well as the contribution of these two legal instruments in supporting local identity and wisdom within the framework of a unitary state.

Abstract

Objective: To identify therelationship between the length os surgery and teh incidence of post operative nausea and vomiting and shivering in post operativepatiens with general anesthesia. Methods: This article is uses quantitative methods, cross-sectional research design. The research population was post-operative patients with general anesthesia in the recovery room at Karsa Husada Batu Hospital. The research sample size was 67 respondents, using the G*Power application. Correlation Statistical tests use Spearman Rank Correlation Results: The statistical test results show that there is a relationship between the length of operation and the incidence of PONV with a p value (0.001 < 0.05) and there is a relationship between the length of operation and the incidence of shivering with a p value (0.001 < 0.05). Conclusion: The relationship between the length of the operation and the incidence of post-operative nausea, vomiting and shivering shows a significant relationship because the duration of the operation also influences the amount of anesthetic drug given to the patient, as well as increasing the duration of the patient's exposure to the cold temperature of the operating room

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of website-based health education on reducing anxiety levels in pre-treatment patients with CDL. Methods: This research is a quasy experimental type with a two-group pre-test-post test design. The sample consisted of 36 respondents who were selected using pur-posive sampling. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. Before being given the website-based intervention, most respondents expe-rienced moderate levels of anxiety. Results: After the intervention, most respondents experienced mild levels of anxiety. Wilcoxon test analysis showed p-value = 0.000 and Mann-Whitney test analysis for anxiety levels after intervention showed p-value = 0.023. Conclusion: The conclusion is there is an influence of website-based health education on reducing patient anx-iety levels before CDL installation.

Abstract

Kelemahan fisik pada pasien stroke iskemik dapat menyebabkan penurunan pada rentang gerak sendi siku dan kekuatan otot bisep. Penanganannya dapat dilakukan dengan latihan ROM Pasif. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh latihan ROM Pasif terhadap rentang gerak sendi siku dan kekuatan otot bisep pada pasien stroke iskemik. Peneliti menggunakan metode quasi experimental. Responden pada penelitian dibagi 2 kelompok, dengan masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 17 orang. Pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling, disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini yaitu Latihan ROM Pasif dan dependent yaitu rentang gerak sendi siku dan kekuatan otot bisep. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Paired T-test untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROM Pasif terhadap rentang gerak sendi siku dan uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROM Pasif terhadap kekuatan otot bisep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mean pre-test rentang gerak sendi siku 31,76 dan nilai 4 kekuatan otot bisep sebanyak 1 orang (5,9%) dan mean post-test rentang gerak sendi siku 45,88 dan nilai 4 kekuatan otot bisep meningkat sebanyak 5 orang (29,4%). Serta menunjukkan ada pengaruh rentang gerak sendi siku sebelum dan sesudah ROM Pasif dengan nilai p=0,001 dan ada pengaruh kekuatan otot bisep sebelum dan sesudah ROM Pasif dengan nilai p=0,011. Latihan ROM Pasif jika dilakukan secara tepat dan konsisten dapat memulihkan kelemahan rentang gerak sendi siku dan kekuatan otot bisep pasien stroke iskemik.

Abstract

Nyeri pasca operasi fraktur ekstremitas merupakan masalah umum yang dapat menghambat proses pemulihan pasien. Teknik pengelolaan nyeri non-farmakologis seperti Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) dan terapi napas dalam mulai banyak diterapkan untuk mengurangi intensitas nyeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas SEFT dan kombinasi SEFT dengan terapi napas dalam terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien post operasi fraktur ekstremitas di RSUD Karsa Husada Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen dan pendekatan pretest-posttest dengan dua kelompok intervensi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden yang dibagi secara purposive ke dalam dua kelompok, masing-masing 16 orang. Pengukuran nyeri dilakukan menggunakan skala Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa baik SEFT maupun kombinasi SEFT dengan terapi napas dalam efektif menurunkan nyeri secara signifikan (p < 0,05). Namun, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok, di mana kombinasi SEFT dan terapi napas dalam menunjukkan penurunan nyeri yang lebih besar dibanding SEFT saja (p < 0,05). Kombinasi SEFT dan terapi napas dalam lebih efektif dan disarankan untuk diterapkan sebagai terapi komplementer dalam manajemen nyeri pasca operasi.

Abstract

Sistem ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) merupakan metode evaluasi praoperasi untuk menentukan status fisik pasien. Pasien dengan status ASA lebih tinggi berisiko mengalami gangguan kardiovaskular yang dapat menurunkan aliran darah dan transportasi oksigen ke jaringan, terutama setelah menjalani anestesi umum yang dapat menyebabkan hipoventilasi dan penurunan saturasi oksigen. Kegiatan ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak 71 pasien post operasi dengan general anestesi di RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Data status fisik berbasis ASA dan saturasi oksigen dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan rekam medis, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Mayoritas responden memiliki status fisik ASA II (60,6%). Hampir setengah dari responden mengalami saturasi oksigen <95% (49,3%). Hasil uji Spearman Rank menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dengan koefisien korelasi -0,582, menandakan terdapat hubungan negatif sedang antara status fisik berbasis ASA dan saturasi oksigen pada pasien post operasi dengan general anestesi. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status fisik berbasis ASA dan saturasi oksigen pada pasien post operasi dengan general anestesi di RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Semakin tinggi status ASA, semakin besar risiko penurunan saturasi oksigen pada pasien tersebut.
