Abstract

Abstract :One of the villages affected by oil palm plantation activities is Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegra Regency. Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu Sub-District has an area of approximately ± 44.736  KM² which is directly adjacent to Margahayu Village in the north, Jembayan Village in the east and Loa Janan Village in the south. Sungai Payang village has a family head (KK) of 780 KK, with details of the population of 1.482 people and 1,270 women, so that the total population of Sungai Payang Village, Loa Subdistrict is 2,740 people with the number of neighbors of the Rukun Tetangga ( RT) as many as 21 RT. The purpose of this study was to find out among other things: 1) the extent of the impact of oil palm plantation activities on improving the economy of the community, 2) the extent of economic impacts affecting the economic development of rural communities. The existence of oil palm plantations in the Sungai Payang Village community has meaning and benefits for the surrounding community, and other facilities can also be felt separately by other communities. Oil palm plantations can be said to have the meaning of supporting the economy of the surrounding community so that it has value and benefits for the local community. PT. Niagamas Gemilang is very useful because the existence of oil palm plantations affects the economic conditions of the community. Keywords: Impact of Oil Palm Plantation, Increasing Community Economy

Abstract

Abstract:In line with the policy and regulations on Public Services, PDAM Tirta Mahakam needs to improve the quality of services and make continuous improvements so that PDAM Tirta Mahakam can perform its duties and roles in improving service quality.To find out more about the commitment of PDAM Tirta Mahakam in providing public services for clean water supply, a survey was needed that can provide an overview of the public perception of PDAM Tirta Mahakam customers. The results of the survey are expected to provide assistance to programs to improve services and improve clean water services.Respondents in this study were households that were registered as customers of PDAM Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch until early 2019. Sampling was carried out proportionally by considering the distribution of respondents in the working area of PDAM Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch. The population was based on the number of Household Connections (SRs) with a sample size of 375 respondents spread in 13 Urban Vilalges in Tenggarong District taken proportionallyThe results of the study explained that based on the Service Element, the Satisfaction Index of the Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch scored 2,942. This value means that the service performance of PDAM Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch is categorized as Low Service Performance. There is one service element that has good performance, namely the service element from Product Specifications with a value of 3.165 while for the other eight elements it is not good. Based on the Urban Village, only four stated that their performance was good, namely Timbau, Loa Ipuh, Mangkurawang and Panji. Eight urban villages have low service performance. One other has poor service performance, namely Loa Ipuh Darat.Based on important performance analysis, the attributes that need to be improved are due to high customer expectations, namely the smooth flow of the day, the accuracy of office service hours, the accuracy of bills with water usage, the suitability of bill costs with water quality, conformity with ability to pay, the quality of raw water, and clarity water.Keywords : Service quality; Consumer Satisfaction Index; PDAM services; Important Performance Analysis

Abstract

Abstract : The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPPD) has the main task of assisting the Regent in carrying out Government Affairs which is the authority of the Region and the Assistance Task for Regional Disaster Management. This task is very responsible for disaster management that occurred in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Regarding this, evaluation of the implementation of duties and functions needs to be carried out regularly and continuously to maintain and improve the quality of services to the community. This survey activity is generally intended to determine the perception of public satisfaction with the service performance of the BPPD Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 120 samples spread over 5 (five) districts. The results showed that the Community Satisfaction Index in the regional disaster management agency of Kutai Kartanegara Regency based on the District. The score is declared Good based on Permen PAN & RB No.16/2014. Of the 8 Service Elements used in the IKM survey the average score was 2.805, the score was declared Good based on the PAN & RB Permen No. 16/2014. In the Complaint Handling Element, Suggestions and Inputs, for the communication media indicators for suggestions and input, a score of 1.028 was obtained or the service quality was not good based on the PAN & RB Regulation No. , Infrastructure improvement indicators Permenpan & RB No.14 / 2017 is also not good. In the product and public facilities element, a score of 2.056 was obtained, the quality of service was not good, based on Permenpan & RB No. 16/2014, while based on Permenpan & RB No.14 / 2017 it is not good. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and destination image variables on visiting interest either partially or simultaneously. Besides that, to find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on visiting interest. This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 20.0 for Window program, using a questionnaire with a sample of 91 (ninety one) from a population of 910 (nine hundred and ten) visitors to Ladaya. The results showed that the variable electronic word of mouth (X1) and destination image (X2) had a simultaneous and partial effect on visiting interest (Y). From the t test, it can be seen that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has a greater t-count coefficient than the destination image (4.631>3.881). Thus, it can be concluded that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has the most dominant influence on interest in visiting Ladaya Kutai Kartanegara. Abstract

This study examines the description of the suitability of SNI 8152 in 3 traditional markets, namely the Loa Kulu market, Sanga-Sanga market and Kuala Samboja market. The focus of the study is to analyze the level of conformity of the General Requirements, Technical Requirements and Management Requirements of the people's market with SNI. None of the three markets have conformity with SNI 8152, because the person in charge of the traditional market standards is the responsibility of the regional apparatus (PD). Lack of coordination between PDs, among others, that the Department of Industry and Trade manages uses the trade facilities after the building is handed over from the Department of Public Works, where the technical requirements for trade facilities and infrastructure do not meet the expectations of the Department of Industry and Trade.

Abstract

Abstract Research on Community Acceptance of the Company's Existence weaving the SLO instrument developed by Thomson and Boutilier (2011), the research uses a two-stage qualitative approach, the first uses a benchmark of SLO perception value then the findings are confirmed to key stakeholders. The results showed that SLO is at Acceptance/high tolerance, i.e. that the company has crossed the threshold of legitimacy to operate. High acceptance/tolerance is a temporary willingness to tolerate the company's operations, thus the company's operating environment is not stable with the potential for turmoil that can be disruptive.

Abstract

Cars are a means of transportation that is widely used in everyday life, but not everyone can afford a car, which is quite expensive. Therefore, companies have emerged that offer car rental services to take advantage of this opportunity. The object of this research is the Raditya Transport car rental service in Tenggarong which has become the main choice for renting four-wheeled vehicles. The aim of this research is to find out how service quality management builds Word of Mouth (WOM) among customers which is mediated by customer trust. This research data was collected through a questionnaire with a total sample of 74 respondents studied. The analytical method used in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that (1) service quality has a positive effect on word of mouth at Raditya Transport, (2) trust has a positive effect on word of mouth at Raditya Transport, (3) service quality has a positive effect on trust in Raditya Transport, and (4) Service quality has a positive effect on word of mouth through trust as a mediating variable in Raditya Transport.

Abstract

Modul pembelajaran lengan robot diperlukan untuk membantu mempelajari bagaimana bekerjanya sebuah robot industri dan bagaimana membuat perancangan sistemnya untuk mendukung gerakan yang diinginkan. Ada banyak perangkat kendali robot yang ada di pasaran, salah satunya adalah kartu kendali gerakan dengan antarmuka (interface) PCI dengan sebuah komputer. Tulisan ini membahas penelitian tentang perancangan dan pembuatan lengan robot berjenis SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) yang dikendalikan oleh sebuah komputer dengan bantuan kartu kendali gerakan (motion control card) Adlink PCI-8164. Pemilihan piranti keras ini dilandasi oleh penelitian sebelumnya yang menggunakan kartu yang sama namun untuk perangkat mekanik yang berbeda. Setelah selesai perancangan dan pembuatan, selanjutnya sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu proses belajar di bidang robot baik bidang mekanik, elektronik maupun pemrograman robot.

Abstract

Pada makalah ini dibahas perancangan dan pembuatan sistem kontrol mesin auto lathe berbasis Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Dalam hal ini dirancang mesin lathe (bubut) dengan slider ganda. Mesin tersebut bekerja secara otomatis menggunakan sistem kontrol PLC untuk menjalankan prosesnya. Dengan menggunakan inverter, kecepatan dapat diubah dengan cepat pada motor spindle dan dapat diatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Mesin ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi permintaan costumer dengan mendapatkan cycle time auto 51 detik dan menjalan kan proses kerja auto mesin Auto Lathe.

Abstract

In this paper, the research development of the Autonomous Vehicle Prototype project has been carried out. The research was carried out on a golf cart (buggy) by designing wireless control and navigation systems. Designing a wireless control system on a golf cart aims to control the drive systems, steer systems, and brake systems. Furthermore, this system can be controlled electrically wirelessly through a Joystick Radio Controller, so that the golf cart can move forward, reverse, turn right and turn left. The navigation system aims to enable golf carts to track from point A to point B by using several sensors, including the GPS (Global Positioning System) sensor. GPS is used for tracking position on the golf cart, IMU (Inertia Measurement Unit) as a measure of the golf cart heading degree, LIDAR (Light Distance and Ranging) is used to detect distance and avoid obstacles, and Hall Effect Sensor as a speed sensor. The integration of the sensor and actuator systems is carried out using an Arduino Mega 2560 type microcontroller. Next, the movement from point A to point B is carried out autonomously. The final result of this research is that the GPS sensor can detect a track distance of 68.8 m with a minimum accuracy of 3 m and a resolution of 1 m. The IMU sensor can detect headings of 90o with 2o accuracy and 1o resolution. The LIDAR sensor can detect obstacles at a distance of 0 m – 4 m, and the Hall Effect sensor can detect the RPM of the car at a speed of 5 km/h. Golf cart control can be done wirelessly and automatically on the navigation system from point A to point B by avoiding obstacles.
