Abstract. Remote level monitoring of milk in the production tank is very important, so that operator would be able to monitor the level without walking to the production tank. This paper discusses the designing and implementing remote monitoring system of milk level in the production tank by employing wireless communication. The objective of the research is to design and implement remote monitoring level system using wireless communication system with a visual computer display. The level of milk in the production tank is measured by using sensor and then the data are sent to the operator’s computer. An application program displays the level of the milk in the production tank in real time. The milk level data are displayed visually in the forms of numeric, bar-chart-scale, and graphic so that the operator can detect the level of the milk easily. The test results suggest that the maximum distance between the transmitter and receiver is 20 meters. Keywords: Remote monitoring, microcontroller AT89S51, computer display Abstrak. Monitoring ketinggian level susu dalam tangki penampung produksi dari jarak jauh sangatlah penting, terutama jika lokasi industri yang cukup luas sehingga operator dapat mengetahui ketinggiannya tanpa harus berjalan mendatangi tangki penampung tersebut. Makalah ini membahas rancang bangun sistem yang mampu memantau ketinggian level susu pada tangki penampung susu secara nirkabel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pemantauan ketinggian level susu secara nirkabel dengan penampil komputer. Ketinggian level susu pada tangki penampung diukur dengan menggunakan sensor yang kemudian data ini dikirimkan ke komputer operator yang berada di ruang kontrol secara nirkabel. Pada komputer terdapat program aplikasi yang dapat menampilkan ketinggian level susu secara real time. Data ketinggian level susu dapat ditampilkan secara visual dalam bentuk angka, diagram batang dan grafik sehingga memudahkan pengawasan. Dari hasil pengujian dapat diketahui bahwa jarak maksimum antara tangki penampung dan komputer pemonitor agar sistem bekerja dengan baik adalah sekitar 20 meter. Pada saat ini mobile phone sudah sangat berkembang sehingga mempunyai berbagai macam kemampuan seperti untuk akses internet dan juga mempunyai sistem operasi seperti layaknya komputer sehingga sering disebut dengan smart mobile phone atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah smart phone. Pemanfaatan kemampuan smart phone untuk keperluan di beberapa bidang pun dikembangkan dengan aplikasi-aplikasi yang mampu mendukung dalam penggunaannya diantaranya adalah untuk media pembelajaran edukatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membuat aplikasi mobile phone sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mempelajari pengertian ilmu hadis yang disertai dengan hadist pilihan dan latihan soal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan prototyping. Tahapan yang akan dilakukan pada penelitian ini meliputi: analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur program aplikasi, pembuatan program aplikasi, pengujian teknis dan analisisnya, dan analisis respon calon penggunamelalui kuesioner. Hasil pengujian implementasi sistem yang dibuat pada smartphone menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan pada smartphone dengan sistem operasi Android yang ada dipasaran.Kata kunci: Android, pembelajaran ilmu hadis, perangkat mobile.

The drastically development in science and technology in the area of electronics, computer and informatics enable people to develop multimedia application including learning media. This paperdiscusses research had been done on development of Adobe Flash CS6 learning media forJavanese alphabet and language. The aim of the research is to design and develop the learningmedia and test its performance. The developed application has useful features to improve student’sunderstanding such as description, animation of how to write Javanese alphabet, sound applicationhow to read Javanese alphabet, sample how to write sentence using Javanese alphabet and quiz.The application program had been tested on diferent computers and also tested for Javaneseteachers and elementary school students. The results showed that the application program wasable to work very well in diferent devices and most respondents, in general, said that theapplication program is satisfying to be used in the Javanese learning for elementary student.Key words: Multimedia, Adobe Flash CS6, Javanese language learning, aksara Jawa

Partners of this community services program are MIM Potronayan 1 and MIM PK Kenteng. One of problems faced by those schools is students get bored easily when attending the class, in this case is learning Aksara Jawa. Based on observations conducted previously, it could be noted that the root of the problem is both schools were only used printed materials for teaching in the class which is not interactive. In this community services, the team offer a multimedia-based learning media with educational game. The learning media mainly was developed using Construct 2 software. The objective of the community services is to implement the interactive learning media with educational game of Aksara Jawa for elementary school teachers and students. The results of the community services are involving application program of interactive learning media for computer and mobile computing devices, and teachers have been introduced with interactive learning media. The evaluation result showed that 91% teachers and students feel the application program increase student motivation for learning Aksara Jawa very significantly.

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) service are Potronayan Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) 1. The main problems raised in this activity are two, namely schools have not been able to implement e-report cards or known as digital report cards (ARD) applications and the problem is not yet the optimal role of the school health business (UKS), especially the school dental health business (UKGS). The purpose of this activity is to improve the supporting facilities for implementing e-report cards and increase the knowledge of teachers and students to support UKS and UKGS. The method of implementing the activity is the application of computer infrastructure to support the application of e-report cards and the implementation of training and application of Android applications to increase knowledge about maintaining oral health and UKS. The results obtained from this activity are partners already have a computer infrastructure that is in accordance with the needs for the application of e-report cards and teachers and students have received training and Android applications to improve knowledge of dental and mouth maintenance. Evaluation results show that the Android application that is applied is able to make learning about oral health more enjoyable when compared to just using printed material.

A web-based learning media is a learning media developed and run using website technology so that able to display learning material in the form of text, figure or graph and video which is more attractive compared to printed learning material such as moduls or text books. The observation results showed that learning processes conducting in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura and SMA Muhammadiyah 4Kartasura mainly are still using printed material. The objective of the community service is to introduce web –based learning media of volley ball and to improve skillof the teachers by conducting fundamental web development training. Firstly, a webbased volley ball learning media had been developed by using HTML5. The application has some useful features such as theoretical preview of volley ball and its technique including visualisation using graph, picture and video. Secondly, in the web development training session, a content management system (CMS) Wordpress was used as a paltform so that participants did not need to develop web from scratch. The post-tes quesionnaire results showed that all participants have knowledge and skill to use a web-based volley ball learning media and also they have acquired basic skill in web development.

One of the main problems faced by SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Surakarta is how to attract new students to register. Manual promotion based on leaflets and brochures currently used by the school is among the root of problems that make school only recognized by the society around the school in the restricted geographical area. Another obstacle for the community is the manual registration process for new students, which require the prospective student to come to the school. In this publication, internet technology was proposed to solve these two problems. The objectives of the community services are to widen the promotional scope of SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Surakarta and to enable the prospective student to register online via the school website. The activities of the community services are involving purchasing a web domain for school standard, hosting the website, training for administrator, and evaluation from the society. The results of the community services include school website, and the teacher has been trained as an administrator. Assessment from the society results showed that 74.68% of respondents provided positive feedback that the site is satisfying and beneficial.Keywords: PPDB online, school, website

Observation and interview with headmasters, teachers and administrative employees results showed that one of main problems faced by SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura and SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura is the do not have a representative school website. Based on this observation, after making discussion with headmasters, the community services team proposed an implementation of school website and train one of chosen teacher to manage implemented website. The outcomes of the community service activities are involving a school website for SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura and SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura and scientific publication draft. The contribution of each school is including providing information which will be uploaded to the website, providing fee for domain and hosting cost, and providing facilities for administrator training. The duration of this commuity services is three months. The results of the community services is both SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura dan SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura are now have representative website for their promotion and administative activities.

Sistem pakar adalah sebuah program komputasi dalam komputer untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang kompleks dengan cara meniru cara berpikir manusia yang pakar dibidang tersebut. Pemilihan penerima beasiswa pada sebuah perguruan tinggi adalah permasalahan yang penting karena tawaran beasiswa yang masuk dari berbagai lembaga donor selalu ada setiap tahunnya namun jumlahnya terbatas sedangkan peminatnya selalu lebih banyak dari kapasitas yang tersedia. Sehingga, penelitian mengenai perancangan sebuah sistem pakar untuk penyeleksian calon penerima beasiswa sangat penting dilakukan karena sistem pakar yang diimplementasikan dalam program komputer akan memproses data-data yang masuk apa adanya tanpa dipengaruhi faktor-faktor pribadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan struktur logika kabur sebagai basis sistem pakar untuk pemilihan calon penerima beasiswa. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem pakar berbasis logika kabur untuk seleksi beasiswa yang dirancang dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak MATLAB/SIMULINK. Hasil pengujian dengan memasukkan data-data cpelamar beasiswa menunjukkan sistem inferensi logika kabur mampu meniru seperti layaknya seorang ahli berpikir menentukan calon penerima beasiswa dan mampu bekerja dengan baik.

Green House biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta adalah sebuah kebun praktik progam studi biologi yang berisi kurang lebih 66 tumbuhan guna memberikan edukasi dan menunjang matakuliah praktikum. Namun penulis menemukan fakta bahwa dari banyaknya koleksi di green house kurang dari 5% yang memiliki informasi atau label. Dari permasalahan ini penulis melakukan penelitian di green house Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memudahkan mahasiswa biologi untuk mendapatkan informasi data koleksi tanaman dengan cepat dan mudah serta mengenalkan green house biologi ke mahasiswa seluruhnya beserta fasilitas laboratorium karena informasi green house masih minim diwebsite biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode System Development Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis website dengan memanfaatkan teknologi QR Code untuk menampilkan data koleksi tanaman di green house. Sistem ini menggunakan pemindai smartphone untuk membaca QR Code yang berisi alamat Uniform Resource Locator (URL) dan dialihkan kealamat tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian penulis melakukan pengujian untuk memastikan kualitas dari sistem yang dibuat. Penulis melakukan pengujian menggunakan metode black box. Pada pengujian sistem didapatkan hasil semua fungsi dapat berjalan dengan baik, mahasiswa atau user memudahkan dalam mendapat informasi tanaman dan memudahkan pengelola dalam memonitoring tanaman.
