Abstract

Jaminan Kredit pada Perjanjian Kredit Sindikasi Bank merupakan jaminan yang penting dalam pembahasan utama Penulisan Hukum ini.  Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam Penelitian Hukum ini Yuridis Normatif, dokumen pedoman dalam penyusunan adalah dokumen hukum primer dan dokumen hukum sekunder. Jaminan Kredit pada Perjanjian Kredit Sindikasi adalah jaminan kredit dengan hak konsesi yang meliputi pendapatan pengusahaan jalan tol, rekening penampungan, dan klaim asuransi. Jaminan Kredit untuk menjamin Para Kreditur dalam Sindikasi Bank apabila terjadi cidera janji atau wanprestasi atau kredit macet dari Debitur. Jaminan diatur dalam Undang-Undang nomor 7 tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang nomor 10 tahun 1998 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang nomor 7 tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan, jaminan diartikan “keyakinan iktikad dan kemampuan serta kesanggupan nasabah atau Debitur untuk melunasi hutangnya atau mengembalikan pembiayaan sesuai yang diperjanjikan”. Jaminan Kredit juga diatur dalam pasal 1131 KUHPerdata: “segala kebendaan si berhutang, baik yang bergerak maupun tidak bergerak, baik yang sudah ada maupun yang akan ada dikemudian hari, menjadi tanggungan untuk segala perikatan perseorangan”. Konsesi adalah pemberian hak, ijin, atau tanah oleh Pemerintah. Yang membedakan Kredit Sindikasi adalah jumlah krediturnya lebih dari satu kreditur. Pembahasan adalah Jaminan Kredit pada Perjanjian Kredit Sindikasi antara PT. TMJ dengan Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI dan Bank BPD Jateng dalam hal pengusahaan Jalan Tol Semarang Solo.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan pembelajaran IPA SMP di Malang masih melibatkan peran guru yang dominan. Siswa tidak memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai suatu materi karena tidak memiliki pengalaman secara langsung dalam proses mencari tahu. Hal ini menyebabkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi cenderung rendah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan model pembelajaran yang mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Levels of Inquiry-Interactive Demonstration dibandingkan dengan Levels of Inquiry-Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas VIII SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan teknik posttest only control group design. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan Levels of Inquiry-Interactive Demonstration dan kelas kontrol menggunakan Levels of Inquiry-Discovery Learning. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas 20 soal pilihan ganda kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang valid dengan tingkat reliabilitas 0,872. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa yang belajar dengan Levels of Inquiry-Interactive Demonstration lebih tinggi dibandingkan Levels of Inquiry-Discovery Learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui proses model Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan oral activities dan hasil belajar kognitif IPA siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Salam, Kabupaten Magelang, (2) mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan oral activities dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada tema materi pencemaran air. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakanmodel Problem Based Learning. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, tes hasil belajar kognitif, dan lembar observasi oral activities siswa. Kemampuan oral activities dianalisis menggunakan teknik persentase sedangkan hasil belajar kognitif IPA menggunakan gain score. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan teknik persentase diperoleh kenaikan oral activities siswa dengan kategori baik pada siklus I sebesar 26,47% (9 siswa), menjadi 61,76% (21 siswa) di siklus II. Besarnya peningkatan persentase oral activities siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 35,29%. Pada analisis gain score untuk hasil belajar kognitif IPA siswa diperoleh hasil gain score siklus I sebesar 0.55 dan siklus II yaitu 0.62. Peningkatan gain score hasil belajar kognitif darisiklus I ke siklus II sebesar 0.07. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif IPA pada siklus I sebesar 82,36% (28 siswa) dan siklus II sebesar 85,29% (29 siswa).Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar Kognitif IPA, Model Problem Based Learning, Oral ActivitiesThis research aims to (1) know the process of the model of the Problem Based Learning in improving the oral activities and the results of cognitive learning science the students of class VII SMP 1 Salam, Magelang Regency, (2) know how big improvement of oral activities and the results of cognitive learning students on the theme of the material water pollution. The research method used is the Class Action Research (CAR) using the model of the Problem Based Learning. Instrument used in the form of observation sheet of learning implementation, test results of cognitive learning and observation sheet oral activities students. Oral ability activities were analyzed using the technique of percentage while the results of the cognitive learning science using gain score. The results of the study showed that the PBL model can improve the oral activities and the results of cognitive learning students. There are five steps in PBL teaching models that is giving the orientation about the problem to the students, organising students to examine, help independent investigation and groups to develop and present their artifact and exhibit, analyze and evaluate the process to resolve the issue. From the results of the analysis using the technique of the percentage obtained oral increase student activities with good category at cycle I of 26,47% (9 students), become 61,76% (21 students) in the cycle II. An increase in the percentage of oral activities students from I cycle to the cycle II namely 35,29%. On the analysis of the gain score for the results of cognitive learning science students obtained the results of score gains I cycle of 0.55 and the cycle II namely 0.62. Increased gain score results of cognitive learning from I cycle to the cycle II of 0.07. The percentage of learning in line with the results of the cognitive learning science at cycle I of 82,36% (28 students) and the cycle II of 85,29% (29 students).Keywords: Oral Activities, The Model of the Problem Based Learning, The Results of Cognitive Learning Science

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kelayakan LKPD IPA berbasis pedagogy for sustainability untuk meningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMP. Prosedur pengembangan penelitian ini yaitu model 4-D yang terdiri dari 4 langkah penelitian dan pengembangan, yaitu define, design, develop, disseminate. Namun, pada penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai pada tahap develop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD IPA tema “Pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair” berbasis pedagogy for sustainability layak untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada perolehan gain score dengan kategori sedang.Kata kunci: Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis, LKPD, Pedagogy for SustainabilityThis research aims to determine the prevalence of Science LKPD based pedagogy for sustainability to improve the critical thinking skills of students of JHS. The development procedure of this research is 4-D model consisting of 4 research and development step, that is define, design, develop, disseminate. However, this research is only carried out until the stage of develop. The results showed that Science LKPD with the theme "Making Liquid Organic Fertilizer" based pedagogy for sustainability is feasible to improve students' critical thinking skills. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui kelayakan Petunjuk Praktikum IPA yang dihasilkan; (2)Mengetahui peningkatan practical skills siswa setelah menggunakan petunjuk praktikum IPA. Model penelitian yangdigunakan adalah Research dan Development (RD) yang dikembangkan oleh Borg dan Gall. Langkah-langkahtersebut diadaptasi menjadi 7 langkah utama, yaitu: (1) studi pendahuluan; (2) perencanaan; (3) pengembanganproduk; (4) penilaian ahli; (5) revisi produk; (6) uji lapangan; (7) diseminasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwadihasilkan produk Petunjuk Praktikum IPA dengan nilai A dalam kategori sangat baik. Respon siswa terhadappetunjuk praktikum IPA yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori baik (B). Penguasaan practical skills siswasetiap pertemuan selalu mengalami peningkatan. Pada pertemuan pertama penguasaan practical skills siswa sebesar66% dalam kategori baik. Pertemuan kedua penguasaan practical skills siswa meningkat menjadi 82% dalam kategorisangat baik.  Pertemuan ketiga terjadi peningkatan practical skills menjadi 93% dalam kategori yang sangat baik.Kata kunci:  Petunjuk Praktikum IPA, Practical skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kelayakan LKPD IPA yang dikembangkan menurut ahli dan guru, (2) respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD IPA berpendekatan authentic inquiry learning, (3) tingkat sikap ingintahu peserta didik dalam pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD berpendekatan authentic inquiry learning (4) peningkatankemampuan problem solving peserta didik dalam pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD berpendekatan autentic inquirylearning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (RD) dengan model 4-D (four-D). Tahap-tahappenelitian ini meliputi tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), dan pengembangan (develop). Subjekpenelitian adalah  dosen ahli,  guru IPA, dan peserta didik kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 14 Yogyakarta. Instrumenpenelitian yang digunakan berupa instrumen validasi LKPD dosen ahli dan guru, angket respon peserta didik, angketsikap ingin tahu, lembar observasi kemampuan problem solving, dan pretest-posttest kemampuan problem solving.Teknik analisis yang digunakan antara lain rerata skor untuk mencari skor aktual, konversi skor menjadi empatkategori, skor persentase sikap ingin tahu, konversi skor menjadi nilai kategori sikap ingin tahu, perhitunganpersentase penguasaan kemampuan problem solving, dan gainscore penguasaan kemampuan problem solving. Hasil penelitian dari pengembangan LKPD IPA adalah (1) LKPD IPA berpendekatan authentic inquiry learningyang dikembangkan dinilai sangat baik oleh dosen ahli dan guru serta layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA, (2)peserta didik memberikan respon sangat baik terhadap LKPD IPA berpendekatan authentic inquiry learning hasilpengembangan, (3) tingkat sikap ingin tahu diperoleh kategori kuat (4) peningkatan kemampuan problem solvingpeserta didik dalam pembelajaran menggunakan IPA berpendekatan authentic inquiry learning diperoleh peningkatansebesar 17,8%dan gainscore sebesar 0,74 yang termasuk dalam kategori “tinggi”.Kata kunci: LKPD IPA, Pendekatan Authentic Inquiry Learning, Sikap Ingin Tahu, Kemampuan Problem Solving

Abstract

Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Bank Credit Agreement is the most important guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement which is the main discussion in this Legal Writing. The method that the author uses in this legal research is normative juridical, where the documents used as guidelines in the preparation are primary legal documents and secondary legal documents. The Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement that I will use is a credit guarantee with concession rights which includes toll road concession revenues, escrow accounts, and insurance claims. The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The credit guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the credit guarantee in the Syndicate Credit Agreement or syndicate loan in the form of concessions. Concession is the granting of rights, permits, or land by the Government, companies, individuals, or other legal entities. The granting of concession rights is generally applied to the development of partnerships between the government and the private sector. Syndicated credit is one of the types of credit, but the difference in Syndicated Loans is related to the number of creditors. In the Syndicated Credit Agreement, the creditor is more than one creditor. The discussion of Syndicated Credit Guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement between PT. JJP with PT. BNI Bank, PT. Bank Mandiri, PT. Bank BRI and PT. Bank BPD Central Java in terms of the construction of the Semarang Toll Road. The object of the Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement in the form of Concession Rights which is not a fiduciary or mortgage must be made in the agreement related to the risks that will occur as a result of the syndicated credit agreement, especially on the guarantee so that no party is harmed from the syndicated credit agreement and development can run smoothly. In this regard, the Government should always be innovative towards legal regulations in line with development progress so that they do not become legal problems in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the financial performance of the Pasirnangka Village Government for the 2020–2024 period using the Value for Money (VfM) approach, which includes three main indicators: economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. The study uses secondary data obtained from the Village Budget Realization Report (LRA) of Pasirnangka Village and is analyzed descriptively using ratio calculations in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 600.900.327 of 1996. The results indicate that, in general, the financial performance of Pasirnangka Village is effective and efficient. However, the economic aspect faced challenges in 2022 and 2024. The inefficiency in 2022 was due to a new policy under the Regent Regulation of Tangerang No. 37 of 2022, which required the budgeting of the Decent Housing Program (RTLH) that was not anticipated in the initial APBDes. In 2024, rising inflation caused prices of goods and services to exceed budgeted amounts. Nevertheless, efficiency and effectiveness remained maintained, with revenue generally meeting or exceeding targets. These findings highlight the importance of accurate and adaptive budget planning in response to changing conditions and new policies. The study recommends several strategic steps to improve village financial performance, including enhancing budget planning accuracy, anticipating new policies, and adjusting projections for goods and services prices. Implementing these recommendations can ensure the sustainability of Pasirnangka Village’s financial performance, support effective, efficient, and economical use of the budget, and maintain optimal public service delivery. This study contributes valuable insights for village financial management and serves as a reference for other villages to systematically apply Value for Money analysis to increase transparency and accountability.

Abstract

Introduction: Nutritional problems in children, including underweight and stunting, remain a global health challenge, particularly in Indonesia. This study examines the influence of parenting styles and feeding practices on children's eating behavior, with family eating and activity habits as a mediating variable Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was employed in this study, involving 225 mothers of stunted and underweight children aged 2–5 years in Cimahi City, Indonesia. The study investigated key variables including parenting styles, feeding practices, family eating and activity habits, and children’s eating behavior. Data were gathered using validated questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. This analytical technique enabled the examination of complex causal relationships and latent constructs, including mediation pathways. The research complied with ethical standards and received approval from the Health Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Health Science and Technology, Jenderal Achmad Yani University, Cimahi, on May 31, 2024 (Certificate No. 086/KEPK/FITKes-Unjani/2024). Results: The results showed that parenting styles (? = 0.222, t = 3.630, p < 0.001) and feeding practices (? = 0.243, t = 3.640, p < 0.001) significantly influenced children's eating behavior. Family eating and activity habits significantly mediated the relationship (? = 0.448, t = 6.401, p < 0.001). Feeding practices and parenting styles also predicted family habits (f² = 0.369 and 0.462, respectively). Conclusion: These findings highlight the importance of family eating habits in shaping children's eating behavior and addressing malnutrition and stunting. Thus, family-based interventions are needed to improve healthy feeding practices and promote positive eating behavior in children at risk of malnutrition in Indonesia, aiming to achieve zero stunting and malnutrition.

Abstract

Branding kota atau daerah merupakan upaya pengenalan awareness kepada masyarakat luas baik di tingkat lokal, regional, maupun internasional. Hal ini agaknya memiliki kesamaan dengan definisi versi American Marketing Association, yang menekankan peranan merek sebagai identifier dan differentiator. Maraknya penggunaan branding yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah atau kota, setidaknya mengindikasikan bahwasannya Indonesia sedang mengikuti trend dunia dengan selera serta “greget” yang sama, karena beberapa kota di banyak belahan dunia telah melakukan hal serupa sebagai instrumen identitas dan promosi (Riyadi, 2009). Sebut saja Malaysia dengan “The Trully Asia”, Brisbane “City of Sun Sunday”, ataupun Singapura dengan “Uniquely Singapore”. Di Indonesia sendiri dapat dijumpai branding daerah, Bali “Shanti, Shanti, Shanti”,Yogyakarta “Jogja Never Ending Asia”.
