Abstract

This study aims to examine the politeness in language found in the novel Gemariel by Rima Hidayatul Aeni. The analysis is based on Leech's six principles of politeness, namely the maxims of tact, generosity, approbation, modesty, agreement, and sympathy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data consist of the utterances of characters in the novel Gemariel. The data source is the novel Gemariel by Rima Hidayatul Aeni, which comprises 280 pages and was published by PT Sembilan Cahaya Abadi in January 2023. The data collection technique employed is observation and note-taking. The results show that 42 utterances containing the principles of politeness were identified, with the following details: (1) 8 utterances containing the maxim of tact, (2) 6 utterances containing the maxim of generosity, (3) 15 utterances containing the maxim of approbation, (4) 4 utterances containing the maxim of modesty, (5) 7 utterances containing the maxim of agreement, and (6) 2 utterances containing the maxim of sympathy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi rekap absensi berbasis website pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Tenggara dengan tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan pencatatan kehadiran pegawai. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sering muncul pada cara manual, seperti ketidakakuratan data, keterlambatan dalam pemrosesan, dan potensi manipulasi data. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini, meliputi tahap perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian untuk memastikan sistem yang dibangun sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Manfaat dari sistem informasi ini antara lain kemudahan dalam mengelola data absensi dengan cepat dan akurat, serta mendukung transparansi dan keadilan dalam pemberian tunjangan kehadiran. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web, sistem ini memungkinkan akses data secara real time dan meminimalisir human error yang sering terjadi pada proses manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi rekap absensi berbasis website yang dikembangkan mampu menangani data absensi dengan cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan pengembangan lebih lanjut pada user interface dan fitur keamanan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sistem dan melindungi data-data sensitif.

Abstract

Improving the quality and quantity of livestock production can be achieved by creating a comfortable and safe environment for animals. The use of closed-house pens is one of the methods employed to control temperature, humidity, airflow, and the cleanliness of the living space for animals. Close-house pens are equipped with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), including the combination of an Evaporative Cooling Pad (ECP) and an exhaust fan. The characteristics of the shape and material composition of the ECP components influence pressure drop and the flow pattern entering the room. This research focuses on reviewing papers related to the development of numerical simulation studies of close-house pens and ECP. The design of numerical simulations and the selection of boundary conditions enhance the precision and error level of predicting fluid flow distribution in closed-house cages. In addition to numerical simulations, the application of energy management calculations provides recommendations regarding the combination of HVAC design and environmental control parameters that need to be considered.

Abstract

Returning as the title of the third series of novels, Rapijali by Dee Lestari is the primary key in understanding this novel in psychology and sociology. For this reason, this research was conducted to find and explain the events of Rapijali's identity contestation in a personal and social context so that the meaning of the philosophy conveyed through Rapijali can be understood from a psychological and sociological perspective. The method used is qualitative-textual research that examines the novel Rapjali: Kembali by Dee Lestari by looking at the psychological and sociological aspects using content analysis. Content analysis is related to reviewing aspects of the contestation of the events of Rapijali's return from the personal and social aspects of the characters and correlating them with psychological and sociological contexts. The result of the findings is the contestation of events in Rapijali: Again, it is built on a collective (sociological) consciousness that positions the Rapijali band as a home and family that can lead its members to find achievement and existence. From here, Rapijali is essentially home and a place for members to return to find their real (psychological) family and love. After returning to Rapijali, the end of love and family leads its members to find happiness in love and family in a personal and social context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of human resource management strategies at the Bintan Regency Environmental Office. This research is a study that uses qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of human resource strategies at the Bintan Regency Environmental Office has been implemented but must be developed again because basically human resources have many differences for each individual. Planning at the Bintan Regency Environmental Office has been done well through planning, implementation, organizing. In terms of organizing, human resources owned by the Bintan Regency Environmental Office are still developing and training in order to implement the policies contained in the Bintan Regency regional regulations because the Bintan Regency Environmental Office is engaged in the government sector that regulates government regulations through policies that have been regulated in law.

Abstract

Kalium merupakan salah satu unsur hara kunci keberhasilan dalam mendukung produksi bawang merahspesifik lokasi di lahan pasir selatan. Tujuan penelitian untukmengetahui dosis optimal pupuk kalium pada bawangmerah spesifik lokasi lahan pasir. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama dua musim kemarau pada bulan Juni-September2015 dan Juni-September 2016 di lokasi Kelompok Tani Manunggal, Desa Srigading, Kecamatan Sanden,Kabupaten Bantul (07o 59’ 8659” S, 110o 15’ 6753” E). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompokfaktor tunggal dengan pendekatan Minus One Test yang terdiri dari 7 taraf dan kontrol diulang 3 kali. Responpemupukan kalium menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 5 perlakuan tingkat dosis 0, 75, 150, 225,dan 300 kg KCl/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status hara sebelum penelitian kandungan hara kalium(Kdd) 0.18-0.25 me K/100g-1 status hara sangat rendah (SR), sehingga menjadi faktor pembatas utama. Berdasarkanminus one test dosis pemupukan optimal bawang merah spesifik lokasi lahan pasir ialah KCl 150 kg ha-1 denganpersen hasil relatif tertinggi (120%). Akan tetapi respon dosis pemupukan kalium dosis maksimum 250 kg/ha-1dengan persamaan kuadratik (R2 = 0.556). Produksi bawang merah maksimal mencapai 15-16 t/ha-1 brangkasan(setara dengan 12.75-13.6 t/ha umbi) dengan rendemen umbi ±15%. Oleh karena itu, dalam implementasinyadiperlukan dosis kalium optimal secara spesifik lokasi, tidak dosis umum secara nasional.Kata kunci: lahan pasir, bawang merah, kalium, pupuk NPKABSTRACTPotassium is one of success key of soil nutrient on shallot production support on south sandy land. Theaimed of research is to determine potassium fertilizing respon on shallot in specific location on sandy land. Thestudy was conducted on June-September 2015 and June-September 2016 on Manuggal farmer group, SrigadingVillage, Sanden Districts, Bantul Regency (07o 59’ 8659” S, 110o 15’ 6753” E). The experiment used randomizedblock design with single factor using a with single factor randomized block design with Minus One Test approachconsists of 7 sides and control is repeated for 3. Effectivity respons K fertilizer used randomized block design with5 dose levels of fertilizer treatments 0, 75, 150, 225, and 300 kg KCl/ha. The results showed that soil nutrient ofpotassium (Kdd) is 0,18-0,25 me K/100 g-1 (very low), thus becoming main limiting factor. Minus one test shallotoptimal fertilizing dose sandy land specific location is KCl 150 kg ha-1 with percent result relatively (120%).However, dose response of potassium with maximum dose is 250 kg/ha-1 of quadratic equations R2 0,556.Maximum shallot production reach 15-16 t/ha equivalent with 12,75-13,6 t/ha tuber. Abstract

PBME is important to be carried out by the provider or owner of infrastructure projects, especially the government to measure the impact of the benefits of infrastructure development, so that the benefits received by the community are in accordance with the plan, both from economic benefits and social benefits. In Indonesia, PBME has only been implemented by NGOs that provide project loans and grants. This study carried out PBME on the Serang Regency government irrigation development project in 2015-2020. The aim is to measure the impact or benefits of development on the economy in the form of agricultural products, which are calculated using indicators of economic feasibility, namely Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Net Present Value (NPV), as well as conducting improvement studies and providing recommendations to stakeholders. By using the method of collecting data by conducting interviews and questionnaires to the farmers, and the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Kab. Attack to find income from agricultural products before and after irrigation. Then it is calculated using an investment feasibility analysis, namely BCR and NPV with the assumption of an interest rate of 3.5% and 8%. In the sensitivity analysis, in the scenario of the effect of irrigation improvements on increasing farm income, the BCR value of 0.71 was obtained at an interest rate of 3.5% and a BCR of 0.66 at an interest rate of 8%. Meanwhile, the net present value benefit was -5,916,326,647.41 at an interest rate of 3.5% and -6,264,733,105.51 at an interest rate of 8%. Judging from the results of the economic feasibility analysis, it is seen that the BCR and NPV values ??are still below the predetermined standard. It is necessary to make improvements and provide recommendations to stakeholders so that the benefits received can be in accordance with the investment feasibility criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of flora and fauna diversity in the Puncak Harfat tourism area, Kampung Usaha Jaya, East Misool District, Raja Ampat Regency, Southwest Papua. The research employed a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques in data collection and analysis. The study was conducted over one month in March 2025, with samples consisting of all flora and fauna found in the eastern part of Puncak Harfat. Data were collected through field observations and interviews, and then analyzed using the Shannon–Wiener Diversity Index, Simpson’s Dominance Index, and Margalef Species Richness Index. The findings revealed 21 species of flora, with orchids and Nepenthes mirabilis identified as dominant species, highlighting the significance of this area as a natural habitat for local flora conservation. For fauna, 15 species were identified, dominated by marine biota such as corals (Acropora, Staghorn Coral) and Amphiprioninae fish, reflecting a diverse ecosystem. The diversity indices of flora (H’ = 2.6721) and fauna (H’ = 2.330) indicate moderate to high categories, while the dominance indices for flora (C = 0.3006) and fauna (C = 0.2655) show no extreme dominance of a single species. Margalef’s richness indices (R = 5.14 and R = 3.44) further confirm the high species richness in the area. Thus, these findings affirm that the Puncak Harfat ecosystem is stable, productive, and suitable to be maintained as a biological conservation site.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the diversity of taro plants in the Sayal village area of the Saifi district in Sorong regency. The type and design of this study is descriptive exploratory, which aims to describe the diversity of taro plants. It was conducted in May 2022, in the Sayal village area of the Saifi district, South Sorong regency. The sample for this study was all taro plant varieties classified under theColocasia genus.  Data collection was carried out through the selection of study objects (STO) and the observation and scoring of taro morphological characters. Data were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive methods by calculating the similarity index to determine the level of similarity and varietal diversity. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: there are three types of taro plants in the Sayal village area of the Saifi district, Sorong Regency, from three villages, namely Komagaret village(Bogor taro), Baibet village (Belitung taro), and Sayal village(swamp taro).
