Abstract

BBM merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang penting dalam produksi usaha tani tembakau kasturi, pada bulan September tahun 2022, pemerintah telah mengeluarkan keputusan untuk menaikkan harga BBM. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan, perbedaan dan pengaruh dari kenaikan (BBM) terhadap pendapatan petani tembakau kasturi. Waktu pengumpulan data bulan Desember 2022 pada petani tembakau kasturi di Desa Ampel Kecamatan Wuluhan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan analitik. Pengambilan sempel dilakukan dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 56 responden dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan berbagai literatur terkait. Analisis yang digunakan: 1. Analisis pendapatan, 2. Analisis paired simple t-test dan 3. Analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan: 1. Nilai TR > TC, artinya pendapatan usaha tani tembakau kasturi di Desa Ampel Kecamatan Wuluhan menguntungkan, 2. Hasil analisis paired simple t-tes, nilai signifikansi 0,008 lebih kecil dari nilai taraf nyata, sebesar 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pendapatan antara sebelum dan sesudah kenaikan harga BBM, 3. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk variabel pendapatan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,133 dan untuk nilai t-tabel yaitu sebesar 1,997, artinya nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel dan nilai signifikansi 0,037 artinya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka harga BBM berpengaruh secara signifikan.

Abstract

Waste is a problem that is still faced by most countries in the world. Currently, there are still many people who still throw household waste in rivers. Therefore, it is necessary to instill the intention from childhood that "I must throw away my rubbish in its proper place." As the next generation, children are at risk of experiencing disaster due to poor waste management. Because the earlier children are given knowledge, especially about good habits, the more likely they will continue to be. carried over into a habit until they grow up. To be able to provide early education and to provide good habits regarding waste disposal management, PAUD/RA located in urban areas are RA and PAUD Abu Bakar As-Sidhiqqi, Gebang Village, Patrang District. This was carried out as expected, namely high participation and high enthusiasm from the participants in the extension process. Then for sustainability, there was monitoring and coaching so that the results were more optimal and more motivated to continue and develop this program.

Abstract

Tembakau merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian yang memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, terutama di daerah-daerah penghasil tembakau. Salah satu jenis tembakau yang cukup dikenal adalah tembakau kasturi, yang banyak dibudidayakan di Desa Sumber Pinang, Kecamatan Pakusari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fluktuasi dan peramalan harga serta faktor yang mempengaruhi harga tembakau kasturi di Desa Sumber Pinang Kecamatan Pakusari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode uji ARIMA untuk meramalkan harga tembakau kasturi selama 10 tahun ke depan. Selain itu, analisis regresi linier berganda akan dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi harga tembakau kasturi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa harga tembakau kasturi di Desa Sumber Pinang Kecamatan Pakusari mengalami peningkatan untuk 10 tahun ke depan. Variabel produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga tembakau, sedangkan untuk variabel lama jemur, luas lahan serta tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga tembakau kasturi di Desa Sumber Pinang Kecamatan Pakusari.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the MURIA 34 Community Group in Bondowoso Regency in developing food security–based enterprises through the implementation of Budidaya Ikan dan Sayur dalam Ember (BUDIKDAMBER) or fish and vegetable cultivation in buckets. The activities employed participatory and educational methods, including socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring. The program was conducted on Friday, October 23, 2025, involving approximately 20–25 participants, from 08:00 a.m. to 03:30 p.m. The participants received materials on catfish cultivation, water spinach cultivation, integrated BUDIKDAMBER systems, business management, and digital marketing. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding and practical application of integrated cultivation techniques and small business management. The program outcomes included 22 bucket ponds (20 cylindrical and 2 rectangular), 500 catfish fingerlings, water spinach seeds, and fish feed for field practice. Overall, this program successfully increased community awareness and independence in supporting household food security and encouraged the development of competent and sustainable micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze external factors influencing farmers’ responses to the use of Ireng-ireng fertilizer in rice farming in Wuluhan District, Jember Regency. Three external indicators were examined: expected benefits, time required to obtain benefits, and the magnitude of sacrifices incurred. Primary data were collected from 80 farmers and analyzed using Likert-scale tabulation. The results show that 81% of farmers perceived significant benefits, 50% stated that the benefits appeared within a similar time frame as other fertilizers, and 89% considered the sacrifices incurred to be proportional or lower than the benefits gained. These findings indicate that Ireng-ireng fertilizer is perceived as efficient, feasible, and compatible with farmers’ cultivation practices, thus supporting its potential acceptance and sustainable use.

Abstract

Wuluhan District, Jember Regency, is one of the regions with strong agricultural potential, particularly in rice production. However, in recent years, farmers in this area have faced various challenges, including declining soil fertility, increasing production costs, and climate change. One of the efforts to improve soil fertility and reduce production expenses is the use of organic fertilizers. Another ongoing issue concerns the supply and distribution of fertilizers, which has yet to be fully resolved. One of the fertilizers currently being developed by a local farmer in Wuluhan District is Ireng-Ireng fertilizer. Therefore, this study aims to identify the factors that influence farmers’ responses to the use of Ireng-Ireng fertilizer in rice cultivation in Wuluhan District. An ordinal regression approach using the Polytomous Universal Model (PLUM) was applied to assess the effects of internal and external farmer-related variables on response levels categorized as low, medium, and high. The findings indicate that the regression model is statistically valid and meets all required assumptions. Three variables—land size, income, and farming experience—significantly affect farmers’ response levels, while age, formal education, non-formal education, perceived speed of results, and perceived costs show no significant effects. Overall, farmers exhibit a positive response toward the use of Ireng-Ireng fertilizer in terms of knowledge, attitude, and actual use. These results highlight that farmers’ internal capacities play a crucial role in the adoption of local organic fertilizers, which hold strong potential to support sustainable rice farming.
